I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident where my wrist was burned by an Apple Watch SE. Despite my persistent efforts and communication with Apple's customer support for over a month, I have not received a satisfactory resolution to this matter. The customer support representative, Ayesha, displayed a lack of professionalism by responding rudely when I inquired about the lack of progress in addressing this issue.

This issue has been persisting since 2020, as corroborated by a Times of India report. Regrettably, Apple has not taken any discernible steps to investigate or resolve the problem, which calls into question their commitment to addressing such issues and safeguarding the interests of their consumers.

It is disheartening that Apple has not acknowledged the problem, and this has left me deeply dissatisfied with their response. This complaint is submitted to express my concern and disappointment with the handling of this situation.

    My iPhone XR, has been in excellent condition ever since I purchased the product. Recently upon updating to iOS 17.0.2, it lost all cellular connectivity. It showed cellular issue detected, and that an update is required to fix the issue.
    However, the handset would not update to iOS 17.0.3.
    Apple customer care ran some diagnostics online and I was advised to approach a local Genius Bar further.
    The iVenus apple Genius Bar reset my iPhone and now the iPhone cannot be activated!
    Kindly resolve my problem!

      I ordered I phone 14 from Flipkart on 8 October 23 and the expected delivery date is 13 oct 23 also it is showing parcel is out for delivery but now it is showing on evening delivery is delayed due to operational issues and also delivery agent is not picking up the call

        ​I am having an issue with my iphone 13 which i bought which is now in out of warranty, it was working well till I updated the software and now facing a problem with the screen, strange green line is appearing on the left side of the screen, this caused only when i updated the software and i need a solution for the above issue from your end.
        As the Software faults are rectified from the company, providing malfunctioned software to us is totally a loss for me.
        I request a service for my phone display kindly understand and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        Please submit a complaint to the Consumer Forum. I encountered a similar issue with my iPhone 14 Pro Max 256 GB, which was still under warranty. However, I have been requested to pay an additional Rs. 82, 500 as a replacement cost. I initially paid 1.5 lacs for the phone, and now they are demanding an extra 83K.

        According to an Apple service center agent, approximately 20 cases per month are reported for the same reason, and customers are being asked to bear the costs even when the phone is within the warranty period. This appears to be a widespread issue, potentially constituting a significant fraud operation in India.

        Consider the impact when extrapolating these numbers – one store handling 240 cases in a year, and with two Apple authorized service centers in Pune alone reporting around 500 issues, the scale of the problem is alarming. When considering the entire country, the magnitude of the situation becomes even more concerning.ie

          I bought my iphone 14 pro on 19th March on Chroma(online). This comes with a one year warranty from apple. Since July onwards which is just 4 months from purchase, my images and videos started having tiny water droplets like dots. I noticed this only in September when i paid close attention to the images and videos. The following are the incidents that followed:

          1. I visited Ample Care( apple authorised service centre). They ask me erase all data and take off my screen guard(costing 1000 rs). And ask me to sign a t&c while submitting my device. The person tells me that by signing this t n c i would be agreeing that my phone screen or case could get scratches during repair and i should be okay about it. The list of t n c didn't contain such clause, so I said, i agree to the written t n c and would consider it as my consent, not anything vebal. The store person snatches away the ipad and aggressively asks me to leave.

          2. I contact apple care support online and raise a ticket. They ask me to take my fon to another service centre and get it checked.

          3. At the service centre (another branch of ample ) i am told that this is a damage caused due to laser light( strong party lights) and is not covered under the warranty. But for certain cases apple might give an exception.

          4. I contact apple again, they say that they would do the diagnosis and help me get a positive resolution.

          5. They ask me to share sample pictures and videos via a link (which i was unable to upload, so i asked them for help again, which was simply ignored)

          6. They said that their engg team has confirmed that this is laser damage (without even checking the photos and videos)

          My stance is that-

          It can't be said a physical damage which i am responsible for because i have not exposed my phone to any strong laser light after purchase

          I asked apple to give me example of what intensity of laser light can cause this because I am not a pro photographer, neither have i clicked pictures of laser rays or been anywhere where there were laser rays

          If this laser damage is due to the usual airport scanners etc then the product itself is faulty and not suitable for market

          I want to either be fully reimbursed the money I spent on buying this phone and return back the phone/ get the phone replaced/ get my all my cameras replaced by apple. In addition to this i want them to compensate for the mental harrasment i went through in the last few weeks and the loss of my screen guard.

            After iOS 17.0.1 update to the latest in my iPhone13pro device the screen is completely green it worked in between all of sudden.
            But now again the phone's display is green and am able to talk to siri but cannot access any other applications.
            Its not a hardware issue as Apple will tell you because they can't commit to this its because of their software update.
            Its a flex issue like certain high level update don't work on low SSD type for example.

            Apple is responsible for this completely after charging so much for the product.

              Iphone 13 pro yellow screen of death

              My iphone 13 pro suddenly started flickering and then turned completely yellow . The touch is working as I am able to turn on the torch, accept calls but I cant see anything apart from the yellow screen. I have the phone for almost 1.6 years and it did not even last 2 years . I contacted the apple customer service and they said to visit the apple repair store . This should not have happened but they cant do anything as its out of warrenty...

              After 16.6 software update, my display completely turned white. Submitted my mobile immediately to iplanet. They quoted 37000 INR. I just paid only 1250INR for the test. Then reached apple support and escalated. First they said physical damages and after huge conversation there is no single dent then they said it is internal damage and unable to give exact information. After huge conversation on every day. Now they have taken free replacement, but now they are saying unauthorised modification but unable to give the exact information about this. I even reached multiple agents and none are answering the information. I have all the call recordings. Almost 30 days, the mobile is with them and still blaming customers and not giving the valid proof.

                  We had submitted the apple watch series 2 (Sr No. FHLTQV21HJLJ) at Aptronix store @ lower parel on Jan 1st 2020.

                  I have been following up since then but the issue has still not resolved and not getting apt response from Aptronix since years inspite of my follow-ups .

                  History of the first email sent -

                  Due to the cracks formed around the edges of the screen, the whole screen has come out. Since was out, did my best to preserve the screen and kept in the pocket along with the watch. However since the screen had come off, small sharp fragments of glass seem to have chipped out from edges and the screen also developed further cracks.

                  This watch was purchased In USA and we also understand from other users of the apple watch (series 2) that screens of these series are susceptible to cracks along the whole edge line and hence ; Apple keeping in line with the best customer service and quality product, offered to replace the same.

                  We request Apple to kindly replace the screen as there seem to be a genuine issue with this product glass. We have strong faith in Apple and its customer service . Personally have been using Apple phones, tabs since many years and never had any chance to complain however this is the first issue faced (watch screen) on apple watch and confident that apple will take this up positively & sincerely and offer a replacement FOC.

                  Thank You in advance for the same and looking out for the resolution.

                    I bought a brand new iPhone14 from Amazon and within around 87 days of purchase the iPhone died. iPlanet care Service center has repaired my device, but they have put a scratch on the screen of my iPhone post service. I have refused to accept the device from service center as there was no scratch on the screen when I handed over the phone for service.

                    Apple customer care refused to resolve this concern and instead asked me to accept the damaged iPhone from apple authorized service center. I request Government consumer department to help me in this matter. My new iPhone is with service center from 15 days.

                    The service Center accepts that they put a scratch on the display while servicing my iPhone 14 by seeing the pictures taken of phone pre and post service. But not giving me a replacement.

                      July 12 : Ordered a MacBook M1 Air. Mistakenly put wrong phone number.

                      July 14: Was the delivery date. The delivery boy failed to contact me despite I had contacted Apple on July 13 and upon their request contacted Bluedart and changed my number

                      July 14: I was informed by a friend that the model I had ordered is an older model from 2020 and would become out of support in a year or so. I contacted Apple support and they confirmed the same. So, I asked that support guy to cancel that order since it's not delivered yet and refund my money and I would buy the latest model.

                      July 20: It took them this long to update on the status to return and not deliver. On July 20 I got update on email that my product will be returned and also same on Bluedart tracking site and Apple order status page. I talked to support agents and they told me to wait till July 27.

                      August 3: July 27 came and went and I contacted Apple as the product didn't move at all. They again fed me some cock and bull story about some bug or glitch. Apologized in every possible sentence possible in the English language but that's all they did. August 3 was the next maximum time for me to wait but still there's no update on the product's return.

                      So, we Indians adding Govt. tax over Apple tax already pay Apple a lot for their already overpriced products only to receive such pathetic service. I would not recommend to anyone to go for Apple. Stay away from them. I just want my money back dunno when will I get it.

                      Yes forgot that I posted a complaint here.
                      Yes I got my money back. They took till August 5 or 6 I think to finally admit and say something akin to this - this issue has been going on for too long and we don't want our customers to suffer on our behalf. Sorry for inconvenience etc. and hence we're issuing your refund. That's the support agent said. Then within 12 hours got an email from Apple refund issued. Then it took 24 hours for the money to appear on my account.
                      I still checked Bluedart page out of curiosity. Apparently, the page mentions Apple got its product back by August 15

                        Hi,
                        I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased in your store.
                        I am a regular customer of IPHONE since last 10 years but this time I came across very worst product Iphone model. I bought a new IPHONE 14Pro on JAN_23 however, with little rain drizzling phone got damage with liquid inside. I was clicking photos in low drizzling for 2-3mins only and surprisingly after few minutes I notice back camera and front camera with moisture/foggy.
                        I visited store and come to know that liquid detected inside phone.
                        I am pretty sure iphone have different commitment against product but this time I am very disappointment with product I came across.
                        I have few questions:
                        • Like to know how you test product quality?
                        • How you diagnose water level as 14 pro have different commitment against water level (Hope this is not 2mins in low rain)
                        I have raised case with apple support (Apple case[protected]: case closed mentioning water inside.
                        My concern is, how phone damage in low drizzling (2-3 mins).

                          My phone just hanged and all my information is lost. Not to mention no Iphone. Had to go for an android to save on the lost fraud cost of Iphone. very bad experience. and please note i have followed up multiple times and also messaged Tim on his social handles but shameless that Apple is i have till date not got even one response. BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE

                            It has been more than a year now and till date i have not got any response with a solution from any representative of Apple. infact i have also written multiple number of times to the CEO Tim, but in vain and lots of pain. below is my mail sent to Tim over the last 20 months. Hi Tim,
                            I unfortunately was left with no choice but to write a mail and escalate the issue on the apple product I have. I have been an apple customer since the time I could afford the brand and believe me I have always been a brand ambassador spreading only the best for the brand, however I have been lately extremely disappointed with the apple product and the India service centre. The people who are the face of the brand in India are ruining the experience.

                            Request you to have my concern addressed with a solution and not a robotic revert that I have been receiving since 15 days.

                              This is a known issue in Apple Mac book pro, the keys don’t work. I have been trying to find a solution for this for almost 5 years now. Apple earlier used to tell me that my keyboard works fine and I have tried visiting their service station 3 times right after I bought it. Recently i found out that there is a known issue in Apple keyboard but Apple only provides solution for this known issue for 2 years. So Apple admits that it was there fault but is not willing to do anything about it as earlier they didn’t know about this fault and now “I am too late”

                                I am writing to report a serious issue with my iPhone 14, which is currently under warranty. A couple of days ago, I noticed that the phone was getting excessively hot and the battery was draining very quickly. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot the issue, the problem persisted and worsened over time.

                                ON 27 JUN'23 morning, to my horror, I found that my iPhone had swollen up and was about to burst. I was shocked and concerned for my safety and the safety of those around me. I immediately contacted your service centre nearby my location

                                This is my first apple product, I am very saddened and disappointed with the quality of the new iPhone 14. It is unacceptable that a phone just 6 months old and under warranty would malfunction in such a dangerous way. I demand a full refund for the phone.

                                Due to safety concern i am not willing to use any apple product but apple is not refunding the amount instead forcing me to use the same repaired phone.

                                i have numeriuos verbal communication with them, they are not at all concerned about the safety of their customer.

                                  I have purchased Apple I phone 13 pro 25th October 2022 and started using the phone on November 7th 2022.After 7, 8 months o[censored]sage the charging port got some issue and the i phone was not getting charged. I have given my phone to the authorized service centre and they have sent the phone to Bangalore Service centre. Now the service people are saying some internal damage has happened and they cannot cover the repair under warranty even though it is still under warranty and i have to pay 40k to get it repaired. I called up Apple Customer Care to escalate the issue and they are suggesting that it can be caused by wrongly plugging in the charger and how do we know whether it is wrong or right. I have not received any help from the customer care and had a complete bad experience from the Apple Customer Care. Kindly suggest me an option to get my phone repaired under warranty.

                                    I am Vikram Shah from Bangalore, i am working at Markelytics Solutions India Pvt Ltd. I wanted to renew apple developer program account using company bank card, but due to changes in payment system which was done by RBI i could not make the payment.

                                    I called apple tech team regarding the renewal of the account and they said payment need to be made through net banking or UPI. As per apple tech team executive suggestion i have added the fund in iTunes account and later they said i can renew my developer account from the iTunes.

                                    I have added funds of INR 9000 in iTunes account 12 days back and still i am unable to renew my developer account.

                                    I have contacted their tech team regarding the issue and they made me to play sea saw game. First they said i need to contact iTunes tech team. When i contacted iTunes team they said i need to contact developer tech team. This type of game is being played by the apple people.
