My iPhone 12 has 5months warranty in April-2022 and facing this issue since 5moths now it left with 1month warranty. and I contacted apple support and visited around 5 Apple Authorized Service Centers. they ran a diagnosis and they said everything fine in your mobile and returned it to me in the same condition and they blamed it as network provider issue. Then I tried both Airtel and Jio Esims, but in both the cases Network disappears suddenly and never I turn ON Flight mode and turn OFF then the network will appear. but whereas in the Physical Sim Card Case it works fine. the issue is only with the Esim Card. before that I contacted apple support and followed up nearly 30days but still no proper response. in service center they said during their diagnosis if the test will fail then only they proceed for the repair otherwise they return the mobile.
as per my knowledge based on my working experience in Motorola Company for 3 years and Graduation in Electrical Engineering, The Issue is with "IC which is Related to the ESIM". the issue persists for ESIM Card only, when I tried my physical Sim card in my iPhone 12 it works fine.
the service center personnel missed the simple logic.
this is the knowledge of the Apple Service Center Persons.
Finally Im Demanding Replacement and Refund for my mobile, Compensation for wasting my time and money..

    Respected sir/madam,
    I am an iphone user. I have med with a problem with my iphone as the display of my newly bought iphone 13 pro max's display has not been fully functioning . It has some faults. The display is becoming white (fully white) and the display is not visible.
    I bought my iphone in january this year with such a high expectations that it is the best smartphone but as a negative side of it this incident happened. My phone was at best performance and was physically at its best.
    This incident made me very sad. Now i have given this phone to change the display at the authorised service centerof apple. But as its a brand new phone i wishes to have a new and sealed phone so that such incidents wont occur again in due time
    This is the second time i am having this problem. At the first time, when i reset my phone, the display became working amd i thought that it was a bug but then after some days this occurred again leading to fully damaging my pbone as it became white only. I cant see anything past thewhite screen. Hence that lead me to the suission of my iphone to the authorised service centre of apple for the display replacement under warranty but i insist on having a phone replacement itself as the display problem may come again
    So i wish apple would take my complaint seriously and do accordingly and give me a bramd new iphone.

      The product was being purchased from Apple authorised store i Sense, Hanafi Telecom Private Limited, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, by my daughter Dr. Akanksha on August 15, 2022

      They told for booking of purple colour product which was our choice. It was done with a promise that delivery will be done within 7 days.

      They have taken our old product i-pad and also insisted to take insurance for the new product to come in 7 days. Issuing the insurance without the product was an unfair business practice.

      After 07 week on enquiry they told that purple colour not available and another colour was chosen for delivery.

      The full payment of Rs. 65445/- was taken on 24.08.2022 but till date neither the Tax Invoice was given nor the product was handed over.

      This is a serious issue and needs proper investigation and action including redressal of our grievance.

        -Submitted my Apple iPhone 12 (newly replaced unit of phone) two time with apple authorized service center for repair, the respective service center is sending the product to apple service center in Bangalore. I have seen that they are sending the product with the minimum amount of protection in the courier. The Apple nor the service center is not taking accountability for the scratches on the phone which occurred both the times during the transit.

        I would like to get the product the product repaired or replaced ASAP

        I have registered complaints with Apple support but no resolution has been found.

          Hi I had purchased a macbook pro end of 2019/early 2020, the Laptop Logic board has completely failed and too replace it I need to pay a huge price for which I can get a good windows laptop. In addition to that their Service Center also needs my Apple ID credentials just to replace with a new one. Isnt this data security issue?

          The hardware is of poor quality, and will not sustain, what is the guarantee that the new board might also fail in next few month?

          As per apple own policy the logic board should work a minimum of 5 years, and here is hardly 1 - 2 years of Life.

            This is to bring to your notice an incident which took place on 15 August, 2022 at your Apple Store located at “18, NWA, Club Road, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi – 110026.”

            Two elderly customers named Anil Kumar and Rama Parashar (both over 62 years of age) were mistreated, harassed, and intimidated by the employees at your store. In particular, the sales representative with the name of “Saquib” threatened and verbally assaulted the customers. The customers purchased a charger from Saquib and were misled. Even though the customers told Saquib that they needed a charger for ipad, he sold them a fault/defective product that was overheating the ipad.

            When the customers returned to the store to return the product, they were met with hostility and outright intimidation. The sales representatives kept them standing for several hours with no water and intimidated them. Their behavior was harsh and unreasonable.

            This behavior by your team members flies in the face of Apple’s renowned customer service. The phone number of customer is [protected].

              I purchased my phone approx 5-6 month ago and I noticed that my phone screen is too much yellowish I started noticing but I didn’t care about this until i got many bad reviews on my edited photos then i have to contact apple care and service centre and because i am a photographer and editor also so i am having a huge problem regarding this yellowish screen i tried every steps and every settings in my phone to get it whitish tone but it didn’t, my 2 brother have i phone and when i compare my screen with them my screen looks too dull and yellow but their screens are damn good in colour and look even one of my friends have iPhones 12 he also have whitish screen then why i have this yellow screen. I contacted apple service centre and the directly denied they said we can’t do anything you have to complain directly to apple . And i tried contacting apple but they also denied even they knew that they had given me the defective phone and they giving me bad excuse and said we can’t do anything but the reality is I received defective apple phone . I had seen same iPhone 12 in store and some other places as well they all have good screen but mine was defective and even my phone is in under warranty but they are denying because they also know that this is a defective piece they sold to me, And screen gets off and on automatically.
              Please help me regarding this issue i am having too much problem now because of this yellowish screen.

                Intermittent restarting issue from first day of purchase. It’s been 4 months, 3 case managers and 4 times device submission and the issue still remains. Apple service centre, Bengaluru refuses to replace the device inspite of issue proof provided in the form of panic full logs submitted by me as well as iCare the Apple authorised centre. Last excuse was the battery was replaced and the phone given back. It’s been 8 hrs since I’ve received the device after so called battery change and it’s switched off again. Quite frankly Apple feels they can play the fool with Indian consumers as this would never be the case in any other country.

                  I as a customer not able to see the manufacturing date of my apple product purchased as apple are recalling their product due to hard ware issue which is manufacture on or before 2020 oct.I was facing same issue with the product so took my gagdet to service centre there they are saying my product is manufactured on nov 2020.But in the box only the year which is printed is 2019.and i cannot witness the manufacture date myself i have to trust what the customer service people say.this should not happen in future.since apple is an international brand its warranty is valid and all policy is valid globally.I am launching this complaint so that any one who purchase product should not be fooled by such moralless companies.and this matter to be taken to the main officials

                    I have brought apple I phone 13 Pro & Apple watch series 7 on[protected] from Croma..Since next day apple watch speaker crackling during call .I went to croma customer complaint office.They told that this will take care of Apple only so i went to Apple Authorised service center placed at Himalaya mall, Ahmedabad named Unicorn InfoSolutions Pvt ltd.Ton[protected].They accept the problem & keep the watch with them & sent to bangalore .On 5 th August-2022 they told me to take watch .They explained me that there is no any hardware issue it was of software prob & it was updated so your watch in now ok & free from problem.Next day same problem happened & i went to the center & they accept the problem & keep the watch with them & told we will talk to apple company & replace the watch.They also told that this watches are not repairable.since brought the watch i have faced the same prob & till date not get my watch .I want replace the piece otherwise give refund.

                      [IMEI/Serial No: [protected] ] .However on 02.08.2022 my phone is automatically turned off and with remark that I phone needs cool down as temperature of phone so high. Even after more than 5 hrs when started phone it repeatedly shows same messages. I hve visited apple authorised service centre Ivenus, Nashik. However service centre Engg told that there is problem of hardware of I phone and can not repair. I hve spend Rs. 53999/- for purchase of this phone due to reputations and credibility of apple company but I am shocked as phone is not operational only after 17 months. Please change the said I phone and replaced it with new I phone 11 so as my trust will remain with company. Please reply me immediately

                          As i told them(apple team) earlier for replacement of my product because of following issues
                          Heating
                          Right corner Display pressing problem ( when i press display right side area quite bit more then black spot create when i press same pressure to everywhere then other display area won't give this type of problem ) build quality of back panel it give sensetion of halo under back cover it is minor but this is company issue and i have an right that i get from constitution that to satisfy customer need .

                          I am student and nearby me there is no service center so i am afraid if 14 day return policy ends then i have to face major issues all time.

                          Please indian government take an appropriate action against my complaint and please be with me till they give me replacement of my i pad air 5

                              I placed an order for a pair of earpods on the apple india website on 12.07.2022 . Order no. W[protected]. It was delivered on 15.07.2022.
                              From the start i found it bit faulty. I sometimes have to connect and remove and connect again to get it to work with my iphone 12. Soon however i noticed that whenever the wires moved there was static sound in the ears. The worst was when the mic completely stopped working and now I can no longer use it to make calls. The website and after service is awful. They drive you around in loops with absolutely no results. Chatting with the customer support didnt help either. I ordered the earpods off the apple site take ensure quality and originality of the product as well as expecting good customer support. I paid the fill price as well. However i feel like I have wasted my money.

                                Hardware issues on Macbook Pro 2020

                                I bought MacBook Pro in June 2020. In 10-15 only it started getting SUPER HOT AND EXTREME BATTERY DRAINAGE. Went to the service centre waited 7 days got it repaired. Then again same issue happened, again visited the service centre they did not repair it properly. Same issue kept happening. Then my laptop went out of warranty. And due to Corona crisis i could not go before the warranty period. Now it's been 2 years and it is having same issues...

                                  In Oct’2019 had bought an Ipad which was my first gadget from apple through which I entered the apple family and have been really happy with my experience and user journey.

                                  While I had no complaints regarding the Ipad, with just one software update the gadget is not even switching on and I regret to inform you that even the apple store has not given me the right support.

                                  They said your ipad is out of warranty, and we cannot help you.

                                  I haven’t used my ipad even for 3 months.

                                  Request you intervention here and help me to replace my ipad.

                                  Just to update you, now I have again entered apple family and using iphone 13 and pretty happy with my phone

                                  Hopefully you will listen my complaint and help me with the replacement.

                                    I purchased iPhone 11 128gb, black on 13th July 2020 after purchased Apple Extended Warranty Plan
                                    It's just been two years and started facing issues.
                                    When I went to the service center, in the diagnosis it was found that there was only mic issue and I told them battery was another issue so it will have to be sent to Bangalore service center.
                                    The phone was in a working condition when I had given it to service center, but when my phone returned from the head office (Bangalore) the phone was dead and they detected unauthorized modification and internal damages. They gave me two options either to pay 40000 and get it replaced or return as it is.
                                    So I asked them to return it as it is.
                                    I even informed them I've never got my phone tested, cleaned or any other alterations done outside the service centre same has been confirmed by the B2X Service Solutions PVT LTD (Authorized Service Center from Apple)
                                    Infact when I received my dead phone the service center also confirmed that the phone was sent to head office in a working condition and they haven't found any internal damage or unauthorized modification, they had a conversation with the apple chat support and mentioned the same to them. They even shared the pictures of the phone which were taken when I was leaving my phone at service center.
                                    Later chat support stated that they were escalating this matter to the team it would get my issue resolved within 3 to 5 days. But nothing has happened till now.
                                    This is very disappointing that a huge brand would do such a mistake, I'm suffering a lot as I'm working from home and my office meetings and calls are missing.

                                      Background:

                                      I am Rajat Rathi, a senior software engineer having 8+ years of experience in Software Industry. I have worked with Nagarro & JP Morgan Chase in the past and currently working with another MNC.

                                      You might be thinking that why I am sharing all the personal details, but I think these are must to share, so my voice can be heard and my problems can be understood & taken seriously. I am one of the Apple customers who trusted apple for its quality & service but unfortunately received a defective product which has made my life difficult and I am not getting support & not being listened, not being trusted.

                                      I have used different brands of android mobiles in past which includes Samsung, Google Nexus, Motorola & Oneplus but never had such experience what I am facing with Apple.

                                      I am not very big fan of apple but almost all friends and family members use apple products, primarily iphone. Many of them are still using their 4-5 years old phones which are still working smoothly, that create an impact & reputation of Apple & it’s products.
                                      So, with all positive reviews we bought an iphone 13 mini on last day of February, with a hope of premium and long-lasting experience of phone which never troubles its consumers, do not hang even after years o[censored]sage.
                                      This is all just background; actual story starts now:

                                      Initial usage experience:

                                      We setup our new phone in 3-4 days and started using it. But surprisingly we started facing some small intermittent issues in just second week of purchase. We were like iphone can’t have such issues, so we were confident that it will be sorted by Apple. We will visit apple store whenever we get some time out of busy schedules.

                                      Those intermittent issues were:
                                      1. Sometimes touch doesn’t work, we need to tap same spot multiple times. (it was frequent but not a blocking one that we rush to care centre)
                                      2. Another being call issues, even with very good network quality, other person over call is not able to hear our voice and need to redial.
                                      3. One issue being, on WhatsApp calls, calls are not reaching to other side, when in the same wifi, with other mobile able to do it quickly.
                                      4. Sometimes charger doesn’t work but just re-plug and it works (it happened 2-3 times in first 2 months.)
                                      5. We saw it hung 4-5 times within a month o[censored]se.
                                      6. One day we observed, every time we open a pic of size ~30 MB (taken by other phone camera), screen flickers and not able to open pic. This happened every time but did not notice, when this stopped troubling.
                                      There were issues, but these were not blockers and our schedules were so tight that we could not make time to visit apple service centre and we were quite relaxed that we have a year of warranty period, we will visit anytime and get this sorted. We actually trusted apple.

                                      Major Blocker Issue:

                                      It was going like this only and one day (21 June) both o[censored]s (me & wife) were working from home, as usual. In the evening looking at low battery, wife tried to charge the phone and the cable was not being detected, she was shocked, we tried 2-3 times and then thought of a restart.
                                      On restart, charging started working and we left the phone, after probably 30-40 minutes, when we try to use the phone, touch is not working at all. Just to let you know – phone was in 100% normal condition, no heating, no abusive use.. nothing.
                                      We thought of a restart and that was also not working, because touch is not working at all.
                                      It was around 9pm in the evening, still we thought if we can get help from any store but as it was late, we did not get any help, came back hopeless. That time my leg was fractured but there was no option.
                                      So now because of some important meeting, wife had to go someplace next day and phone is a must to have thing in today’s life. we did not have any standby phone, so we did setup my phone by syncing contacts and all, so she can carry my phone and we will visit apple service centre once she is back, whole night she was tensed about how she will manage without her own phone.
                                      Next day morning, thought of googling and got a way to hard restart without touch… on restart it worked… we got a bit relaxed and thought now apple service centre visit is must, but we can wait till weekend, no need to take off from office & visit service centre.

                                      The same problem repeated 3-4 times in the same week and we planned to visit authorized service centre, but on Saturday, we got to know about prior appointment requirement, otherwise no one will entertain. We tried to get appointment, but no appointments were showing. The service centre guys asked us to check online for appointment on Monday.
                                      It’s not easy to check for appointment everyday and get a slot which suits us as well, this way finally we got appointment for Next Saturday. But meanwhile this issue changed… touch issue was not coming now, but charging issue became more frequent and when tried to take a backup, connection was not persistent, so we could not complete backup & went to the store without any backup.

                                      Response by Apple Authorized Service Centre on first visit:

                                      Here comes starting of worse experience and unexpected behavior from Apple authorized partner, they were not interested in our problem, even after telling all the details shared here, they were like not hearing us, not trusting us. Just started giving conclusions. At first your cable is damaged (because on first attempt he was able to charge with his cable, and I kept saying it’s intermittent,
                                      you can’t conclude in just one attempt), on second attempt when it did not work, he gave conclusion that phone charging socket & cable both are damaged and you have done liquid damage, it won’t be covered under warranty.
                                      We kept saying that there has been no liquid damage or anything to phone, we have kept it with so much care and if there had been our mistake, we would be aware about it and would not be lying here. It was very rude behavior and did not get any help about backup. They denied for standby phone as well. We came home and fortunately this time phone connection with laptop was persistent and was able to complete backup.
                                      Next day (Sunday) service centre was working, but Mumbai traffic (deadlock on road at one signal) took our 2 hours to cover distance of 4 km and we could not make it to service centre within working hours.
                                      Again, working days come and becomes difficult to manage to visit service centre in working hours, somehow got appointment for Thursday and could make time to visit in evening working hours.

                                      Another visit, repeated all the details, shown them a video where touch was not working at all, there we see many things conflicting.
                                      1. About the touch issue, that guy says, it’s a routine thing, many customers come with this. It’s just deep sleep mode. If you don’t restart your phone every week, device goes into deep sleep. Do those guys see us as fools? does he really understand what deep sleep means? My device got totally unresponsive after doing a restart and he is saying restarting every week keeps such problems away. On cross question, response changed from restart to hard restart… and now my question comes, how many of apple customer even know that how to do a hard restart phone?
                                      2. Again, they are stuck on pins being damaged, consistently arguing, not trusting even a word. When customer is complaining, they don’t listen customer, they say Apple will decide everything. They themselves tested and charging was not working but their diagnostics software is telling that all hardware’s are perfect, no issues at all. Everything in green. When apple diagnostics software’s are not able to detect hardware issues confirmed manually by service centre guy, how can a customer trust other diagnostic?
                                      3. We confirming consistently that there has been no liquid spill or dip in liquid or nothing such event. Although apple commits its phone as water resistant but we don’t carry phone openly in rains, just to keep it safe, do not take any kind of risk. And with this much care, if any incident would have happened, we had been aware about it. And if it would be our mistake, I would not have been arguing this much. My time is very important than money but I can’t accept anything wrong. But they are like, we don’t trust customers, Apple will decide.
                                      4. Although we haven’t taken any risk with phone, but have seen my friends carrying their apple iphones openly in rains, they use rough & tough, obviously don’t drop it or dip in water but don’t care about regular rains, and their phone is working perfect even after 5 years. Then how my device got damaged without any such usage???
                                      5. On liquid damage thing, based on an online article at apple website about liquid damage, we asked the guy, that if there was liquid in socket (assume by chance), why did not we see any warning ever? on that his response was that warning comes only after pins are already damaged. So does he mean that warning is useless & article at apple support site is having wrong information? Or the phone is originally defective that it could not raise warning.
                                      Anyways we had no option & submitted phone to apple service centre with a promise of getting it repaired & returned with a week.
                                      I have shared the story in details to help you understand, what all troubles and struggles I am facing after buying a premium apple product by my hard-earned money in an expectation of very satisfying experience. Devices can be defective; it may happen in a rare case but response by Apple or its authorized service partners is totally unexpected.

                                      My questions to Apple & Apple support:

                                      1. Don’t you find all the shared details genuine?
                                      2. Did I make any mistake by trusting apple, first by purchasing phone & then not making hurry to visit apple care because long period pending for warranty?
                                      3. I accept that 99.9% devices perform really well, but can’t there be 0.1% device with a defect and some unfortunate people like us get them?
                                      4. When normally devices & users don’t report any issues even after years o[censored]sage and I already faced this much issues in starting month o[censored]se, then don’t you think that device is defective?
                                      5. As described earlier, if there was liquid by chance, why phone did not raise a warning? And why it’s intermittently raising warning now when charging already not working & there is no liquid at all (we validated this already by keeping phone in front of table fan, left it overnight but next morning warning was still there). Doesn’t that mean phone is already defective and its sensors/circuits are not working properly since start.
                                      6. In my life experience, never seen a device getting corrode even after some liquid contact, then how this got corrode without even any liquid contact?
                                      7. As per article at Apple Support site, there are liquid indicator as well in device (behind sim tray), if there was liquid incident, then why liquid is not detected by device?
                                      8. When customer can trust apple with hard earned money (when there are other competitors with better features & quality at better affordable price and affordable maintenance & compatibility), then why can’t apple trust customers?
                                      9. Why apple just assumes customer’s mistake and customer need to prove that he has not made any mistake? And is there even a way to prove that customer has not made any mistake about liquid damage?
                                      10. Have I really paid money for this experience & harassment? I don’t even find an email where I can reach out and share details.
                                      Here we are expected to prove that we have not made any mistake… why don’t apple prove that it got contact in liquid? I did not click pic at the time of buying the device because I trusted apple and it’s testing process…. Who knows if there was some problem since start. but it kept working until it became bigger.

                                      I have written this mail taking out time from a busy life to raise a voice against wrong. It’s not just about money, it’s about harassment which I am facing. It’s about the wrong behavior. Being software engineer, I can comfortably bear the expenses if there was my mistake but here case is different and I can’t just bear cost when responsible is manufacturer.

                                      I am raising voice because something is really wrong with the phone, which is not being accepted by Apple… not hearing anything from customer. just following their own rules without understanding genuine problem.

                                      I bought first apple product in my life, unfortunately which is defective, troubling us. Add on to that is Apple support.

                                      I expect a reply and satisfying solution to the problem raised by me.

                                      Latest response by Authorized Apple care (as per my interaction, i can say they are not qualified enough) - Based on corrosion at socket pins, they are concluding it as liquid damage and device will be replaced under chargeable basis. They did not find any liquid trace & I am 100% sure the device is defective since start, there has been not liquid contact at all.

                                      Only accepted resolution:
                                      1. Either Free replacement of the device
                                      2. OR 100% refund
