Bought my baleno alpha in nov 2017, on 14 th may i was traveling to munnar with my family for a short vacation. On the way near a right curve suddenly my car's front left tyre burst. Luckily i was driving at a speed not more than 35- 40 kmph, nothing unfortunate happened. I parked my car on road side and replaced the damaged tyre with stepney. After reaching munnar i had shown the tyre at puncture repair shop, he said it is irreparable now...

And i found my tyre complained referred as fail, this is very disappointing to know that your customer service is in such a way that you only do formalities.

I purchased my car i. E. Maruti vitara brezza on 11.11.2016 and the car was fitted with apollo 4gs tyres.
2 days back i was on my way to noida when there was bump on the road, as soon as the car hit the bump, there was a huge sound "bang" so parked the road to verify the sound is all about.

It is very unfortunate to say that i have purchased one tyre from m/s ajeet tyres model town bareilly. This tyre purchased 6 month ago. This tyre is a faulty tyre sold to me by shopkeeper. Due to this faulty tyre i am facing problem on riding my bike. When i contacted to m/ s ajeet tyres he declined to replace this tyre and demanded money for replacement.
Being a good company i request you to look into matter and resolve my complaint....

I purchased hyundai i20 active on 24 october 2017 in which i got apollo tyres alnac 4g.
Now one tyre has been teared off by just hitting a stone at the road.
Now the company refuses to exchange the tyre and they said company give conditional warranty in this class of tyre. Why company didn't give unconditional warranty only on those tyres which i have. Otherwise they give unconditional guarantee in all types and sizes of tyre...

Dear apollo tyres, i had made a complain a few dyas back of one of my stock tyres which came with my new pajero sports. It had a bulge on one wall and has done only 18000 kilometrs. i am using apollo alnac 4g 195/55 r16 for my elite i20. for first 1500 kms i got a problem with side walls leaks and secondly i found cracks on another tire now tread also separation from the tire. i called to customer care and i gave complaint but they are not responsive on the issue ..my suggestion is any car company please do not tie up with apollo tires plz plz .worst manufacturing ever...

I have purchased new maruti suzuki brezza on 19th nov 2017 and here in this vehilce tyres used are apollo tyres.
On 8th april when i was travelling back to my home town karnal its left front side tyre got flattened and my vehicle (Hr-05aw-3863) got mis-balance. Fortunately i save my life and i am safe.

I had buy 4 tyre from icci wheels dombivili at june2018 one of the tyre got cut i showed to the icci wheels the owner mr sunil told it's not there fault not taking the tyre for company inspection he talks so rudely. I have purchased aforesaid vehicle. After mainly city driving for about 22000 kms in around 3 years time, I have observed crack in the right side rear tyre. As of now, this tyre is kept as stepny in my car. The photographs of the cracked tyre are attached.

I had purchased a bike tyre for my pulser 150as form panda tyres, bhubaneswar on 25.06.2017 and in january 2018 i had seen some damages in the tyre due to poor quality. I have a traveller and within 2 to 3 years the sole of the tyre bursts.it is happening often. the tyre gives the warranty of 5 years and i have replaced about 4 to 5 tyres within this 3 years, the tyre just burst open before one-fourth of the tyre wears off. hence i am fed up with this continous unpleasant circumstance i dicided to complaint

As I bought new car that had Apollo tyres and at 250 km my tyre got teared off on the road way so I had send photos of it to your service engg he rejected to replace, so ur tyre quality is too bad, i think u are using recycled rubber, because tyres are not suppose to go on smooth surface no, so give me conditions which I have rights to know for my rejection, and I not properly answered also...I may complain in grahak seva..Ok ..
