I booked an appointment with Dr. Koushik Lahiri, and made the payment through Apollo 24/7 app. Amount was deducted but appointment not booked.

I went on to buy some medicines for my father but the pharmacist refused to provide medicine even when the store was open, he said the required one is finished, upon asking about alternate, he blatantly said come tomorrow morning, when asked why the Pharma is open yet, he repeated himself and didn't help at all....

I have to redeem my wallet amount. Executive tried three times but OTP has not been received even after 3hr...this is great lapse on the part of appollo pharmacy.

I asked for Drotin-M but the pharmacy worker gave Drotin-A. When I went to replace it the workers behaved rudely and shouting at me.
I'm very disappointed with the behaviour of your workers. Make sure to provide bill when we buy any product from ur pharmacy and make sure ur workers to give respect to the customers.

The registered mobile number in Apollo pharmacy is lost, and cannot be retained back, so I want to change my registered mobile number ...

I have placed order today 7 th may, the expected date of delivery is 12th may:

In app they mentioned 2 hours medicine will be delivery, But expected delivery was 12 may. Then what for they have mentioned, 2 hours, making people fools

:I thought I will get medicine but, it was really disappointed.
And more over when I place order, payment is first, when delivery of medicine it's 5 days. Money refund 10...

I have ordered an Oximeter online on 27th May 2021. The product was delivered on 27th May 2021. On receipt of the same, I have checked the product and it was not working. Immediately I have called up Appollo customer care and raised the complaint and received a message saying that a return request was created. From that day onwards I am repeatedly calling customer care people to know the status, no one turned up, and nor the product is taken back.

I have placed this product for my mother who was a corona positive patient. I have ordered this product at a crucial time. You know how this product is important for a covid 19 patient. It was very painful the service of your Apollo pharmacy people rendered to me.

Apollo pharmacy is selling damaged products to the public. Till date everyday I am calling, no proper response.

This is to inform that i have been given the genric medicine at mrp being sold by the Apollo pharmacy at Devadurga. This is not once but twice they done the same and if asked about the bill they say that the printing machine has some problem. This a very bad part for the brand Apollo cheating the poor customer. If any higher authorities are hearing this help us in this regard. Advice them to give the original medicine with proper rates.

Today I have purchased medicines, out of which one was Ketool Dx 10 tablets of from Apollo pharmacy retailex shopping complex Abhaykhand Indrapuram Ghaziabad . We have been buying medicines from the same store since last 5 years and loyal customer of Apollo.
Today we were surprised to check that the store employee Mr Kaushal has kept only 6 tablets instead of 10 and not given any invoice.

I went to the Apollo vendor for purchase of Amantrel tabs. He said he will offer me 10% discount. I informed him that Medplus offers 15%. He agreed for 12%. He did not give me a bill. On sking he gave a DUPLICATE bill. Checking I found he gave only 10% discount. He said Program problem from Apollo since April, 21. Refused give me the difference of 2% as he will be out into loss. I purchased 6 stripe of Amantrel @ 202.07. Pl pay my 5% of difference in discount. Thanx.

Today I went to above mentioned pharmacy to purchase some medicines, at about 5 o'clock in the evening there were three staff. Two are attending other customers n one sitting happily, i waited for 15 minutes for my turn, but other male staff couldn't clear the customers and finally that girl who was sitting with out any work attended me, till then i thought she is not a staff, so asked her politely why you didn't attend earlier, her answer was rude and said arrogantly she was attending a phone which she didnot🤔... Please kindly look into these little things otherwise these things will hamper your reputation...thanking you

I perchesed Apollo pharmacy store at rangasaipet warangal rural.
After 6months it is not working (machine is working but air not come out) so I opened caps and check, inner pipes are damaged like holes.

So I asked all surgical shops for pipes but no one have like this pipes, it is thick and hard

So please tell and send me like this pipes.

Our Appolo Mansarovar Chandkheda has recently denied to provide 12.5% discount on Face Mask of Appolo which I have purchased two worth of Rs 200.
Aa I am in SBI, I am regularly changing purchasing face mask Appolo and to be honest I am not infected till today from corona.
My question is whether have the discount revoked by Appolo Pharmacy?

I did one transaction in Apollo pharmacy on 26th June in Mahadevapura
Bangalore branch for Rs 1050 however they charged Rs 1050 + 665. The
seller had denied to refund the access amount. They are asking the
credit card statement as a proof for this excess payment.

From SBI Apollo Rewards points - 665 (1 point equal to Rs 1)
From SBI Apollo card - Debited Rs. 1050

Your team has created the issue and they hold me in store for more than 3 hours and finally they did not refunded the excess amount.

I sent an email couple of times to [protected]@apollopharmacy.org, [protected]@apollopharmacy.org and [protected]@apollopharmacy.org but did nor received any response for till yet.

is this the right way tp deal & behave with customer and working in the office?

Today I call to your tele support team, they disconnected the call 3 times after hearing the concern. Finally I did not received any satisfactory responce from your back staff as well as tele team.

I can wait max till Monday, post that I will publish all the details along with transaction details in Facebook and linked-in.

I visit Apollo pharmacy near my home. I am longtime Apollo customer also. I purchased two items (Junior Horlicks and Boost) worth 535/-. Staff was not accepted to card payment or money. I have a membership card also. They demand to pay amount their personal phone pay number. So, I done to paid. But, Discount is not added to my card. Or by hand. They told me that next time better luck.. one lady staff was very irrespectivlly talking to me..

9th july 2021 buying a manforce condoms (3pcs)pack, form bhiringi more, durgapur located shop.
They have been charged for that pack 40rs.
And not given me any pouch and bill.

Half hour later i m just see the mrp tag and there is only 25rs.

Apolo medical (bhiringi more, benachity) branch .

Please solve my problem.

This complaint is for this particular branch alone.Most of the time purchased bill is not provided to customer reason printer not working and Apollo system server is down.
Moreover the health credit points are not updated every time same answer system down.

Customer service is very poor and guys at counter are always busy on phone call not official call and not even bothered to answer customer queries.

More over they have guts saying go and complaint to anyone least bothered.

I really wonder Apollo pharmacy is not providing free medicines to any of the customer's. Such an unprofessional staff behaving manner
