With reference to order number - #[protected]. on 19th April'21 I ordered a pulse oximeter which was defective. It didn't switch on even after putting multiple new batteries in it. I have raised atleast 50 email on the helpline and atleast have call 150 time on the customer care helpline yet no resolution on this issue. Please help me get a refund on this product.

I'm Used the My credit card, But Amount is debited. Staff is told to me not received amount. At time we are swiped the card 3 time in two different swiping missions in Pharmacy.

I'm received the transaction slips two, Failed slip, another one not received.

My wife went to take some tablets for constipation / pain tablets for me and she was been passed comments saying why to take / buy these tablets rather not eat chicken or no veg. Its a medical Pharmacy and people can buy anything, its responsibility of the executive to help customer. Just not passing indirect comment on married women and laughing on them. This happened in Ramnagar branch opposite deihi sweet house or balaji sweet house on saturday June 12th between 130 and 230 PM. I am sure if they are passing comments on married women they will pass same for unmarried or young girls. My wife really felt very bad and uncomfortable. Since i am unhealthy i am not able to move out of my house. We have trust and expect professionalism from your employees. Please take this matter seriously and need to take action else next time will not complaint to customer complaints and will be forced to given a written complaint to police and also take things personally and as required take action on your employees directly. Its not my wife its every women / girl for whom respect should be given and no one should pass any comments its a medical shop and people come to buy things only.

My order number was #[protected]. I have ordered medicine on 2nd June and was assured to be delivered by 3rd June. But the medicine was delivered on 6th June. By that time I had already obtained the medicine from different shop. The delivered box is unopened. I requested to take the medicine back and give refund. Contacted their customer care to take back medicine but they are refusing the refund. Who can wait for medicine for 4 days? They had promised one day delivery.

Here Apollo pharmacy in Punganur near Gokul street staff are selling the medicines double, triple to it's MRP, , misbehaving with the customers who questioned them, no taking covid measures there, doing dhadhagiri there, PLEASE TAKE THE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, I AM GOING TO FILE THE CASE ON THE SHOP THERE, TAKE THE ACTION AS THE EARLIEST

I had ordered Mamypoko diapers for my 20 month old daughter on 6th of June 2021, also had made the online payment through paytm.
The item was not delivered where as i received message stating its already delivered, also the status in app shows as delivered.
Upon complaining to customer support which is one of the worst support i have ever seen . they have only wattsapp chat support and there no phone numbers or toll free call support, they informed me that its escalated to local site and they will reach back to me .
I have not yet been contacted by any of the local support team neither anyone bothered to resolve my query . Its really hard and finding difficulty approach anyone from apollo 247 team.

I placed order (#[protected] of Apollo oximeter using Apollo 24*7 application on 21 Apr (INR 1754/-), I cancelled the order on 24 Apr itself (via app only) however, upon my follow up I received a cancellation confirmation on 30 Apr 2021. Order cancellation date indicated within Application is 20 May 2021.

After my repeat follow ups I got a message from TX-APLOTF that refund of INR 1714.74 has been processed and should reflected...

Charging 10 rupees for disposal mask and didn’t give bill for the same.

Apollo has taken full advantage of pandemic situation as they know that many people may not open the order the same day esp if it is baby products. This gives them opportunity to cheat by applying some cheap tricks.

My recent order has cost me a loss of 500 INR.

Delivered - 7 cerelacs (2 wrong products) out of 8; D3 5ml in 5

Missing items - 1 cerelac
D3: 10ml x 5 = total 50 ml

Raised complaint multiple times and their support has closed it without proper action. No proper updates as we have to follow up every day.
Complaint# received from customer care - 815557 and 876278
They keep on asking same details again n again (images etc.).

Please impose a fine and stop them from doing this business.

I have placed my order on Apollo app on 26th May 2021 order No. is[protected] and still order is not delivered. It is not due to governments restrictions it is due to technical error of your app that shows it is out for delivery which actually it is not. I have already paid for the order but still not got the delivery. I have raised so many complains regarding this but every time I get a system generated message that someone will call but that never happened. If you guys are not going to take any early actions I will be forced to lodge a complain of fraud and cheating your customers in concerned authorities.

Not giving a prescription bill always telling printer was repaired. Come 2 days after and this is not a proper way to running pharmacy. Always telling this for the selective people that was for a monthly once person they telling this... I[censored] not take a proper action this will forward to consumer court. Because I'm a dmk youth wings party...

Please take a proper action other wise It will go further.

June 1st I purchased at parvathipuram, Vizianagaram district location beside more shop 5 ltr Apollo sanitizer Rs 1000 paid through phonepay pharmacy staff told phonepay through number which was pasted on apollo shop wall but Apolo pharmacy staff Till now Health credits not credited to my account,

I have contacted so many times through mails, calls, apollo help desk in apollo. but they are not responding. worst experience. please dont order from apollo. after payment, we are unable to see our orders. and we didnt get our orders AND CUSTOMER care doesnot respond. they call and said that we are unable to solve. they why customer care is there. you pepole think we are trying to reach you for timepass. my money deducted, oreder not showing....

I have purchased 3 layer face mask 1 packet. 1st thing person not wared gloves and basic temperature screening also not happened, 2nd its open packet, 3rd before handover the material person was dropped down all the masks same captured on footage also for 50 mask rate is Rs.500/-. After purchased my parent feel high cost so I was return back to the package. But they are refused to get back and refund the money. Person telling if you are affected person how do we know. Same thing I am asking what kind of assurance are have they are not affected in covid. Even how ever they are handover the material to me same kind of way I was given back without open the package.
