Apple has a name in the world and by which you people sell your product with pride.

Just wanted to share a experience of mine when i went to get my phone checked at izenica (M-62 basement m block gk1 new delhi 110048) on 12/06/2017 at 12 30 pm.

I was with my son and had to go for a meeting after that and when we reached we were given a token with a number 12 and we stood there to wait for our turn and there were only two counter operating out of four and out of which one had a customer and other had a agent who had around 10 phones and for every phone the job order was being created so it was taking a lot of time.

We waited for at least 30 minutes and suddenly we see a customer who had a token number 14 was attended ahead o[censored]s and he had some minor problem which was rectified and we were still waiting.

We were seeing all this and when we raised our concerns that why one person with ten phone is being attented when others with one phone are waiting and why person with token number 14 was attended ahead o[censored]s as we had token number 12 on which we were spoken very badly by the counter staff and when we asked for the manger a lady came out and asscused us that we were telling lies that his staff has attended a customer ahead o[censored]s and regarding the agent who had come with atleast 10 phones the manager said that it is approved by her.

We then asked the counter executive to tell the truth that he attended the customer ahead o[censored]s and which he agred in front of the lady manger but still she did not had the coursity to say sorry to us for blaming us that we were telling lies and the agent seeing all this hided all the 10 phones which he had on the table on the other counter.

The lady who told us that she is the manager was very rude and was not ready to listen to us.

Then suddenly two more executive come from inside and then all the four counters had executives with 3 customers including us to attend .

At last we were attended but with a negative approch,

We asked them when will we get our phone as we were not receiving clearly the incoming voice and answer was again in a negative tone.

I am now worried that my phone is in safe hands as the lady manager informed us that we dont gurantee any thing and she had a negative attitude.

We left the phone and came back and in the evening we received a call from the service centre that they need my apple id as they had forgotten to disable it and it sounded a little strange to us but we had no option left as we were at there mercy.

The way izenica has treated us we will think before buying a apple product.

    I have brought product: iphone 6s
    Model: iphone 6s, nb30, 32gb, gold on 30 march 2017
    It was begin restarting after one week then camera result very poor compare to other phone.
    Second thing phone just felt down from bed and glass got broken. I thing this phone is refurbished or faulty.
    I went to service station for solution but they denied to take my complain and asked to repair screen glass costing 13000/-
    I tolled them to first check the quality. As usual they sticked with their terms and policy.

    Now i have complaint to consunetaffair and i am also going to consumer court if they not support.

    As they are supplyin poor quality product everybody must go to consumer court and i requesting same to everyone those who are facing problem.

      I have a macbook air, 2015 model, serial no. C1mrtpb8h3qd, purchased on 28.06.2016,
      The charging port of my macbook was loose so when i had kept my macbook on charge, the charging cable had slipped in the keyboard and on closing the screen of the macbook there was damage to the screen of the laptop appearing as vertical lines on the screen on switching on the macbook.
      When i reported this to the service centre, they called it an accidental damage to the screen and said it would not be covered under warrenty. Further i contacted the apple customer care, thet filed my complaint (Complaint no.[protected] but said they cannot help me with this problem.
      Hence i am writing to the apple company as i strongly believe that the damage caused to my macbook is clearly due to manufacturing defect, because of which i am having to take unnecessary hassles, and this should be covered under warrenty.

        With reference to above it is submited on 22/07/2016 wide invoice no-3536 i purchased apple 5s iphone model - a1530 imei -[protected] from prakash electronics indore (M. P). The said mobile is not charging since last one month. On contacting prakash electronics they advised to go to companies authorise service provider, i-f, 3 rd floor 306 gold star tower, y. N road, indore, on contacting above firm first of all they said that there is no rubber stamp on the bill so you get affix the same from the seller. After affixing seal when again visited there office premises it was informed that take the backup of mobile and contact us. After obtaning backup of mobile we again contacted to the said firm at this time they replied that it was fall down thus it is braked and hence it does not cover warranty. It was told to them that the mobile was fall down around 6 months back and thereafter it was properly working thus the problem does not arises from the falling of mobile but neither he is ready to hear nor he is ready to repair the same. You are therefore requested to look into the matter and if the problem of charging is due to falling of mobile i am prepare to pay the necessary repairing charges, but i am sure that the problem is not from falling of mobile because after falling it was properly working.

              I am a news reporter i went to apple sevice center beacause just after upgrading to ios 10.3.1 as my touch wasnt working properly. I went to apple service center and asked me to pay 14000 rupees to resolve the issue.
              This is day light robbery. Why apple is pushing such if they are irrelevant. They are now looting people in name o[censored]pdates. Even the apple service person was unable to locate the exact problem.

                I khushal Shah had purchased the apple I phone 6 (32gb) on 12th april 2017 from mumbai,
                After using a day i have checked the body of the handset was not proper, i immediate complaint to authorized service center and asking for the replacement bt they had dined and re fixed the body.
                Now i have facing jack issue in handset n they are supporting n asking me to repair again.
                Frustrated myself after bought the this handset.

                  My name is Jayprakash Karotia, badly cheated by apple service center & lost complete faith in so respected & ethical company like apple.

                  Chronology of incidences as follows:

                  1. I bought iphone 4s in Aug’15. It’s an out of warranty case now.

                  2. I had an under-warranty experience with apple, which was very satisfactory, transparent & professional in Indore. (You may check the records)

                  3. Since last few days, I was suffering with charging abilities of phone & back up of battery.

                  4. I showed this phone to your authorized service center PICATYPE systems, Pune.

                  5. I won’t name the person, I was told that battery was gone, to be replaced. But gentleman didn’t informed price. Only informed me that system is not supporting so I shall inform you over phone. It was ok from my side. I submitted phone there. They gave me receipt of handset on their form.

                  6. I received a call from same person after half n hr, telling me that this battery to be procured from market, warranted for one month only. Only cash is accepted against this transaction. Also, invoice shall not be given for this transaction.

                  7. This event made me think on genuinely of apple service station. I deliberately accepted this & asked to go ahead.

                  8. When I received a call to collect handset, I thought to capture this fraud transaction, hence I planned to record everything.

                  9. I was informed by same person that warranty is applicable now for 3 months??? And took that receipt which was given to me. So now I have no proof left. This meant no transaction happened with me. Money I paid in cash Rs. 1800 is in whose pocket, I don’t know? May be apple or may be dealer?

                  My questions:

                  1. Do you allow your dealers to promote non-genuine fraudulent deeds?

                  2. Do my phone have genuine battery or non-genuine??

                  3. Was this a right way to deal customers, keeping in dark???

                    I am using iPhone 6-128 gb, which had fall down and display was totally
                    damage so we went to iPhone authorised service provider and got our display change by paying about 13500 INR, after 1 month of it, my phone stopped connecting to any cellular network, we again take it to service provider, so they give me wrong information saying our warranty is still on in Malaysia, so I took my phone personally to Malaysia (as I usually travel) so was no problem to take phone... but we came to know in Malaysia that India service provider speak lie to us.
                    when I come back to India I again went to them and said I am ready to pay please replace it... so they check everything and said I had got my phone opened with some cheap shop outside.. I said this phone was open only in there department so may be they did something wrong but bluntly blame me and said cannot replace... I explain them that this same phone once I have replace by paying 24000 INR then again repair with them for 13500 INR, do you think for this issue I would open or repair phone outside... but they are not ready to accept it.
                    so only hope is with you as company can help your buyer.. else this iPhone 6 I can send it back to you and don't need anything as its now a toy..

                    The phone iPhone 6s gets heated up very much and iam not able to use it also the charger gets heated up even after visiting the service Center I need replacement of this product

                    I had downloaded one app and as soon as I got to know that it's fake as it was charging 9800₹ I unsubscribed that app and uninstalled it but at the end of the month as my credit card info was already mapped in iTunes due to that 9800₹ got deducted without even knowing me.

                      After multiple followup with Apple Global Leadership Team and Apple India Leadership Team (apologies for writing to Mr.Sanjay's personal ID, I was forced to pay Rs.29374 + Rs.1000 service fee and voluntarily paid Rs.2999 towards icare assure for a replacement phone due to defective component (apply product quality issue). When i checked whether it will be a refurbished phone and how do i know it is a new phone, I was very clearly told that the phone will be unpacked in my presence.(at the time of handover of my old phone for replacement)
                      To my surprise when i went to pick up the new replacement phone, a phone was handedover as if my old phone is returned and the service technician Mr Akshay Singh of Ample icare _ apple authorised service centre (Gopalan Signature Mall) said that they are not supposed to open the pack in my presence while I was clearly told that the pack will be opened in my presence. When i asked contact details of ample icare Leadership Team contact, I was also told by Mr Pradeep that they cannot give ample senior management contact probably fearing that their inside activity if any will be disclosed to the management.
                      I feel Ample icare is fooling customers by opening the phone privately and not sure what all has been changed from the new phone as the warranty is only for 3 months.
                      I request you to look into this insider activity and request justice. I am also escalating this to Apple Global Leadership Team and India Leadership Team - Mr. Sanjay. I will also write to ample icare Senior Management Team once i get the contact information and till such time I am not picking up the phone.
                      I now understand that apple globally and in India in particular are least bothered about customer satisfaction and service but I am just sending the mail as a matter of routine.

                        Still facing same issue unable to download from App Store always asks for card details I was informed that the issue will be improved but still no response at all I never expected this kind of service from a premier brand like apple I want this to be sorted asap else you'll be loosing customers that's a promise I am also from customer service so don't think if fooling me at all ok

                            These guys are proven internet frauds from U.P, Rajasthan & Gujarat.

                            All these guys are offering fake apple services, some one says they are apple staff showing expired and lost/stolen apple employee ID cards. Many asks to pay just few thousand rupees for unlock services, while the real services costs more, many customers get trapped with these guys .They shows fake ID cards and appears on different names in whatsApp.

                            These all are frauds mobile numbers

                              With subject to the above, I am bought your product I-Phone 6 since August-16 and I am one of the satisfactory customer for your product since long time, sir unfortunately my phone is not working and I already lodge online service request for this (Ref. no.: SMP1269430 from iCare), after I received confirmation against service I have reached your service station located at Panjim, Goa State and they are refuse / deny to attempt the service my phone, after that they are demanding Rs.26000/- for repair/replace the same. Also my phone is in under warranty.
                              This type of service provided by your service center is reduce your prestige and demoralize the existing customer. Therefore, I am requested to please look into this matter and solve this issue on urgent basis.

                              You are once again kind requested to please solve my problem ASAP.

                                I was facing battery issue with my iPhone from Nov 2016.
                                I visited the apple support center at 29th Dec to resolve the issue.
                                They asked me that, it would be resolved by updating the software which they did most of the times.
                                I also request them that, it wouldn't be resolved by just updating but they didn't agree to that and they just update it and give it back to me by saying that issue resolved. At that time my iPhone was in warranty period and I happily come back to home because apple was everything for me. I used for some days and then problem extends to restarting of iPhone hundred times in a day.

                                I again went to apple store to fix it. Again they tried to update my iPhone software but during that time due to hardware failure, my phone gets stuck off.

                                I talk to customer care so many times and request them to resolve it because I was facing all this issue when my iPhone was under warranty but no one takes matters seriously.

                                I'm a huge fan of apple brand. I always start promoting about my iPhone but after the service, i have to think much about that.
                                I think we all expect a premium product, which we pay a premium price for to work for longer

                                  I bought a Macbook Pro 2016 13-inch w/o touchbar on 1st December from Imagine store reseller. My serial id - C02SP4PPGVC1.

                                  2 months ago I discovered a rattling sound produced when shaking the device sideways. I took it to the reseller and they suggested to visit an Apple authorised service centre ( Systematix Media, 12 Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Kolkata- 700071).

                                  Went to the service centre on 4/5/2017 and they took it for servicing. After 2 weeks they informed that the whole display panel was changed and the issue is resolved. Collected the device from them on 18/4/17, came back home and discovered new issues.

                                  1. A thin but visible scratch in bottommost aluminium plate.
                                  2. The keys 'D', 'K' were not registering evenly. It seemed like they lost sensitivity and had to be pressed at a specific location on the keys.
                                  3. The key ( " ) was stuck and won't get pressed.
                                  4. A small scratch on display panel ( which was a new panel provided by them).

                                  Took the pain of visiting the service centre once more ( far awar from my place). They said they won't take it as for then and asked me to visit 1 month later again.

                                  Went after 1 month on 9/5/17 and I was fortunate enough to have them accept it. Initially I asked them for a complete replacement because the unit was faulty. I knew for the fact, Apple in other countries ( like U.S) replaces macbook pros. But to my surprise they argued that macbooks don't get replaced by Apple. Only iPhones to. I resisted furthur discussion and asked them to do about it.

                                  Collected the device on 20/5/17. The whole topcane ( keyboard, touchpad and aluminium frame) was replaced. Came back home and discovered.

                                  1. A long 2 lines of parallel scratches which are very visible on display panel. Tried to remove it with a small spectacle cloth but it was really a permanent scratch. Also several small scratch dots on the panel which were permanent as well.
                                  2. The bottommost aluminium plate ( which initially already had scratch) is a bit creaky when pressed. It seems like the plate is forcefully fit into the frame.

                                  The above issues were never present before walking inside the service centre. The product I received from apple store when I bought it was of very high quality. I never expected a company like Apple entertaining this kind of poor service. I demand by display panel completely fixed or if possible replace the whole device.

Only informed me that system is not supporting so I shall inform you over phone. It was ok from my side. I submitted phone there. They gave me receipt of handset on their form.

                                  6. I received a call from same person after half n hr, telling me that this battery to be procured from market, warranted for one month only. Only cash is accepted against this transaction. Also, invoice shall not be given for this transaction.

                                  7. This event made me think on genuinely of apple service station. I deliberately accepted this & asked to go ahead.

                                  8. When I received a call to collect handset, I thought to capture this fraud transaction, hence I planned to record everything.

                                  9. I was informed by same person that warranty is applicable now for 3 months??? And took that receipt which was given to me. So now I have no proof left. This meant no transaction happened with me. Money I paid in cash Rs. 1800 is in whose pocket, I don’t know? May be apple or may be dealer?

                                  My questions:

                                  1. Do you allow your dealers to promote non-genuine fraudulent deeds?

                                  2. Do my phone have genuine battery or non-genuine??

                                  3. Was this a right way to deal customers, keeping in dark???

                                  4. Was this a professional way to deal customers????

                                  My name is Jayprakash Karotia, badly cheated by apple service center & lost complete faith in so respected & ethical company like apple.

                                  Chronology of incidences as follows:

                                  1. I bought iphone 4s in Aug’15. It’s an out of warranty case now.

                                    On 18th may 2017, while i was shutting down the laptop, the screen wasn't being displayed properly and it was fluctuating again and again.
                                    Purchase a Macbook Pro Early 2011. Overnight the battery exploded inside the case so violently that both sides of the cover were completely ripped open. Contact with Apple and was told of no options from them to support the item. Simply put out of warranty. Legally they are correct. I am correct also as a paying customer should be supported when spending for a product. A product should not be expected to blow up without some type of warranty or replacement. From a safety standpoint, had this unit blew up in my face, the Apple company would be facing more than just a terrible review. After spending over 14 thousand dollars on apple products, Finished with Apple. They do not care about your business or your safety. They care more about their bottom line.

                                      My iphone 6 was replace with fees last year june-2016, and it was working good then my display was broken and we repaired from apple authorise service station in feb-2017 after one month of that suddenly our phone was not able to join any network and it keep on showing status "searching". Which we showed to service station looking to that staff inform us as this phone is purchase in malaysia so warranty is still valid and we can go and change there.. But after we check properly we found warranty was long time back expired. So we decide to replace our iphone 6 by paying fees, but today when we request for replacement they are saying that we got open this phone somewhere outside. So we cannot replace it. I explain them that we have never ever given phone to anybody or nor we had tried to get repair from out side.. But they were very rude in talking especially there manager (Mrs priyanka gangully) who did not showed courtesy to come up and talk just inform her junior to say that cannot replace.
                                      We argued that as phone was open in there service station only for replacement of display so may be they damage it.. But they speak confidently that they are not allowed to damage... So how to believe who is right.
                                      We want solution for this matter, we are ready to pay replacement fee and replace phone... One thing they have to think that already we have replaced phone for rs 24800 once then replace display for rs 13500... After spending so much money will i go out side for cheap repair.. Sometime they have to see buyer back ground and then reply just cannot ignore and talk harsh way.

                                      We are being called apple family as full family have all apple devices.. And finally today face such thing make really upset and rethink to use apple devices.

                                      We would appreciate to received favorable reply with solution.

                                        Hi

                                        Y'day(16th May) I got the latest apple update for my phone. Waited happily for the latest update without thinking I updated my phone and post update I see many weird things happening with my phone. The touch ID stopped working and the phone went hanging a bit than usual. I filed a service complaint in apple and took my phone to Ample iCare, HSR Layout, Bangalore. There I hear a new part of the story stating my Hardware is having a problem and that its not a software issue. There was no hardware issue till that and only after the software Update everything got messed up.
                                        Faulty I phone given by currents, Elante mall store Chandigarh. One month ago, screen flickering, not ready to resolve . Pathetic service.went to store after purchasing for replacement by no action. Surprised by such services given by big brand like apple . I phone 6, 32 GB.
