The Complain is related to the Apple India Support Team as they have big business in india but they doesnot have the Email support team working in India. Also their policy and compliance are not ethical and not adhere to consumer. Issue Grievance - The grievance falls into two categories as mentioned below. I own an iPhone 11, and today, the back glass has been broken. Upon visiting the service center, they informed me that it cannot be repaired or replaced, and I am required to pay Rs 39, 000 for a another replaced mobile phone . When I inquired about the reason behind not repairing the glass, especially when other brands offer such services externally, they failed to provide a satisfactory explanation. Additionally, I asked for clarification on the decision to replace the entire mobile instead of just the glass, and they insisted on charging Rs 1, 500 for an explanation. This response appears to be unethical and non-compliant, as the company is unwilling to provide warranty support for a damaged product and is charging a high price for a mobile replacement instead of part support.
