On 1st october 2017 i had 3 punctures on my tyre's side walls, i get them repaired in your apollo peeragarhi branch, last month while i was coming bank home, my second tyre got puncture on the sidewalls at karnal bye pass. I took tyre to your peeragarhi branch, they said that the engineer is currently not available he will back tomorrow but on the next day and day after tomorrow i called to your dealership executive but he said that engineer is not available yet. Now, i would like to know why only my tyre's sidewalls are getting puncture, this means that there is some fault in the tyres. Now, i want my both tyre to be replaced. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible, otherwise i will have no way instead of legal process.

The worst tyres i have ever used, i bought a new skoda rapid and after driving the first 3000 km one of the tyre swelled and the funniest reply i got from the surveyor was that they will not replace it as it is some kind of damage that is not covered in warranty, haha is this kind of tyres you make? And then after driving for like 12000 km, i crossed a bump and right after that the other tyre flattened up and after getting it checked the tyre tore pff from the side of the alloy.

I have purchased four 195_55_16 alnac 4g tyres on 15th november 2017 from your direct dealer. Last month while driving one of the tyre got torn off (Tyre life got below 1000km). The product didn't meet the expectations we had while purchasing the item which was done based on the good reviews we got. The tyre has been given for replacement and we got no response for the same.

Bought my renault duster on 1st sep 2017 from banglore whitefield branch. It has come with apollo tyre 1517 by default. On 26th may 2018, we were on the way back to home from whitefield road and near to k r puram signal, vehicle was on the speed of 40 kmph and at a sudden i heard a big blast in rear tyre (Driver side) and car started waving due to this. It was plain tar road having no pot hole and i was driving at the center of the road. I took the car at side and stop it (My family was with me too). Later we noticed that the tyre got busted from the side wall and there was a big cut on the tyre. I was pretty sure that if my tyre is got covered with 5 year warranty, i should not get bother about it although the incident was big shock for me as it has happened on city road and gave no symptom or alert to me. Also, we used to go for long drive very often hence it bothered me lot that how i can trust on remaining tyres too.
When i bring this to apollo tyre workshop team, they simply rejected my case and gave me following reasons -
tyre warranty only covers side belt and the base of the tyre, thread comig out etc
no warranty cover for side wall of the tyre and if anything happened to that area, customer to bear all expense

I do not agree if that is how the apollo tyre warrenty works and shold cover the tyre as whole. Also, it is a life threatening event which i somehow managed this time and it can happened again anytime and car tyre company should take ownership and give appropriate help to the customers rather than just wash their hands by the sake of warranty policy.

I am shocked to learn that mr adin is not responding and not replying him regarding delivery status.
I also spoke to mr adin on above phone no and found that his reply was very rude.
V decided that in future v would not place order for apollo tyers

I purchased my new volkswagen polo on[protected] from phoenix cars pvt. Ltd. Thrissur and the car was fitted with apollo alnac 4g 195/55 r16. One week before right hand side tyre was bursted. What is this...?? It is a new tyre...??
I drive through to the car dealer, they are told its not our mistake, its apollo tyre's company mistake. So, now what i do...
Now iam using the spare wheel, this spare wheel size is 14", this is a big problem because its going to damaged the allignment,.

I don't expect such a worst quality of product from such a big brand.

So my request is please replace this tyre with new one.

Visit the m/c at site check found the front tyre was rubbing from middle due to manufacturing defective. So i required the front tyre both lh & rh

Bought my baleno alpha in nov 2017, on 14 th may i was traveling to munnar with my family for a short vacation. On the way near a right curve suddenly my car's front left tyre burst. Luckily i was driving at a speed not more than 35- 40 kmph, nothing unfortunate happened. I parked my car on road side and replaced the damaged tyre with stepney. After reaching munnar i had shown the tyre at puncture repair shop, he said it is irreparable now and if i go to any maruti showroom they may replace it with new one as apollo tyre is coming with 2 year warranty. When i called maruti service center in cherthala (My native place) they said they can only replace it if it had bursted because of some technical issue.

I have submitted my application for your tyre defect with complaint no - cdehid11, with local dealer docket no - 39149, r k tryes jaipur.
And i found my tyre complained referred as fail, this is very disappointing to know that your customer service is in such a way that you only do formalities.
This is very ridiculous services i have gone through, it was running tyres and only run appx 3000 km, and unfortunately it burst while it parked after drive. It was my luck that it wont burst while i driving with my family. And though you people denied to accept the quality of tyres.
Kindly look into this matter.

I had purchased maruti breeza suv in the month of august 2017 from pagariya auto, jalna road, aurangabad. The car drived near about 10000. The car is mostly used in city area.
In the month of april 2018 i was shocked to see that there are are bubbes/bulges on two tyres of the car. I had complained to pagariya auto and also local dealer of appolo tyres. But till date i got no solution.
The car is in warrenty period and i want all four tyres must be replaced.

I have a complaint against raka tyre jalgaon. Who is the dealer of apollo tyre i have submitted my car's tyre before 10 days but till now i did not get any reply from the company as well as raka tyre. When i was go to raka tyres he talked to me very badly and dont have any respect for the customers. He dont know how should talk to the customers. I request you to take strict action against raka tyres jalgaon. Or give me any number or e-mail of a responsible person in your company.

Dear team,

I purchased my car i. E. Maruti vitara brezza on 11.11.2016 and the car was fitted with apollo 4gs tyres.
2 days back i was on my way to noida when there was bump on the road, as soon as the car hit the bump, there was a huge sound "bang" so parked the road to verify the sound is all about.
And what i discovered was "shocking" the right hand front tyre is burst, there is huge cut on the side profile, this also leads to the dent on alloy as well.
I looked back at the bump, which was not so big that it can damage a tyre which hasn't completed even 20000 kms.
I don't expect such a worst quality of product from such a big brand.
I get this checked by authorised dealer and as per him this product is not covered under the side profile cut and he declined the warranty.
The road is full of pot holes, bumps and speed breaker which is not my fault, if you people are selling your product on indian roads that means you are aware of all these scenario.
So my only request is replace this product with a new tyre.

It is very unfortunate to say that i have purchased one tyre from m/s ajeet tyres model town bareilly. This tyre purchased 6 month ago. This tyre is a faulty tyre sold to me by shopkeeper. Due to this faulty tyre i am facing problem on riding my bike. When i contacted to m/ s ajeet tyres he declined to replace this tyre and demanded money for replacement.
Being a good company i request you to look into matter and resolve my complaint. I request to please replace this tyre or resolve my complaint by fixing it.

I purchased hyundai i20 active on 24 october 2017 in which i got apollo tyres alnac 4g.
Now one tyre has been teared off by just hitting a stone at the road.
Now the company refuses to exchange the tyre and they said company give conditional warranty in this class of tyre. Why company didn't give unconditional warranty only on those tyres which i have. Otherwise they give unconditional guarantee in all types and sizes of tyre beside the tyres which i have. Help me.

I am working in indian air force and purchased a new maruti baleno zeta car in feb 2017 with at present run of approx 8000 kms. All the four tyres are apollo tubeless. Recently i noticed that both the right side front and rear tyres got bulge with tyre coming outside. I reported the matter to maruti nexa workshop and they routed me to apollo service center available at bikaner (Rajasthan) with rejection letter for replacement of tyres. After reaching at apollo service center i was informed that this problem is not covered under warranty terms and they refuse to exchange the tyres. It was very disappointing for me that such a branded company tyre got bulge within a year and very less running also it gives a very negative impact. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful to replace the tyres or i have to take some other measures which will be not beneficial.

Dear apollo tyres, i had made a complain a few dyas back of one of my stock tyres which came with my new pajero sports. It had a bulge on one wall and has done only 18000 kilometrs. My car is still under warranty and is just 2 years old. As told by the dealer i called up the 1800 number and lodged a complain, got it inspected at one your tyre dealers in gurgaon. To my horrible experience the techician who ispected outright denied the complain and rejected it saying its because of a nail puncture the bulge is there. Now i have tyre pressor sensors installed in all my tyres, there are no rim marks on the inside of the trye, there are no marks on the wall of the tyres and your technician just rudely rejected my complain. My question a 4x4 apterra 265/65 r17 tyre of a new pajero made my apollo gets detsroyed by a nail??? I think you should reconsider and be cutomer friendly and help so that i may stick to your brand. If i can buy a car worth 40 lacs a tyre doesnt really mean a lot to me but your attitude does. Btw i have a scorpio and an audi and both have bridgestone and have done way past 70, 000 and with out a problem

I was coming back from trip to Home and suddenly felt a Jerk which resulted because the Front right tyre of My baleno having naming on it- 195/66 R 16 87 H burst out with a hole near tyre Rim.
Its been 7 Months to My baleno and i am not getting positive response from Nexa dealers about any help regarding replacement or any claim possible.
Just wanted to know, does the Apollo Tyres warranty of 2 Years apply on this?

i am using apollo alnac 4g 195/55 r16 for my elite i20. for first 1500 kms i got a problem with side walls leaks and secondly i found cracks on another tire now tread also separation from the tire. i called to customer care and i gave complaint but they are not responsive on the issue ..my suggestion is any car company please do not tie up with apollo tires plz plz .worst manufacturing ever
