I have submitted (3 months ago) all the medical reports for the reimbursement and till now Apollo munich has never replied to me. The agent who has collected the document, committed that I will get the money in 21 working days. I waited for more than 2 months but no luck. Later he stopped relying to my calls. Then I registered a complaint with the customer care, but every time they sent an auto reply by saying " we will get back to you...

I claim a just Stomach discomfort hospitalization to company, but they reject that by telling a silly reason pre-existing disease.
