I have explained many times to the support people that My phone is bent since day I purchased the device.
When I purchased the phone from a shop. then I asked him to apple a tempered guard on it.
He tried but there was air at the all the corners. So, he suggested me to wait for new tempered come for Iphone SE. because he was applying the screen guard of iphone 8.
I agreed and after 3 months I went to a shop for applying tempered on it and they tried with iphone SE screen guard. Now again I saw that guard was not getting proper fit from the corners. I asked to check. Then they tries on another Iphone SE with same tempered and that was fit fine. So they said there is a slight bent on the device. I should talk to apple care about it.
I talked to an apple care agent and he said if I have that issue since day 1 then My device can get replaced under warranty.
Then I went to the nearest service center which was approx 50 kms away in other city from my place. the experience was a third class there and they even did not addressed my issue.
They asked me to wait for 10-15 days. I asked to give me any phone so that I can use my sim. They denied.
He was asking me to sign quickly so that he can attend other customer who are not covered in warranty.
Now after i submitted my device I wanted to know the status of my device I went to mysupport.apple.com to check the repair. There was no repair ID mentioned on the job ID that i received from the apple service center. Then I called you guys, after 2 days I was able to get the repair ID. And When I checked the status after some days. I got to know that there was no resolution for my device happened and they shipped the same device in same condition.
I want to complain the apple for this manufacturing issue which I couldn't even noticed and got to know now you are not helping me at all. What kind of third class service you are providing the customer. You are making people fools. I have my hard money in this bogus company. worst service I have receive from APPLE who doesn't care about their customers values. Your senior advisor Anjali told me that there is no any solution on this. If you look on the device there is not any physical damage on it.

    My MacBook has slowed down a lot. It takes 15 mins just to open up. The safari isn’t responding and so does the other apps. Every app takes about 5 mins to open up say it be FaceTime, Finder etc.

    The issue is ongoing since 2018 and it is still unresolved as of today. I had called the Apple Support multiple times but every time they waste my 3-4 hours by asking me to follow troubleshooting steps. There after ask me to wait for 24 hours and see the improvement which I have never seen in two years. Now the Apple support team asked me to go for MacBook Servicing for which I had a word with
    TRESOR SYSTEMS PVT LTD CONNAUGHT PLACE, NEW DELHI, 110001
    and they informed with that if there is no physical damage they would charge Rs 3000 for servicing the MacBook. Being a college student, I couldn’t afford the servicing fee.

    Now what I’m looking from Apple Support is that since the issue is been unresolved for about 3 years from their end, so I request them to provide me with an exception by either providing the Mail-In option at my place or provide me with some document to waive off my Servicing Fee.

    Like literally I never expected this from Apple. I know that you people have the best of products and I have been using them since long but if you would hamper customer’s experience than trust me it will deteriorate your image in longer run.

    I request you to please resolve the issue asap else I have to go for other forums to get justice.

      Hi my name is Mohit Gut. I am facing issue from last 10 months and submitted my phone in service centre for like 10 -12 times but they say there is no problem. I also gave them the proofs of the problem but they ignore and return my phone. My phone model is iphone 11 pro 256 gb ans they are disturbing me. I spend 1 lakh rs and getting really poor service.         Hello sir,
        I tried to call customer care service
        But whenever the call connected the advisor told that you need to wait on hold and few seconds after the call got disconnected from their end
        So I’m sending this email

        I visited the service center but the advisor treated me like hell
        If you read the full message You will surely understand the issue Regarding iPhone 7

        My issue regarding Iphone 7 is very simple
        And apple has accepted that Iphone 7 series A1660
        Had some issues in software internally and they have told online on website that the phone will be accepted by Apple service centre and it will be free of cost.

        After going there i told them the problem regarding the phone
        The advisor treated me like a hell
        He told that your phone has scratches on outer body reciver
        I told to service advisor that so what ?
        It’s a phone and wear and tear is naturally to happen
        He replied that it is not acceptable and I cannot accept the phone

        I told i am not interested to come here and replace my phone intentionally
        The problem has caused by apple and not by us

        By requesting him for 3-4 hours at service center
        He told that i will take the phone and will put the remark that it is not acceptable for us to take the phone

        Then i was literally helpless after arguing with him

        He didn’t accepted the phone
        By requesting him like a greedy
        But after that i was feed up and i told I’m only suffering the loss of dead phone rather than keeping with me I kept the phone in the store and i left

        So sir i have the last hope Is you
        That atleast you understand that issues of iPhone 7 series A1660
        Earlier I updated the phone by using wireless connection wifi
        After the installation process was happening suddenly the screen got black got blank and phone network got disabled and phone is not activating

        So few months back I scheduled a call and I told my all problems

          I was peacefully using my phone iphone7 and just after doing the update to ios14 my wifi stopped working
          I tried each and everything

          Faced similar issue with iphone6 as well after updating to ios13 its bluetooth and wifi stopped working

          Now i am gonna try every possible way to fight this case

          Apple should not do cheating like this

            I have been using my iphone for 2 yrs recently it does not connect to networks it only shows 'no service' i tried all different options like resetting formating wipe whole data but it still shows no service. I approached the icare they said apple has been providing phone replacement for complaints on no service issues but no replacement for iphone a1178. Please i request apple india please!! Alot o[censored]s iphone users are facing this problem but no help from iphone india. Please don't show inequality please provide replacement for iphone a1778 series.

              I am an apple user and went to the f1 info solutions & services authorised service center, 201/205, 2nd floor, building no. 93, ashok bhawan, nehru pl market rd on 18th september 2020, around 1:30 pm i gave my iphone 7, which is in a warranty, in an issue of overheat. They took 3 hours to see it and first, they told that we will replace it and after i went over there, they told that it will heat it's normal in the apple is it so?? And they look a way long time to see it after that they told in an unethical manner and in a very rudely tone that it will heat they wouldn't change it, basically, their behavior doesn't sound good to me at all and they weren't replacing my iphone as it is burning up and i am not able to use the fingerprint scanner (Dfr) and instead of replacing it, they were saying it will heat as my phone was crossing 46°c and more than that. Is all the apple phones get heat up? And is it normal? And due to heat my phone is lagging and i am not to use the fingerprint sensor, and still, they weren't listing to me and doesn't replace it. I would request you to replace my iphone, as it has been very difficult to use or carry it, as it starting burning up.

                I bought a apple macbook air and a iphone xr on[protected] from vijay sales sec-8 rohini delhi-110085 and there was a offer of cashback on hdfc credit card (6000 on macbook air and 5000 on iphone xr) so i bought them on emi of 6 months with a 0% interest rate. As i was said i would receive cashback between 120 days but still haven't received any and even all the emi's have been paid. I want this issue to be resolved please as soon as possible.

                  I have iphone 7, suddenly speaker is not working, when i checked with icare, they have informed it is fault in iphone 7, they receive so many complaints. Rest everything is working excluding the speaker, unable to speak unable to use siri.

                  If iphone 7 is having this issue, why you guys manufactue this, we pay so much and get this type of mobile.

                    I have iphone xr. Bought in 5/2/2020.
                    I have same issue about earphone. Is not working. Last one month i try to make reservation to book a appointment and check my earphone problem with service center near by me in rudrapur 263153. But it’s not available. The phone number is working but no one pickup the phone. Then i called up apple support. They give me rudrapur email i to contact. I contact or say it’s earphone problem it’s one day solution. 1st you reject is damage 2nd you given me new earphone. The i ask if you do in a same day then m come. They said come and check.

                    Both service center are same in rudrapur 1- ivcare 2- qdigi
                    Make the people fool i already ask when i visit the center please tell me. Doing everything in a same day. Because i come from 90km plus 40km from my village. Spent money 1500 rupees.in pandemic time covid. They said is out of stock. They never said in email this things. Then i come again spend 1500 rupees again. Please given me some rest. When the product is available you can courier in my postal code. Why i m coming again. Covid time plus loss of money. Please help me.

                      Had opted for a free trial only as is mentioned on the app subscription page of headway and thus do not understand how headway has charged my account for the whole month for its premium services by charging me an amount of inr 1699 when had only opted for the free trial and not the paid version. Also, i had raised the issue the same day when my card was charged by apple for the said services and thus was prompt enough to notify the charges debited incorrectly by headway as was simply subscribed by the same.

                      On further reviewing headway, subscription plans am surprised to see their pricing policies as a one month and three-month subscription plan are charged the same thus why would a user opt for one month plan instead of three-month plan if at all the pricing is the same and had i opted for it in the first place.

                      Even on the app store most of the reviews for headway are for incorrect debiting of charges itself thus understand this is not the first time such incorrect pricing is being followed by headway.

                      Urge you to please review the case in totality and reconsider the decision of refund of inr 1699 as the same is a substantial amount and would not like to have the same paid for apps which i have not utilized either way.

Within 5 months leftpod of earpods stopped working, went to showroom and they told us to go to authorized service center. Manager there took earpods n told us to collect the new after a week. When we revisited, they said "we can't replace as earpods have heavy scratches". Service center man is a heavy drunker n insane, persons from apple team told us that we should use abusive language with him if want to get our earpods replaced. We again went to ser. Center and requested him for replacement but he refused bluntly n told us to contact h. O. And upper apple staff. Now, my question is: should we become gali type gundas if we want to buy apple phones, and should masters in abusive lang. To get replacements done in gurante time. Proofs will be provided to you, if asked for.

                                I have an apple pen which was purchased in dec'18 and at the moment is not getting charged. The service center tells me that this cannot be repaired and needs to be shelved. I fail to understand that how can such an expensive not be repaired. We are creating more and more silicon waste by doing so. Aren't we feeling responsible for the drain of the pockets and the environment. Is this what aaple is about. Need immediate refressal or else will need to go the media and ombudsman

                                  Worst apple store.Do not recommend. Pathetic experience.I purchased Mc book air 2020 on 26th June 2020 from Invent, Grand venice mall, Greater Noida. Unfortunately, From day 1, it had intermittent start-up issues. Took it to the store. Sagar, who had sold the product to us told that it is minor sleep setting problems. He changed sleep duration, said he has now resolved it. He did not sent us to apple service centre even though it was in the same mall.
                                  As it is a new product of the world wide renowned company, i did not have the slightest issue that there is software/ hardware issue. Took it home, again same problem persisted. More over the battery charges slow and drains fast in 4-5 hours maximum.And i took online apple support and still the problem is there. Now submitted it in apple service centre at grand venice mall, UP. They have diagnosed hardware problem and suggest motherboard replacement. They ordered the part which would come in 8-10 days.

                                  My questions are
                                  1. A newly purchased product within 2 months, should it be at the service centre waiting for motherboard replacement ?
                                  2. Is the customer expected to use a hardware replaced repaired new mac book.
                                  3. Why is not there any policy of replacing mac book air when hardware issue is diagnosed ?
                                  4. How can the apple policy of return and refund be 1 day. Does the company expect intermittent start up and sleep issues be diagnosed in one day?
                                  4. When taken to the store, how will they believe us when the problem is intermittent?
                                  5. Are not the apple sales executive told to guide the customer immediately to service centre in case of issue in new mac book, instead of telling the client all is normal.
                                  6. In the Pictures folder of my mac book . i saw more than 100 pics of clients adhar card. Is it the used mc book that is sold to me by the sales executive? I approached him he said pics came in my mc book because o[censored]sing wifi and apple id of invent.
                                  I doubt that old used or pirated product has been sold to me.Feel cheated.And the sales executive is not taking any responsiblility.
                                  7. Does the apple mc book company and the owner expects a product of 120000 to be defective and still i keep using it?

                                  Hence i request you to replace my mac book air 2020 and justify the matter.

                                      Dear apple team,
                                      This is my worst experience with apple, it is my 4th apple phone but feeling that quality of service has degraded like anything. I have been told that it will be given back in 3-4 days but it's already been 7 days and no update.
                                      Also i strongly feel that this is a faulty piece which i have got, i have raised a complaint on international support for hanging just after 2 months (Purchased in feb 20) of purchase. then have the camera autofocus issue and get it updated for software by apple care bhopal (India) and after that the camera issue still remains the same but bluetooth & wifi has also started to trouble with connectivity (It disconnects on it's own).
                                      I have not paid a huge amount for getting such a bad product and worst service. I request the apple to replace the faulty piece and keep the loyalty of the customer and value the hard earned money of people.

                                        I have submitted my phone to authorized service center which is still in warranty period, but in response i have received 1 report in which they mentioned that my phone is having "unauthorized modification" because of that they can't replace or fix the issue.

                                        I have purchased my phone on 9 November 2019 and i have submitted on 15 July 2020 to authorized service center and i got it back (without repair) on 20 August 2020. they provided me the wrong updates till 19th of August, and when i visited store to collect phone, they said that they can't fix this (reason mentioned above), and when i got my phone back i have found that one of the screw on the bottom of my device was loose and still in the same condition(attaching the picture for reference).

                                        And i am claiming that i have never submitted my phone to unauthorized center, and never having unauthorized modification as per report stated by apple services.

                                        Now Apple India are not ready to listen my concern as i have filed 1 complaint on their toll free number[protected] and case id is[protected] and they continuously telling me that i have no option to escalate this further.
