Dear apollo tyres executive,

I have purchased new maruti suzuki brezza on 19th nov 2017 and here in this vehilce tyres used are apollo tyres.
On 8th april when i was travelling back to my home town karnal its left front side tyre got flattened and my vehicle (Hr-05aw-3863) got mis-balance. Fortunately i save my life and i am safe.

For the same i registered a complaint to apollo tyres and complaint id is cddhbb37 and till date i didn't find any solution of my complaint.

As per the system its showing i have warranty of 2 years which is unconditional warranty. For which i am enclosing screenshot.

Request you to please resolve my problem and replace this tyre with new one through apollo tyres.

I had buy 4 tyre from icci wheels dombivili at june2018 one of the tyre got cut i showed to the icci wheels the owner mr sunil told it's not there fault not taking the tyre for company inspection he talks so rudely. If i don't got change my tyre replace i i'll lodge a complaint at consumer court i i'll shutdown that shop by law. I[censored] have power please give him warning not to treat rude with customer.

I have purchased aforesaid vehicle. After mainly city driving for about 22000 kms in around 3 years time, I have observed crack in the right side rear tyre. As of now, this tyre is kept as stepny in my car. The photographs of the cracked tyre are attached.

I would request this complaint to be addressed quickly with replacement.

I had purchased a bike tyre for my pulser 150as form panda tyres, bhubaneswar on 25.06.2017 and in january 2018 i had seen some damages in the tyre due to poor quality. There is a 3 years unconditional warranty (Warranty card no. Ne:108658) for the same. I returned the damaged tyre to the dealer on 12.02.2018 and the complaint docket no. Is 07744, but till date there is no response from dealer and apollo tyre regarding my complain. Kindly let me know my complain status.

I have a traveller and within 2 to 3 years the sole of the tyre bursts.it is happening often. the tyre gives the warranty of 5 years and i have replaced about 4 to 5 tyres within this 3 years, the tyre just burst open before one-fourth of the tyre wears off. hence i am fed up with this continous unpleasant circumstance i dicided to complaint
pls do give me a reply with effective action immediately.

I bought i20 active sx 1.2 car on 30th november 2017 from mukesh hyundai guwahati. Car registration no is as01 dn 1011 running of the car is just 2019 km. My car has apollo tyres installed. Before 15 days ago i had logged a complain at apollo tyre customer service no - ([protected] & [protected]) that left rear tyre side has been burst without any reason during driving (Myself) on normal highway road and a big accident saved.
When i am requested to apollo tyre company for replacement they rejected warranty and request saying external cut. There are no signs of external cut on tyre. I am really frustrated with the service. This is not happened 1st time, before two years back i had bought a new hyundai grand i 10 asta car (Registration no - as01bz5222, same thing happened that's car my left tyre was busted i faced a accident and my car some part was damaged and that's time tyre was apollo tyre company but i hadn't got replacement so i had exchanged my car and take a new car from same dealership but i have faced same problems in this car so i am not satisfied your service because you had provided low quality tyres both cars.
Now a days when customer satisfaction index is one of the important parameter in buying and showing loyalty for the products, this kind of incidents is giving very bad view because of which neither giving me confidence to buy your product not allowing me to recommend your product to anyone i know early response is respected to solve the issue otherwise i will be forced to follow another way. Looking for the immefiate action.

As I bought new car that had Apollo tyres and at 250 km my tyre got teared off on the road way so I had send photos of it to your service engg he rejected to replace, so ur tyre quality is too bad, i think u are using recycled rubber, because tyres are not suppose to go on smooth surface no, so give me conditions which I have rights to know for my rejection, and I not properly answered also...I may complain in grahak seva..Ok .. Waiting for urs positive response.

I bought apollo amazer 4g, 155/80 r13 79 t after 5000 kms tyre one day i have noticed that the tyre has not enough air and i went to fill the air but unfortunately the tyre got shape out. I went to showroom and given complaint,, after that apollo company staff had taken the tyre to there office for checking and now they're telling they can't replace the tyre because i had driven without air, that is why the tyre got shape out. But the fact is that there is no problem when i parked the car at night,, but morning i noticed that the tyre don't have enough air.

I was travelling to my native place in purulia district of west bengal on 25th january from kolkata through kolkata - new delhi national highway. After crossing burdwan, the right side front tyre got punctured. I replaced the same with the stepney tyre and took the punctured one to a near by repairing shop for necessary repairing.

I was told that the tyre can not be repaired and the shop owner advised me to take the tyre to workshop of maruti where i bought the car as the tyre was just 1 year old. I bought the car on 8th january'2018.

After checking the same, maruti workshop team handed over me a letter authorising the replacement and suggested me to go to apollo tyre service centre.

When i reached there at apollo tyre service centre, to all surprise i was told that it can not be replaced as the i drove the car with punctured condition.

I bought mahindra xylo which came with apollo tyres. I was driving on highway suddenly my car’s back tyre blasted, it was my good conduct that nothing happened to me and my family that day. Why does it happened, i can't believe and understand. Serious problem. I went for replacement, as it run only 16000 kms. but the inspector over there said it might have hit any metal or sharp stone and he is said it's all because of suddenly air loss. Otherwise he could have replaced tyre. I was very much disaapointed by the arguments of that inspector. I mean he was telling silly reason and senseless and making me a lier. I request you to please look into this matter and assure that no one else has to suffer so much as i did.

My tyres are less than 2 year old, and with a small impact one front tyre busted and rear tyre has got bulge and i have been told that this is not included in the warranty because warranty only includes manufacturing defects whereas on the website the information says that there is unconditional warranty which has to be issued at the time of buying a new car with brand new tyres.
I want to know that is it a practice to attract customers and when they have bought the tyres there is an excuse by simply saying since this is not manufacturing defect it cannot be replaced.

I bought renault duster on 25th aug 2017 and its 22nd jan 2018. That is almost 5 months.
I got this vehicle as i wanted to do long/off-road drives.
To my surprise, i found one of my tyres got damaged/punctured when i was coming back to bengaluru from a trip to mysuru.
I was at speed of 60 to 80 kph and was on the highway most of the times (No off-roading)
I applied for tyre replacement and they sent back report stating following:

"it is our motto to give customer satisfaction an outmost importance, however we find ourselves
Unable to process your request for replacement under warranty period as the same doesn’t fall
Within the prescribed parameters of warranty policy. I. E. Manufacturing defect."

Its a pain to buy new tyres within 6 months of a new vehicle. I bought duster assuming i would be able to enjoy the strength but looks like apollo tyres is the weak point. I request for a tyre replacement.

My Baleno which has done 12Km done and bought on May 2017 has a bulge on side wall. I have send to Maruthi service for Warrenty claim but the appollo person who inspected rejected the claim. There is no Exterior or physical damage to the tyre and no cut. Getting a so called top notch tyre not really designed for Indian Road and claiming to provide unconditional Warranty on tire was rejecting the claim.

Why false advertisement you are making by providing 2 years unconditional warranty, if you are not providing the same then i would have exchanged these with Michellan with some extra cost.

This is worst promise and quality of tyre that is procured for Maruthi. Please remove the statement of 2yrs Unconditional Warranty from your site immediately, if you are not allowing Tyre damage due to intentional way.

Attaching the form and I am 100% dissatisfied with you company. Even customer care is not willing to speak in English.

The apollo tyre in my car had burst when it went over a small bump in the road. And i was rejected any warranty coverage stating it was not a manufacturing defect. The car has only run 12k kms and when i asked their engineers the response was that they had more expensive tyres that can withstand such stone hits but the ones that come by default with maruti cars are not of that rugged quality. Looks like the tyres can't even withstand the small pebble hits in chennai roads so please be careful when selecting tyres especially from apollo tyres.

Sir, right back tyre (Apollo tyre) of my bolero maxi truck plus got damages within a period of 3-4 month, while i was travelling with goods and luggage with a capable size. And then the tyre got burst with a big sound.
And i will inform u that my tyre has already a 2 years warranty and a 1yr guarranty. So i would request you to take a good step towards this and give me a best desire solution for my complain..
I want a replacement of my damage tyre. I hope you will help me to get a new tyre through replacement. Have a look on my complain and notify me soon sir,

My tyres had a small cracks near ring... So i wanna know about the solution and the replacement policy. And it has also its warranty.. As u can see my tyre, there is no such big damages, and it was only 3month. So i request u to kindly check it as your best and find a good solution means a replacement for my tyre.. I brought apollo tyre, on[protected]. While driving on the highway, with a small hit tyre got deflated.

I have provided the tyre to dealer on 18-12-17. As per his suggestion, i should get an sms in 24-48 hours. Now its more than 48 hrs, and no information has been shared with me, as to what the progress.

On the website, its clearly written if any problem arises in the tyre within 2 years then without any condition, the tyre will be exchanged with a newer one. If that is the case, why its taking so much of time to resolve my complaint.

I bought baleno alpha diseal on 29 june 2017 from nexa show room viman nagar, pune, its iust six month's now and right tyre of my car got an air bubble on right side. My car ran around 15000 km only.

When i checked with apollo executive (Ninad parkhe) at maruti workshop pcmc, pune yesterday, he said that it was not manufacturing defect and it won't cover in warranty.
He also suggested me that you can drop a mail to maruti suzuki and then he can try to get your tyre replaced in goodwill terms (I. E. Only 30-40 % amount will paid by them and i have to pay rest amount)

I don't understand here why its not manufacturing defect? I analysed about this and this issue was faced by multiple customers like me and theie are lot of complaints logged against this.
If this is case why are you manufacturing such defective products and putting someone's life in danger?

I request you please look into this and kindly give me the full replacement of tyre as it is manufacturing defect so it should be covered under warranty.
