Dear sir,
Your tenkasi new bus stand pharmacy staffs cheating money and damaging my name in my home city.
Amount just 235 cheated
So i leave that matter
But now they are damaging my name
That's the only reason i'm sending you complaint.
They swiped my card and amount debited from my a/c 2 times i have attached proof for that now again asking money

East coast railway, visakhapatnam directs its patients to take medicines from apollo pharmacy which are not available in railway hospitals as per the contract agreement. I am taking medicines since last one year from apollo pharmacy, dondaparthi junction, visakhapatnam[protected] regularly viz., valaparin, liofen, lamitor, zonicep, etc. For my child. But always they give few medicine as balance. Few months back i requested to keep sufficient medicine with them since this medicine is required lifelong since i live far away from hospital. Today also they again given a memo to take balance medicine for which i cannot come from 100 kms. When i asked this, mr. Raju, salesman replied rudely and said that they are collecting only 50% of cost from railways and there is no profit in them. So, i have to come from 100 kms to collect the medicine or else advised me to purchase medicine from other shop. I will give a written complaint to railways to opt some other medical shop. But such type of behaviour with patients is unwarranted and humiliating.

On 17/12/18 at night 10.20 pm visited nadanvan branch of apollo pharmacy at nagpur, was surprised at indecent behaviour of salesman. He was shouting at top of his voice and arguing with me. I being a consultant he was admant on proving he was the boss which i agree he was at the counter when asked to talk in a calm demanour he continued to misbehave. Even after being told that he was talking with a consultant doctor he continued to raize his voice and misbehaved it was shocking to see such behavior towards doctors. I can just emagine what he would do with common people. Such people r a blot on medical service sorry to know apollo has such misbehaving personel in its organisation. Will never buy again and will warn my patients never to use services of such a pharmacy in future

The sales man at apollo pharmacy navelim have changed. The people who used to work here earlier were more enthusiastic. The sales man now are very rude. They don't have courtesy to talk to elderly people. They are refusing orders as per their convenience. If questioned, asking them whether they do not require customers, they agreed saying they have enough customers

I have raised the complaint with subject
Apollo pharmacy — wasting customer time by giving false promise and not having enough knowledge in providing medicine.

Emailed the problem they didn't replied back but problem is marked as resolved.

Let me know the reason why it has been closed.

Today morning i went to apollo pharmacy (Narayanpur) for o2m and colimax syrup.
Then, i asked them to process the cashmemo for the same with one corporate discount which am getting from apollo. Frist of all excecutives present in the store at that time are very lazy and inefficient then atlast they wrapped those medicines in the envelope and gave those to me.
But, just for recheck i opened the envelope checking the price of medicines in cashmemo and in the medicine box then i found that prices are different in both and they have charged me extra when i ask them. They unable to answer me for the same.

Ur staff speaking very roodly with me and they told me to don't come to our shop. We have other options to take medicine. Today i gone to purchase medicine. Ur staff speaking very arrogantly. These the customer based market. We will tell to others don't go to apollo. Because the staff is not good. They are not good. They not give correct response to customers

I visited apollo pharmacy branch located at arihant arden, greater noida west, sector -1 on 09/12/2018 to enquire about four medicine related to bp. I had enquired about a couple of days back, when the same man expressed unavailability of the medicines and delivered an eloquent convincing lecture saying that since they have so many branches all around it was not at all a problem to get the medicines immediately
When l reported on sunday, he became rude and showede other doors.

Yesterday, i have visited below address-

The behavior of the staffs are very unprofessional and rude, they were shouting on me along with the abuse word, i have make the videos also to upload on social media or will show evidence to policy or legal.

For the last one and half year i had ordered my medicine in different places of your pharmacy the same way on 11/12/18 i had ordered diapatic medicine and some vitamins tablet in your villapuram madurai branch around 13 hrs till it was not yet supplied, yesterday around 19 30 contact the branch no response to day contact customer care they informed we want to check up the store this type of public service you are doing? You people are playing with public life if the medicine available or not the communication is to be informed or convey the same thing to me keeping mum — @ — @ —

I had been to purchase honey and some other products in gottigere branch on 28th nov 2018... The pharmacist had sent the link to pay through phonepe app.. And when the transaction was shown successful.. The pharmacist told the amount have not credited to him and it has been transferred to the main branch of Apollo pharmacy.. So the pharmacist told to come after two days.. When i went aftr two days.. Again he had given some other date.. I...

On 2nd december 2018 i bought nasal spray i. E. Duonase nasal spray for this product i paid rs.279/- via phone pay + apollo card rs.40/- deducted= 319/- (Actual cost rs.319/- i have already apollo card).
But seller asked you have pay again, but i am asking why i paid already, then seller replied i am not validating you have to pay again.
I said money deducted in my account, seller replied that money was refund will be 2 to 3 days.
Finally i paid rs.279/- again via phone pay.
After completing 2 to 3 days i went to apollo pharmacy asking money was not refunded. Seller replied just rising the your complaint to higher authority, they said money will be refunded 4 to 6 day again said.
To day is 11th december 2018, money not yet refunded.
Please consider my request i want refund my money rs.279/-

Hello sir, yesterday, i have purchased some medicine for your pharmacy in periyar statue branch-karaikudi. She is not entered a correct details of my medicine on my bill and overwrite on my bill. Sending sms late at night which is disturbing. Please send sms if any before 10 pm and not around midnight or after midnight. Many such instances have occurred before regarding sms being sent late at night for eg:
Sms sent at 12.48 am on 12/09/2018 and this is just one example. Can you please clarify why messages are sent so late and why not before 10 pm?...

I am a regular customer of apollo pharmacy sembakkam. Last time when i purchased medicines your swipe machine malfunctioned and your staff swiped 7-8 times by mistake. My account got debited. Your staff called me next day and told the same was not reflecting in your account. I said still my amount has not reversed and i can give only after reversal of the money. But one of your staff ramya was rude in approach and she is asking me to pay...

I am a regular customer of mysore j p nagar apollo not a very good service is given and the way treat is very bad today 08/12/2018 please check video footage first come first serveis not practised and made me wait for almost 45 minutes and ultimately i cancelled my bill of rs 2200 which was already billed apollo brand name will be spoiled if this is the case

When purchasing medicine at any
Both parvathipuram brach, vizianagaram dist ap, medicine purchase bill's are not give while asking them bills they are saying that printer is not working or computer is not working, we can execuse one or two times but every time saying like that only if asks repeatedly then they will say that give your phone no., later we will give you bills then ask later some day say same answer or say some other story it's very ignorant manner. No other pharmacy in vizianagaram doing like that.. Take action on them.. This type of mannerism decline your reputation in parvathipuram

Apollo representative denied to accept payment through PhonePay from last two days, accept only card & cash payment, and reason said that internet is not working, My question is if internet is not working than how working your system and how to accept card payment easily.
they have avoid to accept payment through PhonePay, you are requested to resolve this issue in Gotri, Natubhai Circle, alkapri Vadodara, Gujarat Apollo Store.

Actually I bought dr.morpin diabetic test strip on 20/11/2018 in omalur that is loacated in salem Tamil Nadu.It cost ₹550 and i paid this amount in phonepe that amount was created i my account but your merchant said that it was not created so am paid through case on that spot..This my issue here i attached my transaction id also you may refer below
