I have contacted so many times through mails, calls, apollo help desk in apollo. but they are not responding. worst experience. please dont order from apollo. after payment, we are unable to see our orders. and we didnt get our orders AND CUSTOMER care doesnot respond. they call and said that we are unable to solve. they why customer care is there. you pepole think we are trying to reach you for timepass. my money deducted, oreder not showing....

I have purchased 3 layer face mask 1 packet. 1st thing person not wared gloves and basic temperature screening also not happened, 2nd its open packet, 3rd before handover the material person was dropped down all the masks same captured on footage also for 50 mask rate is Rs.500/-. After purchased my parent feel high cost so I was return back to the package. But they are refused to get back and refund the money. Person telling if you are affected person how do we know. Same thing I am asking what kind of assurance are have they are not affected in covid. Even how ever they are handover the material to me same kind of way I was given back without open the package.

I urgently needed a oxymerter. So I ordered from Apollo as it was showing the date of delivery of 12th May. But on 12th May, the date got caunged to 17th. Since then neither I got any calls from delivery service nor any further mails. After multiple tickets and chasing for constantly 5 days, I got a mail saying refund has been initiated and you would get the refund of 1487.50 within 5-7 days. I didn't get any money. I am raising this complaint behalf my mother. My mother use to buy regular medicine in Apollo Pharmacy in Navalpur, Ranipet on monthly basis. We are getting some times home delivery. Mostly we are not getting home delivery and all requested medicine in the same even informed in advance. Also when she go there they(few) are not responding polite and immediate answer. For a Senior citizens regular customer this kind of behaviour is not entertaining. Also last Saturday 29May21 she went to buy some medicine on confirmation of availability over phone, but she initially told not in stock then other employee offered to search and he is speaking by removing mask . He was looking sick on that day and my mother is Sick now.
I also experienced similar response as delay in giving medicine at this branch .
Hope you will necessary measures to improve so others are not impacted.

Apollo BP machine...USB option is there for to use...but not Working...asked in pharmacy...paid 2070...

two month they suddenly stop giving Credit point, when ever i am complaining they just giving a answer that they will do it but it never happened. Lastly i had complain to their Call center they ask me to send a mail to their Feedback center but the mail address is wrong .They give me

The medicines which I have ordered was suppose to be delivered on 29th May 2021. Every day they say it will be delivered tomorrow. But three days has passed and I have not received my medicine. I have made 16 complaint to the customer care and no one who is responsible from Bach end team or the responsible person has called me. I feel like cheated for 4 days as I have paid Rs 2224.70 on 28may2021. I have made the order after checking the availability and the quantity.

Wrong item was delivered on 29/05/2021.along with wrong bill in the name of some other person with 3 medicines.

Now I am at Kallidaikurichi with my old parents of 92 and 89yrs.of age. I am trying to use your pharmacy in Kallidaikurichi as I do it in Chennai.1. I placed an order for apollo oxymeter on 19-May-21 thru Apollo 24 7 App. I received product on 21May2021..but surprised to see oxymeter was of a different brand..Medicare..billing has been done for Apollo Oxymeter.I made a complaint and was asked to submit image of the product and bill. I submitted all the documents on 22May2021. But no response received then I called up customer care and was assured that it will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours..but no resolution has been received even after 9 days.
Pls look into the matter and make arrangement for an early resolution. I needed oxymeter due to an emergency but now I am forced to wait due to non responsiveness of your team.
You must acknowledge it is also a case of fraud for your Company where billing is done for a particular product but other brands are being given to consumers. A must case for investigation.

I had purchased a Oximeter on 12/5/2021 from Apollo Pharmacy and they did not accept the credit card which normally they would accept and even on that day, they accepted credit card for the other medicines that I purchased on that day. On the contrary, They had asked me to do the Google pay for the total amount of Rs. 1700/- which the claimed as the price for the Oximeter. That did not work in my mobile on that day. Hence I went to the nearby ATM and drew the cash and paid the staff Rs 1700/-I am sure I was overcharged as well as they have not provided me with any invoice for the item that I purchases

I have not received the medicines against the order number #[protected] despite of multiple complaints, please refund my money. You guys are heartless, it was for my father who was COVID-19 positive. With God grace now he is recovered, Apollo is not ready to share the proof of delivery and closed my complaint without any justification....

i went to apollo pharmacy annanagar 18th main road on 25th may 2021 to get medications for my mother.
As i entered the pharmacy
pharmacist Mr.Sankar.S was sitting in a chair and writing something in a book.
I asked for a medications, without looking me he said its not available and kept on writing on his book.
I asked him this is how you treat your customer, he said i am busy right now.
I showed him my mci id card and told him i am
a doctor. Then he stood up and said there is no medications. As i asked him about different generic medicines, spontaneously he said he doesnt have those medications and kept writing on his book. I asked him to check in his computer about the list. which he denied again
I used to get a lot of complaints especially from this annangar branch about the rude behaviour of staffs from my patients and even from my parents.
today i have witnessed the same.
These kind of people contribute a mojor help for the society at this pandemic movement.
But here we see a bad example of people who serves for the community.
The pharmacist who cant even respect a doctor,
how is he supposed to be responsible enough
and serve the common man of India.
apollo pharmacy please take necessary action into these kind of ppl at pharmacy.
He has bought apollo pharmacy a very shame.
Bad work/ bad person / worst customer service.

This Branch is very bad sarvice

On 18 May 2021 I have ordered an oximeter from Apollo app and once I unboxed it I found the product to be faulty as even after installing the batteries it is not getting turned on. I have raised request for return, I have even emailed the product picture to the email Id provided still no revert received for the replacement highly disappointed with the quality of the product received need this to be replaced or better refunded

I have purchased bp monitor machine but its fault and i raise a request for return but no response have been coming from Apollo 247 Pharmacy, i already try to contact on toll free no [protected] but no response, only they have autogenerated email response. Please try to resolve my problem as earliest.
