I had tried today many times to contact no - [protected] on apple care provider, the support time is 9 am to 9 pm. But no response from apple customer care today is the last day to extend my cellphone warranty please look into this issue issue regarding please resolve this issue and extend the warranty of my iphone 5s s/n dx3rp0vcfrc5.

I complaint about some charging issues with my iphone at the b2x service centre delhi (110034-pitampura).
They detected a fault in my'lightning cable' which was to be replaced.
Since it was out of stock, they promised it within a day or two it's been a week and they are just littering...

My apple earphone which is in warranty is not working when i reach to unicorn apple care people said that the outer cover is cur so it will not cover under warranty. The outet cover is an external part of earphone and if it will not cover under warranty then why it is not written on user manual, it's not a manufacturing defect still apple not replacing it. My phone is not supporting whatsapp, gmail... It's been only 6 months by purchasing this but this is not working properly from the very first day.. Everyday i need to reset my network settings as your executive suggests this to do. But who does that and what is the point in getting 45000 phone for doing this only. My iphone 6s mic is not working so i am going to maple store vashi. They told me your phone is replaced in under warranty. And give you loaner mobile but mistakenly loaner mobile was damage. And he said me paid for this mobile 25166/- amt other wise maple store not replaced my mobile. And he not damage mobile claim in insurance. And maple store executive daily call me and toucher to pay amt other wise he cant give me my mobile....

I got two iphones 1) iphone 6s 64 gb rose gold
2) iphone 6 64 gb space grey
Both the phones got dead in consecutive months with 1.5 years from the purchase date (Motherboard issue they say)
Now the apple authorised service centres is asking to replace the phones
Costing 25 thousand rupees each
What is the customer benefit if he is paying this much money, double the amount. This is not done

The above subject modal phone purchased on june/2016 through m/s. Poorviga mobiles, tuticorin branch, tamilnadu. The warranty period for the said mobile is up to 25/06/2017.

I am a news reporter i went to apple sevice center beacause just after upgrading to ios 10.3.1 as my touch wasnt working properly. I went to apple service center and asked me to pay 14000 rupees to resolve the issue.
This is day light robbery. Why apple is pushing such if they are irrelevant. They are now looting people in name o[censored]pdates. Even the apple service person was unable to locate the exact problem....
