Hi Team,

My Iphone 12 rear glass was damaged and same was repaired after it was sent to bangalore from your service centre site. I was charged Rs 7542 as the repair cost whereas After speaking apple customer service I found only the Rear Glass was damaged and same was repaired replacing the rear system unit which is the terminology used to repair the rear glass damage on iphone 12 and new model. They also informed that there is no charge involved as per the bill however I have been charged a huge amount. As per apple care plus plan which I had purchased the service fee should be Rs 2500 only when its rear glass damage. Please let me know why I had charged such a huge amount when there was no other damage or defect detected in the phone?

Request you to look into this and resolve the issue with proper details on the billing discrepancy.

    I have purchased Apple Ipad air and my Device coverage info very clearly shows as Apple care+ coverage available (this device is eligible for additional coverage until 29 August 2022) however when i spoke to Customer care (Sandeep and couple of other few) wasting 2 hrs of my time, they very happily say its some kind of "TECHNICAL GLITCH" because of which am seeing this message and asking sorry for it.

    This is definitely not accepted, i don't want to penalized on non purchase of Apple care + and mis leaded wasting my time and energy for 2 days running behind multiple people and very frustrated finally to hear "TECHNICAL GLITCH" from such a big company. Pathetic and Atrocious.

    How do i get this issue addressed and fixed now ? what is the process to Raise a Legal complaint against this issue ? Please let me know

        I have purchased MacBook Air on Flipkart, received it on 22nd October, 2021.
        It has been giving me "app not responding" reports whenever I do multitasking. I have reached out to Service centre at Abids, Hyderabad, They said there might be a software issue which can be resolved by updating or rebooting the device. I didn't want to follow the procedure cause it is a brand new MacBook and I wasn't expecting such troubles. I am expecting a replacement which is surprisingly not provided to apple customers exclusively in India. Hence I request Indian consumer complaints forum to look into the discriminatory policies followed by multinational company viz., Apple and provide me with an appropriate solution.

          I bought iPhone 12 in the month of March 2021 and have given it for repair to one of the apple reseller in Hyderabad called Aptronix. When I submitted my mobile the issue was with receiver, now they have want me to charge extra so they have come up with bottom speaker issue the resolution they provided was replacing the display. Since I am not an hardware expert i was ok with whatever they suggested it's their job to fix it. It's been 15+ days that I have submitted my phone they said to contact Apple support for direct updates and Apple support is also not in a position to tell me what exactly is the issue with my mobile. They are not providing any proper documentation. Dont know why just becyu can waste my warranty. It's so sad that my hard earned money is getting wasted and i am being played between these two companies. Can I atleast get my mobile back?

            It’s been 4 months I’m trying to solve my issue but apple customer support is ignoring and not ready to solve my issue not taking my calls not helping in their chatting portal I raised a complaint on Twitter but still no response..

              I had given my phone for warranty service on the 23rd of October 2021 as the Ear piece speaker, the Ringer toggle switch and the volume buttons stopped working while my phone was under the extended warranty I had purchased.

              PlanetCare service centre representatives told me that they would have to send the phone to the repair centre in Bangalore where the phone could be repaired or replaced under the warranty.

              After approximately 10 days a PlanetCare representative called me and told me they have received the phone from the repair centre saying the phone has been tampered with hence the warranty was not applicable.

              Neither would I nor would anyone in the world who has a warranty that they have paid and purchased have the phone tampered with.

              If the device has been tampered with it can only be by apple service at Coimbatore or the repair centre at Bangalore.

              I have refused to collect the device unless it is repaired or replaced under the warranty under which the phone was submitted at Planetcare Coimbatore.

              I have tried to escalate this issue through Apple Support on numerous occasions. The executives say they will get back and they don't..!

              The service centre refuses to give me a report saying the phone has been tampered with.

                Hi

                On the day of Diwali November 2019, My phone got blasted.i called customer care they asked to go to service centre next day I confirmed with them twice if they are open and they confirmed yes they are open
                Next day I went 10kms away from my home to service centre which was closed.i felt totally frustrated by the false information given to me
                I wasted my time

                When they got open I submitted my phone.and they said that you would need to speak with customer care for any further investigation

                Then they took almost 15 days to get back time full that time I was without phone
                I was in continuous contact with them they have taken all information what exactly happened i informed them there was my phone iPad on the glass table .when my phone got blasted there was smoke all over my place.it was very scary.someone life could be at stake too.due to which glass table broke and my iPad fell down and also the screen got damaged and the fumes came on my clothes too
                And my clothes got like burnt
                And from the first day I am recieving such a Pathétic service from the Apple brand
                They should have given me courtesy phone
                As I was without my phone for months until I received refund for my phone.
                I was not at all ready for the refund.i wanted new phone which didn’t happened I denied them still they forced me for the refund
                And my iPad which got broke I’ve been assured by the agent whosoever was following up
                They have asked me to send pictures of my iPad which I did sent
                They asked me to submit my iPad at service centre when I went there the service centre people were not accepting to keep
                I had to go back and again wasted my time.

                The service was worst I’ve ever accepted I’ve been using Apple since 10-11 years.

                They were keep on assuring me that whatever has been damaged they will take care off
                They haven’t allowed me to take legal actions they were asking me to trust them always
                They will provide best service
                But since the numbers of days that you were taking to resolve was highly unacceptable and whenever they used to call me
                Trust me the call always lasted for more than half an hour
                I’ve wasted all my time

                I didn’t had trust on your agents but I have had full faith on APPLE BRAND.unfortunately my trust vanished.I can’t imagine I can expect this kind of pathetic service.

                Whomsoever I have discussed with they were amazed by the experience I have had they never expected.
                I feel really lucky that I was not on any call otherwise any mis happening could have happen.it was a danger to life.i was in trauma and had nightmares.And this is the worst experience of my life.one of the highly renowned brand has no importance for someone life they were treating me like I am a normal customer who has a battery or some normal issue with my phone.

                Till a month ago they asked to submit images all of a sudden one of the agent called last month and mentioned they can’t do anything with my iPad.IT is SUCH A SHAME and when I asked him if he is aware about my case what exactly it is he was not even aware of the case and he came to announce verdict without even knowing what’s happening
                Waow what a knowledge the agent had and he was saying that am the last point of contact in Apple and there was no one above me.and I wanted to complaint he said it is not possible

                I was going into a consumer court but I’ve been stopped by your agent.they assured me that they will resolve the issue to satisfactory and as early as possible but since last seven eight month they troubled me a lot.
                I am still scared to use Apple phone as they can blast anytime.

                This is my last request to you if you can’t solve my problem I’ve to take legal actions against you and the worst service which I have experienced

                Apple should get an award for such a cheap service and 3rd Grade service.ridiculous
                I am highly dissatisfied with the pathetic service I’ve received.

                Thankyou for the worst service and worst phone
                Apple technicians are preparing bombs in the name of phones so that someone have to keep their life at stake

                  This is to complain regarding my apple11 i phone which i bought it on 14 oct 2021 before two month’s exactly on 10 dec 2021 my speaker phone is not working so i reached to service center and complained regarding this while they took the phone they took very picture of the mobile weather we opened or not they confirm it was not opened and took the phone to resolve after 5 days we got a call sateing that phone was tampered and unauthorised...

                  Hello,

                  I have Apple iPhone XS MAX 256GB mobile. For my mobile, FaceID was working good before updating iOS version, but after upgrading to new software version FaceID and True Tone display stopped working .
                  It’s very annoying to use this device without FaceID and entering the passcode every time. And using without passcode, there will be a security issues.
                  To get this fix, I have visited nearby Apple store and try to follow some fixes which are suggested by their representative, like format the factory settings and restore with iTunes, update with latest iOS, but it didn’t worked .

                  Then they have diagnosed my device, and found FaceID failed for diagnostic & informed me that it’s not reparable and also your phone not fall in warranty so only option is to change the device by paying for the exchange amount of 62, 000 INR.

                  That is ridiculous like we update their version and they make us to pay for software issues created by them.

                  Disappointed with the solution, as this issue generated by their software update and now they are asking for paying replacement of device.

                  It’s not like only my device have this type of issue, but on the internet I have seen there are lots o[censored]ser have registered complaint for FaceID issue with this series device.

                  I want this to be repair by Apple or if not reparable then need my device replacement with free of cost.

                    I have purchased iPhone 12 in Feb'21.
                    Just after the use of 6-8 months color of material near the camera lens was getting peeled off.
                    I had contacted to Apple service center as well as customer care. However my issue was not addressed by informing that this issue falls under the physical damage and it is not covered in warranty.

                    I am still amazed that if color of the material itself is getting peeled off than how can it be considered as physical damage where as it is a clear case of the inferior quality of the material.
                    After spending almost INR 90, 000 getting such quality and response is not at all acceptable.

                    I am finding every possible ways to escalate this issue as i feel to be cheated after spending such a huge amount.

                    also their staff says this is very common issue in black and blue color edition and it falls under the physical damage.

                      Blue colour iphone started showing sings of colour peeling as early as 3 months from date of purchase. When complained i was asked to visit the service center. But today when I visited there I was told this is a cosmetic damage and nothing can be done. This is absolutely lethargic and absurd to push manufacturing defect as cosmetic issue. Did not expect this from a premium brand like apple.

                        My MacBook's keyboard's delete button was not working properly so I brought my MacBook to the Apple Store, then he said that your MacBook have a little or minute dent on your MacBook, then you cost 25000 rupees.they denied to repair in warranty tell me what is the connection between delete button or dent .why you give the warranty of 12 month when you are not able to repair in warranty.my parents very hard working then they earn money not like you cheater apple

                            I bought a new apple iphone 13, 25 days ag from priman rdc ghaziabad. even after proper care, the paint at the top of the body is getting removed and no physical impact has been there on the phone since the date of purchase. Such poor quality wasn't expected by apple. The customer care centre didnt even listened to the query. I need a quick action on my complaint and i want a replacement/repair of the product.

                                I have filed a complained to apple customer care service for resolving my iphone issue ...i have called like 10 times ...3 to4 times a day and talking for 2 hrs minimum to one person (in short 4-6 hrs a day) disturbing my work and ruining my mental health and talking to new person every time when i call up and explaining my issue to everyone ...firstly i was told that they will give me a call back regarding the updates of the case but nobody called up and then when i call them they make me wait for minimum 15 mins to 30 mins (thinking i have no work at all ) on call for transfering call to escalating team and then i request them to please give call to same person who was handling the issue but nobody agrees to the same and i end up talking to the new person and explains all the issue to the new person, till now i have spent atleast 12 hrs in total n even more calling them and talking to them ...they promised that they will give call back once its gets overtime and call disconnects but i dont recieve any call and again i had to call up myselves and again talk to new person and ask for new resolution ...but nobody is helping me out ...they are harassing me alot ...mistreating me alot ...wastiing my time, energy and money ...they are mentally harrasing me ... disturbing my work life and mental peace also ...it is ruining my health also...

                                    I have bought a new Iphone 12 mini and its face id is not working from the 15th day. (its showing error as - there is an issue with face id, please contact customer care).

                                    I visited Apple care 4 times in last 2 months and they just reset the phone and give back to me and the same issue is repeating again in few days.
                                    4th time also they have restored the phone and given back to me with out repairing or solving the issue.

                                    I am sick and tired of this iphone and the no support they provide and i am unable to use this phone.

                                      On 03/12/2021, visited B2X Service Solution (P) Ltd, Shop No 1/2, Prestige Garden, Thane 400607, with issue related to speaker output, the centre just cleaned the speaker for dust accumulation, which took less than 5 mins, for the above work charged @ Rs. 1600/- which is likely a salary of MIT graduate, moreover the payment was demanded in cash & NO proof / bill provided even after demanded.
