This is to bring to your notice that the Apple App Store has an option to 'send gift-card via emiail'. I wanted to send a giftcard of Rs. 750 to my friend and seamlessly made the payment via the steps shown on the appstore. For my surprise the amount got credited to my Apple ID credit and not a gift card, the same issue was notified to the customer support and they informed me, that gift cards cannot be generatedl anymore.

I sent my phone twice a time to apple care at Bangalore from delhi and both of time they had upgraded firmware which i already did before submit it to them.

They done same upgradation by his side on both of visits and done no repairs and kept saying the battery issue resolved post doing firmware upgradation. issue still remains the same and nothing improvement in battery. I am feeling helpless...
