I was admitted to apollo hospital belapur navi mumbai on 14th jan 2018, under diagnosis of haematuria, and got discharged on 16th jan 2018. My uhid is anm1.[protected] patient id anmip11349. An amount of rs.10000/- was taken as deposit at the time of admission. But when discharged, they deducted rs.2122/-as disposables and refunded rs.2898/- keeping rs.5000/- with them stating same will be refunded after settlement. My insurance company settled the claim, bill no. Anm-icr-5890 amount of rs.37877/- by neft no.[protected] to their bank (Canara) 6370, 7627 on the 1st of feb 2018. Unfortunately my deposit money was not refunded till date., repeated telephone calls were made no joy. They said they will call me back but never called back. Another amount of rs. 10000/- was also deposited on my second admission patient no. Anmip11853. Which is also pending, kindly do the needful for a speedy action

Iam daughter of armed force (CRPF) EMPLOYEE, also I'm registered CGHS patient of Apollo hospital DRDO, my consultation fee is 135/- but I have been charged 300 by the cashier and also unnecessary argument by cashier.Solve my issue.
