I purchased an iphone xr bearing s/n [protected] on 24th april 2019. This has been a dream phone for a mediocre person like me and i always used it with utmost care. The device was working absolutely fine till feb 2020. Post that, i started getting network errors which in general were fixed with a simple restart of the phone. The frequency of issues increased and it was becoming increasingly difficult to use the phone without interruptions. As i am not a very tech savvy person, maximum trouble shooting i could perform was restart and a couple of instances hard reset. Usually, my phone was temporarily in working condition post this. Lot of google articles suggested an update through itunes but i could do the same during lockdown as my organisation has disable usb ports of my laptop. Finally, i decided to visit apple center in the second half of march (Considering my phone was under warranty) but couldn't do the same due to lockdown. Meanwhile, i also tried reaching the apple centre in bhopal city (My nearest town incidentally where my office is also located) on multiple instances but didn't get any response. Also, all this while, i was afraid to physically visit the apple centre as it was risky. During this time, the frequency of network issues on my mobile device continued to increase.

Finally, during early july as lockdown eased out significantly, i visited a mobile reseller close to my home and was suggested to connect with apple centre to get this issue resolved. On 19th july, i spoke to multiple individuals from apple centre who explained to me as this being a software issue. One of the representatives helped me to upgrade/format my phone the same afternoon post which the phone started working fine. The phone worked fine for a few hours after the upgrade. Post 3-4 hours, the problem again started. Post this, i again connected with the customer support team which again helped me to format the phone. However, post this, the device was not getting activated. I was told that the software needs to be updated and i need to visit the centre. Today i. E. 20th july, when i visited the apple centre within 15 seconds of diagnosis i have been informed that this is a hardware issue. Per the explanation provided, the imei number of the phone has been erased and the phone needs to be replaced. This is surprising and shocking - not sure how this happens with such a branded company's device. Considering my date of purchase being 24th april 2019, i have been told that i need to pay approximately rs 40, 000 for the replacement of the phone. I fail to understand my fault in this overall situation and would urge that the software issue (Or repair) be fixed as part of the company warranty which was active when the problem started. The delay in visit to apple centre was purely due to factors outside my control and would expect apple to be considerate for the same. Appreciate a quick response from you side on the same.

    I purchased my apply xr in feb 2020 from sector 35 c chandigarh. They sold me the insurance by saying that it includes 2 times repair and 1 time replacement. I confirmed the later extra charges while taking the claim and the person denied any. Now when i made insurance claim, the insurance brand oneassist denied by saying that can’t be done. This is the trick between apply and oneassist and customer suffers. Its been more than 10 days, my phone is with them and no body is responding on my calls etc. I want to take this matter legally now

      I am Aakash Jugnu, a web developer. I have a MacBook Air

      I was using my laptop until April 2020 there was no issue. In May the first week, the laptop was getting unexpectedly switched off and I was facing this issue for some time. On 13th May I gave my MacBook to 'Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi([protected]).

      They repaired as it is in the warranty period and returned to me on 14th May. (Enclosed the delivery report) The problem got fixed.

      Again after 15 days, I faced the same problem, and this time I was at my hometown in UP. So I checked the service center nearby and I got one but the review was so bad, so I called customer care. The customer representative ( Ranesh) suggested me to take it to the nearest service center so I told her about the bad reviews about the service center she was suggesting. She assured me that no need to worry regarding this issue. So I went to the service center stated below.

      Reliance Retail Limited, Pishach Moochan, Maldahiya, Varanasi service center" ([protected])

      I submitted the MacBook on 10th June 2020.

      They call me on 15th June and told that your MacBook will be ready on 18th you can collect it.

      So on the 18th, I got a call from the service center that there is some corrosion on my laptop and it doesn't come under warranty and I have to pay 70K to 80K extra to repair. ( Note: New MacBook comes under 65K )

      After this next day, I got a call from the customer representative and he said there is an issue in wifi adaptor. Again the next day he told me about another issue of physical damage and after this, he was convincing me that this product is not in warranty and you have to spend 70-80K. My case was assigned to Mr. Faisal. But every time the customer representative was different and I had to elaborate all the things again and again. I called Faisal also but his reply was only one reply i.e. " Please give me some time, I will help you out. I am asking for a report from the service center." I checked with the service center but they informed me that no one from apple support contacted him.

      I am calling constantly to apple support and describe all the case from last month.

      I am not understanding that suddenly how can all issues came up. I had only one problem and it got fixed in Delhi within one day.

      And how can they are charging me 70k approx, that's a huge amount. The New Macbook Air is in 65k.

      My MacBook has a warranty till 26th October 2021.

      I am writing this because I am totally fed-up with apple service. It's also affected my work a lot and I have no option left for this issue.

      That's why I choose this platform to raise my issue again and I hope you care about customers and you will take action against it ASAP.

        I have purchased iphone 6s in october 2019 and faced many problems in it like battery drainage, mic problem, hanging issue, sms like otp not coming, due to these problems in my mobile i have visited authorised apple service centre sector 35 b in chandigarh on 15/7/2020 at 11:39am and was highly disappointed with their services, as i was using only iphone 6s and they told me that it would be sending in mumbai and it will take 15-30 days for repairing as they told that its display would be changed, i have requested to provide me substitute mobile until my mobile gets repaired but they refused and told that all data inside the mobile would be erased and forced us to erase that then only they will submit the mobile.

          Dear sir /mam i have purchased 6s in november month and my phone got display issue in february i summit my phone to service center on 14 feb after a week they returned my phone and said there is no problem in this phone and ask me to resubmit again if i have face the same problem with some video and photos of display i did so i had sent to video evidence to service center and they said to me resubmit phone after holidays of holi then
          We had lock down still my phone is not serviced even at time of purchase i got one year assurance o[censored]se in warranty period it means my whole warranty would be laps

              Apply doesn't care about customers. Even if the defect has to do with manufacturing they will claim physical damage. I have attached the photos. Button came out by itself buy apply care claims this is physical damage.

                  My product is in warranty. Apple offers the best costumer support i have always heard that but unfortunately my experience was opposite. My phone was constantly heating, freezing and vibrating on its own. I went to their store for service they diagnosed software issue and uploaded one. One week after my problems have increased now my phone is rebooting on its own heating freezing. I went to the store again they denies about diagnosis and said we have to send the phone.                     Hi i ordered apple mc556hn/b magsafe power adapter for macbook pro from flipkart, i accidentally ordered the wrong charger, i wanted megasafe 2 charger for macbook pro 13 inch retina, please help me with the return or exchange this product. I have received the charger on 2 nd of july 2020, it's not used yet.

                      I ordered iphone xr from aptronixindia on 01/07/2020 at 8.45 pm. Next day at 1.30 pm i called to cancel my order. At that time they said the product is ready to dispatch but not yet dispatched. Later when i contacted through mail to cancel my order they are saying it has been already dispatched. They are cheating customers.

                        I have bought iphone 11 from royal solutions and royal mobile, nagpur vide bill no. 00205/19-20 dated 11 june, 2020. The serial no. And imei no. Is as under-

                        My complaints are-
                        (1) phone battery takes almost four hours for full charge.
                        (2) phone battery drain out fast as against 17 hours continuous watching of movie as claimed.
                        (3) vertical linings were noticed on screen during whatsapp video call.
                        (4) despite successful transferring all data from my old iphone 6 to new iphone 11some apps are not responding like ipassword, digilocker etc. Etc.

                        This clearly indicates that device might be defective and hence i lodge my claim for immediate replacement.

                        I look forward for you positive response asap.

                          I purchased my phone in nov 2019 but from feb 2020 it will automatically shutt down and i will give it to service center but they can refresh my phone and again get back to me after 1 week same problem occur and again i visit service center but again they told me there is no problem i also called customer care but they even don't know about the phone condition but that time i didn't call again but after 2 month again same problem occur but this time i can't reach to service care but this is worst service by apple customer care and service center plz suggest what can i do

                                Their is a fake apple store who are using apple brand name as a store. Apple bite communication.. I[censored] see ratings were very bad and again they correct the ratings by themselves and making fool to customer. So many complaints and police complaints on them. But still apple can't do anything they just con the tourist. How can anyone open shop on one technician certificate. They are using their certificate as royalty in 3 to 4 shops.. One certificate is used by so many shops

                                      I bought the iphone 11 from 17th march of 2020. After one week i saw something unexpected things in my iphone, i saw my iphone battery is sucked at 80% after my phone still connects with charger and after 3hr 100%. Once i noted this issues i called to the customer care support (18th april 2020) centre that time that person told me, sir apple has launched ai (Artificial intelligence) it's mean phone automatic read the data after phone behaviour based on artificial intelligence (Ai) after 2-week one more thing happened with me and this time iphone battery health 100% to 99% after one week 99% to 98 it's still draining my battery health 97% after i called to customer care support again i told you what's happened with me from last two months, and mrs. Hamika has launched complaint on (9th may 2020) regarding this her provide me with a case number: case number:[protected] after her my case forward to your engineering department and she collect all my logs and all details, but till now no one can solve my problem mrs hamkia told me engineering team working on my case, and they provide me with a solution till now no one can provide me with a single solution. I request you, sir, please refund my money or replacement with a new iphone because i am a big fan of apple and am using iphone last 7yr but this time with my iphone unexpected thing and battery health drain too fast and performance are worst. So i requested to you, sir, please solved my issue.

                                        I have submitted my i phone 6 s with a complaint of small white spot on my display. But they couldn't service my phone and replay me with below details

                                        As per apple service guidelines iphone can be replaced under exchange price.
                                        Amount to be paid rs.28139

                                        Still i am using the phone for my regular works and no other complaints, even the warranty period is still there why don't they not service my phone with free of cost.. I don't want to replace my phone i just want to clear the complaint..

                                        I don't like to submit my i phone 6s to an un authorised service centre

                                        Even new i phone 6 s price is only around 26000 and why the replacement price they quoted 28139
