Rude very insensitive inhuman behavior of staff

Complaint about poor home delivery service

I required 4 medices at night 7pm of 3rd Jan 2017, requested for home delivery which the staff at pharmacy agreed upon when I called.

However as I cross checked the bill, I realised I have been charged extra Rs 61 for my medicines !

Complaining about the poor service of apollo pharmacy lanco hills branch

One touch ultra sugar testing strips

I had bought a pack of one touch ultra which I was forced to buy by the salesperson inspite of the fact that I was not clear about the name of my glucometer. It costed me around 1200 rs & the person convinced me saying that he would change it if the machine did not match. When I checked my machine it was Dr morepen one touch. Since the name was a bit confusing, I did try the strips on the machine which did not show any thing on the screen....

Apollo Pharmacy Inhaler

Purchased an AP inhaler with the bar code number[protected]. The inhaler was a brand new one and had totally nothing inaide it. When asked, pharmacy guys reacted as if it were common. This is totally a case of fraud as these guys do already know that few of the inhalers are just empty and hence they dont even bother to maintain a standard of their products....

They don't even care the customers, they were very rude to me and to many customers.
