I am trying to buy the above said tablet for the past week, It was unavailable in Chidambaram Apollo pharmacy, since I am a heart patient i need this to take as a regular medicine

When the delivery person reached my doorstep at 14th May, 2021 I asked him to cancel my order. He did that and ensured me a refund. I know there is huge load due to covid-19 So I am waiting for the refund but the fact is my app is showing that the order is being delivered. There is no lead for my refund....

I asked for two N95 masks and they gave me 1 pack which contained two masks that are been manufactured by Armex Pro Pvt Ltd. On the pack of the mask, the manufacturer has mentioned that Net Quantity 1, MRP 49, Batch No. IN95L130820, Mfg Date - Jan/2021 and Exp Date - July 2023. The storekeeper...

They are making fool to customers, My order was expected delevery before 14 May 12 PM but still order not dispatched yet, No customer care, No chat help, No response on whatsapp, Its a SCAM fake promise on life dependent medicine....

I am waiting more than half an hour for getting medicine in your shop at Nagamalai pudukottai. Very worst service

I placed an order for a pack of adult diapers on April 16th and was told will be delivered that same day.
On 17th, the app shows status as cancelled due to high volume or logistics

This is the first time I placed an order from your app.
No info about delivery until the next day, when promised to deliver the product on the same day.

No proper channel for customer service.
No phone number.br...

I placed order with apollo which got cancelled and refund inititated on 16th april. It is almost 1 month I didnt get my refund. My tickets being closed without notifying or contacting me. Order placed yesterday shows delivered but I have not received it . Texted regarding it over whatsapp still no response. Horrible service. Money is stuck with them

Ordered baby diapers and prepaid the amount but delivered different product with different size and number of the diapers in each packet is lesser than which I ordered.

The billed and deducted amount is on basis of which I ordered but the delivered item is not matching (lower-priced different item).

This is not acceptable.

Online ordered Omron HEM 7121J vide order ID[protected] dated 5 May 2021 at Rs 2580.00 with full payment. But received HEM 7124 model, a less priced lower model with fewer features. Contacted toll free [protected] several times on 8th, 9th and 10th May to replace the unopened and unused parcel. I was told everytime that an agent would resolve in 24 hrs. But no action. Also sent the detailed documents to mobile WhatsApp [protected] and [protected]as printed in the bill dispatched from eshop Corporate, Hyderabad. No action till now.

I am Vignesh from Alangulam, Tenkasi dt, Tamil Nadu. Yesterday I went to Apollo Pharmacy at Alangulam. After my purchase the guy who billed did not ask whether it is a cash or card payment. Then I said I want to do a card payment, but the boy said to the other staff that he selected cash. Immediately another girl working there said the POS machine is not working. Then I gave cash after that I insisted them that they have confirm with the customer for the type of payment before billing. Suddenly a boy and girl employee started yelling at me saying I have to confirm the payment method. I said I didn't know your system or procedure so it's your due process to confirm it with the customer. Their behavior was so rude. Then they neglected me and looked after Their work.They did not had sanitizer for customer use, when I asked for sanitizer they did not replied at all. There were more than 6 employees at that time. About 3 of them did not wear a mask. They are not at all following the government protocol. When I questioned them they are simply neglecting me and looked after other customers. Kindly take necessary action. Thanks

I ordered ap pulse oximeter on 4th May 2021 with order id[protected]. Initially delivery date given on 7th May 2021 but it's postponed to 10th May 2021. On 11th May 2021 message came on mobile that product is our for delivery. Immediately second message came that product is delivered, actually it's not delivered. Please resolve the issue as early as possible....

I have bought a reusable mask of rs 150 from apollo pharmacy Bankura, Katjuridanga branch, w.b. But when I open the packet of mask in my home I saw that mask was defective and therefore I went to apollo pharmacy and asked them for return but they refused me and misbehave with me, after that I gave them my mask and return to my home. I was cheated by apollo pharmacy Bankura, katjuridanga. My request to you please take necessary action that they can't cheat another in future.

I have order 4 medicines for my father i needed quickly and already paid amount but order is not dileverd.sometime order status not show and order status show shipped but not dileverd.

I am Biswaranjan mallick and an existing long time customer of Appolo Pharmacy, also you can checkout my transaction details every month by my mobile no.
Today i went to one of your Apollo Pharmacy counter,

The sales representative behaviour was so rude and so unprofessional and i asked during this covid period why no sanitizer near to your outlet door. one guy was discussing with my and another guy suddenly behave like mad and he tried to hit me also.
so i called my uncle and told him to ask your store guy why they behave like this. even though they did not leave my uncle and the started arruging with us and tried to hit my uncle as well.
so we called police and told all about teh incident but still appolo guy was tried to arguing with police also.

As a customer neither i and anyone of my near dear will not visit any appollo store in feature.
so my request you to take necessary action on these kind of people who is creating bad image about apollo and also rude behavior to customer. At the end Appolo is going to face all blame .
hopefully my complain will address ad get justice to this.
