Yesterday they asked me to go to ahmedabad cg square service station to fix the problem even i went there as its150km away, n shop was closed n said sorry come some other day we cant help n cancelled r call. We need help

    My iphone screen had gone blank. First they said the battery is gone but they only had changed the battery earlier. Then they claimed that the charging slot was faulty. I pointed out how then the diagnostic is running. Then they asked rs 32000 to change the mother board. I left the shop and got the screen changed for rs. 2800 from a local chap. For all my troubles they still charged me rs 1600. I believe that i was cheated and apple inc must intervene and give me a redund.

      My iphone x 64gb silver died without any warning. And the iphone was so hot that time, i couldn't able to touch hold it. I kept the phone away for 2hr then it's started to cool. Then, i took my phone to apple authorised service centre. Apple service centre said that the phone has hardware issues with the logic board. I can tell you with an outmost confidence my phone has no physical damage also never drowned into water.
      For repairing, service centre asking me to pay almost` equal to buy a new iphone.

      Pls note my phone out of warranty and not protected by apple care. Purchased date is 17.06.2018.

      I can't believe that that apple product can arise issue like that. I also have a chat with apple phone support they told me that decision is final according to rules and regulation.

      But i don't understand, is apple make iphone for one year only. I can't believe.

        Battery and top case of macbook pro 13 ink retina was replaced by apple service center in the month of november 2018 since they diagnosed as battery failure.in the month of october 2019 the track pad stoped working with in 11 months of battery replacement. When taken to apple service centre they told the battery and top case has to be replaced and they are charging 37500 for replacement double the amount i had paid during 2018. Contacting apple india was found to be of no use. Hope apple india will take nessory action.

            I had purchased i phone x of 1 lacs , after purchasing new handset i faced issue in 1 year



            Very surprised on such poor quality of i phone & facing issues in just year of handset of 1 lac



            I am facing issue of battery backup from last few week, speaker & touch screen (Display) is not working properly.

            Also major issue of call disconnect specially in concall with 2 to 3 user



            My mobile was repaired in last month under warranty at aurangabad & authorised service centre replaced touch screen



            Now speaker phone is not working & still i am facing issue of touch, battery drain fast & low battery backup, call disconnect in concall with multiple user

            Again i had submitted phone at your service centre on 12th oct 19 at aurangabad, maharashtra, india



            I am not happy with quality of apple & not expecting such service from apple when i spent 1 lacs for phone.



            Pl look into this & expecting 100% resolution of each issue or provide new phone

              Ok am using ma iphone xsmax.. The recent day i left ma phone in room and went and after reaching i saw all ma privacy and passwords have been got by ma roomate and he blackmailed me.. And when i went through it..in iphones face id.. He’s not even similar to me but he can unlock ma phone with his face.. The other thing is tat only ma roomate face is unlocking ma phone and then i checked his phone a samsung phone, tat have a face id.. It’s not unlocking ma face.. Wat the # apple.. Ur responsible for ma privacy and samsung face id is getting better than urs

                My iphone was stolen on 25 sep19. Fir registered at police station. The stolen device was online on 15 oct 19 at 1500hrs ist. However, almost immediately it was removed from find my phone feature remotely without my consent. Apple care when contacted did not provide any satisfactory reply on the subject.

                High end Apple iphones which Apple claims to be absolutely secured, appears to be a FARCE.
                Customers pay a heavy price to purchase these costly iphones just to make sure that the device is never hacked but the fact remains that my Apple iphone Xs Max has been hacked/erased after being stolen.
                No satisfactory reply has been received from the Apple care executives when contacted.
                At this stage Im terribly dissapointed...
                I only wish if I had not made a blunder to spend so much to buy an Iphone.
                Lesson for life..
                My i phone is not working proprly.that is on off continue from today morning plz chek the issu

                  I received a replacement iphone se on 15 november 2018. The received device displayed heating issues and within a month the battery percentage reduced to 97%.

                  The apple support staff promised a battery replacement after running multiple tests, but have tried to wiggle their way out of replacing the battery.

                  Now i have an iphone with a faulty battery which was brought to the attention of the apple staff within 2 months of receiving the phone but nothing was done then.

                  Hopefully there's somebody at apple who can fix the problem.

                    I bought iphone x in apr 2018.in mid apr 2019 - my face id stopped working suddenly. I raised an incident with apple support (Case number: [protected]). Apple support wasted 2-3 weeks in doing some analysis and suggested solutions like upgrading ios which were of no use.

                    Finally apple support directed me to maple store in rcity mall ghatkopar, mumbai (India). The store experience was worse. Without understanding the issue - they only kept saying since phone is out of warranty, i need to go for full replacement that will cost me around 57000 inr

                    Please note that face id suddenly stopped working, there is no physical damage. Which means there is a problem with apple software or hardware. I fail to understand how can apple charge users when they are themselves unable to repair or resolve a bug that has suddenly come up.
                    Need resolution for above issues
                    Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                    There is a problem in my new brand iPhone 6S to not connecting to any wife.
                    After feeding wifi password of visible wife it is showing unable to connect or some time showing incorrect password.

                      Hey i have been visiting the apple service center near me i. E iqor service center in kamlanagar for almost 4 months now. It is to no avail. I visited there within 15 days of purchasing my apple xs in may, 2019 but there server was down and till date i have visited them 8 times in total but my issues still very much exists. The salesman kunal and 2 others including there manager rohit have been making a fool out of me. They misled and misguided me into believing that my device is perfectly okay even when i kept insisting that its not. Then after pleading with them and after one big argument when i urged them to send the phone further they told me they did send it to their higher branch in bangalore but then they were too clever or in my opinion stupid to contradict their own words every time, i say so because i have all the recordings of them admitting there is an issue but then when i have been asking for the phone swap they told me the issue doesn't exist even when the product has a serious manufacturing defect and is a faulty device. Please help me in getting my defective phone replaced.
                      I have a I Phone 6S. The battery is draining out in less than 2 hrs.
                      The Iphone centre says no guarantee for battery replacement.
                      Kindly advice.

                        As i have lost my iphone xs max 256gb gold on 29/9/2019, police complaint was given on the same day, after 2 day i got sms from apple stating your mobile was found, click for location. So i called apple for assistance, and i was trying for nearly one hour, i was asked to wait for executive to answer and i was not able to talk with the apple executive, so i had clicked that link and it was directing me to icloud.com.
                        Since it is icloud.com i had trust in that site and i entered my userid and password, after entering, my lost phone got disabled from my apple account.
                        Next day again i called the apple customer care, that time i was discussing about the issue, they told me its a link used to get your information, then i asked i entered in icloud.com only, it is your own site with a lock symbol on the address bar means it is a secure site. He said hackers pre program a sign out link which will direct you to icloud.com only. So when it is easy to unlock your phone using a single link that too in apple site itself (Icloud.com), so where is security in it. We are getting apple for reason it is very secured. Apple knows there is a way to unlock your i phone when it is lost using a link, so why cant they educate the customer on that, as everyone will believe if its is coming in the name of apple and the link directs to icloud.com. If they already know, they should have educate the customer as bank does like dont share your otp. So many promotional mail i can see in my e mail, why cant they educate about the security glitch in your icloud.com. I entered my usedid and password in icloud.com so i feel it is there responsibility.
                        Another thing get a premium phone and i am not getting a proper support when it is need. If the customer care have picked the call and if they have guided me definitely i might have not entered the user id and password. The reason given by apple is the customer care executive were busy as they have lauched new product.
                        We are getting apple phone having a trust i ll get a proper support from apple but in my experience i had very bad experience on it.

                        I would request apple to provide me a new same model handset for not providing me proper assistance when it is really needed. Actually we are paying huge amount that includes service support also.

                        My two days old iPhone XR is not working smoothly, Kalnirnay app is opening after several try, sms sending problems, photos are not easily shared at what’s app.

                          I had prebooked the i phone 11 pro. The phone got delivered in a descent condition. Used the phone for a day and was working fine until suddenly the network carrier service stopped working. I reset the phone and tried to erase all data as provided by apple support yet it was not working. I took the phone to the gallery and asked them what was exactly the issue. They said it may be an locked phone you need to submit it and we will get back to you. I am using apple products since very long time and sincerely i am very happy with the products but this time i must say it was pathetic experience. The phone cost over a lac and if this is what we get then i am seriously disappointed.

                            I had purchased iphone7 in aug 2017 which was working fine for 2years. It suddenly stopped working on aug 17th 2019, i felt it was due to software upgrade or charging issue. After trying some basic steps like soft reset and using other chargers i took it to apple authorised service center who literally didn't check anything and told motherboard has gone.
                            I was not convinced as i am a techie and know that my phone was never dropped, drowned, no issue with applications that i was using, asked store what would have caused this. He had no answers, all he said is stupid short circuit.
                            I would have agreed it if this had happened for other electronics at home or if issue had happened while charging. Have a good regulators at home or out.
                            After that i took it to local service centers to check what component in motherboard has gone, after lot of diagnosis they just told me multiple ic's have gone.
                            If the phone is so sensitive that without any external factor affecting it, this has happened then i really lost trust with the company.

                            I would like to alert people whoever is buying from online to be more cautious as there are chances that you get refurbished phones or duplicate ones which appears new initially and suddenly stop working after warranty.

                              Dear Apple, Thank you for giving me a faulty product and making me run to your service center back and forth for past 6 months(almost). I regret purchasing iPhone XS spending 1Lakh INR. The device frequently drops and runs out signal. And let me brief you my experience with Planet Care's unworthy support for past months.
                              Problem - Phone suddenly drops out of signal and goes to no service. Wifi doesn't get connected and airdrop is a joke.
                              1st Visit- Planet care tested product internally and accepted the fault and sent to Bangalore for service. Bangalore centre rejected the existence of issue and sent back without fixing anything. Problem continued to exist. So, the local team reinstalled OS and said the device works fine.
                              2nd Visit - Issue continued and submitted phone again in a month's gap. Centre accepted the issue this time and told that the Display module containing the receptors has to be fixed. Changed the Display module and sent back the mobile. However issue continued even after collecting the device.
                              3rd Visit - Service centre requested us to record videos whenever the signal drops out. Such a pathetic service, where we are asked to collect proofs. Yes, the engineers don’t spend time to collect the diagnostic information or test the device. So, we recorded videos of the phone. We recorded 8 videos all together, whenever the signal drops out. We also recorded another video where wifi gets connected in Macbook but not in the iphone. We collected all this information and went for our next visit.
                              4th visit- Submitted all the proofs and fought crazily with the team requesting replacement., All these days we wanted only a corrected product, but now that the team is unable to fix the problem, we want a replacement. Its been almost 2 weeks now. Still no update from the team.
                              Every time we visit, Planet care and apple engineers dodge our complain by saying its software issue, asks us to update – So we update.
                              Says OS installation issue – So PlanetCare reinstalls OS.
                              Says Network Problem – So tried using another network and changed sim card. Please note the Sim works perfectly in fine in any other phone except this iphone xs.
                              Now Apple Engineer asks us to install iOS 13- to fix the issue. Apple has not claimed that the new version has fix for theses issues. And after update if issues persist, they ask us top meet them. We said no and want a replacement because we can’t keep running to the service centre frequently and we can’t keep doing the testing for them. Planet care staffs updated OS and recorded videos and collected the so-called evidence. And We are waiting for Apple Engineer to accept the product is faulty and replace it.
                              This phone has stayed more time in Service centre more than in my hands.
                              Really do Planet care and apple engineers think that we customers are fool and is it good to keep dodging us? We collect evidence on phone’s fault for you- is that not your job?
                              Will this issue be fixed? I am spending 1 hour a day to call the service centre. Forget the pain of switching between spare device and this phone. But data loss is what worries me the most. Being in Apple family for more than a decade now, this pathetic service has now made me rethink before making my next Apple purchase.
                              Apple grow up to own your mistakes. Please give me a replacement.

                              PS- I have attached a few videos for reference. Please let me know if you want more. Also, don't ask us to schedule a call and complain to apple. Already done that spending 2 to 4 hours over a call, where the support executive keeps changing. It's totally worthless.

                              I gave my MacBook air for service in apple authorized service center B2X solutions limited. They returned my laptop with broken battery connector and on complaining same to their support team they changed the report and claiming that they intimidated me in prior.

                                  I bought this macbook pro for my daughter in 2015. It was working fine all along until one day where she tried to start the macbook and couldn't. I bought this macbook for her investing good money which i couldn't afford the point of time. Also, considering that apple products are rugged, i invested in it.
                                  I have submitted the product at authorized service center at thane. I was told that there is some issue with the mother board and that it shall take about 42, 000 inr. Also, the service center is not sure that if the product has other issues. The executive confirmed that once the motherboard is replaced, then only they could confirm if the product has other issues to address.
                                  I have already paid 2600 for investigation to the authorized service station. Howvever, am not sure if a thorough investigation was performed and a root cause analysis is being reached or not?
                                  I have invested on the product considering that i may not have to incur or incur a minimal for its maintenance which every buyer does. It would be difficult for me to incur even 42, 000 inr. I want apple management intervention into this matter and resolve at the earliest.

                                    I have very few apps installed and iphone is not able to handle that even for single day. Android phone is much better compared with iphone 6.

                                      I had recently got my iphone 7 battery replaced from apple service centre. Still battery is draining at a very bad level. I’ve complaint in apple but they making me run after this issue since a month. I really need some solution to this. They’re very ignorant to my issue. It’s really humiliating and tiring to keep talking on phone to apple care people to get my issue resolved. I even showed the service centre people that my battery is draining, instead of helping they gave me apple care number and asked me talk to them. I want new replacement for this battery or my money refunded for making me fool and wasting my time.

                                        I have purchased apple ipad pro 12.9 inch through aokali awomi, and transfered payment from my bank account on 25-august-2019.
                                        On 26-august-2019, she says i have to pay gst fee rs 8400, i have also paid the same via netbanking and given the receipt via whatsapp.
                                        After paying this amount she ask me to pay another rs 10, 000 so that parcel can be delivered in different account.
                                        Which i have denied, and today morning she again insist me to pay amount other wise delivery of parcel cannot be made. Till date have not received my parcel and
                                        Asking for more money.
