    My MacBookPro has developed some hardware issue with-in 15 months (DOP[protected] of purchase & as per service center the repair cost is 45, 900/- & after replacing the same then they only can confirm if further any part is required or not.

    It’s not acceptable from brand like Apple the product got defective & repair cost is almost 50% of the product.

    So, in the above circumstances I request you to replace my product with a fresh product on free of cost or return the amount

      I had purchased an Ipad 9th gen from imagine store, trition mall, Jaipur on 7th march. At the time of purchase, they told me that I'll receive it in 3 months then they told me I'll take 120 days. Now it's been 4 months and I haven't received the cashback yet.

          I purchased a mobile Iphone 13 256 GB, I purchased in salem Iplanet store using my SBI credit card on January 08th, 2022.

          As on purchased date if i purchase through my SBI CC i suppose to receive a 6000 INR as a cash back. My CC billing date is every month 15th. So far 6 statements are generated after my mobile purchase.

          When i reached out to store sales team multiple times they requested to wait for few more days. So far 175 days crossed almost 6 months completed.

          Last week i have shared 6 months of cc statement with salem iplanet store sales team. After validating statement they are simply asking to contact SBI CC section side.

          All my cash back transactions are happening properly on that card but only this transaction did not happen. So far there is no use of Iplanet store salem. Worst cx service ever i faced with this store. This one store making me frustration on complete apple product.

          They are making me run everywhere to get my cash back. Just because add posted in iplanet i trusted and purchased otherwise if i purchased in poorvika or sangeetha they would have done best customer service.

            I had purchased an iPhone 12 64GB with adaptor and a Magsafe battery pack from imagine - Apple Premium Store Sevoke road Store on 28/04/2022, billing details of which are as follows :-

            When I was buying a new iPhone, I told the Salesman that I was currently using iPhone 12 mini and had battery issues.
            Then, the Salesman of your esteemed Store sold me the Magsafe Battery Pack promising that it has 10, 000 Mah capacity and will charge my phone atleast thrice with one full charge. I had also told the Salesman that if the Product didn't work as promised, I would come back to return the Product, to which he agreed.

            After a week of Purchase, I went back to your store after trying to charge my Phone twice to complain and ask for an exchange. I was given another Magsafe by your store to try. After which, I had gone outside Siliguri for a month.
            I was (still am) thoroughly dissatified and shocked that the Magsafe Battery Pack was only charging my phone upto 60% . After which, when I went to the Apple Service Centre, I was told that Magsafe is just an alternate Battery and would Charge the Phone only upto 60-70% once the Magsafe Battery pack is fully charged.

            Being an Apple customer for over 10 years now, I am very disappointed with the following-
            1. The lack of knowledge of the Salesman,
            2. Wrong tactics to sell Products, and
            3. Making life further difficult of a Customer who is already in distressed.
            As inspected by your Salesman on 16/06/2022, The Magsafe Battery Pack is Brand New and is of no use to me.

              I have bought my iphone13 with SBI bank Credit card on 11/02/2022 in Mapple Store online. As mentioned by SBI credit card (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in Mapple Store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                I bought a apple 2nd generation airpods on 19/03/2022. And the left one Airpods has stopped working.
                It happened before as well but when i reported it to apple care they troubleshooted and it got fixed.

                It has stopped working since yesterday. And i took it to the service center.
                They are stating that there is a green mark on the right one and hence they can't replace it.
                I informed its the left one which is not working and I have been using if for just work from home hence there cannot be any corrosion or anything.

                Only after 20 mins of heated conversations the service center has taken the device for inspection.
                ITS JUST 3 MONTHS OLD AND
                I WANT A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS. .
                EITHER PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT OR PROVIDE A REFUND FOR THE ITEM!!

                  I have submitted my AirPods in Maple Authorised Service Centre Khar Branch Mumbai. They are not ready to revert back since 4 days and now got the email that they want to observe it for more 5 days. I don’t expect this kind of service from maple. I have paid 10k for that device and this is what the service I’m getting. Even after submitting the genuine evidence for the issue I’m facing.

                    Hi apple is not replacing my phone as per their hardware replacement policy. I have bought this at aptronix store ecr Chennai India and they fail to issue refund or replacement. Kindly help me get justice in this issue.

                      16-3-22 iPhone 13 pro max purchased at chroma store, select city walk, Saket Delhi . 27 -5-22 flickering issue of display. taken to b2 x service centre in ansal plaza which is authorised service centre by Apple. Display changed Without consent. Device hanging while using Mobile . Resubmitted device but no issue detected . Now facing flickering issue . Going to submit the device again.

                        Apple claims airpods pro as water and sweat resistant in their product description and comes with a 1 year manufacturing warranty. I bought this product on Oct 23 2022 on Amazon. While I have used it for regular calls, I have also been using it for last 2 months while running. My right airpods wasn't charging regularly (needs quite a bit of alignment for it to charge) and hence gave the airpods and case to Apple service centre. They havent been able to repair and after 20 days, have denied warranty coverage with their technical team claiming 'liquid damage'! How is this fair if the product is supposed to be water and sweat resistant? They have also not given me access to their recordings or transcripts of their calls when they informed me of this. What is the recourse here? Unfortunately i dont have a large twitter following to make my voice heard. And i dont use other social media.

                        Added details on interactions
                        1) Had to spend hours on multiple visits to Aptronix, MG Road, Bangalore 560001
                        2) Received a product service summary that can be as vague as possible. Saying that they found another issue that wasn't mentioned in the repair request - only they know what is that!! Repair id G[protected]
                        3) Spent time interacting with their customer care. Case id[protected]. Once with John Nixcel and next with Puneeth. It was escalated to 'senior tech supervisor' - Once with xx (didnt catch name) and twice with Mallika. Last call was with Mallika saying that warranty is denied as product came in contact with water!!
                        4) Despite requests, I am not getting recordings or transcripts of the 3 verbal interactions (for my proof on their final stand). I only have transcripts of online chats which ends with them escalating to technical person who will call!!

                          This is to bring to your notice that the Apple App Store has an option to 'send gift-card via emiail'. I wanted to send a giftcard of Rs. 750 to my friend and seamlessly made the payment via the steps shown on the appstore. For my surprise the amount got credited to my Apple ID credit and not a gift card, the same issue was notified to the customer support and they informed me, that gift cards cannot be generatedl anymore.
                          Why still have the option then? No intimation or notification for the same on the App Store aswell.

                          I rightfully demanded a refund of the same amount by explaining the whole situation to apple support by wasting 3 hours of my time still was denied the refund.
                          This is heights of disappointment. I demand the Rs. 750 present in my Apple ID to be transferred back to my Bank Account as it is not solving my initial purpose nor being used for the purpose it was supposed to serve.

                            I purchased a Series 7 Apple Watch on 15th oct 2021 via Credit Card and was supposed to receive a cashback of Rs 3000/-. I havent received the cash back yet not any information regarding the same. Kindly inform what is the status of the cashback and when can i expect it to credit in my account. I made a payment with HDFC Credit Card. The Scheme was to receive Rs Flat 3000/- cashback on payment via HDFC credit card or EMI options. Kindly check and resolve the issue.

                              Hi,

                              I bought iPad, recently discovered that it is bent and also has some issues lie
                              1. Diminished Screen sensitivity to touch at bend area near
                              2. Quick drainage of battery
                              3. outer case is bent.

                              I visited the Apple customer support in Rohini, they are saying it is some hardware issue. Although the device is under warranty and hardware coverage is there, Apple is denying and asking for paid repairs only.

                              Need an immediate action here, as my warranty is expairing on 9/6/22.

                                First of all I am an first time user of Apple Phone. Bought Iphone13 for 75000 rupees on 2nd May 2022 and from the very next day I started using the Iphone13 but was unable to install any applications. So I started complaining to customer care from then( means 2nd May 2022 to till date(24th May 2022), literally I had wasted 23 days of time to resolution for this issue and there was no proper response, explaining every day about my issue and no resolution yet. Its a completely waste of time .I need my money back and take your IPhone13 back that's it. I am fed up with all the calls and wasting my time daily.

                                  I brought Apple iPhone 13 from Apple store in DB Mall, Bhopal and paid the full amount via ICICI debit card, but it’s been more than 120 days and I still haven’t got the promised Rs 7000 cash back in my ICICI account

                                    I have given my phone at future world ( apple authorised service center ) after 15 days I didn't receive my phone and issue can't fix they just wasted my time and money, they have charged me 16800 more still unable to give services to the customer, I have been follow up daily. With them however there no resolution such a pathetic services my a big brand apple
