We faced many issues in this apollo pharmacy, dargah circle, chittoor. We purchased some injection and medicines on the first day. Then we came to know that some of the medicines were wrong, they are not the ones that doctor has prescribed to us. Then our doctor warned them for giving wrong medicines. Seretide accuhaler 50mcg/250mc was purchased from apollo pharmacy new ghaziabad, vaisahli, bill no - 11349mb0009264/ns dated 20.02.2018 and the inhaler was not available at the time of payment. It was delivered at home later. The pharmacist, prakash bhavan stationed at the viman nagar branch at datta mandir chowk, lied to me to tell me that a particular prescription only medicine was out of stock. Only when i inquired further and checked online did i find out that it was actually in stock but the pharmacist was lying due to a lack of prescription (Which he did not check or was aware of) at that moment.

If any body ask bill the printer will not work or otherwise give manual bill or less 5% on mrp when customer can demand. This is to keep you informed that, i took some medicines from apollo in the month of august as i met with an accident. But i got all the duplicate copies of invoices.

The insurance company that i'm claiming these bills is rejecting my bills saying that those are duplicate bills. They made it mandatory to submit all the invoice original copies to further processing the claim.
