Hi,

I bought apple macbook air from reliance digital store at city mall gomti nagar lucknow and its not even a year motherboard stopped working. I tried to follow the all procedure what i suggested by apple care and after lots of trouble shoot they advised me to submit device at service center. I did the same on july 11 and engineer called me up next day and said device will be delivered by 17th i argued a bit as i was not able to my office work but agreed later.

Now they are saying part is not available with apple and it may take about a month to get fixed. My all work is stopped am loosing my business as well, i asked apple to provide me alternative option or replace the device but they rudely denied to do that.

I need replacement of this device within the time frame their service engineer asked for. I ac not wait for a month, we customer buy such product because we believe they will provide good service but unfortunately they are worst than any other companies in the market.

Being the owner of your apple iphone 6 (Imei: [protected]), i am highly exasperated and disappointed with the worthlessness of your service, conduct and quality. I went to the service centre today (15 july 2017) due to some major issues i was facing with my apple iphone 6 (Black patch on display, dead battery, back camera flickering issue, auto shutdown when 20% battery left).

In addition to these the service centre technician mr. Rahul yadav himself detected another problem (Silent/ringer button not working properly). The same iphone 6 have already had major issues earlier also (Display was changed by the company in february 2017 and the back camera was also changed last month).

In view of repeated multiple malfunctions, mr. Rahul yadav told me that the set deserves replacement, but he expressed his helplessness and told me that the handset will be dispatched to bangalore for company to take decision.

With so many malfunctions the iphone has been reduced to a junk and since the set is under warranty, i will request the company to replace it. Under no circumstances i shall accept this junk handset.

I have already spoken to ms. Usha at apple customer care on the same issue and the complaint id is[protected].

I am purchased iphone 7 plus 128gb silver on 21/10/2016.
And the imei no. [protected].

I am having issues with the battery.. It's not coming more than 4/5 hours.
My brother purchased same model 256gb earlier than me.. But he is getting good battery life.. And i tried all ways by resetting and all..

Kindly help me out.

Iphone 7 black 32gb - worst mistake ever..!!
2-3 months after a regular usage with body cover protecting the phone all the time, the so called iphone7 with ip67 protection has such bad quality that it's back panel color started to fade away few days back. Today noticed another issue of paint coming off from the lower body itself.
You go to customer care and you are told this case to be an out of warranty case due to cosmetic damage. Wonder if anyone is going to rub or scratch his expensive phone to remove the color.
Highly disappointed by the quality of this product and the response from b2x service center preet vihar, delhi and their apple customer care line.
Iphone 7- highly not recommended..!!
Definitely not buying apple products after this experience..!!

I buy phone apple5s before few months, now it shows the problem of screen flactuating without any damage by me. When i goes to service centre they told to pay 22500 for it even the phone is in warrenty yet. My job no is bat[protected].. They refuse to give me service if they dont take any action within 24 hours i wil go to file a case on apple company n service centre didn't mind by it..

Authorised aptronix service centre at simpoli, borivali, mumbai 400092 branch.
On 5th july when i was visit at apple service centre i discuss with your service
Centre guy name is digamber he told me in this case u will replaced the device.
Now today they give me repairable my device & without informing me they
Replace display also. I will not accept repairable device. So please cooperate &
Replace new device.

I have submitted iphone 7 plus to one of the apple care called b2x centre rahatani, pune on 1st july 2017 for screen replacement.

It was told that it will take 6 working days to deliver back the phone.

It has been almost 13 days now and i have no idea that at when i will receive my phone.

The worst service i have ever seen. The brand name apple is just a name it seems, only they charge huge money but no commitment.

Hi last two months ago i have purchased apple product my video mic was not work properly, then after 15 days my phone mic was stop then i call to customer care and talk to you executive then after 45 days (Because i dont have time) i was go to apple service center b2x netaji subhash chander palace delhi. Then i wait for 3 hour for our turn i my home was 45km far from center (One side) then after 10 days they gave me my phone back and replaced the touch i used the phone and same day call to customer care touch not work properly and phone hang problem now i dont have time to go apple service center again and again (90km = 700 rs petrol). I am not happy with the product and apple service. Other phone service is better the apple service. Please replace my phone because its manufacturing defect. My contact no [protected]

My phone 6s hangs thrice n when searching contacts it gets struck. Everyone said iphone never hang n struck. Same problem when i open camera. For this i need solution or else the brand apple will loose its image i[censored] will not provide solution to this. I m using it since feb 2017. Initially when camera got struck i told this to seller he said u will get updates n will b resolved

I was straight away fooled by apple store when i went to buy imac they showed me a display product and then i purchased it for 1lac 20thousand and now it says it's the old one late 2015. I bought it last month i have all the bills. I am totally dissapointed also because i can't even upgrade my ram. The salesman while buying he said that i can upgrade it later. Today i am finding difficult to do my work that is video editing. While the time of purchase they said its the fastest imac machine for video editing but turned out to be a wrong.

These all are 100% scammers, please keep away from these frauds in all aspects. Many says they are apple staff, or else, show u fake ID card copies, Fake aadhar or PAN cards, they will never show live photo/video on whatsApp. All shows you fake proofs and attracting claims ...

I purchased an Apple Iphone 6 Space grey 16 GB on 27th Jan 2017. My earphones stopped working and when i visited the apple store on 7th July 2017 they denied me the replacement of my earphones on false accusation of physical damage on my earphones showing me the minor cut on the rubber which has literally no connection to the technical error.
I am never gonna purchase or use any apple product ever nor i am ever gonna suggest anyone to use apple products because these people are making fool of customers. Their customer service is the worst. They fool people on the name of warranty services but never provide any claim when there is any defect in your product. They deny the claim under warranty by fake allegations of physical damage. Absolutely disgusting customer service and i am gonna report this on all social media.

This is regarding my complaint against Apple-Iphone, Pine Labs & Retailer. On 7th March 2017, i had gone to M/s Karan Telecom (Top-10) in Santacruz West, opp. Railway Station to purchase a mobile phone within a budget of 15000/- There they started promoting Apple Iphone 5s for Rs.19700.00 with a cash back of Rs.5000.00 back into my bank account. I was reluctant as i was not sure whether they do really give the money back. But this dealer insisted that Apple is a good brand and you don't worry. All have received the promised money back. I asked them to give me in writing but they said they are always there to help me and will ensure that i get my money back. On that day they had problem with the swipe machine and the transaction didn't happen. On 8th March, 2017 they again called me by 12 pm and said that machine is working fine and i can go and buy. They were so customer oriented and sweet till they sold that phone to me. I purchased the phone on 8th March 2017 with Kotak Bank Debit Card. Today its more then 120 days and i have not yet received my money back in my account. When i visited the shop on 7th June, 2017 to inform them about money not received, i was shooed away by them with angry remarks i.e. they are not here for money back, write to apple directly. I was really shocked to see such a different and opposite attitude by the same staff, who once were the sweetest seller. They are cheaters and should be booked for fooling customers. Expecting no help from them, i contacted pine labs as well as Apple customer support. Pine labs reverted with different dates and several excuses i.e. Brand reply awaited, etc. Apple customer support was also of no help to me. They never bothered to revert or contact me. I never thought that such a big company like Apple is minting money by fooling customers with different schemes. They advertise money back offers against their product and then never refund the amount. They all are crook. Retailer, Pine Labs as well as Apple-Iphone. I have decided to highlight their scam in each and every newspaper. Innocent customers like me shouldn't be cheated anymore. They cannot take us for a ride anymore.

I have used the phone for one month, suddenly the phone says the pass word is wrong, i ahve been trying to rectify the same from the past couple of days but in vain,

Many times when network signal weak almost no signal then in my i phone no signal will come during whole day .i am facing this issue many times .
when network do not come whole day again we have to switch off the iphone and again restart till signal do not come.

I have already communicated with the apple team and all activity i have done as suggest by me like update the latest version etc but right now i am facing same issue .

So request you to please look into the matter.

I have purchased iphone 6s imei no:[protected] sl. No. F17rr6z6gryd. On october 2016. Couple of days back ear pods stopped working left ear pod is not working. And i submitted the same to the service center (Conquer techonologies, ameer pet, hyderbad) and they are telling due to minor rubber cut near headset jack it will not cover under warranty. My iphone 6 (128gb) got hung with itunes errorwhen i was updating software. Approached aptronix service centre opposite to harley davidson show room in hyderabad, got an advice from them it's no longer work with this error the only way is to replace it with a new one by paying rao.23500 with 90 days warranty.. As i knew it's a software issue i went to a small oppo mobile shop near by and explained the same. He got it ready withers.1050.. With this i lost opinion on iphone service centres.. My apple 5 S I Phone gone defective. A small black developed on screen and it further increased. Also various colors are emerging on screen. I purchased the product on 7-July-2017 hence it is still under warranty. But when i approached to Sahibabad service center (Ghaziabad) and Preet Vihar Service Center (Delhi) they did not considered the warranty issue and they claimed unrighteous full amount for repairing although the cost of repair must be borne by Apple company itself as per policy. kindly do need full to get my phone repaired.

After 4 month my apple earphone won't work then i go to service centre but they argue with me such bad language and told we can't change ur earphone rather... They inform me such a fault that ur earphones upper ruber is torn so we can't accept.. The problem is internal fault of wires but they significant the ruber this is rediculous service from apple iphone

I had tried today many times to contact no - [protected] on apple care provider, the support time is 9 am to 9 pm. But no response from apple customer care today is the last day to extend my cellphone warranty please look into this issue issue regarding please resolve this issue and extend the warranty of my iphone 5s s/n dx3rp0vcfrc5.
