I have a health insurance policy in my wife name with APOLO MUNICH and following are the details--

I had submitted all the required documents to FHPL gurgaon phase IV office on date 13-Oct-2011 by hand personally for the reimbursement of medical expenditure.further some more documents were asked by you And I have submitted those required documents also on date 24-Oct-2011.But till date I have not received any reimbursement of medical expenditure and further your Doctor also asked some statements where I have mentioned admission time & discharge time wrongly as that time I was not remembered however admission & discharge time was 8:00 AM & 8:00 PM respectively.

    I have submitted (3 months ago) all the medical reports for the reimbursement and till now Apollo munich has never replied to me. The agent who has collected the document, committed that I will get the money in 21 working days. I waited for more than 2 months but no luck. Later he stopped relying to my calls. Then I registered a complaint with the customer care, but every time they sent an auto reply by saying " we will get back to you in 2 weeks" (I have received the same message thrice, in the last one month).

    I had lost the faith in this company, guys please be aware of Apollo Munich before taking any insurance from them.

      Dear Sir,
      I would like to complaint against Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company. I am an existing customer with Policy No. [protected]-02.
      In September 2011, I received renewal notice from the company along with an discount offer of 7.5% if we renew for two years. I talked to their executive that whether I'll receive two separate IT certificate for two years, because, if I get only one certificate, I can get exemption only for this year and next year I'll lose the IT deduction and that will be more than the discount I'll receive. She told that I'll receive two separate IT certificate.
      I also wanted to upgrade from their plan standard to Exclusive as I cannot get critical illness cover in standard plan. Their executive also told that I need to fill up a change form and that she will send one executive to collect the change form and premium.
      In September last week, they send an executive from Apna Insurance for collecting the change form and premium check. Through his mobile, I called the executive in the branch to verify the person and also the premium amount for 4 lac health cover in Exclusive package with 4 lac critical illness cover for two years. To assure me that I’ll get two IT certificate, he gave me two acknowledgement receipts with half the amount of two year’s premium. I also submitted the change form stating clearly that I need critical illness cover.
      When I received the policy document, to my surprise, there was no mention of critical illness cover and also I received only one IT certificate. I wrote a mail to them for providing critical illness cover and IT certificates. I also wrote, if two IT certificates are not possible, they should provide me only one year exclusive package of 4 lac with 4 lac critical illness cover and they should return the remaining money to me as in that case I was not interested in two year’s cover.
      Their customer relationship manager Mr. Karan Singh replied my mail saying that my case no. is 244903 and they will revert back to me by 25th October with complete solution. But as of today, I have not received any communication from them.
      I therefore request the concerned person to have a look into this issue and provide a solution to this.

        Hi All,

        Apollo Munich is the worst company for passing your claims as did with me..

        I claim a just Stomach discomfort hospitalization to company, but they reject that by telling a silly reason pre-existing disease.

        The above reimbursement claim is repudiated for below reasons

        1.The submitted claim is for the illness which has a specific two years of waiting period as per the policy and the policy start date is 17 Feb 2011.Also,as per the terms and condition of the policy any prexisting condition will not be covered until 36 months of continuous coverage with us. The disease/symptom started on Sept 2010 and the policy start date is 17 Feb 2011. Hence we regret to inform you that your claim is repudiated under Section 6) clause d) & c) of the policy.


        Please write to [protected]@fhpl.net for any clarification or grievance on the above. A detailed repudiation letter will be sent to your registered address with us.

        Please help me out of this company as I am telling right, I was not claimed on any pre-existing disease. It was this company policy, that they will not accept any claim.

        So why they sell their policy to the needy persons ??

        Apollo Munich Helath Insurance people are lying. This is not the one case, I have never heard any person ever received claim from this company. They are highly unprofessional and irresponsible people.
        I am also a victim of this company. These people refused to provide cash less treatment even in Apollo Hospital without any reasons.Response is also very pathetic. No one will take up your query in professional way. Let us make people aware of strategy of this company.shame to these robbers...

          It is with great agony, I shall have to draw your kind attention on following departmental lapses and wrong commitment.

          I took the policy through policybazar.com Mr. Sachin Sood (his contact number (M) [protected]/ [protected]) with some certain verbal confirmation about the policy and I transfer the money through my HDFC credit card to get the above said insurance but when I went through policy and other details found that there are so many discrepancies in the said policy.

          I wrote a request letter for cancellation of the said policy number and also approached on customer care number[protected] to cancel the policy.

          I got the confirmation from customer care department that you will be informed about the confirmation of the cancellation of the said policy number within 72 Hrs but after constant fallow up and reminder and email , I did not get any confirmation from customer care department .

          Now after seven days I am conferred by customer care department as follows.

            If you do not pass the medi-claim then good. You can cross verify the hospital and the doctor how they can deal.

            The doctor already told to me. If the Apollo Munich will not pass your claim then you have to file a case against them I am ready to help you. You definitely win the case. Further you can publish that letter into news paper. I will prove these three point s into the court. You also get the late penalty amount. I will take my next step for your reply

            The claim is registered from last Nov 2011 by my wife. They are now saying they cannot clear the case without any information,Suggest me what to do

              Apollo Munich has increased my early premium for the exisisting policy in which no claim has been taken.
              While selling the policies they never put this clause.Everybody knows that all the ilness will be covered only after two years and when I am going to complete two years now thecompany wants to charge me more.This is complete voilation of consumer interest and I want to lodge complain against them in consumer court.Kindly send me the procedure because I am feeling like cheated by this company.

              On the phone call their telle caller is telling that IRDA has given them instruction to increase premium but not ready to provide the letter from IRDA.Also how can IRDA instruct any conmpany to increase premium of existing clients who dont have any claim in past.

                Apollo Munich is doing a lot of advertisement for their health insurance policies but they don't have their agents educated at their own products.
                I have applied online for health insurance policy online for my mother and second day I received call for the same from Apollo Munich. they have explained me about policy and their benefits but didn't tell me the thing which I shocked to know after issuing cheque. Even I asked couple of times for any additional/hidden charges but they always said NO as answer. The executive/agent came and collected the cheque and told me that you will receive call for health checkup of your mother. I got a call for health check up and my mother has undergone the test. After 3-4 working days I got a letter that you will have pay additional amount to take policy as your mother's BMI is high. I asked simple question why you didn't tell me before the test that there may be some additional amount you need pay if this comes in test.
                They have wasted my entire one month for this process and after this I had to withdrawn my application without taking policy. A company who can not do right commitments at day one, how can I believe they will be with us in medical emergency. They cam ask anytime more money rather that to pay your medical expenses.

                Poor Health Insurance company. Will not recommend to go with them.

                    APOLLO MUNICH insurance company people are ruthless swindlers & i believe that they simply go onto trait poor people in need of insurance. i believe that all their promises are fake and you are sure to have a bummer of an experience dealing with those crooks. beware of the fraud companies and do not let your hard earned money go waste in the name of Health Insurance that you would never get from them.


                    don't go by their website and the big fake claims they have made there. Welcome Mr. XYZ << another happy customer / Ms. ABC received XXX amount towards her insurance claim and so on. this is baseless bragging about something they haven't achieved. do they have addresses and contacts of those who truly got insurance from them ? no hell. they just won't pay your claim and make you slog filling numerous papers in their claims process that lasts unto eternity or the rejection.

                    BEWARE of this APOLLO MUNICH HEALTH INSURANCE EVIL .

                      To all the prospected customers of health insurance cos.

                      I feel slugged and looted by Apollo Munich health insurance co. who proclaimed to be the dab hands at the bizzo. They had promised me that all the Pre Policy check up charges below Rs. 300 (INR) would be reimbursed immediately upon issuance of the policy. Sadly they never cared to reimburse a paltry sum of Rs. 160/- only, the payment made towards Pre Policy check up of my wife at a Hospital / Facility designated by Apollo Munich.

                      After aboutr four months and a fierce condemning Email and a subsequent complain with IRDA they paid only Rs. 100 lmao !! . They can’t even reimburse 160 Rs. How could a customer expect to get lacs of Rs. from those cheeky people when a claim is made? This is so stupefying and outrageous.

                      The story doesn’t end just there. I unfortunately had to make a Cashless claim for a surgical removal of Endometrioma on my wife from a well known hospital in their network. The same was rejected. Prior to rejection I received a call asking if the policy was issued to me by an employer / company or is it an individual claim? Once they knew the claim was made in the individual capacity, they bluntly rejected it. Different people gave different reasons and the TPA said it was on the order of Apollo Munich that they are rejecting your claim.

                      They gave a Generalized reason .. Surgery of Genetourinal tract ain’t covered.Another executive responded with ” Policistic ovarian disease ain’t covered and another said Cysts and internal tumors ain’t covered ( lmao! then whats covered mon ? Just ask those people to give a list of whats covered apart from Malaria and Dengu / Typhoid ) At the time of issuing the policy they had stated that their policy wordings is crystalline and has no clandestine agenda of deceiving the customers. Only the specific names of the ailments mentioned therein are not covered for two years. Looking at the policy wordings its apparent that ENDOMETRIOMA ain’t mentioned nowhere in the policy wordings. t can’t be generalized. Looking at the policy I realized that everything save an odd Malaria or Dengu …is excluded for two years.

                      The tele executives was disgruntled and became tetchy to know my intentions to follow this matter up until the dooms day or me getting justice whichever happens first.

                      I sincerely believe its my duty as a aggrieved customer of Apollo Munich Health Insurance Co. to alert and make aware other prospective customers who are intending to take a policy from Apollo, who were only be cordial to me unto the time I paid the premium and thereafter I became be the most frivolous living object for them.

                      Please think Million times over before taking a insurance policy from Apollo as insurance is a sensitive subject that relates to financial and emotional trauma and needs proper expertise & humanitarian approach of the issuer to handle.

                        As I already asked to cancel to my policy due to non-satisfaction of services

                        Yesterday 30the March, 2011, I got a call from Bhikaji Kama Place branch to collect policy document.
                        When I asked when you received the paper? He replied one day ago. Then I again asked him why are you calling me one day later.
                        He replied very rudely that I have other important work to do.
                        On such rude reply, I refused to collect the paper.

                        This is really shameful. You guys really don't want to co-operate with customer who is choosing you above all other well established brands.

                        Please cancel my policy and make a full refund with compensation.
                        Otherwise I am going to file a complain in IRDA

                        I haven't received anything.

                        I got 3 mails for 27th March, stating that documents have been delivered.

                        Now when i called in customer care (executive name : Pooja), I came to know that documents have been

                        Now, I want to know:

                        How can you deliver a Delhi address documents in Mumbai?
                        Why you don't call customer before delivery?
                        Why you don't track customer on non delivery?
                        Why you take this much of time?

                        When I asked for Nodal Officer's mail ID of complaint. Supervisor simply denied without stating any reason. Simply Saying that we have nodal/ Senior officers but can't give you their mail IDs.

                        So Being totally unsatisfied with the way Apollo Munich works, I am no more interested to be associated with Apollo Munich.
                        I want to cancel my policy for with I asked Sahil also.

                        DLF LIMITED SHARE — Non receipt of doccuments

                        I had paid Rs.7500/- towards application money and balance Rs.18750/- towards balance (Total Rs.26250/-)for purchasing 50 shares of DLF LIMITED during september 2007.Even after contacting(1) M/s KARVY COMPUTERSHARE PVT ( KANNUR Branch), (2) M/s JRG securities Ltd, Kannur Branch and (3) M/s IL&FS INVESTSMART KANNUR(ADVISED AND CANVASED THROUGH THIS FIRM) neitherdocuments nor any result obtained.It is found that various letters are being received from DLF regarding meeting.But as per statement of accounts 50.000 are shown.Whether it is Rs.50/- or 50 Nos of share is not known.

                          i mr pravin saremal solanki took health insurance from apollo munich health insurance policy nos [protected] and [protected] (in the name sandeep saremal solanki) i am customer for health insurance for last 4-5 years i was a customer for cholamandalam health insurance for 4 years and the i shifted to star health insurance for 1 year and in star all my waiting period was waived this year i shifted from star to apollo munich health insurance and i was told there will be no waiting period since i am a customer for health insurance for such a long period without breaking anytime for any year i normally renew my policy before 15-20 days before it expires during every year this year also my policy was getting expired on 12th april i renewed on 26th march 2011 20days before it expires and inspite of there comitment i got waiting period for 1 year and 2 year respectively

                          i have called apollo health insurance several times but i have not got any proper response from them i m expecting resolutions for the same from u

                          Apollo Munich has the lousiest service and they would be customer friendly only until a claim is made. Once you make a claim they would become a malignant Ailment for you and would never honour your claims. They know NOTHING about insurance and healthcare and they would only COMPLICATE the matter.

                          I suggest you don't trust their chintzy promises as they are sure to decieve you in the event of a claim. Switch over to some sensible provider which understands the graveness of insurance.

                            I MET WITH AN INSURANCE AGENT FROM APPOLO MUNICH SOMETIME IN THE 2ND WEEK OF NOVEMEBER AND AFTER DISCUSSING WITH HIM I DECIDED TO SWITCH MY EXISTING HEALTH POLICY WITH ICICI LOMBORT TO APOLLO MUNCH AND SUBMIITED ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION THAT WAS REQUESTED BY HIM ALONG WITH THE PREMIUM PAYMENT OF RS 14439/-

                            I WAS CONFIRMED THAT POLICY WILL BE IN CONTINUITY WITH MY PREVIOUS POLICY FROM ICICI LOMBART EXPIRING ON 23RD JANUARY 2011 AND THE NEW POLICY WILL BE EFFECTIVE FROM 24TH JANUARY 2011 IF I MADE THE PAYMENT OF THE 5TH JANUARY 2011 WHICH I DID (SEE COPY OF RECEIPT ATTACHED)

                            ON 5TH FEBRUARY 2011 I CALLED UP THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES FROM APOLLO MUNICH SEEKING ADVICE FOR HOSPITALIZATION OF MY WIFE LEELA MUNDHRA.I WAS ADVISED TO ADMIT HER BY MAKING REQUIRED PAYMENT WHICH SUBSEQUENTLY WILL BE RIMEIMBURSED TO ME.

                            WHEN I REAPPROCHED THE CUSTOMER CARE ON NOW TO FILE A CLAIM THEY INFORMED ME THAT I AM NOT ENTITILED FOR REIMBURSEMENT BECAUSE:
                            THE POLICY DOES NOT HAVE PORTABILITY CLAUSE AND EVENTUALLY IN ABSENCE OF THE CLAUSE ANY CLAIM CANNOT BE ENTERTAINED FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS OF THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE POLICY.

                            MY HUMBLE SUBMISSON IN THE PRESENT CASE IS AS UNDER

                            I WAS HOLDING A POLICY PRIOR TO EXISTING ONE AND ACCORDINGLY PROCEEDED WITH THE PROCEDURE LIKE MAKING PREMIUM PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.HAVING THE POLICY SIMILAR AMOUNT AND TERMS AS PER ICICI LOMBORT.

                            IN CASE DOCUMENTS WERE NOT IN ORDER, THE COMPANY WOULD HAVE APPROACHED TO ME FOR CLAIFICATION/DOCUMENTATION BUT INSTEAD OF THAT CONVENIENTLY THEY HAVE DECIDED TO IGNORE THE PORTABILITY CLAUSE AND TREATED THE POLICY AS NEW.

                            YOU WILL APPRECIATE THAT SUCH UNILATERAL DECISION CAN NOT BE IMPOSED OR CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED AS AN EXCUSE TO DENY A CLAIM.

                            I have paid Rs.49800/-(Rs. Forty nine thousand eight hundred only) towards hospitalization

                            I BOUGHT TWO ICICI HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY ON PHONE BY YOUR REPRESENTATIVE MR. PAVAN.
                            WHEN I BUY POLICY THAT TIME HE TOLD ME THAT THE PAYMENT IS COLLECTED BY MY CREDIT CARD ON EMI SYSTEM. AND NO NEED TO PAY FULL AMOUNT.

                            NOW MY ICICI CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD AND SEND ME A STATEMENT TO PAY FULL AMOUNT OF THIS BOTH POLICY.
                            IF I HAVE THAT MUCH MONEY THEN WHY I TAKE EMI?

                            YOUR REPRESENTATIVE CLEARLY TOLD ME THERE IS NO REQUIRMENT TO PAY FULL PAYMENT IN MY CREDIT CARD AND POLICY IS ALSO FOR ONLY CREDIT CARD HOLDER AND ITS A SPECIAL OFFER.

                            BUT THERE IS A CHEATING WITH ME
                            SO PLESE CLOSED THE POLICY.

                            WHY DELAY IN RESPONDING?

                            i received an e-mail, stating that reply will be sent within 15 days but even after 15 days there is no reply.

                            .Company's intention is to dispute the issue on procedure ground which in their control and they themself are responsible for the same.They can not held client responsible for ommitting portability clause when it meets eligibility criteria.In fact they had issued the policy in contineuation of the old policy is evieeent from the fact the commensement of
                            the policy is on 24th january(old policy expiring on 23rd) when the premium was paid on 5th january..can they justfy this ?

                            Also i want an explanation from them why i was asked to admit the patient by making payment.when the policy does not permit to lodge a claim.

                            M ur customer n doctor in my profession. I was admitted in nulife hospital delhi wid c/o extreme severe headache, dehydration/vomitting/ i was unable to stand properly almost was getting unconcious n giddiness. But ur company didnt found it enough reason to get hospitalised. They said that it coud be treated on opd basis. So please tell me do somebody need to get in coma or accident to get insurance cashless etc.
                            My doctor clearly mentioned that patient is unable to stand itself but after So much request ur company denied cashless procedure.
                            I dont understand wat else urcomplamy want for serious illness. Patient can collapse also in severe headache n degydration, ur company needs to know this. I M a doctor even i advice admission on severe pain or degydration, Sir i want its answer on very serious notice. I want to take it further n further as its big issue for me n other to come. Being a doctor i want to file case against it that severe headache n degydration is also need to b hospitalised, otherthan fever infact. I have been extremely disappointed n disrespected by ur company procedure n i know M exactly right on my place. Ur company can not btame me that i M admitted just for invesigations n coud have manages by opd. Dat only patient know wat she want through. No use of taking ur policy coz at the end they denied. But it has to be sorted out anyhow. Its a big big issue coz if doctor is staying patient is to b admitted then ur company do not Helseright to disrespect doctor or btame doctors decision. Its a big disrespect n made fun n also btame on doctor who is treating patient in His own way.
                            I wanted to let u know. M extremely hurt by ur policy reply. They have to know how only headache can get severe n causes else.

                              I want to inform you about the case between me and Apollo Munich Health Insurance Co. which is as follows:-

                              I would like to bring to your notice that the proposal form was not filled by me as well as signed by me. It was changed and forged.

                              The details were also not accurate. I informed the Apollo Munich Company regarding it on 9th October, 2010 after i received and checked my proposal form from them on my request on email.

                              With reference to my mail,they informed me that my concern has been logged into the system as Case No. 80,309.

                              After many mails and calls finally on 25th November,2010 i received a response from the company stating that, i should confirm the details of wrong information which i found to be filled in my proposal form by someone else.

                              I mailed them on the same day i.e. 25th November, 2010 about the details they requested.

                              On 2nd December, 2010 i received the following reply -:

                              ""With reference to your Case No. 80,309, would like to update you that we had taken up this matter to the team concerned and as per the status we would require fresh underwriting in your case.Please also note that as per declaration of relevant details in the application form, we might re-underwrite the policy.Hence, request you to kindly fill fresh application form and change request form with correct details for necessary action.

                              Please find enclosed the proposal form and change request form (CRF) as per the requirement and you can send Scan copy of CRF along with copy of ID Proof / address proof as applicable on the same mail ID so that we can proceed further.""

                              I sent Apollo Munich Health Insurance co. a new proposal form as well as other documents as requested by them from me , which they received on 28th December, 2010.

                              I was told by the customer relation team from Apollo munich that my issue will be resolved within 15 days starting from 29th December,2010.
                              Whereas , now its been more than 30 days i have not got any response from them, i have sent many e mails and called them also.

                              Now my policy is due for renewal , and i am being harassed by the company , as i dont know i can renew it or not ????

                              As a bona fide citizen , i informed the company about their mis doings, and i am being harassed for the same. I dont want to lose my policy year in any case as i am nowhere at fault.

                              Kindly consider and give me a solution .

                                I got a call on 30 jan 2011 from Agent of Apollo munich Health insurance regadring Health insurance ( Agent name Jindal Intellicom Pvt Ltd and Code[protected] he suggested me for Health insurance for me other and my three other family members and demand for Rs 4348/- for premium covering insurance of four members

                                But Surprisingly when I got kit I get shocked to see that they have covered insurance for my 3 members but they have not given my insurance , When I contact them at customer care , they told You have given less premium amount , and we given insurance of three members which cost premiun 3990/- and remaining Rs 358 we wil send back through Demand draft at my address , and if you want your insurance you have to pay around Rs 1900 more.

                                I told them only your agent ask for Rs 4348/- for four members and also if my premium amount is insufficient atleast you have to give single call back before issuing the policy

                                As they donot inform me about insufficient premium amount and they themself decided to remove my name from insurance this shows negilgence from there part

                                Also I have given photographs of me and my three others family members to be pasted on card, but I got the card without photograph , when I complaint them regarding this also they told its a small things
                                May be this is a small thing for them but for me its a untorable issue

                                When I ask for cancellation of my policy they told they will deduct 25% of my premiun amount ,
                                But if its not a my fault why should I suffer

                                Its my request to arrange to give back my Rs 4348/- also compensation of my sufferings

                                    This is with reference to the 3 Medical Insurance Policies with "Apollo Munich", that me and my family had purchased on 20th Feb'2010. The details are herewith specified for your reference :

                                    The policies were done by Mr.Manjeet Batra from "Santushti". At the time of issuing of the policy, we were told by Mr.Manjeet Batra, that after providing the previous policy details, the cashless benefit on the policies would start within 6 months of the date of issue. Because of this, we had submitted all the relevant documents and information to him.

                                    However, when my brother-in-law, Mr.Tejpreet Chatrath, submitted the papers to RG Stones, Deepali Chowk, Rohini ahead of his wife's operation for removal of Gall Bladder, the cashless offer was rejected by Apollo Munich, stating that the policy tenure is less than a year.

                                    Mr.Manjeet Batra is not available on phone now(Ph No.[protected]).

                                    I hereby request you to please take appropriate action against Mr.Manjeet Batra, and direct your agents not to over commit and mislead people. I am currently working with the Auto Vikas Group, where again, Mr. Manjeet Batra, is providing such policies to my peers and colleagues. After this incident, I would recommend them, not to get themselves insured with such companies.

                                    I am attaching herewith the mail I had sent to Mr. Manjeet Batra with the previous policy details.

                                    I request you to please activate cashless offer on all the above given policy numbers.

                                      Hi there, I'm 36 yrs. of age having mediclaim policy by Apollo Munich(DKV) from past 2 years.
                                      I’m suffering from High Blood Pressure from past 3-4 months, yesterday while I was in office I started sweating a lot with pain in head & chest, Straightaway I went to the Hospital (Emergency) & doctors asked me to get admitted Immediately, as I have the personal mediclaim policy hence I didn’t hesitate to get admitted, while doctors where examine me and send fax to claim the medical insurance, the APOLLO MUNICH decline my case, as per them my case is not that serious & I should not be get admitted for that.
                                      I spend two days in hospital & have to pay the amount from my own pocket?
                                      Kindly explain, is it my fault if doctor ask me to get admitted immediately, or should I supposed to call Apollo Munich and ask them whether to get admitted or not?

                                        Apollo munich health insurance agents are very good in making the customer fool. One agent whose name is Mr. Jassi and number [protected].He is the main collpit in my case.He always made wrong commitmentwith me in every matter regarding health insurance from the starting.Actually I gave him my policy to transfer in to apollo munich health insurance from new india assurance in june month of this year and he made wrong policy with no claim bonus and then he apoloized whatever he did and commit me he will make a new policy with no claim bonus with in a week and latter he will cancel wrong policy which he made earlier without no claim bonus after me reciving new policy with bonus. But till now he is not picking my phone and my previous policy will expire on 28 july 2010 after that may be its bonus will not transfer.

                                        I MA VIJAYAKUMAR, FROM CHENNAI, I TAKEN A POLICY IN APOLLO MUNICH, FOR MY FAMILY MEMBERS, MY 18 MONTHS SON HAVE A INFECTION IN HIS URINAL OUTPUT AREA, DOCTORS TOLD TO MAKE A CIRCUMCISES AND THEY DONE ON DECEMBER 2011, I SEND THE ALL ORIGINAL DETAILS AND ORIGINAL BILLS TO THE APOLLO OFFICE, AFTER THEY SEND LETTER THAT CIRCUMCISES NOT ALLOWED AND THEY MENTIONED WAITING PERIODS. IT IS HAPPEN BY INFECTIONS AND I TRY TO ASK DETAILS BUT THEY NOT READY TO GIVE PROPER DETAILS AND REFUND, THEN I AM NOT ABLE RENEW MY POLICY, STILL THEY ARE NOT RETURN MY ORIGINAL PAPERS.
