Hi there,

I have been using macbook air from last 1.5 years with good care, apparently on one day it stopped working.
I tried powering on the system, but it couldn't.
Then i went to the authorized service center (Conquer technologies, madhapur, hyderabad).
After checking they said that, the rooat cause of the issue is because of fungus on mother board.
Now they are charging 48000 just to fix a problem which is i guess much more than the current mac cost.

    My iphone x is under warranty period and still the apple care people are saying that charge cord is physically damaged however this is not the case, please find the attached images for the same. They are not ready solve my issue regarding this. Attached image doesn’t seems to be physically damaged. First service center people said it won’t be replaced and then they told to call apple care inform them the same. They took lot of my time to just listen my concern however at the end they can’t help for this.

      My ipad had 46% battery percentage when it got unexpectedly switched off and was not turning on through charging or via itunes hard reset method and was completely dead with a complete black screen. The ipad was taken to the authorised apple service centre on 7/06/2019 (Reliance retail limited located in westend mall janakpuri west new delhi 110058). The service centre incharge told me that the ipad is dead so no diagnostics could be done on it. They further explained me that it is not repairable but is only replacable as it is out of warranty. They gave me a estimate of rs. 28, 000/= to be paid for a replacement of ipad. It is very shocking to know that there is no repair of ipad provided by apple authorised service centres. There was no service job sheet or any type of letter-head provided by the apple service centre with regard to this matter. They are cheating the customers by denying for repair in order to extract money from the customers. Please note there is just a customer care number of apple but there is no official email of apple india through which consumers can file a complaint or contact apple for support.

        Bought new macbook pro in 2017 and have had three major issues since then.

        1. Power socket malfunction - they say internal burn damage in power socket is a physical damage by consumer. Billed me for 48000 to repair a simple power socket cuz it's connected to motherboard. Genius. Tried calling people but nothing.

        2. Screen goes black while i'm typing, device is on. Authorised service centre says they can't repair so they don't know cause for issue but will replace whole screen for 45000? While under warranty.. Minor scratches on lid not related to the issue are cause of billing. Thankfully it got better on its own. (Which again.. Wow) what a product.

        3. After battery drain, it has been 6 hours since it's been charging but no change. Just shows battery indicator blinking with no change. Sopport can do nothing. I'm sure authorised service centre will quote another 45000 just to see it.

        Fabulous waste of time, money and effort. Thanks apple.
        I have the same backlight issue in my macbook pro 2017 model, I raised a complaint here in customer forum today. I am looking to check if any action was taken on your complaint.

          We purchased this iphone 6 in sept 18 which started giving problem of fast discharging of tge battery in june 19 and it was 100 % confirmed in june after carefull monitoring of charge retention and also by stopping many apps.
          Finally we made a complaint and with call center
          With following
          Case id[protected] dated 15th july.
          Followed all their suggestions and ways to restrict using many standard apps.
          Even then when nothing was working. We physically took the device to maples at r mall mulund west. Mumbai
          The engineer did remove all data and apps etc and restarted the phone.
          Still we are having the same problem and the battery is draining fast
          After todays exercise at maples and lot of promises, the battery is still draining without use.
          It lost 30% level and came down to 34 % from 68% without use in just 2 hrs.
          We are being tossed from one reason to another and we are now feeling positively being deliberately avoided to get the full free support by replacing battery or the phone as thecase may be
          Pl resolve this issue and get us justice

            Hi,
            I Have bought My i phone about 4 months ago and two weeks back it got shut down and not getting start. We showed this to I Phone Care, Ahmadabad and they reboot and it got start. But the person ask to submit this as its home button vibrator is not working properly. after complete checking she gave me slip and confirm that they will correct/replace this in 5 working days as my phone is under warranty till Nov, 2020. But its more than 10 days; i am not getting proper response and its really frustrating to chase every day.

              Hi Team, I had issue in downloading and installing the Mac OS Mojave.I downloaded and tried to install in which an error occurred stating that a particular file is been trying to convert to APFS conversion.I tried a lot and atlas contacted the Apple India Support team and they suggested to contact the Apple Authorised Service Centre and I visited and what they did was they removed my hard drive to transfer the data which was in it and the same has to be returned along with the internal hard drive to be erased and re-install the OS.For this they charged me Rs.600 only for removing the internal hard drive to back-up my data.When I tried to connect the hard drive with a Mac, its getting detected but not able to view my data.So, again I visited the same Apple centre and told them to erase and re-install the OS.On Tuesday I received a call from the Apple Service Centre stating that the hard drive has been crashed and I visited the store once again and they told me the hard drive has to be replaced for which the Apple would charge Rs.15, 000 - 20, 000 for replacing and they gave me another option that to purchase the hard drive from third party and they they would be able to install the OS.
              I just got back my laptop and came.One of my friend who is working as a developer in one of the LEADING hard drive manufacturing company helped me to install the OS in my MacBook Pro.
              He told me clearly that there's nothing wrong with the hard drive and it's all about the software issue.
              Before visiting the Apple centre for the second time I had initiated a call with the Apple Technical Support team and they atlast suggested me to erase and install option.They found that they couldn't able to unmount the hard drive so only they suggested to erase and install option.
              Now my MacBook is working in good condition.
              I just wanted to know what diagnostic report they ran and why they tell me that the hard drive has been crashed and it has to be replaced.

              Guys, please do not visit any Apple store.They are No.! fraud people who take money and they don't know to rectify the error.

                This is to inform you that the behavior of maple viviana thane branch is not appropriate towards to the customer. He is very rude and arrogant while talking which is not at all acceptable in any means. This is how apple treats their customers??

                A simple query has been asked but the answer wasn’t appropriate and the behavior is very rude.

                As a customer we entitle to get some good response from store manager on any query as it’s their job to explain or brief on each and every query raised by a customer but this manager is not even ready to listen and said arrogantly i am the manager here and i only decide on what needs to be done over here. This is simply an unacceptable behavior. If this kind of ego is there then there is no point of visiting this branch for nothing.

                  On (20th july 2019 saturday) i faced an issue with my laptop

                  - macbook air 13inch

                  Serial no. C1mtc7lwh3qd

                  I reached your service center around 12:30 pm and as per engineer paid the service charge of rs. 2600/- and got assured that my device will be ready by monday (22nd july, 19). Then got mail and call from service center on tuesday (23rd july, 19) that my laptop is ready & tested. But due to some unavoidable circumstances i was able to collect it on 24th july, 19 (Wednesday) and again they asked for rs. 1121/- upfront which they charge first and when i checked my system it was not working. Like it was the same issue that it didn't turn on.

                  The representative asked for another day and refunded my money to my account. I insisted him to drop me a mail regarding this issue but they did not. For the same, i raised the concern on apple care with case number:[protected].

                  Then apple service assured me that they will take it on priority and sort it asap. On 25th got a call from the service center that they tested my laptop and now they have fixed the issue. For the same, i got call & confirmation from apple service.

                  Finally, i got my laptop delivered on thursday, 25th july, 19. And check it was turning on. As i shifted my work on another laptop i did use it on 26th whole day but in the evening when i tried to turn it on. It was the same issue.

                  Again as per discussion with apple care[protected], i submitted the laptop on saturday (27th july, 19) and got assurance from b2x service solutions india pvt ltd. That i will get a call back with status on monday (29th july 2019). But i have not heard back from them till now. For which i again informed service center after that i got a call saying the issue is with motherboard.

                  It's been 9 days, my problem is not solved. The experience has ruined the reputation of apple and created a very bad impression on me & my company. I am highly disappointed with the service. My profile is of a software engineer and my work has been affected it very badly. I already lost my data which is fine at the moment but this sort of service is not acceptable at all.

                  The problems i want to bring in light:-

                  1. They took 9 days to diagnose the problem.

                  2. Cable was replaced which was not required as the executive said.

                  3. Twice product was delivered saying it fine.

                  4. When all testing was done when 2 times laptop was delivered how you were not able to find an issue with the motherboard.

                  5. It seems because of your over-engineering, the motherboard is corrupt as it was not there initially.

                    I purchased an apple watch series4 lte on feb 2019 after 2 months its start body color complaint . Color gone and dots coming on the body due to sweat . Its quite natural when wear the watch on hand sweat will there . I submit the watch apple service center but they tell its not cover warranty . Why apple sale this type cheap quality product . Kindly chak and do the needfull to get solution

                      My macbook worked good for 10 months after that got some power on issue, so went to customer care support centre and got it fixed. After that issue was fixed, i planned to purchase apple protection plan for extended 3 years warranty. Again after around 1 year the same problem occurred after upgrading to latest ios but upgrade failed and i tried restart again. And try upgrading again but macbook won't started again, then went to customer service centre and submitted my macbook they took 3 days for troubleshooting the problem. But after 3 days, they contacted me for saying that their is some burn damage in logic board and it will be fixed out of warranty and it will charge you rs 43000/-.

                      I don't know why they are not fixing this issue under warranty if i have not done anything with system just purchased it for working and the same i was doing, no reliability of apple product. And just won't started after an upgrade.

                        Due to dust in the charging port sometimes i am unable to connect my earphones and charger. So went to imagine store to get it cleaned. They charged rs600. However when i asked for bill they said they are going to send softcopy of bill to my email. But till now i haven’t received any email which is shocking.
                        So need a solution for this kind of experience is creating negative impact for the customers.

                          My father's iphone 7 had a issue where the microphone of the phone did not work. I had raised multiple cases with apple support. One such case id is[protected]. I had even visited the apple care store, but there was not resoution to the problem. The phone has been take care of very well. It has only been 2 years since purchase and the only issue is with the microphone, and the apple folks are unwilling to help at all
                          The apple care store just wants to give only 2 resolution to all the issues for which people come to their store for - replace the device. Does this look like a joke that every time something small happens, we are supposed to shell out so much money and replace the device? The only issue is the microphone, which can very easily be replaced, but i do not see any effort being made by the apple support team to even try this solution.

                          I would like to raise a complaint against apple inc. As well as the apple icare store in elements mall, bengaluru, india for not trying to solve this issue.

                            My iphone 7 plus just got out of warranty and suddenly stops working when my phone was charging last night and today service centre guy says that my phone 's mother board is not working and the cell phone is dead now. Need help on thi s as i a bought just on the feed back that it doesnot get damage and i am in a delima that why ibought a phone worth 60k when it is of no use to me after 14 months.

                              Got my phone's battery replaced at Apple service center. Its not been 8 complete months and its already at 72% capacity. Clearly Apple replaced and provided a faulty battery in replacement and charged me for it. The battery which I got replaced was at 84% capacity after using it for more than 2 years.
                              Apple claims the battery to remain at least at 80% capacity after 500-1000 charge cycles. They have committed fraud by providing a used/faulty battery in replacement.

                                I have a MacBook Pro 2017 3 ports (without touch bar) model [Model number: A1708]. Within 1st year my keyboard’s space bar key gets faulty as I was working one evening and as soon I pressed spacebar key it just came out from one side and I live in India there are 3rd party apple care centres and tho I went to one and they said that this’s my own fault and it comes under damage and repair will costs me ₹35720(~$520) just for a key and that’s too much for a student to pay and that’s too under warranty!!

                                And now after 1 year of time my Left Shift key got the same problem but this time Apple introduced a “Keyboard service program” and still under this program the repair costs me Rs. 17500.

                                And now I am using my MacBook without these two keys. However, I sticked these keys with a magic tape and they work fine sometimes.

                                And today I got an amazing new abnormal problem; I was working in morning, like I was writing a code for website and suddenly a great grey vertical 2 inch strip appeared on the display by itself and I swear I keep my MacBook like my child, I take it's great care. And now apple service centres gave me an expense of Rs. 46500..

                                I'm a student who is studying in his college and these expenses are far too much for me. I barely managed to buy the MacBook for my college projects and to code and develop content like iOS and Android apps. As you can't develop an iOS app without Xcode to the full extent and there are many other bits and tricks that only work on MacOS.

                                So can someone please suggest me what should I do about it! Should I file a complaint to the Consumer Court but again it will eat my time and money to do a lawyer and stuff. Or should I keep using it like this because spending almost Rs. 80000 on a Rs. 105, 000 gadget isn't worth it. And I just want to hear from apple why their devices are so delicate to use. Like if you can't use them to full extent then whats the point on buying these...

                                Update: now the whole screen is flickering, backlight isn’t responding, you can see the backlight bleeding! Blacks are not blacks now! And sometimes whole colours get inverted!
                                I can’t use my MacBook anymore, my productivity is just on verge of losing!! :)

                                  Bought iphone 7plus on 18 august 2018, after 6 months, a multiple problem had started. The microphone not working and battery backup problem (Cc copy attached), so i visited to the apple authorized service center tresor systems pvt ltd, 302a, 3rd floor south block world trade park, malviya nagar, jaipur, rajasthan, india on dated 28 may 2019 for this problem and gave my phone for repair. They told me we have to send phone to bangalore for the finding problem after 3 (Three) days i called them for the status of my phone even i did not get any call from the service center (Tresor systems pvt ltd) that time got reply you can collect phone for temporary basis i went there on 30 may 2019 that time they said madam your phone will come tomorrow then again i visited there very next day for the collection. I used my phone again but problem was not resolved. I have been using phone might be it will get resolved after some time but it was not resolved. Then again i visited service center on dated 11 july 2019 again they told the same statement and submitted my phone. I did not get any call/ mail or feedback from them. Seven days has gone but nobody inform to me. Even i called them they said your phone has come you can come and collect.

                                  I did not know that apple is making such a poor product and its servicing is so useless and poor. Now i do not want to repair and any part replacement in the phone. I have been disturbed by going to the service center again and again i need a replacement because its warranty will expire very next months, after expiry, who will be responsible for it, that the problem of microphone and battery backup does not come again.

                                  I did not get any support from the service center.

                                    I bought an apple iphone x which is highly water resistant. But as i have used for once only there is no issue i found in my iphone but after few days i have seen some water marks inside of my iphone's back camera and after few hours i found a pink line on the display of my phone. I took it to apple service center and they checked the phone and said this can be fixed but it will cost you 55000 rupees to fix it. If it is water resistant then why it got damaged and why apple is not fixing it or replacing it.

                                      I had purchased iphone 8 on 14.03.2018. Just after one year and one month the set got shut down and its not restarting. I had sent to authorised service centre it is saying hardware problem and it is irrepairable.
                                      It costed me rs 64000. And in just one year it is dead.
                                      Its just pathetic.
                                      Atleast the phone should be repaired.
                                      This has happened with me twice on two iphones one iphone 6 and iphone-8.
                                      We have spend our hard earned money to buy such costly set and it is not being repaired.
                                      Its just pathetic.
                                      The phone is in very new condition and even does not have any scratches on it.
                                      It has been handled also properly. How come hardware issue come
                                      I buy 24th may 2018 iPhone 6 using after 6 months started touch not working given to service center they reset my mobile after completed one year again same problem started touch not working warranty period experidate over now in service centre they are saying you have to replace your display I need to solve this problem as soon as possible

                                        I’m too much in trouble and very disappointed with tresor service. I have iphone x and i’m facing an issue (Unexpected restart and screen freeze) since a long time. I visited apple authorised service centre many times for solution but i came get any solution. Service agent behaviour is very bad and, they does not compromise on anything. I’m still in too much trouble. I tried all way for solution.
