Their is a fake apple store who are using apple brand name as a store. Apple bite communication.. I[censored] see ratings were very bad and again they correct the ratings by themselves and making fool to customer. So many complaints and police complaints on them. But still apple can't do anything they just con the tourist. How can anyone open shop on one technician certificate. They are using their certificate as royalty in 3 to 4 shops.. One certificate is used by so many shops

    It very worst service i purchased iphone 11 feb 14 after using ten day i face more issue on iphone display change automatically pick colour dots and battery heating, automatically restore phone i will complete 10 above customer care but there no response properly.

        Dear sir,

        I bought the iphone 11 from 17th march of 2020. After one week i saw something unexpected things in my iphone, i saw my iphone battery is sucked at 80% after my phone still connects with charger and after 3hr 100%. Once i noted this issues i called to the customer care support (18th april 2020) centre that time that person told me, sir apple has launched ai (Artificial intelligence) it's mean phone automatic read the data after phone behaviour based on artificial intelligence (Ai) after 2-week one more thing happened with me and this time iphone battery health 100% to 99% after one week 99% to 98 it's still draining my battery health 97% after i called to customer care support again i told you what's happened with me from last two months, and mrs. Hamika has launched complaint on (9th may 2020) regarding this her provide me with a case number: case number:[protected] after her my case forward to your engineering department and she collect all my logs and all details, but till now no one can solve my problem mrs hamkia told me engineering team working on my case, and they provide me with a solution till now no one can provide me with a single solution. I request you, sir, please refund my money or replacement with a new iphone because i am a big fan of apple and am using iphone last 7yr but this time with my iphone unexpected thing and battery health drain too fast and performance are worst. So i requested to you, sir, please solved my issue.

          I have submitted my i phone 6 s with a complaint of small white spot on my display. But they couldn't service my phone and replay me with below details

          Ticket no. Sck43867 (My service ticket number)

          As per apple service guidelines iphone can be replaced under exchange price.
          Amount to be paid rs.28139

          Still i am using the phone for my regular works and no other complaints, even the warranty period is still there why don't they not service my phone with free of cost.. I don't want to replace my phone i just want to clear the complaint..

          I don't like to submit my i phone 6s to an un authorised service centre

          Even new i phone 6 s price is only around 26000 and why the replacement price they quoted 28139

            I have serviced i phone week ago was regular cleaning of mesh and speaker they suggested me to change battery as well but i dont have issue with that so i rather not change
            But from that day i am facing issue for getting my battery drained
            I am feeling like they swap my battery with some defacted one
            Is there is anything i can do ?

              Billing amount paid: rupees 49, 900.00
              Mode of payment: hdfc debit card

              Cash back of rupees 5000 was suppose to be credited in my hdfc bank account within 120 days but yet not received.

              I request the authorities to kindly take action for the same.

                Dear sir I bought an I phone XS from Dubai on 13 April 2019 . On 10th April 2020 one small Black spot Appear ( came )on upper Right side of Phone Screen and it is getting bigger day by day . I won't be able to contact the service centres as all those were closed . When our city came to green zone I visited the service centre on 7th May at Macintel solutions Guwahati Assam . They said u will have to complain online I complained online on 8th May 2020 . When I visited today 13.5.2020 again Macintel centre Guwahati Assam India.
                They said your mobile is out of Warranty as your warranty was till 13th April 2020. We can't do anything you will have to pay 29000.00.
                sir please suggest me way out. As during lockdown nothing was in my hand to visit the store and do the complain . I enquire all the other companies extent the warranty for 3 months, Apple should also think about it and extend the same. In my opinion Apple is the world leader in Mobile handset and they shoul think and extend the warranty. As this Pandemic situation is not in anybodys hand, and every body is doing their best for Mankind.

                  Myself danish farhan from india, i would like to inform you that i have purchased an apple iphone 11 128 gb version in january 2020, it's not even 6 months and the phone is hanging lie crazy. It gets stuck anytime. I have raised a complaint & went to apple service center in the january month, the guys have reset the settings the handed over the phone to me, but the problem still exists & it is getting worse day by day.

                  My only saying to apple team - don't boast about your prestige and product quality because apple is a garbage brand. I am from the digital marketing field and will try to use all my sources to put you guys in losses. Give my money back. I have purchased it spending all my savings but now i am very much depressed. If you guys care a bit of your customers then contact me on [protected] & suggest me a way to get rid of this device.

                  I will not buy any of the apple product in my life.

                    Iam using iphone 7, i face internet problem my area. my area get better internet in android.in ios get poor network.i check every network sim in my phone and checked net work speed.same problem faced every sim.

                      I p r subrahmanyam, having apple i pad. Today i have received a message from my icici credit card that i have charged rs369/- on the credit card. The amount is charged for apple.com
                      I have not mentioned any credit card acceptance for your company to charge. How can you charge 369/- without my approval. Even i have not received any details for the said amount. Hence please return my money of rs 369/- charged on 4-5-2020. Otherwise i have to compelled to take legal action against your company.

                      I have charges for rs 369/- through my icici credit card without my concern stating that the amount of rs 369/- debited on 04-may 2020 info apple.com

                        Hello team,

                        My name is arpan pandey and i purchased a iphone 11-128 gb on 25-december 2019 from i advance info pvt ltd near laxmi nagar, new delhi - 110092

                        There was cashback offer of 6000 inr on hdfc bank credit card but still i have not received the same.

                        Initially when i enquired, it was told to me that it will come with in next three months, after three months also i had not received the cashback (Arounds more than 4 months)

                        When i enquired then it was told to me that there was no cashback offer that time by the store sales/account personals but on dip-drive they found that, offer was there and accepted the mistake at their end and i was asked to wait for solution.

                        Still i haven’t received the solution and now they are telling me that on my payment slip it is not mention regarding the cashback because their sales person did not swipe it correctly and i can’t get the cash back.

                        Can you please help me whom to contact in that case?
                        Please do the needful at the earliest.

                          Due to apple's design issue fault, my macbook pro 2017 13 inch was having display issues (Stagelight effect) at the bottom of the screen. Then after some days the display stopped working. On further research i found that a lot of people are having this issue and there is a petition on change.org that apple is not listening to its customers and regarding it as customer's fault. After heavy critisism they acknowledged a free repair for only 13 inch 2016 models, while 2017 models are plagued as well. They solved the display design issue post 2018 models which proves that they know that its their fault, but are not acknowledging publicly due to financial responsibility
                          as of posting this message on 2 September 2021, Apple has forced a judge to dismiss the case in american courts, and we indians have to pay the huge rubbish cost of this garbage company. See the youtube description of the problem - youtu . be / 3sIIrw9NM28

                            My iphone 6 is of no use now. I never knew iphone would have been such a disappointment. My phone hangs continuously. Every app at least needs 30-5 seconds to open. You can open certain apps. While you are working on some apps it crashes suddenly. The battery gets hot. It's not getting charged properly. It is terrible. What about apple being a long term use product. This is such a disappointment. What solution do you give me for this?

                              My concern is all about that i am facing battery performance i not good, i purchased my iphone xr 5 months back. My iphone is under warranty, so because of this coved-19 no iphone care centers are openind. So my warrenty would get extend or else is their another way to check my iphone xr and issue get resolved. (I chareged my iphone xr to 95 % with in hours the battery will go down to 50 to 60%, and my battery health is showing 98%, with in 5 months how come it should happen)

                                I bought iphone 11 worth 64990 from apptronix hyderabad on 15/12/19.
                                This is worst iphone i’ve ever used. Never expected an iphone to freeze like a micromax mobile. The mobile gets stuck to a notification screen and is not recoverable at all.
                                All i need to is to wait for 3 4 minutes to get it back to normal or keeping pressed the power button for atleast 30 seconds.
                                This happens frequently and i’m literally frustrated coz after spending so much money i’m getting a feel of micromax mobile.

                                Cut short, i need a replacement for this device coz not all iphones are defective i guess.
