My uhid - aths.[protected] appointment id - 114680 dt -28/02/18
I have taken appointment for online consultation for dr shrikant m of apollo chennai on 28.02.18 at 11.30-11.45. It was rescheduled to 03.30 - 03.45 pm.
But there was no communication from apollo side at that time.
I called customer care at aroung 4.15pm to ask whether appointment will happen or not. They told me that they will inform me within 10 mins but i did not receive any call from apollo. Apollo has wasted my 2 hrs. I send tehm mail to refund my money but till date i have not received rs. 1300/- paid by me in advance.

    Respected sir. Myself mohd asif.. My grandfather babu khan uhid apd1.[protected] is getting treatment in nephrology department.. Yesterday doctor has given me advice regarding ultrasound.. I talk to xray department he is given an appointment in the morning 10.30 but the staff is not work till 2.00pm.. As i talk to him regarding time he told me that you refund your money.. Is this is a right way to gave that type of advice.. So please take a serious action regarding this.. My no is [protected]..

      I had ordered for a surgical bed for my aunt on feb 1, 2018 and paid 29k through payumoney. The apollo representative was very prompt while asking for payment and after money transfer the bed was installed on feb 9th. Before buying the bed i had asked the apollo representative if the bed would be purchased back in case i no longer wanted it and she confirmed to me that apollo / some vendor will buy back.

      Unfortunately my aunt passed on feb 19th and since then i have been requesting apollo to buy back the back through a vendor. After multiple calls, i still haven’t heard back from them. Now the apollo service representatives aren’t even taking my call or responding back to me. Can you please help me solve this issue? I am really tired of calling apollo wanting to fix this issue.

        Least responsibility of the management in dailysis unit secunderabad, after so many mails they changed cots. You can see all beds in unit are rusted n they use 8 years old dailysis machines. Very frequently machines will give trouble and patients have to wait for 2 to 3 hours or more.in evening session 4 pm you will find only, 1 nurse & 1 house keeping staff for 11 beds. If 2 patients get serious 1 should have to die. You can get infections very fast due to rusted beds. Every time management will say new dailysis machines are coming but i am listening from last 2 years. After this complaint i will get message for mobile number but i won’t get the call. These corporate hospitals need only money they don’t bother about patients safety, if anyone dies it’s hospital responsibility. No need today about food. They will spend lakhs for renovations for main lobby but not in the dialisis unit only reason i coming to this hospital for my doctor & technicians. Worst situation in dailysis unit. My uhid 165789

        Apollo management can u say how many years it will take to solve the problem because I am hearing from last to years, why don’t you increase the staff. Is it possible to maintain with single Nurse & House keeping, if any one dies Apollo hospital is sole responsibility and what about the Dailysis machines we have to wait 2 to 3 years extra is Reputed hospital like Apollo can do like this. After giving so many compliments without solving the issue how new say solved, This the specialty of Apollo hospital saying world class facilities, pl go n see other small hospitals n govt hospitals . Please don’t cheat patients say world class facilities with renationalise of main lobby spending lakhs, you can see photos how worst condition. With low staff even cleaning is worst, pl come n taste the food

        You can see blood strains on the curtens, I am seeing this strain from last 4 days, patients can get infected very fast but the management won’t solve

          Hello apollo hospital,
          I was admitted to apollo hospital belapur navi mumbai on 3rd november 2017 for surgery, my uhid is anm1. [protected]. An amount of rs.30000/- was taken as deposit at the time of admission. But account dept stating same will be refunded after settlement. My insurance company settled the claim, but unfortunately my deposit money was not refunded till date., repeated telephone calls were made and mail sent but no reply on mail. They said they will call me back but never called back. Kindly do the needful for a speedy action.

            5/ i made several phone calls.. Only one call made by apollo by by navina who is efficient helpful and polite and begged me not to complain in november regarding non delivery for 4 days... Staff ramnath spoke to me at 5 pm and gave his name as dayalan.. Kabilan told me.. Adhigam pesadheenge yeppovay adhigama peserain.. Poi coplaint kudinge,.. Naan ap number kudikerain.. Incredible rudeness.. This was my 4th phone call and each time told "coming in 10 minutes.. Coming in 20 minutes.. My home is a 10 minute walk away,..

              I went to apollo hospital bhubaneswar for check up my gastric problem to drsusant sethi... Dr sethi provided me wrong medicine due to which the gastric problem increases..

              Later when problem grow stronger i went again to apollo hospital and meet dr kanhu charam dash... Where proper colonoscopy was done today... Today ulcer was found inside my stomach

                I went for an eeg test of my mother on 12th jan on their commitment that they will provide the reports next day, but it is now more than one month i am visiting and calling them for the report. They are very irresponsible and will forget you after doing test and taking money. No professionalism at all, they are just ignoring my whatsapp messages.
                One mont back they said they have somehow lost the complete eeg graphs, which they will provide later. Now after more than one month of follow-up they have again sent only the first page of report.

                  Sir,
                  I was admitted to apollo hospital belapur navi mumbai on 14th jan 2018, under diagnosis of haematuria, and got discharged on 16th jan 2018. My uhid is anm1.[protected] patient id anmip11349. An amount of rs.10000/- was taken as deposit at the time of admission. But when discharged, they deducted rs.2122/-as disposables and refunded rs.2898/- keeping rs.5000/- with them stating same will be refunded after settlement. My insurance company settled the claim, bill no. Anm-icr-5890 amount of rs.37877/- by neft no.[protected] to their bank (Canara) 6370, 7627 on the 1st of feb 2018. Unfortunately my deposit money was not refunded till date., repeated telephone calls were made no joy. They said they will call me back but never called back. Another amount of rs. 10000/- was also deposited on my second admission patient no. Anmip11853. Which is also pending, kindly do the needful for a speedy action

                    We went to dr. Jairam on jan 24th, 2018. We did our billing in the morning so that we don't have to wait again when we return. After doing the billing around 11.45 am, i was told to come in the evening by secretaries (Amit and sujata). At home in the evening when we were getting ready we were called by sujata to reach the hospital asap. My moms health was really bad but we still hurried and reached at the right time. When we reached amit said we have to wait because at least 7 patients are waiting before us. When we did the billing at 11.45 am, why we were made to wait for so long? When time is precious then why can't apollo manage patients time properly?

                      I want to Apollo pharmacy, Kolkata Em Byepass after a checkup from my doctor Sachin Varma on 8th Jan, 2018. I was prescribed SOTRET 10mg for a month but I had lot of issue after having the medicine . I had bought one month medicine considering I need to complete my course but my doctor advised not to have that . Today, 1st Feb I went to the hospital for my checkup and requested the pharmacy to change the medince n give me some other medince, they didn't take it back as I didn't have the BILL. This is ridiculous. I requested them to check their records that I have swiped the card with their batch no but they didn't respond n didn't even bother to check if something can be done . Rather they started to questme if I did a purchase for a product n didn't have a bill to change . I can show you wherre it can happen if you show it in bank statement .

                      I would just rewind if this medicine can be changed . These medicines will be a waste for me . And I would also request you people to charge em Byepass, kolkata pharmacy for this misbehaving nature

                        I am currently admitted to apollo bilaspur, since 8th jan 2018. I am an occupant of semi private ward. I am having a high risk pregnancy and in early 1st trimester.

                        Today an outsider dengue patient was admitted to my room (As confirmed by lab reports). The service manager accommodated patient suffering from dengue in my room and there are mosquitoes in my room exposing me to risk of being infected from transmission from mosquito. Such patient must be admitted to patients with similar disease or should be admitted to quarantined or private ward.

                        After confronting the same with service manager, who replied after 1.5 hours, the service manager lady was very rude and told me that you have two options:

                        1. The dengue patient to be shifted to another room (To which the other patient refused)

                        2. You may shift to other ward, to this i agreed although i am admitted here since long and on complete bed rest, but service manager offered me the room where one child was suffering from viral fever i. E. A similar option.

                        And then she walked off without completely hearing me out and resolving my issue.

                        This kind of irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour is not expected from a premier hospital having a national presence. I've been utterly dissatisfied and frustrated how the matter has been handled by the management.

                        I've already been through a lot and can't take any kind of risk which may affect me and my pregnancy. So i once again request that this matter must be dealt pragmatically and swiftly understanding my situation. Please avoid the risk involved as my life is apollo's responsibility which it seems that they are not cared of, which is scary and mentally frustrating. Doctor has advised me complete rest - physically and mentally. Therefore please once again i request to attend the matter on the urgent basis.

                        Thank you for responding. I am Smriti Sharma and I got discharged on 30th Jan morning. I just wanted to share that no effective action was taken on time and I was put under the risk. All this caused me physical and mental stress. I just hope that in future this type of situation will not get repeated.

                          This is in connection with my recent visit to the apollo vanagaram hospital neurology department.

                          Dr. Anbu selvan, neurosurgeon (Apollo vanagaram) has attended my case.

                          I would bring to your notice that the response of the doctor was unbearable.

                          He was busy in his phone chatting/wats aping when we were explaining him the problem faced after the surgery.

                          He was least bothered about our problems but was very interested in talking to his relative/friend who was there with him in the hospital and was involved in sending messages through wats app.

                          When enquired about the same with the other patients waiting outside, it was told that they are also facing the same issue with the doctor.

                          He did not acknowledge to our pain, but wrote some medicine and gave.

                          When i tried to explain more deeply about the pain, he behaved so rude and told to repeat the test once again if we are not satisfied.

                          I somehow controlled and felt that it has to be highlighted to the higher officials regarding this.

                          Please consider my mail as a complain against his irresponsible behavior toward the patient which will surely bring down the good reputation of the hospital.

                          I came to this hospital since our company recommended me, but this atrocious behavior is making me rethink to suggest the hospital for my near and dears.

                          Believing that you will take appropriate action towards the concerned doctor for the welfare of the hospital.

                            Dr. Ganesh from apollo hospital vanagaram branch, he is a very worst ever ent doctor and full of money minded doctor. He is very rude and having pathetic behavior and usually treating patients without respects. I trusted apollo hospital and this doctor did a nasal operation to me. After the operation this doctor asked me to visit him regularly and he charged me for all the time.

                            Even after paid huge money for operation and paying rs.600 (One time visit charge) all the time i didn't got cured or felt normal. The prescribing tablets from him are highly priced and i got some other side effects for that medicines.

                            He wants me to visit him regularly and pay consultation fees rather than curing the disease. As i come to know his behaviour i visited other ent hospital and within two days i'm cured and now feeling normal. Please don't go for this doctor for ent problem as he is only taking money rather than solving problems. He is not a friendly or problem solving doctor, he is a corporate money minded doctor.

                            My mother in law went to him for the throat problems and this doctor suggested her to take test for abdomen and after taking the test he is asking who asked you to take this test. We have his own handwritten copy for the abdomen test. And he wants all the tests to be taken only from the apollo hospital, he is not accepting outside scan reports. All the medicines he prescribed to my mother in law has side effects and now she stopped to take.

                            My whole family regularly go for apollo hospital for any problems, now because of this doctor i'm really disappointed about apollo. I trust the apollo hospital will read the complaint. Nowadays doctors are becomes money minded and even paying huge money also they don't want patients to cure.

                            This is not resolved. I went to abraod and not checked the status of the message. Now apollo customer care used this and stated as resolved.

                              Worst experience ever... Behavior of doctors are so rude.. Specially dr. Vinit shah has no sense about how to speak with patient or patient relatives.. I called him for taking appointment for weekly checkup of my patient who was admited in apollo last week.. But he refused to listen my matter nd shouted on us without any reason and told us not to call him again..
                              So plz help us and give us suggestion what we do???

                                I have been a regular customer or patient (I should say) of apollo hospitals and recently when i took a relative to the emergency i have had the worst experience at indraprastha apollo hospital, sarita vihar. Firstly, there is no parking for patients that are coming to the emergency ward of the hospital. I told the security guards that i need to admit the patient girst than i'll park the car in the parking that is almost 300 metres far from the emergency section, but the guards there kept on bothering me which is really annoying specially when someone is with a cancer patient and trying to admit him in the hospital for treatment. Secondly, the people sitting at the reception of emergency section in the morning shift around 6am are the worst i have seen till now in apollo and something which is totally unexpected. They have no ettiquetes of talking to the customers. We are paying big amounts of money to get the best treatment but what we get instead is people talking rubbish and service which is almost as bad as in a government hospital. I am highly disappointed and after spending lacs of rupees on treatments in apollo hospitals i regret to have chosen this hospital.

                                  Doctors of apollo hospital chennai they demand extra charges for procedure and for consultation also which is beautifully done without any bills so they refuse card payment.. Not all the doctors are doing same but i have visited few doctors for my family.. And i have done routine health check for myself and they have not given the complete reports whichever i have given the samples.. I think it's the time came if you can't manage properly you should close the hospital rather to play with patient's lifes just for your business purposes..

                                    My mother admitted in apolo hospital chandra sekharpur bhubaneswar. Dr. Samiran das adhikari who treated. At the outset he should know how to talk to patient. He is claiming he is having 16, years of experience. But that fellow unable to diagnosed where bleeding happening.
                                    Without proper diagnose patient got discharge. And he is taking hefty percentage of total bill amount.
                                    Medical council of india should do the background check about his performance then licence should renew of each doctor.

                                    I am the patient and I visited Dr Samiran twice so far, first time on 13.06. 2022 and second time today i.e. 08.08.2022 at Apollo Hospital, Bhubaneswar on my prostitis issue.

                                    Being a layman, I should not question his credentials as a good urologist. I had visited him based on the positive feedback of another doctor who happens to be his friend.

                                    My interaction with Dr Samiran on both the occasions has been quite disappointing.

                                    After seeing my reports and knowing the symptoms he told that surgery was the only option available but refused to reply to my queries regarding the procedure of surgery, saying that he would tell the same once I decide to undergo surgery.

                                    Apollo hospitals are known for their high degree of professionalism. It is expected that when a patient is paying consultation fee of Rs 1000 for a single appointment with a doctor, the doctor should try to comfort the patient by clearing his or her doubts regarding the medical procedure he or she is advised to undergo.

                                    The dealings of Dr Samiran was quite unprofessional. I am sorry to say that I won't visit him again.

                                      My daughter, tanima das visited yours hospital in kolkata. Now, see what type of techniques to misguide the patient are going on in yours hospital.

                                      1) in spite of being entitled of wbhs. Rs.1300 has bn chraged without any reason. None of wbhs code is there in receipt.

                                      2) 02 nos. Of ointment of separate brand name but same composition prescribed by the dr.

                                      Pl. Take needful to stop the silly technique for making the patients fool & refund rs.1300 immediately to my a/c no.[protected], ifs code: sbinooo7468.
