I ordered for a replacement battery for my IPhone on 29th Oct. The Apple Icare center told the battery will reach within 5 working days and asked to make a full payment for the battery.
Now it’s been more than 2 weeks and still there is no response from Apple regarding any delay in procuring the replacement battery.
How can you take full money upfront and don’t have a minimum commitment to inform me if there is any delay.
Will you even send the battery or not?
Please give me the tracking details if you have shipped it so that I will track it myself (which is what you are supposed to do and inform)

    I have recently submit my apple airpod in service center which the replace new 8 days before. in which i am having some charging issue but they return my airpods saying that they dont found any issue. when i take back my airpods it seems like they drop it and having dent in it.my issue is this they are apple representative so how they are so careless about product and even they didnt told about the same.

      I ordered iPhone 11 under Diwali offer for Rs. 60, 000 (Rs 1900 paid extra for adapter seperately) on 17th October where the offer was to receive free Airpods with the phone. I added the phone and the free airpods in the basket. After checking out and making the payment, the free airpods did not come in the bill. Later on, they were not delivered either. It has been more than 2 weeks where I have been calling the customer care service and they have failed to provide a resolution to me. Every time they say that a senior advisor/manager will call you back in 2-3 business days and no calls come. I end up calling the service number again where each call costs us half an hour in waiting while they transfer calls to other departments just to get the same answers again and again and to wait furthermore and that we will get a call back in 2-3 business days!

      What a sham they have been acting like! Making a fool out o[censored]s for ordering under the Diwali offer and not providing any solution to it!
      Provide the airpods OR give us a refund and take the phone back if that is how you treat the customers!

        Purchased I phone XR on 29th dec last year.. it’s been 7months of me dealing with their Customer Care.. gave my phone to the IPhone repair centre as well but problem still persists.
        Tired of installing and uninstalling apps. Audio msg from wats app don’t play on speaker.. this is intermittent issue.. while you are talking over the phone songs from YouTube or any music app starts to play. Even when u are operating phone.. any entertainment app will start on its own. I have restored the settings multiple times and updated the version (the most cliche excuse) as per Customer Care’s instruction but nothing seem to have worked. I need help.

          I ordered iphone 11 (128gb) with paying extra 10k for airpods pro on 17th Oct under their diwali offer. The delivery date mentioned was 19th Oct for the product. They however delivered airpods pro on 19th Oct but did not deliver the iphone on the same date. I have been following up on the customer care and i am being told to wait up for it without giving any expected delivery time. So today, i finally got frustrated and called them to cancel the order and to my shock, i was told that they will cancel the iphone but will not take back the airpods and hence, only partial refund (after deducting 14.9k) will be provided to me.

          I believe they have scammed people in the name of Diwali offer. They are delivering the side product but are not delivering the iphone so the customer gets stuck with them. I am sure there might be so many other people like me. Really disappointing and unethical practice by apple.

          The resolution required-
          On cancellation i want the refund of full amount i paid and airpods pro to be picked by Apple.

            On[protected] around 12:30 I ordered Iphone 11 64gb yellow under diwali sale on online apple store with free airpods. I used HDFC Debit card for transaction. When i entered OTP after it only showed processing. The money got deducted and there was no clue of the order. I had login as a guest but i said they will provide with email. But there was no email. Thus, i request you to look into this matter ASAP. Money deducted were 54, 900/-.
            Around 01:57 pm on 25 Jan 2021 I ordered Iphone 11 128gb yellow with power adaptor & earpods on online apple store. I used UPI payment for transaction. When i entered OTP after it only showed processing. The money got deducted and there was no clue of the order. I had login as a guest but i said they will provide with email. But there was no email.               I had placed an order for an iPhone 11 under the Diwali offer of Apple India estore. The order was placed on Oct. 17 and we were awaiting the delivery of the product tomorrow. Today, while checking the staus of the order online, I came to know that the order has been cancelled and the site says that I have cancelled it. I did not cancel the order and have undergone a lot of mental stress and trauma due to this cancellation. Today, after great diffuclty I managed to speak to a customer care exec at Apple and he informed me that someone, from their back office, was trying to contact me and since I did not answer the phone they cancelled the order.

              I have following issues with this statement :
              1. Why was someone from backend conacting me, when I have alreay provided all details on the order.
              2. Why I was not sent an e-mail, if I did not answer the phone.
              3. Why does the site say that I have cancelled the order, whereas, it was cancelled by Apple.

              These actions violate my rights as a customer and I have undergone immense mental stress and trauma. I would like this matter resolved and would like the order reinstated and delivered in totality.

                My above I Pad was bought in 2015 from AlGhanim International Kuwait for the School United Indian School Kuwait where i was the Principal. This IPAD was given to me when i left them in 2017 .Currently I am in Calicut, Kerala, India. Since this IPad was not working i took to Apple Service Centre in Calicut. They asked me the APPLE ID which i am not aware of as i was operating on my personal email and password.in which it was working.The customer care is of the opinion that Apple ID will be there as you log in it shows the devices working in it which is not reflecting. I even checked with my school in Kuwait who confirmed there is no such ID as per their computer entry as the bills are pertaining to 2015. The customer care insists either the bill or the Apple ID without which it cannot be repaired. I doubt their attitude as every problem should have a solution as i gave them the Serial No and Model of the IPad.Please advice Apple to initiate a solutiin to repairing this I Pad.

                    I have explained many times to the support people that My phone is bent since day I purchased the device.
                    When I purchased the phone from a shop. then I asked him to apple a tempered guard on it.
                    He tried but there was air at the all the corners. So, he suggested me to wait for new tempered come for Iphone SE. because he was applying the screen guard of iphone 8.
                    I agreed and after 3 months I went to a shop for applying tempered on it and they tried with iphone SE screen guard. Now again I saw that guard was not getting proper fit from the corners. I asked to check. Then they tries on another Iphone SE with same tempered and that was fit fine. So they said there is a slight bent on the device. I should talk to apple care about it.
                    I talked to an apple care agent and he said if I have that issue since day 1 then My device can get replaced under warranty.
                    Then I went to the nearest service center which was approx 50 kms away in other city from my place. the experience was a third class there and they even did not addressed my issue.
                    They asked me to wait for 10-15 days. I asked to give me any phone so that I can use my sim. They denied.
                    He was asking me to sign quickly so that he can attend other customer who are not covered in warranty.
                    Now after i submitted my device I wanted to know the status of my device I went to mysupport.apple.com to check the repair. There was no repair ID mentioned on the job ID that i received from the apple service center. Then I called you guys, after 2 days I was able to get the repair ID. And When I checked the status after some days. I got to know that there was no resolution for my device happened and they shipped the same device in same condition.
                    I want to complain the apple for this manufacturing issue which I couldn't even noticed and got to know now you are not helping me at all. What kind of third class service you are providing the customer. You are making people fools. I have my hard money in this bogus company. worst service I have receive from APPLE who doesn't care about their customers values. Your senior advisor Anjali told me that there is no any solution on this. If you look on the device there is not any physical damage on it.

                      My MacBook has slowed down a lot. It takes 15 mins just to open up. The safari isn’t responding and so does the other apps. Every app takes about 5 mins to open up say it be FaceTime, Finder etc.

                      The issue is ongoing since 2018 and it is still unresolved as of today. I had called the Apple Support multiple times but every time they waste my 3-4 hours by asking me to follow troubleshooting steps. There after ask me to wait for 24 hours and see the improvement which I have never seen in two years. Now the Apple support team asked me to go for MacBook Servicing for which I had a word with
                      TRESOR SYSTEMS PVT LTD CONNAUGHT PLACE, NEW DELHI, 110001
                      and they informed with that if there is no physical damage they would charge Rs 3000 for servicing the MacBook. Being a college student, I couldn’t afford the servicing fee.

                      Now what I’m looking from Apple Support is that since the issue is been unresolved for about 3 years from their end, so I request them to provide me with an exception by either providing the Mail-In option at my place or provide me with some document to waive off my Servicing Fee.

                      Like literally I never expected this from Apple. I know that you people have the best of products and I have been using them since long but if you would hamper customer’s experience than trust me it will deteriorate your image in longer run.

                      I request you to please resolve the issue asap else I have to go for other forums to get justice.

                          I tried to call customer care service
                          But whenever the call connected the advisor told that you need to wait on hold and few seconds after the call got disconnected from their end
                          So I’m sending this email

                          I visited the service center but the advisor treated me like hell
                          If you read the full message You will surely understand the issue Regarding iPhone 7

                          My issue regarding Iphone 7 is very simple
                          And apple has accepted that Iphone 7 series A1660
                          Had some issues in software internally and they have told online on website that the phone will be accepted by Apple service centre and it will be free of cost.

                          He didn’t accepted the phone
                          By requesting him like a greedy
                          But after that i was feed up and i told I’m only suffering the loss of dead phone rather than keeping with me I kept the phone in the store and i left

                          Earlier I updated the phone by using wireless connection wifi
                          After the installation process was happening suddenly the screen got black got blank and phone network got disabled and phone is not activating

                            I was peacefully using my phone iphone7 and just after doing the update to ios14 my wifi stopped working
                            I tried each and everything

                            Faced similar issue with iphone6 as well after updating to ios13 its bluetooth and wifi stopped working

                            Now i am gonna try every possible way to fight this case

                            Apple should not do cheating like this

                              I have been using my iphone for 2 yrs recently it does not connect to networks it only shows 'no service' i tried all different options like resetting formating wipe whole data but it still shows no service. I approached the icare they said apple has been providing phone replacement for complaints on no service issues but no replacement for iphone a1178. Please i request apple india please!! Alot o[censored]s iphone users are facing this problem but no help from iphone india. Please don't show inequality please provide replacement for iphone a1778 series.

                                I am an apple user and went to the f1 info solutions & services authorised service center, 201/205, 2nd floor, building no. 93, ashok bhawan, nehru pl market rd on 18th september 2020, around 1:30 pm i gave my iphone 7, which is in a warranty, in an issue of overheat. They took 3 hours to see it and first, they told that we will replace it and after i went over there, they told that it will heat it's normal in the apple is it so?? And they look a way long time to see it after that they told in an unethical manner and in a very rudely tone that it will heat they wouldn't change it, basically, their behavior doesn't sound good to me at all and they weren't replacing my iphone as it is burning up and i am not able to use the fingerprint scanner (Dfr) and instead of replacing it, they were saying it will heat as my phone was crossing 46°c and more than that. Is all the apple phones get heat up? And is it normal? And due to heat my phone is lagging and i am not to use the fingerprint sensor, and still, they weren't listing to me and doesn't replace it. I would request you to replace my iphone, as it has been very difficult to use or carry it, as it starting burning up.

                                  I bought a apple macbook air and a iphone xr on[protected] from vijay sales sec-8 rohini delhi-110085 and there was a offer of cashback on hdfc credit card (6000 on macbook air and 5000 on iphone xr) so i bought them on emi of 6 months with a 0% interest rate. As i was said i would receive cashback between 120 days but still haven't received any and even all the emi's have been paid. I want this issue to be resolved please as soon as possible.

                                    I have iphone 7, suddenly speaker is not working, when i checked with icare, they have informed it is fault in iphone 7, they receive so many complaints. Rest everything is working excluding the speaker, unable to speak unable to use siri.

                                    If iphone 7 is having this issue, why you guys manufactue this, we pay so much and get this type of mobile.

                                      I have iphone xr. Bought in 5/2/2020.
                                      I have same issue about earphone. Is not working. Last one month i try to make reservation to book a appointment and check my earphone problem with service center near by me in rudrapur 263153. But it’s not available. The phone number is working but no one pickup the phone. Then i called up apple support. They give me rudrapur email i to contact. I contact or say it’s earphone problem it’s one day solution. 1st you reject is damage 2nd you given me new earphone. The i ask if you do in a same day then m come. They said come and check.

                                      Both service center are same in rudrapur 1- ivcare 2- qdigi
                                      Make the people fool i already ask when i visit the center please tell me. Doing everything in a same day. Because i come from 90km plus 40km from my village. Spent money 1500 rupees.in pandemic time covid. They said is out of stock. They never said in email this things. Then i come again spend 1500 rupees again. Please given me some rest. When the product is available you can courier in my postal code. Why i m coming again. Covid time plus loss of money. Please help me.

                                        Had opted for a free trial only as is mentioned on the app subscription page of headway and thus do not understand how headway has charged my account for the whole month for its premium services by charging me an amount of inr 1699 when had only opted for the free trial and not the paid version. Also, i had raised the issue the same day when my card was charged by apple for the said services and thus was prompt enough to notify the charges debited incorrectly by headway as was simply subscribed by the same.

                                        On further reviewing headway, subscription plans am surprised to see their pricing policies as a one month and three-month subscription plan are charged the same thus why would a user opt for one month plan instead of three-month plan if at all the pricing is the same and had i opted for it in the first place.

                                        Even on the app store most of the reviews for headway are for incorrect debiting of charges itself thus understand this is not the first time such incorrect pricing is being followed by headway.

                                        Urge you to please review the case in totality and reconsider the decision of refund of inr 1699 as the same is a substantial amount and would not like to have the same paid for apps which i have not utilized either way.
