I purchased vitara breeza zdi+ model. It ran 11000 km with in 1 year and tyre got bursted. I put a complaint with helpline no n as per suggestion I went to appolo official dealer Dharamsala as per Mr. Parish kumar (chandigarh) suggestion. Now simple massage i got is your request has been rejected.how poor quality of a tyre can be which is just not running for 11000 km.. Instead of helping me out they have wasted my 2 months. I have faced worst customer dealing quality.I have again put a complain againt it as i am not at all satisfied. I need a replacement of this tyre .I have photo of tyre and attaching it. Please help me out ASAP. I am completely out of my mind now.

I purchased alto 800 car as on 1st of january 2018, after 6000 km my front tyres got cracked from side. I talked to maruti car agency i was told that no tyre will be changed here you have to go to apollo tyre dealer. I went to sector 3, noida after fixing meeting over phone. Where apollo tyre dealer said tyre can not be changed because it is cracked from side then i am just asking what about the unconditional guarantee. My complain no. Cd88hyu19 (1st august, 2018)

We had purchased a tyre for our vechile no mh15eg-6343, on the month of oct'2017 vid invoice no. Sssi/1017-054 dt[protected] from your authorised dealer sona tyres mumbai agra highway nashik (Maharastra), and now within a year after a drive of[protected]km ; the tyre condition is very very perishing and it has got a very big cut in between.. Which was shown to dealer, but the answer we got"it is very small cut and you drive as it is nothing will happen" it is absolutly not satisfactory.
If in road any mishappenings takes place due to which there is a loss of health / wealth of people who is going to be hold responsibile.

We request you to contact the dealer @ [protected] / [protected] and ask him to replace it asap..

I have Baleno alpha 1.2 bought in March 2017 which has tyre of apollo company - Alnac 4G. 195/55 R16. I noticed a bulge on side wall of front right tyre. The request for replacement rejected stating that it is external damage, whereas there was no external damage, the tyre is in warranty, it has run only 11675km. There was no impact which may cause such bulge.
Also apollo company claims warranty for any damages but they are not responding the way they have mentioned on their site and advertisement.

Tyre replacement request was submitted to Nexa Dadar, Mumbai which was forwarded to Apollo Tyres Ltd, Crescent Tower, Andheri (West).

I have also attached the inspection report and email which I received from Apollo tyres.

I want the tyre to be replaced. There is no damage on tyre except the bulge. I must be covered under warranty.

Hi.. This is dr arun sharma.. Sir i had brought new creta in april 2017.. My three tyres become out of order as there is a big whole in them.. I had talked to nearby agency of yours.. But they refused to see.. Also.. One tyre is seen by engineer n said that problem will be resolve.. But nothing had happened.. As cars runs only 25000 km... N even on first punture tyre become out of order.. Please replace them.. Or i have to take legal action.. As i had left no stone unturned to solve the problem but no action from your side.. Plz solve it..

Baleno Car was purchased in the month of June-17 from Dealer in Bangalore Pratham Motors. The car was run around 14500 Kms till july-2018. Car use to run in only citi limits. Found Crack In Front Tyre and Bubble in Rare tyre on opposite side. It has been given Compliant to local Appolo service center in Bangalore through Kalyani Motors - Nagadevanahalli. It has been rejected by you service Engineer by giving some unacceptable reason. (PIR NO 076020)

After running Just 14500 kms this type of problem is not acceptable that is has been run in city limits. I am getting strong doubt on Apollo tyres quality.

Request you kindly look into the matter & resolve. I am herewith attached product inspection report for reference

Complaint no CDGHWY44 for details & resolve on priority basis without fail ..consumer forum will last option for me...I BUthe HYUNDAI XCENT CAR ON 24RD NOV 2017 WITH APPOLO TYRES BUT ON 23RD JULY 2018 BURST THE FRONT RIGHT AND ONE MONTH BEFORE ALSO GET PUNCTURE ON SAME TYRE BUT ON 23RD JULY 2018 BURST THE TYRE AND COMPANY GIVE THE 2 YEARS WARRANY., BUT MY COMPLAINT DENIED BY COMPANY. I bought my new huyandai i 10 grand which came with company fitted Apollo tyre ...my company fitted apollo tyre hardly used for 5500 km and one tyre got unrepairable puncher ...then i replaced it with stepny tyre that also got unrepairable puncher in only 100km...i raised complain at Apollo Customer care and got apollo Dealer contact number but contact not even seen my wheel and just said cant do any thing ...

I have brought a new car from "ketan motors" which is hyundai company and the car model is "xcent (Disel)" on 24/11/2017. The registration no. Of the car is mh 27 bv 5351. Meter reading of the car is 11970 km till date. My car is having apollo amazer 3g maxx 165/65 r 14 79 h. On 23/07/18 the front right tyre got brust while i was travelling. I went to showroom and contact the customer care of apollo tyres on 23/07/2018. I register the complaint on 23/07/2018 but customer care register the complaint 0n 22/07/2018 by mistake of customer executive. My complaint no. Is "cdghwy44". Mr. Chandan kumar from nagpur he said no replacement due to operational hit to tyre thats why he denied the for them same..

I purchased a new baleno alfa model car on April 3rd 2017. when i was going home with my parents in my car, I heard some abnormal sound and i stopped the car and then i noticed the air was low in my back tyre, immediately i kept the car aside and replaced that tyre with my stephni, this happened on 12th July 2018 9: 30 pm, in the next day i took the tyre to the tyre mechanic, to my surprise, he told the tyre cannot be repaired as it has cut on side. then I went to Maruthi nexa service, Rajahmundry to claim warranty as I drove only 11960 km by that time, they asked me to come on next day and they gave a letter addressing Apollo tyres stating tye is under warranty, so repair or replace the tyre, then i submitted the letter along with car tyre to apollo tyre service Rajahmundry, they told engineer was not there and asked me to come after two days, they didn't give any acknowledgement for receiving my tyre. to my surprise after two days i went to Apollo tyres, they told I run on the flat tyre, so it cannot be covered under warranty and their behaviour with me is also very arrogant. I asked them, I didn't drove the car on a flat tyre, then I asked them how can you say I run the car on a flat tyre, for that he told he checked the tyre by seeing tyre, so please do the needful to me. if a car tyre life is around 50 thousand kilometres any my tyre got damaged just under 12000 kilometres, what kind of tyres they are making, I am fortunate that nothing has happened to me if anything happens to me due to this tyre, who will take responsibility for that? I face a lot of mental agony by shuttling between Maruthi and Apollo Tyres and at the end, I didn't get any justice. kindly to help me to get my tyre repaired or replaced under warranty.

I have brought a new car from "INFINITY CARS HARDA" which is maruti company and the car model is "VITARA BREEZA ZDI+ " on 06/12/2016. the regristation no. of the car is MP47CA2841. Meter reading of the car is 16970 km till date.My car is having apollo ALNAC 4GS 215/60 R 16. On 14/07/18 the front left tyre got brust while i was travelling. i went to showroom and contact the customer care of apollo tyres on 15/06/2018. the customer care complaint no. is "CDGHVV73" . customer care assured me that within 48 hours your execative will contact me but till date no one has came to my place for check up. I again contact to customer care but didnt get any proper response. The showroom checked up my car on16/07/18 and issued a letter saying that its a manufracturing defect of the tyre. The tyres are still under warranty. I request you to take some strict action against my complaint. I request you provide me new tyre with replacement.

I have bought baleno Zeta on March 18, 2018 from Pratham Motors Bangalore. I got analog 4G tyres for my car.Recently I noticed that, rear Tyre got bulge and approached Apollo tyre through my dealer Pratham motor. My warranty claim got rejected and saying its not manufacturing defect. There is no possibility for replacement.
I really dont understand the reason why it wont come under warranty. I have checked with...

Yesterday my baleno car's tyre got damage

I registered complaint against new tyre
Service engineer settled the claim on whatsapp without inspection of tyre and he denied to replace or other procedure to be followed by service engineer
After pushing him he came to nexa showroom and said the tyre rejected he made a report and handover to me

The service was not satisfactory because without seeing the problem how a service engineer made such a statement that there was not a manufacturing defects

The service engineer already declared the tyre rejected by 3.03 pm but physically he checked out the tyre near about 4:40 pm

Is this the way to provide the service by apollotyres

I m also attaching the pic of tyre... The tyre run only 10800 km

While driving suddenly i heard a sound of air leakage and stop the car found tyre flat

Please help me out regarding this complaint

I bought a new maruti ciaz alpha and after driving the first 4000 km one of the tyre cracked and the funniest reply i got from the surveyor was that they will not replace it as it is some kind of damage that is not covered in warranty, is this kind of tyres you make?

I am total disagree your probable reason
Impact with sharp external object :- you also agree tyre was 100% fresh, no any disturbing marks on tyre surface. No any impression on rim
1. Tyre cut was in vertical shape. On this location not possible by kerb/pothole.
Misapplication/wrong tyre or rim size selection :- as you aware car is new, only 4000 km was old. If maruti selection was wrong during selection of rim & tyre then i can not say.

Dear apollo tyres team:-
I don't expect such a worst quality of product from apollo.

I, rajesh yadav, purchased maruti brezza zd+ (Now hr 26 da 8949) on 30th nov 2016.
In just one and half year, i have faced so much difficulty because of the poor quality of the tyres you are manufacturing.
On 21000 kms running of the car, one tyre become useless and on contacting apollo tyres office at nh 8 kherki dhaula, delhi jaipur road, opp haldiram, my tyre was replaced by charging rs. 3973.00. I paid the same and got new tyre.
But in june 2018 (On 24th), again one tyre is leaking from 3 places with no physical damage due to running on road. It is very much clear that this defect is manufacturing defect at company level. Defect is manufacturing confirmed by the officials of m/s prem motors on 25th june and complaint was forwarded to m/s apollo officials. On inspecting tyre, mr. Moorendhan (Employee id : 215260) confirmed that yes the defect is manufacturing at company level. But he again demanded some amount on pro-rata basis. Now, you tell me why i should pay again and again to you as the issue is in your manufacturing process. It is m/s apollo manufacturing issue, why should i bear cost of your worst manufacturing technology.

I bought a new volkswagen with apollo tyres and if i am not wrong apollo tryes life range from 40k to 80-100 (4 generation). My car was not even crossed 25 thousand kilometers and it got ripped off from the inside of the alloy and it was worst incident as i was with my family and it happened around midnight around at 2:30am. However, i have raised compliant and the complaint reference no: cdfhqi11. Later i got a call back from apollo tyres person and i was told by mr. Ashok ([protected]) from apollo tyres that the tyre is not claimable and i was very upset with the apollotyres and i'll take this further to offcom and local consumer court. I know that apollo tyres got good reputation in the market and i hope they would compensate for the loss and write me back.

Hi sir this is k madhav singh purchased newholland tracter 3230 42 hp on[protected] with apollo tyres. I dident expect apollo tyres life is so low. With in 611 hours the tyres have been cuted in small small peases. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Other wise i have to consert consumer court.
