Iam using iphone 7, i face internet problem my area. my area get better internet in android.in ios get poor network.i check every network sim in my phone and checked net work speed.same problem faced every sim.

I p r subrahmanyam, having apple i pad. Today i have received a message from my icici credit card that i have charged rs369/- on the credit card. The amount is charged for apple.com
I have not mentioned any credit card acceptance for your company to charge. How can you charge 369/- without my approval. Even i have not received any details for the said amount. Hence please return my money of rs 369/- charged on 4-5-2020. Otherwise i have to compelled to take legal action against your company.

Hello team,

My name is arpan pandey and i purchased a iphone 11-128 gb on 25-december 2019 from i advance info pvt ltd near laxmi nagar, new delhi - 110092

There was cashback offer of 6000 inr on hdfc bank credit card but still i have not received the same.

Initially when i enquired, it was told to me that it will come with in next three months, after three months also i had not received the cashback (Arounds more than 4 months)

When i enquired then it was told to me that there was no cashback offer that time by the store sales/account personals but on dip-drive they found that, offer was there and accepted the mistake at their end and i was asked to wait for solution.

Still i haven’t received the solution and now they are telling me that on my payment slip it is not mention regarding the cashback because their sales person did not swipe it correctly and i can’t get the cash back.

Can you please help me whom to contact in that case?
Please do the needful at the earliest.

Due to apple's design issue fault, my macbook pro 2017 13 inch was having display issues (Stagelight effect) at the bottom of the screen. Then after some days the display stopped working. On further research i found that a lot of people are having this issue and there is a petition on change.org that apple is not listening to its customers and regarding it as customer's fault. After heavy critisism they acknowledged a free repair for only 13 inch 2016 models, while 2017 models are plagued as well. They solved the display design issue post 2018 models which proves that they know that its their fault, but are not acknowledging publicly due to financial responsibility

My iphone 6 is of no use now. I never knew iphone would have been such a disappointment. My phone hangs continuously. Every app at least needs 30-5 seconds to open. You can open certain apps. While you are working on some apps it crashes suddenly. The battery gets hot. It's not getting charged properly. It is terrible. What about apple being a long term use product. This is such a disappointment. What solution do you give me for this?

My concern is all about that i am facing battery performance i not good, i purchased my iphone xr 5 months back. My iphone is under warranty, so because of this coved-19 no iphone care centers are openind. So my warrenty would get extend or else is their another way to check my iphone xr and issue get resolved. (I chareged my iphone xr to 95 % with in hours the battery will go down to 50 to 60%, and my battery health is showing 98%, with in 5 months how come it should happen)

I bought iphone 11 worth 64990 from apptronix hyderabad on 15/12/19.
This is worst iphone i’ve ever used. Never expected an iphone to freeze like a micromax mobile. The mobile gets stuck to a notification screen and is not recoverable at all.
All i need to is to wait for 3 4 minutes to get it back to normal or keeping pressed the power button for atleast 30 seconds.
This happens frequently and i’m literally frustrated coz after spending so much money i’m getting a feel of micromax mobile.

Cut short, i need a replacement for this device coz not all iphones are defective i guess.

I had purchased apple iphone 11 from arora mobile shop, aligarh on[protected]. Apple company insure to the customers about his privacy, securities. But now i am frustrated about his securities point.
On 7-march-2020 i had lost my phone on gt road aligarh. Next day i was filed a fir in banna devi thana aligarh. After that police tracked my mobile by surveillance and then we get the location of mumbai.
And i had also got the link of findmyapp for find the mobile, i was personally tracked my mobile through that app. 11-march-2020 my phone was on, and then after some time (On same day) he (That person who use my phone currently) break my privacy lock and insert his own sim.

But seriously it's a pathetic company. I will never re-commanded this company to anyone. Because i had invest my 64500 rs.in dustbin.
If its company as like others so i will suggest to my relative any other mobile.

The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already above 90 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details
Its a fraud!

My life’s precious moments are distroyed by apple iphone. My most important honeymoon pictures and my pregnancy shoot and first baby’s new born picture are disappearing from iphone because of the system’s fault. My half of the photos have been deleted or not visible in iphone 8. I took help of apple experts but they also cudnt help. I also bought apple icloud storage, which also didn’t help. I need refund for my icloud storage. My iphone is 64 gb and in which 62 gb has been occupied by the system storage.

On12th of february i’m submit my phone at subhash nagar new delhi pacific mall your authorised service centre for battery replacement and it was my big mistake, the working staff is a cheater and fraud guys they guys are changed my original apple battery and put it back old local battery inside. Today i’m booked a technician from cashify.com and he opened my phone in front of me and phone battery inside is very old and local battery, they guys are making fools to customers and cheated to customers.

I just buyed iphone 11 purple color just on 13 feb it take two days to setup it once i done with all the apps n transfers in my new phone i was using it checking everything
There are pink dosts in back camera even the phone is working so slow. It’s just two days old phone i buyed it from croma store.
It didn’t even fall or got damaged there is manufacture default i just want to change this phone.

I rakesh jindal resident of ludhiana, punjab, india. Took mi phone to service center ti fix the problem of battery because it never lasts even 2 hours after full charge. I submitted my phone to the center and next day i advised to exchange the phone in full price because they said there is no problem in battery and the phone is faulty and its not possible to fix the problem. I answered that i dont want to pay for exchange amount as per company policy and i will collect the phone from the center next day. But next day in the morning i got the cal from center that we found that the batter is faulty and we can replace the battery and you can send the payment so we will replace the order of new battery. I send the payment and when i got my phone back but the problem not solved yet. I send my phone back to the service center and they give me the same statement as they told me before. Now i realised that apple company has no professional engineers to find the exact problem of phone. The company doing only one thing and that is robbing from customer. I am using apple products for last 12 years and this is first time that i this company make me very disappointed. And the company is unable to solve any kind of problem for their own products.
