I have seven iphones from apple, all of them having same defect. The call log details that are written are overlapping as though it is some glitch but the happens for all call details. The time duration and call type gets overlapped making it hard to understand what it reads. Horrible defect from a long time even in new xmax plus phones we have. We bought our handsets from not only india but other countries as well. The constant glitch makes us doubt the phone quality. Being a dedicated apple customer this is very unexpected, as we have more than 15 apple handsets including ipads. I hope apple can solve this issue as soon as possible.

Battery is not getting charged, but shows the charging sign when switched on. I have tried rebooting also. When the switch is on the percentage remains same.Please suggest the rectification

    Respected sir/madam,
    Everyone referred me that apple iphone is best for business purposes as it kept all the data safely because in iphone data will never lost. So that in my family every member has an iphone as it kept all data safely and securely but it broken my trust because in my iphone xs max which i purchased on 20 november at that time i purchased 2pcs of iphone xs max from it one of iphone which i am using is having too many problem such as over heating, battery drainage very fast, speaker's sound is very low or not cleared, even that i am using it but many time suddenly the touch of iphone xs max's not working but after sometime automatically working since i bought it this problem came. After 1 day from purchased i went to that retailer for return my iphone but he said me that this iphone is unsealed so go to the authorized customer care service center but after sometime it worked, so that i didn't go as i thought that it might be due update or something came in my iphone but after 1-2 months it showing the same problem but i am so busy person as i am not able to take out the time for any complaint, but finally on 31st august, morning i wake up as call is coming but i am not able to pick the call which is important for my business purpose as i show my iphone xs max's touch is not working but it's display's on. due to not working touch i am not able to take my iphone's data as my important documents, files, many important things are kept and i am feeling so bad for losing my data.
    Please i humbly requested you to give me a new iphone xs max as i don't want to lost my data again future like this time i lost my whole data due to not working touch and i really disappointed from your apple iphone this time. If you will not give me a new iphone then you will give me a refund money of my iphone xs max as this iphone is very costly and that i don't want any risk in future after expiring company warranty.

      Hi team,

      I had purchase 13-inch macbook pro with touch bar on "02nd of august 2019" from "aptronix, premium reseller, north skyline, high street phoenix, lower parel, mumbai" during their "aptronix, india's first flagship apr store offers" in which citibank was providing 15% cashback with 0% no-cost emi upto 9 months.

      During purchase i requested store executive to avail ongoing offer, and convert this transaction to 9 months no-cost emi.

      While making the transaction store executive "vishal nikam" along with other executives tried to make the no-cost emi for 9 months but they were not able to. Later i was told they will inform citibank and get the transaction amount converted to 9 months emi. Same was also explicitly written on their copy of invoice by store executive and i was assured same would be done in couple of days.

      Later i was shocked to see i was charged full amount by citibank, where the bill was generated on 19th august 2019, i. E. Almost after 17 days of my transaction. From same day itself i started calling and following up with store, store executive mr. Vishal nikam and store manager mr. Hemant but nothing worked. Every time the response was they were checking and there is no need to worry same would be done.

      Here i have time limitation, as my credit card payment is due by tomorrow and i don't want to delay my payment. Its more than 10 days now and immediate response is appreciated.

        Pathetic & worst experience...
        Credit goest to - apple & prakash music center...
        Generic phones are distributed in market while paying the actual amount for so called brand apple i phone.
        I'm writing in regards to the extremely poor customer service i have been receiving from few days. I bought iphone 6s on 31/07/19 from prakash music center - 17, new market, bhopal, madhya pradesh. Invoice no. Crpmcn/5197

        On 16/08/19, my phone switched off automatically to which i thought it was because of low battery. I kept my phone on charging plug. After half an hour i took a glance at it but the phone didn't restarted. The very next day on 17th august i took my phone to the authorized service center they checked and said that you have to submit the device which will be further taken to the bangalore's main head office and will take 1 day working process. So i thought to give it to them.

        After 2 days i got a call from ngrt system service centre, they told me that it internally some modifications have been done this will not be covered in warranty. Though i have taken this phone just 15 days before haven't worked in such a manner that things can't be taken under warranty. This suggested me to take paid service in which i have to pay rs. 26200/-. So i thought of asking them my phone back and they returned me after 10 days i. E. On 27th august. After taking my phone back i went back to the shop from where i bought my phone back. The person who deals with iphone device was on leave on new market but sits at another branch i. E.in 10 no. Market. They started saying that please go to the iphone center, get your phone checked and the iphone center says please go to the dealership shop from where you have purchased. Prakash music center is responding in such a way do what you want to do. These type of services are providing by store & apple company.
        I'm stuck with these stupid services and lame excuses. I'm not filing this complaint about the money rather i'm complaining about the customer service that is been done to customer who's in terrible difficulty.

        I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 10 days i will file a complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I will be available on below address and phone number.

          To whosoever it may concern,

          I bought my laptop in February 2017 from Dubai in the UAE, I live in Bombay.
          Details of my Mac Book Pro(Touch Bar) as written are - Model A1706 and Serial C02SXSBNGTFJ.

          The entire 2017 year, I had a continuous complaint about the keyboard not working properly. Many time when I typed an 'A' or an 'E' it used to come written as 'aaaaa' or 'eeeee'. Unfortunately I didn't get any help from the apple store here, even though my laptop was under warranty. To my surprise the keyboard stopped troubling me with this problem and I continued using my laptop as usual. My laptop is used only by me and no one else.

          A little over a month ago my laptop screen just stopped working. When I open only half the screen it works, but the minute I open the full screen it goes blank. There is no physical damage done to the laptop. When I went to the apple store here to show them, they gave me an exorbitant estimate of Rs. 50, 000 which is almost 750$ to change my screen without explaining what went wrong. This clearly shows its a manufacturing defect of the laptop, since I've been facing problems since day 1.

          I am very disappointed with apple ever since I bought this Mac book pro and I want to get rid of my laptop, so please resolve this issue immediately with refund.

            I have purchased iphone 6s on 30th march 2019. But i have to complain about it. Two months before it has battery problem. And again it is not working, it stops automatically. Yesterday i submit it to i venus, but i am not satisfied with their service.
            Kindly requesting you to provide me new handset of i phone 6s because it has two times problem within 5 months.

              Laptop was given to the apple service center as it was auto shutting down sometimes but they called after 2 days and said it is not even turning on and refused to take any responsibility for same. We called the apple customer care service centre multiple times they are telling let service centre decide and service centre said let apple decide. No one is ready to help. They are not ready to accept their mistake.

                I am using iphone x 256 gb, 1year, few months, the phone has never been fallen nor ever had a scratch. But suddenly morning their was a thin green vertical line on the display of the phone.
                Which is a manufacturing defect from apple.
                The phone was purchased approx for 1 lakh and if have a manufacturing defect then then its apple responsibility to change it at anyhow.

                Even if we disconnected the call, display of somebody calling is remains same

                  I was facing issues with the speaker of my phone due to which i was unable to hear the other person on the phone clearly when on a call. I went to the imagine apple store (Gopalan mall, old madras road, bangalore) on 8th august 2019. The service person available told me that he can check what is the issue and let me know and that there will be a service charge of rs. 600. I agreed and asked him to proceed. He took the phone inside the service room. He came back after 10 mins and told me that dust had accumulated on the speaker and hence i was facing the issue. He told me he cleaned it and asked me to check. When i made a call it was ringing loud and clear and i could hear the person on the other end clearly. Since i was just testing the speaker and found it to be working fine i paid him and left. After coming out and making few calls i realized that the person on the other end is not able to hear me now. I thought it was a network issue and decided to give it some time to see if it works fine.

                  After few days (16th aug 2019) i went back to the service center since the issue persisted. On getting the phone checked the person told me the the mic of the phone is not working. I told the lady attending to me that i did not have this problem earlier and it started only after i got it serviced at the store. But she told me that nothing can be done as the mic is embedded and i need to replace the entire device. I am unable to make calls now and feel cheated after having spent heavily on the phone and also for the repair which damaged my phone permanently.

                  I want apple to fix/replace my mobile and refund the service charges.

                    Hey bought new i phone xr two weeks back, the phone slipped from hand just from two feet, i understand it’s a physical damage but i phone service is worst... They can not fix my phone but giving an option to replace the phone for 50k which is almost the same price of my phone.
                    If you cannot resolve customer problems then i think it’s a worst company i have ever seen.
                    Just for a sake of back glass got broken you want me to pay 50k which is unbelievable.
                    We get so costly phone and if you can’t provide any solution it’s not at al worth to buy your such expensive, bad quality build phone

                        I purchased iphone x from flipkart about 45 days back. There was a defect in the body of the device (Rough finishing of the frame from upper side and a little gap between that edge and the back glass) which i failed to notice in the initial days as i wasn't expecting such a poor quality from apple and didn't give much time thoroughly checking the device. Approximately, after 30 days o[censored]sage, i noticed that dust has accumulated between the upper edge of the frame and the back glass. It was then that i noticed this gap and poor finishing of the edge.
                        It has been 15 days and i've been visiting apple authorized service centres again and again. Every time the representatives change their statements and fail to provide the complete information.
                        The representatives redirect me to the seller and the seller to apple.
                        When i visited the store for the first time, a representative admitted that the issue is a manufacturing defect and that everything including water resistance is intact. When i asked them for a job sheet, the report they gave was a complete disaster. They categorized the defect as a cosmetic damage and denied any service.
                        The back glass is intact, there is not a single scratch on the device, let alone any dent, not a single drop and they reported it as if it was me who caused the defect. This is just not acceptable.

                          Hi Team,

                          I am unable to open Microsoft XMl or excel (XLS) sheets throuh mail in iphone 6 s plus handset .
                          This is the bug in iphone 6 s plus .please check and confirm .

                          Also while opening the other files .ppt, .doc, .xml, .xls files we are unable to open through mail .

                          This is redicules brand . Brand having the huge cost but small small applications will not work .

                          Once open location service charge will down automatically .

                          Compare to other mobiles sound a also less ...

                          Brand is good brant worthble services not good ..
                          Please resolve the issues asap .

                          Note : we have interest to upgrade new version because of the above resons not interested .

                              Hi have purchase iphone 6s plus last year and now suddenly i am facing issue in device. Iphone is in auto vibrate mode many times and many time auto silent. Device is not performing as per brand. When i submit my mobile i. Customer care than they told us that iphone now not exchange defective iphone and for service also i have to give some deposits. Which is not acceptable. My iphone is in warranty period and still i have to pay for service. Bad experience with apple.

                                first I found battery problem and replaced it through service center and after replacing the battery, display not work properly and directly comes in auto mode, service did not accept the fault. He also said that if you do not know how to use mobile phone then why should you buy I-phone. They also did not provide best product and services.

                                  In apple i phone 6 & 6s, there is one manufacturing defect that sound becomes slow after some time, i have two phones at my home, same problem in that & i have many collegues in my university with the same model, facing the same problem, kindly provide the solution.
                                  I think the company should refund our money back or replace the phone with some other model.

                                    I am using apple 6 s plus phone from last 4 years onwards. Now we have identified two bugs as mentioned in below.

                                    1: smiles unable to add over writting text message.

                                    While writing messages we are unable to add small small smiles symbols over message typing. This the bug for apple.

                                    2: charging issue.

                                    While enabling of location service the charging automatically going down. This is the one more bug. You can check and confirm.
                                    Example : we have kept the charging 90% while location service the chargive will come 30% 20%

                                    Requesting to resolve above mentioned issue asap.

                                      Hi there,

                                      I have been using macbook air from last 1.5 years with good care, apparently on one day it stopped working.
                                      I tried powering on the system, but it couldn't.
                                      Then i went to the authorized service center (Conquer technologies, madhapur, hyderabad).
                                      After checking they said that, the rooat cause of the issue is because of fungus on mother board.
                                      Now they are charging 48000 just to fix a problem which is i guess much more than the current mac cost.

                                        My iphone x is under warranty period and still the apple care people are saying that charge cord is physically damaged however this is not the case, please find the attached images for the same. They are not ready solve my issue regarding this. Attached image doesn’t seems to be physically damaged. First service center people said it won’t be replaced and then they told to call apple care inform them the same. They took lot of my time to just listen my concern however at the end they can’t help for this.
