Billing amount paid: rupees 49, 900.00
Mode of payment: hdfc debit card

Cash back of rupees 5000 was suppose to be credited in my hdfc bank account within 120 days but yet not received.

I request the authorities to kindly take action for the same.

On12th of february i’m submit my phone at subhash nagar new delhi pacific mall your authorised service centre for battery replacement and it was my big mistake, the working staff is a cheater and fraud guys they guys are changed my original apple battery and put it back old local battery inside. Today i’m booked a technician from cashify.com and he opened my phone in front of me and phone battery inside is very old and local battery, they guys are making fools to customers and cheated to customers.

      I just buyed iphone 11 purple color just on 13 feb it take two days to setup it once i done with all the apps n transfers in my new phone i was using it checking everything
      There are pink dosts in back camera even the phone is working so slow. It’s just two days old phone i buyed it from croma store.
      It didn’t even fall or got damaged there is manufacture default i just want to change this phone.

        I rakesh jindal resident of ludhiana, punjab, india. Took mi phone to service center ti fix the problem of battery because it never lasts even 2 hours after full charge. I submitted my phone to the center and next day i advised to exchange the phone in full price because they said there is no problem in battery and the phone is faulty and its not possible to fix the problem. I answered that i dont want to pay for exchange amount as per company policy and i will collect the phone from the center next day. But next day in the morning i got the cal from center that we found that the batter is faulty and we can replace the battery and you can send the payment so we will replace the order of new battery. I send the payment and when i got my phone back but the problem not solved yet. I send my phone back to the service center and they give me the same statement as they told me before. Now i realised that apple company has no professional engineers to find the exact problem of phone. The company doing only one thing and that is robbing from customer. I am using apple products for last 12 years and this is first time that i this company make me very disappointed. And the company is unable to solve any kind of problem for their own products.

          I purchased a ipad air 2 via serial no. Dmpnt18qg5ym which is now out of warranty. The said product stopped working in may 2019. A software update of ios 12.1 was released by apple in the same month and immediately after the update was installed, the device suddenly turned itself off and never turned on again since then and is now bricked by apple. The undersigned took the device to apple service centre (Unicorn pacific mall) where i was informed that the itunes is unable to recognise the device and is showing error 4005 while restoring. I was also informed that apple does not provide repair for ipad and it can only be replaced by apple at an estimate of rs. 28000/=. The said product was perfectly working fine before the installation of the software update which clearly highlights that the software update had been meant to purposely brick the device by apple by so as to force the customer to upgrade to a new one. The customer is running from pillar to post but to no avail. By this complaint, i hereby inform apple to immediately contact the undersigned and provide a positive response or the undersigned would be forced to file a public interest litigation (Pil) in court of competent jusrisdiction as under:
          1. No materials we've seen from apple ever show a disclosure that your device would self-destruct if you download new software onto a device. If apple wants to kill the device under any set of circumstances and for any reason, it has to make it crystal clear to its customers before the damage is done.
          2. The error code 4005 signals the death of the device, and apple's response has been to say 'you have no options; it's not covered under warranty, and you have to buy a new device.
          3. Apple is denying the right to repair policy of the device which is clearly unethical so as to force the customer to buy a new device.
          So, please see to it and do the needful at the earliest.

            I bought new iphone 11 and i felt that there is a problem in the camera. I went to the store and check that with the display phones placed over there it was completely visible that my camera was having problem and the brightness was low as comparative to the phones which were in the display in the apple store.
            I complained about it they send me to the service centre and then service centre took one day to find and then returned phone back to me saying that there is no hardware and software issue, there is only cosmetic problem so we cannot do anything i have reached to applecare they also said that there is cosmetic issue we cannot change the phone what has to be done now i don’t understand it is rs.70, 000 phone and they are not replacing it i have shown them the pictures in which it was clearly visible that my phone was having a major problem still apple haven’t resolve any issue and now i am in problem. Such a big company and such a irresponsible behaviour.

              I purchased imac on "[protected]" from apple authorized seller from faridabad. But with in a one month face issue of slow and hang, they advice for reboot, then also same problem exist and when i pressure then they checked and found harddisk not working. After that new problem arise in display and with in short span of time 5 time display problem arise and they changed display. Finally apple customer service team said that you just deliver ur product to our authorised centre and you will get your amount refund back. Now they are saying that they dont have direct store of apple in india so it will take long time to refund you amount.
              Well, apple india cheated me with this fraudlent product because now they saying they don't having direct store in india, so refund process will take time once your product deliver to head office. Now i am creator and middle work man what can i do without desktop, how can i work without system. I am fed with this fraud apple company. Please take a strict action against this company and i need my refund amount along with value of my waste time. Which they waste in 6 time service for defunct product and from last 11 days i after delivering my product again they are just making excuses again and again. Apple india pvt ltd did fraud with me and they need to punish for this.

                I got my iphone 11 2 months back and my phone has some display issue in it since day one of the phone, i thought all phones are like that and later i went to aptronix from where i got it, they asked me to go to service canter and get it replaced. Service center poeple are not replacing my new phone rather they said they will repair the display. Why would any one use repaired phone and pay such big amount to buy that product. I called customer care they told it is service center decision and service center says it is apple decision, they themselves doesn’t want to take ownership. They are ruining such a great brand.

                  I purchased iphone 11 pro max 64 gb gold colour model from amazon on 22 november 2019 by paying 1lakh three thousand rupees. I received its delivery on 25 november 2019 at jammu. But unfortunately it stopped working on 6th december 2019. I was using it when its screen suddenly went off and then it didnt turned on. On the same day i took my phone to apple customer care who said that my fone is not taking electricity charge. They said that it will be sent to bangalore for repair or replacement. As my primary sim was esim i had to suffer a lot.
                  Moreover i am deeply anguished by the performance of apple iphone which stopped working after 11 days. Its one of the premium high end phone of apple. Such pathetic performance by apple is highly condemnable. I request apple authorities to look into the matter

                  I want apple company to give me a new phone or refund my money. I do not want repaired or refurbished phone

                    Sir/madam
                    I bought a new i phone xr on 18 september 2019 from dharmendra mobile jabalpur madhya pradesh 482001, from the very next i facing various problems in my phone like it's touch is not properly working, sensors not properly working speaker is not properly working. After consulting from your experts i updated my phone into ios 13.2 but still m facing the same problem.
                    I bought this phone on the basis of the trust which apple and mr. Steve jobs gained in the market but this short of thing what to say now.
                    If apple india is not able to resolve my problem within seven days then i have to take the legal action against the company and as i am an advocate i will not hesitate to raise this issue in the high court.

                      I have been misinformed by apple premium reseller (Aptronics borivali branch)
                      I got an apple care protection plan for my iphone xr on 19th nov 2019 and my initial hardware warranty was till 7th dec 2019 (Purchase date 3rd nov 2018, activation date 8th dec 2018).
                      I was advised by the store about warranty being extended till 6th dec 2020 however extension happened till 3rd nov 2020.
                      My question is why was i misinformed at the store about warranty extension (Poorly trained staff maybe)
                      Store was very helpful during the sale but post sale the actual picture came out (Extremely rude staff)
                      I had paid inr 4500 for the plan and post talking to apple, they are ready to refund the amount minus the conversion/bank charges for international wire transfer. Why should i bear the conversion/ bank charges for no fault of mine.
                      Apple support does not have email address for redington india head nor aptronics head.
                      I’ve had heard about good things about apple but once setup locally their customer service goes south and every customer is taken for a spin for post purchase issues. Truly dissatisfied with the service.

                      I have given for connectivity diagnosis on 2nd November 2019 at ample care,

                      but the technical team is postponing to delivery the my device from one month,

                      as they have given commitment while taking the phone as "we will be delivering

                      the phone in 1 week " but still they didn't delivered the phone to me.

                      With no fault of the consumer is company is not ready to own up and help the consumer
                      Why do we pay so much if the company does not own up to its mistakes

                        I purchased apple iphone 7 in flipkart on 15/11/2019 and it was delivered on 16/11/2019 amount is 24, 999/-. And the battery performance was very bad, it cannot use it for 4 hours after it is fulled charged.
                        Im really feel very bad about it.in flipart their is no return or refund policy. Hence give me a better solution regarding it

                          I have been adding my card to the phone for payments and shipping but its not accepting it.
                          Due to which i am not able to download any apps whether they are paid or free from the app store
                          I am very disappointed because i have been continuously trying for three days
                          At first it didnt accept the card
                          Then for some time it accepted and now again its not accepting the card please see to my complaint as soon as possible

                            My ipad had 46% battery percentage when it got unexpectedly switched off and was not turning on through charging or via itunes hard reset method and was completely dead with a complete black screen. The ipad was taken to the authorised apple service centre on 13/11/2019 (Unicorn service centre located in tagore garden new delhi). The service centre incharge told me that the ipad is dead so no diagnostics could be done on it. They further explained me that it is not repairable but is only replacable as it is out of warranty. They gave me a estimate of rs. 28, 500/= to be paid for a replacement of ipad. It is very shocking to know that there is no repair of ipad provided by apple authorised service centres and quoting amount that could buy a latest generation ipad. There was no service job sheet or any type of letter-head provided by the apple service centre with regard to this matter. They are cheating the customers by denying for repair in order to extract money from the customers. Please note there is just a customer care number of apple but there is no official email of apple india through which consumers can file a complaint or contact apple for support. Would be filing a legal case against apple soon.

                              I am from tamilnadu and i bought my airpods 1 last year june 2018 but this year march it started working weird and replaced all the 2 pods with case new after 4 defective attempts.

                              Just after apple company gave me brand new airpods same issue is coming for past two months.. That is my right pod is not charging not detecting in iphone... I checked with the apple service center they say replace a right pod with 6000rs... I don’t know what quality the apple is providing to customers... Highly disappointed with apple product... I received 4times airpods with defective and they replaced each time... Airpods what apple is giving is low quality and they can’t be trusted...
                              I have a copy of the service center paper and i can’t buy another new airpods... Apple has to reply why it’s not working... After replacing like only 5-7 times i used it... Please raise a concern with apple india airpods section

                              Till now I dint get any update ...I tried to contact customer care they told they will transfer the call to escalation number but I waited for an hour in same call but no reply ...I asking to Apple are customer looking like fools to invest that much amount and getting defective product that too won’t lost long

                                  While perusing the app for pulse and bp recording, even without an attempt to down load the said app, a sum of ₹7500.00 had been deducted on 14 october 2019 vide corporation bank, secunderabad-gunrock enclave branch reference no[protected]. Please do needful to refund the same at the earliest. I have honour to state that i am not using the said app let alnoe down loading it.

                                    I have given my iphone 7 to your authorised service center in hubli m/s F1-Info Solutions & Service pvt ltd for IOS restore dated 26/10/2019 but till now they are not given back and saying device not supporting for IOS and not working anything as its dead and they ask me to take back dead set .

                                    I asked give me back my mobile as it is earlier condition(which was working fine) or get it updated IOS version .But they are not responding properly and just killing the day by giving false statement.

                                    They are not intimated any clue that if IOS not supported handset may go for dead mode before taking now saying all these story.
                                    Need immediate response for my concern else will address in consumer court .
                                    I have all documents and voice records which is communicated with me from your service center.

                                      I have macbook pro 13 inches touchbar 2015. it got kind of balck disco lights at the bottom of display. i have checked at the internet for solution . at apple's official website they have written in 2015 models of macbook pro they have manufacturing problem, and they will change the display free of cost. i went to customer service centre and i was happy they fixed it for me . service was good.
                                      after few months i realised there is tape on both side of display at bottom and today i found i was ripped from left side a bit. i removed it completely from left and i was like why they put this tape but when i took that off from right side i found display was cracked from that side of bottom and they hid it from tape.
                                      its like they made fool of me very smartly.
                                      unfortunately i have signed at the time when i received macbook from them after getting display changed which was saying everhthing is fine.

                                      can we do something about it .
                                      coz i am feeling ashamed to as they not going to beleive as they did it for purpose.

                                        I sri ramya ranjan behera, from nabarangpur, odisha. I brought a iphone xr from visakhapatnam, aprontix primium reseller on dt:-03/10/2019 for my wife named sagarika mohanty. Within 0ne month i chang a screen password and forget it, it will happend on before kali puja. Then i go to visakhapatnam to reset the iphone which is far away from 250 k. M from nabarangpur. Before i go to the store again i'm asking to the seller point is my problem is solved there? They tell to me ok. You first come to the store we ll solve it and also i tell him that i want to buy apple mac book from him also.
                                        When i reached to the store its a time of 8.30 p. M, then they told me that service center is closed on 6.30 p. M where as i contact them on my way many more time. If they told me before that it may be helpful to me.
                                        Sir i request to you that please take some drastic action in mty harassment
                                        I give a vehicle hireing charge, lost of my time,
                                        And don't have any manners.
                                        When i purchese this phone they told me any problem take to us we solve easilly.
                                        And also i told them i do not purchese apple mac book coz, you are not help me wether i come from a long jurrning

                                        They are smiling,
                                        Its also disrespect to a apple consumer and apple company also.
