The blood sample was collected for the above mentioned test on 7th sept 2017. Until now the test results have not being shared by me. I did not even receive a call regarding what was the reason of delay any the report was not even uploaded unlike the previous tests. Payment was done on day of sample collection but no responsibility she by d clinic.

    I am from karur. My mother taking treatment in apollo loga hospital karur since apollo come to karur. I have paid more than ten laks bill amount for the past 7or 8 years. My mother admited on 15 sep and discharged on 18 sep. Id 15222. And while paying the bill i found the room rent was billed extra and i have not used the room and the billed it. Hence apollo group is the largest corporate hospital in india and why want to cheet the patients like charging extra. I belongs to karur and people in karur says apollo is costly and cheating. I getting treatment regular to my mom so i know the detiles.

      Keep a roll for everyone or keep it alike for anyone.
      The same lady is always fighting on you, from the people who are always fighting.
      Date. 12/09/17 who was doing duty in the icu room.
      You want us to come to your hospital. And others like to bring.
      So you try to change your ladies security department.
      Everyone is troubled by this lady's department but no one can speak.
      We have written the name of the hospital in our policy so that we are hospitalized.
      Do you want us to remove the name of your hospital from our policy?
      Please try to change your security department.
      Next time you will have to come to your hospital.
      So we do not have to face such a problem.
      Please try to understand our problem.

        Dear sir / madam

        Feeling very sad to write this mail.

        My daughter was passed away on 20th aug 2017 at deharadun. Due to this shock, my wife (Mrs. Madhuri motiwale {65 years}) facing health issue since that day.

        Initially we consulted at max hospital deharadun for primary checkup. However it is not possible to stay long to deharadhun. My son insist us to move immediately to mumbai.

        As her blood pressure is on higher side and some behavioral changes (Due to shock) we consulted apollo hospital navi mumbai.

        Treating doctor advice us to admit her in hospital as some investigation (Like mri / eeg /eco / blood tests) to be conduct.

        We admitted her in apollo hospital on 28 aug 2017. We co-operate doctors team in all manners which suggested to us. She is not suffering from cold & cough at the time of hospitalization, however same is started from 2nd day i. E. 29th aug 2017 night. On next morning, doctor advice us for performing h1n1 test as they feel same is required. As we know the fact as she is not use to air condition rooms. However hospital insist us for test. Also they insist us to shift room from standard to private room. As we already lost our daughter, we have not in position to deny anything as she is very important to us. We shifted her to private room on 30 aug 2017 and discharge on 1st september 2017.

        However all reports status received as negative.

        Simultaneously we approaches tpa desk at apollo hospital where many queries raised by insurance company and final status given as decline with the reason "as per queries raised and revert received from hospital - this treatment can be given on opd basis". We insist hospital to re put the claim with justified remark which you perform from 28th aug 2017 to 1st sept 2017. However same is again rejected.

        We paid rs. 107000/- for 5 days.

        I need a explanation from apollo hospital regarding treatment given to my wife - why you can not justified your given treatment?

        Also i need a explanation from insurance company - if doctor explain everything while replaying your queries, why claim not sanctioned?

        Who will pay this amount to me, i am a 66 years old retired person. I'm not a doctor, but i faith in doctor's treatment, we co-operate doctors team in all manners which suggested to us time to time, i paid insurance premium to company to secure my medical expenses.

        Surprisingly my wife suger go down to 30 on sunday morning i. E. 3rd sept 2017, we immediately hospitalized her to niramaya hospital.

        She is still in hospital, i already paid rs. 107000/- in apollo, now i don't know what amount to be pay in niramaya hospital at the time of discharge.

        Still our claim not approved.

        Request you to please look in to the same as we want refund of expenses / insurance claim.

        Also request you to please look in to the same to existing claim application.

            I feel the doctors are creating new new problems to get more money. Even other patients and attenders are feeling same. During admission, they speak well but after admission if we call for any emergency they wouldn't come immediately. They will take minimum 2-3 hours. About charges, omg. I feel, the billing department only working very effectively. Everyday they are charging more than 60k for ccu. It's really worst, now i'm feeling that why i came here. We came here well but returning to home in bad situation. Came by walk but the patient may go in structure. I'm very much disappointed with this hospital.

              Sir i asked a meal (North indian dish) for the attender from the staff who was serving the meal to patient. He gave me patient meal and also accepted the payment which i gave to him but he don't gave me payment receipt for that, then i asked for payment receipt he told wait for while i will bring. But he not came, when i orderd for snacks in evening. The staff came i asked from him for payment receipt for afternoon meal he said no one is accepting that any one has supplied afternoon meal whitout payment receipt in the paediatric ward (Bed no-1128) on date 01/09/2017

                  I want my 1830 rupees back in my account.. I did not say to you to do medical tests.. You have done medical on your own and putting charges on me. Refund my rest of the amount.

                  Dont force me to take serious action for you fraud company. You have done cheating with me.
                  I have applied for your medical policy but as per misguidance from your representative i was communicated that after cancellation of policy i will get the policy issued except i have to pay extra premium but you guys have done the medical as per your confirmation and rejected my policy. I want full refund of my amount of 12, 642.52 within 2 days as i did not wanted this policy and it was not communicated that the same if will be cancelled you cannot pay extra premium. It was presurised me to buy and now it has been rejected with your stupid reason.

                  My money was deducted on 31 july, medical was done after 12 days and after confirming previously in customer care, it was confirmed as approved now same has been cancelled. It took almost one month to waste my time.

                  I have attatched my cancelled cheque, bank statement and passbook too. Refund my full amount without deduction of single paisa otherwise i will sue you all. You people played a lot with my emotions.

                    I went appolo omr chennai to check up bp of my wife. We know that because of high bp hedache is there so we have visited. Doctor asked for so many tests, even for a x-ray. Seriously a kid can tell by checking patient. Once appolo has recovered 15 k by tests then they will start something. Then they suggested ct scan. I was laughing at doctor. Then we went to chettinad hospital.in 10 rp and 100 rp medicine. She is ok in 2 days.

                        For example, if you take 2500 room for 3 days, if you pay x ruppes then if you take 3500 room for 3 days for the same treatment, same doctor, same etc., then you hav to pay x+ 40000 rupees. This info they never say about while you book room. Ideally 3 × 1000+ extra tax+ any stuff should be around10000. But 40000 is too huge and they hide this to get money from innocent people. Beware!

                            I took an appointment in the morning for 7pm. I saw a worm in my urine and was really scared and wanted to see the doctor first thing next morning. So i made sure to book an appointment in the morning. The doctor came at 7:45 for 7pm appointment. I realized i forget to carry my reports as i have medical history and wanted him to see the reports to see if there is any connection for my current medical condition. So i told the receptionist i stay around a km away. I will scoot and come back in 5mints. When i came back i was informed doctor left. He came at 7:45 and left within 10mints. I was really surprised is it a govt hospital or a private one. They take so much money and have no sense of responsibility. I made receptionist call the doctor and he didn't come back. Highly unprofessional doctors.

                                My husband is a ckd patient who has been undergoing dialisis for past 11/2 years in apollo hospitals, secunderabad branch. His uh id is 165789. Though the doctors and staff are good, the quality of food served is very bad. You can verify this if you inspect the food served, suddenly without any prior notice. Even after complaining several times, there is no considerable improvement. Also the condition of cots are worse. Though we complained, nobody took it seriously, and he had to suffer for 3 days with severe backache. This is repeating continuously and it becomes unbearable for patients who undergo dialysis for more than 4 hours. The dialisis machinery is also very old, with frecent breakdowns. We don't expect such kind of services from a reputed and worldclass hospital like apollo. Kindly look into the issues and resolve them as early as possible.

                                  I was admitted into the hospital for a preplanned surgery without confirming with the surgeon in advance and after the admission i was told about the doctors unavailability.
                                  Since i had medical insurance the hospital staff have tried to convince me to stay in the hospital for four days whereas my surgery was only 1 hr duration and my insurance claim would be only for 24 hours of admission. For the mistake of the hospital staff and miscommunication, i had to pay the bill. Really saddened with the service of the hospital

                                    I went to apollo hospital on 11/07/17 for canada immigration medical test. After the medical test done on the same date. They said all the documents will be sending to high commission of canada in india with 2 working days....

                                    Visit the apolo information centre at mehsana, gujarat today on 24/06/2017 from 11:00 am - 2:30 pm, when visiting the hospital and when i entered the house i seen many people in que and when i go to the reception counter two persons are at the desk. It was terrible that they take my appointment and writing in blank papers, my number was 23 named dharmendrasinh gohil. They said you will have to wait for minimum 2 hours. And takes 800 rupees from me as a consultation fee. And even after that i stand for 45 minutes for getting seat and i'm a patient of backpain, no ac only two fans, and that fan can deliver air volume to maximum 3-4 persons and 35 peoples are present in house. And it was very costly then usual. If it was multispeciality hospital then ok but for rural type little information centre it is very high for middle class people. And after giving 800 rupees we seen power off comes and gone many times. So feeling like my money is totally west coz of inconvenience by staff and hospital. Why we choose big names instead of rural or small town hospitals? to get better service and satisfaction. It was my first visit ever in apolo hospital, so next time how can i trust opon it? If they can't provide us batter experience at waiting room then how can we go for our minor or major issues belonging medical services.??? And no phone appointment available and doctor vishnu sharma was there they takes minimum 20-35 minutes for one patient so this is wrost experience...

                                      Hi all,

                                      One of my cousin is working in apollo hospiatls cradle karapakkam, chennai.

                                      In her hospitals for staff mobile phone is not allowed as per the policy. My question is if we have any emergency we will call to the desk (Land line number) but apollo cradle manager mr. Murthy attend the call and said that he will not inform too...

                                      Then if we did like this how should we contacted to our relatives, wife, mother etc.

                                      Kindly provide me valid reasons.

                                      Please advice that Mr. Murthy need to talk with calm and cool. one manager is talking like this how should we expect it a good organisation.

                                      Need Apologise from Mr. Murthy he will talk very harsh with me.
