For your kind information, I had placed order for iPad Mini on 17th October 2020 vide my online order number W[protected] on apple online store. As per there system message, I should have got the delivery by 30th October. It is just a week short of 2 months and till yet I am clueless on the status of delivery.In the mean time, I had contacted them over phone more than 4 times. But each time they do not have any specific answer to my followup and just try to buy time and reply curelessly that, “will inform”. But from there side a single reply or call has not come to me.I have requested them to cancel order and refund my money back but they denied. I am feeling cheated, please help me.

    Iphone purchased on 25/8/2020 at Apple Park Cupertino and still under international warranty.

    The phone was activated and in use from September 27th until November 10th. On November 10th, issue was noticed where the sim card was not recognized although the phone is unlocked.
    November 11th, the phone was submitted to the below Apple authorized service center iCare - Ample AMPLE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD located at the below address
    Mantri Square, UG 65,
    #1 Sampige Road, Malleswaram
    Bangalore 560003 India

    A job sheet with iCare RAF NO. SMA112591 was provided with the problem being reported as Iw.Sim card is not reading.Signal is not getting and accepted by Manjunath A V.

    On November 13th, iCare send an email that parts were ordered for the repair and that the part would reach in 2-3 days. Would be notified when repair was completed.

    On November 26th, iCare notified that the phone was received and ready for delivery. The phone was beyond economic repair. Below are the exact words on the report "The customer submitted the device for Sim card is not reading, Signal is not getting. Tried Hard Reset, no go. Restored the device to the latest iOS via iTunes and kept under observation in order to get more clarification about the reported symptoms. Post-Observation manually checked and found same issue persists. Hence, sending the device to the Apple Repair Centre for further diagnosis.Apple Repair Centre updated Unit Returned beyond economically repair."

    On December 2nd, issue was escalated to Apple Support with case ID [protected]. The Apple service center claims that this phone had unauthorized modifications performed and this warranty cannot be claimed.

    There was no unauthorized repair performed on the phone.
    I asked for more details on the same. Apple support directed me to request details from the iCare service center.
    Upon asking for details at iCare service center, they direct me back to Apple support to ask for clarification on why a brand new phone is being fraudulently accused of having unauthorized modifications.

    Upon checking my apple support activity, I have also been accused of counterfeit suspicion. I have proof of purchase of this exact serial number at apple headquarters in Apple park Cupertino. It is not a counterfeit.

    I have not agreed to collect the phone as this is very suspicious of Apple or iCare as they are trying to wriggle away from servicing a phone under warranty.

    I request the consumer forum to please address this grievance and help provide justice to a pained and harassed customer.

      This is specifically for B2X Bathinda
      I submitted my phone for display issue and paid 1600 mandatory money for diagnostic purpose which was also non refundable.
      The employee at shop said i will receive a call subsequent day for any problem or feedback. I was waiting entire day but didnt receive any call. It was saturday so i thought i should wait till monday. Monday again they didnt call so i went to B2X and asked for my phone, they said that it is not repaired and cannot be repaired. I asked them for specific problem in phone which they were unable to answer. My home button was working but they said its not. I randomly tried after 5/6 days my home button was working after i put in on charge. At least this kind of service is not accepted from Iphone. I believe people sitting in that showroom are not really interested in repairing your phone instead they are more interested in grabbing your 1600 amount which is non refundable. I need a feedback regarding this and actions to be taken.

        Hi This side Nikki i went to Vijay sale on 7/12/2020 which is on main road of Shadipur New Delhi - 110008, i went there to buy Apple iPhone 11 and i buy that i was happy to buy it. But after sometime it get switch off and on automatically and in every one hour the same issue get occur and i thought its a issue of software updates so i updated the software too. But the issue didn't get solved and after that i registered my face id in my iPhone but that was also not working it stop recognizing, as many time as I can tried to solve the issue from my end but it didn't get solved then I went to Vijay sales for the same issue. they also witness the same but they didn't help me out its been 2 days but i didn't get any solution regarding my problem and they sent me to apple store then I went there so they also told us that we have to deposit the product and they will get through in 2 days and if the item get repair then its ok but if there will a serious issue then they will send to Bangalore and after they will decide that my iPhone will get replace or repair. but guys tell me one thing why will i send my new iPhone to get repair please help me out i want a replacement of this product as now this iPhone is not working at all. or else i have many other option i you guys didn't help me with this problem.

          I bought iPhone X had touch and Display issues submitted to apple certified service centre Srinagar J&K received phone after 20 days after using the product for 15 days it had same display and touch issues.My iphone x wasn’t sealed properly it had gaps from sides and lot of dust in rear camera because of improper Repair by apple.I contacted apple for my issues they told me to submit iphone x again at apple service centre i then submitted my iphone x on 12th and received on 18th and when I received my iphone it had again improperly repaired it still had dust in camera and gaps were visible from sides wasn’t sealed back properly and iphone x wasn’t now water resistant again.and after 1/2 hours o[censored]sage i had same display and touch issues for third time and dust still there and wasn’t water sealed.I WANT FULL REFUND FROM APPLE WHICH I PAID FOR IPHONE X.I’m going consumer court for violating consumer rights in india

            Hey There
            The problem in my iPad Air 2016 not only my iPad but all other apple devices are having some and some issue like battery problem as in my case then slowing the older devices and opened screen and more. Tell me what the hell battery you all are putting I know the device performs slower when it gets older but what if a battery doesn't charge I cant waste my precious money on that ### battery from your company and the accessories are more expensive apple is ### shall I approach the court and tell them. Please don't tell that ### that have you used it properly the battery is fake or not. Its real bought from the company

                Issue(Before Submitting): Network is continuously in "...searching" state
                Issue(After I received my device): Unable to activate

                My new phone has been submitted to Apple authorized service center in Varanasi @Reliance Retail Limited, Maldahiya, Chetganj and it has then shipped to Bangalore for further technical investigation.
                After few days I have been informed that there is some "unauthorized modifications" as per the Bangalore technical team who reviewed my mobile phone.

                My Query & Concern: If i face some issues in using my phone, how would I bring my new iPhone to some other unauthorized places where it can be modified when I my device is already having the apple authorized warrantee.

                Talked to number of executives, the complaiant was registered on[protected] and until now I am unable to use my phone as it is of no use since I am not able to "activate my device"

                I will be looking for a fast response on this since already this request has taken a long time.

                        I have purchased an Apple watch series 6 GPS + cellular model ( GY6DF5RSQ20T ) around 20 days back from your authorised reseller ( APTRONIX, Hyderabad ). I have noticed some issues ( bubbles beneath the display, strap not holding in position, on and off touch unresponsive ) with the device and brought them to the notice of your authorised service provider ( Aptronix, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad ) . Inspite of waiting at the service center for 2.5 hours, they couldn’t diagnose the issue with the display . They took the photographs of the visible bubbles / compressions beneath the display, but they are vaguely saying, as there are no significant issues with the functionality of the display they can’t help me any further. And they didn’t even mind to make a note on the other complaints like strap and touch issues. I requested for a replacement of the device, for which they asked me to contact the apple care.
                        I mentioned the same issues with the personnel at apple support, Mr Burhan from your senior escalation team has attended the case. Though he assured me for appropriate support, it hasn’t happened as of now. Mr Burhan has said that I would receive a call from the Aptronix service team, but it hasn’t happened.
                        I tried myself reaching out for the service personnel at Aptronix, Banjara Hills; but they said that they have no mail or information from Apple to further process my request for replacement of the device. And they are again pushing me to reach for Apple care for further assistance.
                        I am vexed with the way your Apple care team and Aptronix service personnel pulling each other rather than addressing my issue. Kindly, look into this issue and make sure that I will be replaced with a proper device.

                          Apple is one of the most third-class company in India, first they are overcharging for their dumb phones and looting people with subscriptions.

                          Recently I had subscribed for hot star subscription but wanted to cancel as I was not happy with the content.

                          I called hot star and they were willing to refund me, but for my bad luck I happen to have an apple phone who control subscriptions through iTunes.

                          now they are not willing to refund me. Apple is thug company that is controlling other companies by their policies.

                          who do they think they are when the parent company is ready to offer a refund, did i subscribe to apple service or hotstar.

                          dear fraud company apple kindly refunds my money.

                            I’m Dr. Sangeetha V.S from Kerala, India. I bought your Apple IPhone 8 Plus in 2018. Used it only for 2 years. It’s never even been rough use. Still my battery backup became 81% and phone stopped accepting SIM cards within 2 years. Upon enquiry in Ernakulam branch Service centre, they told me to replace the entire phone. If this is the quality of your phones and this the way the service centres are going to be, then we will take appropriate action. I want my phone repaired immediately.

                              On August 31, 2020 I purchased a brand new Mackbook Air 2020 model for the total of 92, 000 rs. So quite a lot of money hoping to get the best quality when teaching classes online due to the new pandemic situation. What a terrible surprise, when I found out that the camera quality is grey and grainy. When there is not bright light, students even cannot recognize my face. When I contacted the seller in Sobha City Mall, Thrissur, Kerala, he said that many people had the same issue, but they cannot do anything about it as it is manufacturer defect! But I am not ready to give up as I paid such a lot of money. Even my previous Macbook Air 2014 model had a much better quality of camera.

                                I ordered for a replacement battery for my IPhone on 29th Oct. The Apple Icare center told the battery will reach within 5 working days and asked to make a full payment for the battery.
                                Now it’s been more than 2 weeks and still there is no response from Apple regarding any delay in procuring the replacement battery.
                                How can you take full money upfront and don’t have a minimum commitment to inform me if there is any delay.
                                Will you even send the battery or not?
                                Please give me the tracking details if you have shipped it so that I will track it myself (which is what you are supposed to do and inform)

                                  I have recently submit my apple airpod in service center which the replace new 8 days before. in which i am having some charging issue but they return my airpods saying that they dont found any issue. when i take back my airpods it seems like they drop it and having dent in it.my issue is this they are apple representative so how they are so careless about product and even they didnt told about the same.

                                    I ordered iPhone 11 under Diwali offer for Rs. 60, 000 (Rs 1900 paid extra for adapter seperately) on 17th October where the offer was to receive free Airpods with the phone. I added the phone and the free airpods in the basket. After checking out and making the payment, the free airpods did not come in the bill. Later on, they were not delivered either. It has been more than 2 weeks where I have been calling the customer care service and they have failed to provide a resolution to me. Every time they say that a senior advisor/manager will call you back in 2-3 business days and no calls come. I end up calling the service number again where each call costs us half an hour in waiting while they transfer calls to other departments just to get the same answers again and again and to wait furthermore and that we will get a call back in 2-3 business days!

                                    What a sham they have been acting like! Making a fool out o[censored]s for ordering under the Diwali offer and not providing any solution to it!
                                    Provide the airpods OR give us a refund and take the phone back if that is how you treat the customers!

                                    Time: 12: 42 AM (After the offer went live on it's site).

                                    NEED A SOLTION ASAP.

                                      Purchased I phone XR on 29th dec last year.. it’s been 7months of me dealing with their Customer Care.. gave my phone to the IPhone repair centre as well but problem still persists.
                                      Tired of installing and uninstalling apps. Audio msg from wats app don’t play on speaker.. this is intermittent issue.. while you are talking over the phone songs from YouTube or any music app starts to play. Even when u are operating phone.. any entertainment app will start on its own. I have restored the settings multiple times and updated the version (the most cliche excuse) as per Customer Care’s instruction but nothing seem to have worked. I need help.

                                        I ordered iphone 11 (128gb) with paying extra 10k for airpods pro on 17th Oct under their diwali offer. The delivery date mentioned was 19th Oct for the product. They however delivered airpods pro on 19th Oct but did not deliver the iphone on the same date. I have been following up on the customer care and i am being told to wait up for it without giving any expected delivery time. So today, i finally got frustrated and called them to cancel the order and to my shock, i was told that they will cancel the iphone but will not take back the airpods and hence, only partial refund (after deducting 14.9k) will be provided to me.

                                        I believe they have scammed people in the name of Diwali offer. They are delivering the side product but are not delivering the iphone so the customer gets stuck with them. I am sure there might be so many other people like me. Really disappointing and unethical practice by apple.

                                        The resolution required-
                                        On cancellation i want the refund of full amount i paid and airpods pro to be picked by Apple.
