Ordered eye drops through Apollo 247 app. Didn't receive the order though the app shows delivered. No refund has been issued since 5 days despite escalating to the zonal team. Useless support from the app. There is no customer care number.

Please stop sending SMS from Apollo 24/7..any promotions... To me.. any way I use call Apollo pharmacy to buy medicine... Plus do needful...

I am reluctantly obliged to bring to your notice that though there are several branches at ongole, Andhrapradesh, often we see that the medicines we order are not available, which when compared with the other pigmy medical shops belittles the illustrious legendary Appollo. Secondly there are not enough staff to deliver the medicines at home, and always they say that there is nobody to deliver medicines at home. Even the shop looks more like...

Its digaster to the public health that the reputed company selling the foulted medicine. I have purchased the medicine which has different colours of same batch two bottles duo to the pharmacy as improper temperature maintain.

This pharmacy has no ac and no ventilation that's why the temp of pharmacy at boiling temp. I have complaned against it before nothing action taken against
It is danger to the health which make believe against the company .
The related officer has to take strict action against this .

Hi,

During lockdown, I had ordered medicines.
Delivery person delivered some other order medicine.
And as it was covid times, I asked him to leave package at outside and paid the amount.

Later my actual delivery came. That also delivery person asked me to pay as he dont have any contact with Apollo app. So I paid.

When raised complaint with apollo customer care/both Phone and mail...

On 19.06.21, I purchased a digital thermometer from an Apollo Pharmacy ( bill no. 13006CC0041338 of Ho-Chi-Minh Sarani Pharmacy ). On returning home I, I tried to measure temperature of my sister who was suffering from fever. It seemed that the temperature was not showing correct. Next day, I went to that shop for a replacement product as that was a junk for me. But they refused citing their policy. But they could not explain how to check the correctness of their product at higher temperature. this is very unfair. I left that thermometer with them though they did not hand over me any receipt With best regards,

I will buy theirs at their Medical My father has bought from them many times based on which I have been buying items for a few months now so on 17/06/2021 I bought the Nebulazer equipment for Rs.2850 / one which is another problem for them when replacing them.They did not give me another bill when I gave it to them. When I asked them, they gave me the old bill saying that it was this bill but in the message that came, the bill was rejected. If so, what is the bill for the replacement machine I bought?

issue: not working properly, poor quality build, I bought this product 20 days back. reading is in pulse it's showing spo2 levels, spo2 levels also not correct.
The battery back side spring not in the correct place (+) sided we have the spring instead of (-) side I have attached photos

so wanted to replace with another brand, I asked for a replacement for pharmacy they refused to replace it, they wanted the packed cover then only they will replace. who will keep the parking covers with them? I have suggested everything noted in your system why can't you get the details in the same they have no answer.

In pharmacy there are 3 employees working there, No one is working properly, no proper response, even there the items which we can see they are saying not available. a women employee always using phone while customers are in.

how they are treating customers??

I booked a lab test on 12 th June and they collected sample twice on 13th and 14th June. But they didn't give the reports till now.

I am very much disappointed with the services provided by the company. In all their advertisements they committed to deliver medicine within 2 hours but I have ordered medicine on 11th June, 2021 which is not yet delivered. I am referring to the order number[protected]. After waiting for almost one week when I inquired the status of my order, I was asked that medicines are not available and if you wish you can cancel the order. If medicines were not available then why was my order taken. These medicines are for my parents who are senior citizens and continuity in their medicine course is very important. If they won't be able to deliver the services on time then stop making fools of the customers.

I purchased medicine from Bahadurgarh Haryana outlet.
According to Indian pharmacy act temperature of pharmacy should be maintaine. But this shop was at boiling temperature. The staff who works is full drenched in sweat and sneezig . So it's seems very bed the reputed company has this type of condition . Medician have to maintain the pharmacy temperature but here the temp not maintained . It is the dangure to the health of public. So I never buy anything from here. Relly the worest experience.

Got delivery of pulse oximeter on 25 may but it had scratches and was not working either so requested for a return & picked by executive on next day morning, but when ever I call the customer care for refund they say they ll refund the next day surely.
Even after 45 days Still haven't received my refund amount.

Today, the Apollo Pharmacy at Kumaran Nagar, Peravallur, Chennai-82 with phone No.[protected] has not accepted my ICICI BANK Sapphiro Credit card with wifi facility and insisted for cash payment for my purchase. The reason stated is "net work issue". This is not acceptable to me. The shop owner should have alternate POS with better net work and accepted my credit card. After some heated argument, I cancelled my order worth of Rs.3, 500/- and placed order with some other medical shop. Please take necessary action and arrange to resolve the issue with this pharmacy and try to encourage digital payments. Don't expect customers to have Plan A (Digital Payment) and, if failed, to have Plan B (Cash Payment) also for every purchase in your pharmacy.

I have ordered patanjali products from Apollo on 10 of june 2021 from Apollo 247 application owned by Apollo. The product was delivered on 15 June 2021. When I opened the products and check the expiry date it was mentioned June 2021. Attaching the order details and image of products for your reference.

I have ordered Order #[protected] on 12 th June and was expected to delivered before 15 June. But was not delivered, medicine are required on urgent basis so we don't expect delay than what was promised. Cancel my order and refund my money.. Experience with online Apollo pharmacy is really bad.
