I was using iPhone 7 for last 1 year and as soon as 1 year completed it's battery bloated and damaged screen.
I want solution and get repair again. As I used to charge it in proper way, use to charge only battery goes below 5% most of the time, still faced this issue, why?

    I purchased a MacBook Pro in September 2019 where I took a consumer durables loan from HDFC, after 120 days I was assured a cash back but it’s been more than 9 months and I haven’t received any cashback, I even talked to the representative but they claim they have disbursed it but they can go through my account details to see I haven’t received it yet.
    Any help would be grateful.

      My AirPods were not working so visited apple articles there they have written to blow the air in the outputs and i blowed it soothly in that the side mesh went inside so i took the airpods to service station there they made me to pay 7418/-.
      i made the payemnt then i conatcted apple bcecause of apple article why i need to pay the amount.
      aplle made me to do that thing so i did
      now i need refund of 7418/- or any compensation its not my fault its apples fault for showing how to do it.
      the case ID also i have which is goung on from 45 days
      [protected].
      i hope apple will make customer happy.
      i dont want to loss my money for apple's fault.

          1 week ago i went to apple shop (Imagine allahabad uttar pradesh) because o[censored]pdating laptop! He told me first ur screen lost i told him no just a software problem. He checked because i was standing there and said only he said the same thing. So that day i care back and after two days i went back he updated my software and i don’t know what he did or stolen from my laptop! After that day my laptop is not getting on he did something on my laptop or stolen something. This was not expected. I’m buying apple products since 2011 and this is not acceptable.

              Hi,

              On 30.07.2020 i have given my iphone xr to planetcare (Indiranagar) coz my phone had some white patch on display. They told me it will take 10 days to to solve this issue. After 10 days i tried to contact them to know the status of my phone but no one pick the call. On 10th of aug i went there, they gave me my mobile saying that problem is got resolved but when i check my phone, that display issue was still there. They kept my mobile for 12 days in the name of service but they did nothing. Then they ask me to wait one more day. Next day on 11 of aug again i went there thay gave my mobile saing they had changed the display but when i check that white patch was still there in different place.
              When i told him about that they said again we have to change the display but we can't tell when coz we dont have the display right now.
              Then i call to apple customer care and i told the problem which i am facing. Customer care also not able to say when my phone will get ready. Every one is asking me to wait for some day but know one is giving me the exact date.
              I told customer care to write a mail to me that you are taking some action regarding my issue. She said she will send me mail with complaint id but still i have not got any mail from there side.

              My phone is in under warranty period and they are doing nothing. I feel like i got cheated by apple. I want them to give the replacemnet or refund my money.

                The i pad suddenly stopped working on 20th june, we file a complaint at b2x, but reply we got was very disappointed, they said they solve only software issues & not the hardware issue, also are asking for 23000 rs charges, in-spite of i pad been covered under guarantee period.

                  Hi

                  I was charged for an app called fortune scope as in-app purchase. While downloading the app mentioned 3-day trial period and then 849 will be charged. However, as soon as i clicked on the option to subscribe, immediately my money got deducted.

                  When i called apple support they mentioned it was because the trial period had already expired last year. But this was not mentioned when the purchase was confirmed. At no point it displayed something like "trial expired" or "you will be charged immediately." this is misinformation to the highest level. And hence i demanded a refund. But there was no resolution provided.

                    Hi purchases a macbook pro-2020 on the 3rd jun 2020 from the store bb professional, jaipur,. And i found the issue in my mac after the 2 days that its performance is not very slow like i face the issues like trackpad is not working, hanging issue in the mac, so i tried to get the replacement so they said that coordinate with the apple support team and this is the software issue so it can be resolved by the service center and etc, and if not resolved the take a letter from the service center and then we replace your mac but service center guy tested my system and says that i can't find the issue so i can not provide the letter. So again i connected with apple support team but the issue still not resolved. And from 2 days i have another issue like my system is hanging all the time and then i have to restart it forcefully because it's not able to restart.
                    Bb professional is also responsible for this.
                    I want the replacement as we have a defect on this unit

                      I purchase new iphone 6s in third party dealer umiya mobile world to dt.8/11/2017. This iphone is network issue in 2 days so visit in ivenus service center his changed handset in a week. I used in 2 years and 8 month but 6 ya 7 times original cable is failed. I check another phone so not working in cable. My home totaly wiring checked and earthing is already completed. After one day iphone in charging mode i use some silent to ringing mode so shocked in button after check power testing detector so his power is on. And last 3 moths voice problem in speaker very low sound. Many many problems in iphone is much big name brand so very hard time and very difficult

                          I am not satisfied by the way the complaint was taken and not rectified till date...
                          I have submitted my airpods on 3rd july @11:38:16 due to mic related issues.Agent Ms.Naga Sudha has thoroughly verified the product and took pictures in 360 degrees and gave me service record and i was also informed that it will take 7 days to the fix the problem.

                          Tried reaching store @[protected] on multiple occasions but number never worked, Visited the site on 25th July to understand the situation, after a long wait (for 1 hr) manger Dinesh approached me and conveyed that bill need to be submitted again as SN is missing in it, have immediately shared the invoice through AIRDROP and informed him product was purchased online through "Amazon". Dinesh has promised me that he will come back with solution by monday (i.e. 27th July) but there was no update from him.

                          I have again visited the site @14:35 on 29th July and requested agent to connect me with Mr.Dinesh, i was asked to wait despite of multiple reminders and requests dinesh never showed up. However, around 15:45 hrs Mr.Shekar has appeared on dinesh behalf and started inquiring about the case from beginning and at the end again i was informed to connect with amazon to get updated invoice with SN for further action.

                          I demand an compensation for misguiding me and wasting my time and efforts so far... I will share my experience with Apple with the wider group.

                          Fundamental Questions:

                          Why my complaint was accepted at first place when there is an issue with Bill/invoice copy ??

                          What kind of quality is being maintained by store personnel's ??

                          Are they not ware of process ??

                          Why is customer is being penalized for someone miss ??

                          Why an incorrect contact number was provided in the copy ??

                          why i was not informed about the delay until i approach ??

                          Is the way how you & your team are trained to handle customers ??

                            I had acquired Apple MacBook -Air on 21st February 2020 from Flipkart (Vendor : Sane Retails (p) Ltd) (Invoice no FAB7L[protected] . It was used by my daughter in the lockdown for her online classes. While using she encountered the following problems
                            (a) The system intermittently got hanged (b) Input audio or Mic issue while using Zoom (c) Not able to catch the Wifi connection (d) Laptop not able to locate the Apple Airpods

                            The laptop was given to Unicorn Infosolutions (Andheri ) for service under warranty vide job no : MA5845581 on 1st July 2020 with the aforesaid complaints .I got the delivery of the laptop after 15 days but on usuage the same complaints still persist and is a big deterrent for my daughter to continue with her online studies/classes .
                            As my daughter cannot spare the laptop for 15 days for another service as she has online classes/exams I request a refund or a replacement .

                              Today i visited your authorised service center, Conquer Care Technologies LLP, 10-12-9/1, ground floor, rednam gardens, old jail road, Visakhapatnam.
                              The above phone was bought by me just 7 months back. I was facing the network issues and i could not connect to wifi or air pods or iwatch.
                              They formatted the phone and also loaded new operating software but the issue was not solved.
                              So they told me they have send it physically to Bangalore and get it checked which could take at least 15- 20 days.
                              My problem now is they did not give me a backup phone and the reason they stated was due to covid. Me being in the service industry it is so difficult to manage without a phone even for an hour. I am surprised and shocked that apple service centre does not understand customer requirement.

                                On 11th July, 22020, I purchased new iMac 21.5 inch, retina display desktop, which came with apple magic mouse and apple key board. Purchase was made from Maple Digital Tecjnology International . Khar West, Mumbai. india. 400052. After a week from purchase, the bluetooth keyboard started malfunctioning in the sense that some of alphabets such as mkl etc and nemerals were not registering when their keys were pressed. The company was tried to call but they did not answer or picked up. So a complaint e-mail was sent to their registered e-mail. It has been 3 days but there is no response from company. The defective piece ( apple blue tooth keyboard ) has to be repaired or replaced. The quality is so delicate and frgile that it developed malfunction in a week of purchase. From: Ramesh Goradia.                                   I purchased an iphone xr bearing s/n [protected] on 24th april 2019. This has been a dream phone for a mediocre person like me and i always used it with utmost care. The device was working absolutely fine till feb 2020. Post that, i started getting network errors which in general were fixed with a simple restart of the phone. The frequency of issues increased and it was becoming increasingly difficult to use the phone without interruptions. As i am not a very tech savvy person, maximum trouble shooting i could perform was restart and a couple of instances hard reset. Usually, my phone was temporarily in working condition post this. Lot of google articles suggested an update through itunes but i could do the same during lockdown as my organisation has disable usb ports of my laptop. Finally, i decided to visit apple center in the second half of march (Considering my phone was under warranty) but couldn't do the same due to lockdown. Meanwhile, i also tried reaching the apple centre in bhopal city (My nearest town incidentally where my office is also located) on multiple instances but didn't get any response. Also, all this while, i was afraid to physically visit the apple centre as it was risky. During this time, the frequency of network issues on my mobile device continued to increase.

                                  Finally, during early july as lockdown eased out significantly, i visited a mobile reseller close to my home and was suggested to connect with apple centre to get this issue resolved. On 19th july, i spoke to multiple individuals from apple centre who explained to me as this being a software issue. One of the representatives helped me to upgrade/format my phone the same afternoon post which the phone started working fine. The phone worked fine for a few hours after the upgrade. Post 3-4 hours, the problem again started. Post this, i again connected with the customer support team which again helped me to format the phone. However, post this, the device was not getting activated. I was told that the software needs to be updated and i need to visit the centre. Today i. E. 20th july, when i visited the apple centre within 15 seconds of diagnosis i have been informed that this is a hardware issue. Per the explanation provided, the imei number of the phone has been erased and the phone needs to be replaced. This is surprising and shocking - not sure how this happens with such a branded company's device. Considering my date of purchase being 24th april 2019, i have been told that i need to pay approximately rs 40, 000 for the replacement of the phone. I fail to understand my fault in this overall situation and would urge that the software issue (Or repair) be fixed as part of the company warranty which was active when the problem started. The delay in visit to apple centre was purely due to factors outside my control and would expect apple to be considerate for the same. Appreciate a quick response from you side on the same.

                                    I purchased my apply xr in feb 2020 from sector 35 c chandigarh. They sold me the insurance by saying that it includes 2 times repair and 1 time replacement. I confirmed the later extra charges while taking the claim and the person denied any. Now when i made insurance claim, the insurance brand oneassist denied by saying that can’t be done. This is the trick between apply and oneassist and customer suffers. Its been more than 10 days, my phone is with them and no body is responding on my calls etc. I want to take this matter legally now

                                      I am Aakash Jugnu, a web developer. I have a MacBook Air

                                      I was using my laptop until April 2020 there was no issue. In May the first week, the laptop was getting unexpectedly switched off and I was facing this issue for some time. On 13th May I gave my MacBook to 'Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi([protected]).

                                      They repaired as it is in the warranty period and returned to me on 14th May. (Enclosed the delivery report) The problem got fixed.

                                      Again after 15 days, I faced the same problem, and this time I was at my hometown in UP. So I checked the service center nearby and I got one but the review was so bad, so I called customer care. The customer representative ( Ranesh) suggested me to take it to the nearest service center so I told her about the bad reviews about the service center she was suggesting. She assured me that no need to worry regarding this issue. So I went to the service center stated below.

                                      Reliance Retail Limited, Pishach Moochan, Maldahiya, Varanasi service center" ([protected])

                                      I submitted the MacBook on 10th June 2020.

                                      They call me on 15th June and told that your MacBook will be ready on 18th you can collect it.

                                      So on the 18th, I got a call from the service center that there is some corrosion on my laptop and it doesn't come under warranty and I have to pay 70K to 80K extra to repair. ( Note: New MacBook comes under 65K )

                                      After this next day, I got a call from the customer representative and he said there is an issue in wifi adaptor. Again the next day he told me about another issue of physical damage and after this, he was convincing me that this product is not in warranty and you have to spend 70-80K. My case was assigned to Mr. Faisal. But every time the customer representative was different and I had to elaborate all the things again and again. I called Faisal also but his reply was only one reply i.e. " Please give me some time, I will help you out. I am asking for a report from the service center." I checked with the service center but they informed me that no one from apple support contacted him.

                                      I am calling constantly to apple support and describe all the case from last month.

                                      I am not understanding that suddenly how can all issues came up. I had only one problem and it got fixed in Delhi within one day.

                                      And how can they are charging me 70k approx, that's a huge amount. The New Macbook Air is in 65k.

                                      My MacBook has a warranty till 26th October 2021.

                                      I am writing this because I am totally fed-up with apple service. It's also affected my work a lot and I have no option left for this issue.

                                      That's why I choose this platform to raise my issue again and I hope you care about customers and you will take action against it ASAP.

                                        I have purchased iphone 6s in october 2019 and faced many problems in it like battery drainage, mic problem, hanging issue, sms like otp not coming, due to these problems in my mobile i have visited authorised apple service centre sector 35 b in chandigarh on 15/7/2020 at 11:39am and was highly disappointed with their services, as i was using only iphone 6s and they told me that it would be sending in mumbai and it will take 15-30 days for repairing as they told that its display would be changed, i have requested to provide me substitute mobile until my mobile gets repaired but they refused and told that all data inside the mobile would be erased and forced us to erase that then only they will submit the mobile.
