I purchased the iphone 6 (32gb) variant on 1st april and the touchscreen went unresponsive on 8th of the same month.
Is this correct??
As this was my first iphone i was so much happy and wished to buy a macbook air but i would have to think once again.
Today on 10th i went to the authorised service centre and they said it would take around a week to know if my phone would be replaced or be repaired.
If iphone needs a repair within 10 days of purchase and not replaced i m very sorry but this doesn't keep a good impression on the consumer part too.
the other thing is when i walked in the service centre i saw many other cases(approx 5 to 6) who had iphone 6 and had different sort of problems.
If the model is so problematic or if there may be a lott which would have some problems you guys really need to check.
Ps. never gonna buy apple products; China products are more trustworthy

The iphone 6 that was working perfectly fine till 4th April 2017 night has shut down on its own and not able to switch on from 5th April 2017. This has happened without any symptoms of any issue and just after 58 days of completing 1 year warranty period. The troubleshoot was commenced by contacting Apple support center, who tried to repair it from remote using steps involved in software issue repairs. Following the failed attempt, I was asked to visit iPlanet store, who carried out some checks which I don't have visibility of, and confirmed that it is a motherboard issue and that the only option is to purchase another unit, which will be available to me at INR 28, 000. My purchase of iPhone 6 had costed me INR 42, 000 and it did not serve me beyond 1 year 58 days and I am further asked to pay INR 28, 000 on a new unit. This is not acceptable to me as I am confident that such issues cannot arise on normal usage phones unless any major manufacturing defect waiting to come to surface. I demand that I be given a new iphone 6 free of cost as a replacement ASAP

I purchased this iphone (5s spacegray 16 GB) in July 2016 through online (infibeam). One fine day My iphone gone blank and become scramble display like in the photo attached.That was a terrible day since I was sitting in a business meeting and my iphone left me in distress. Reported this issue immediately to an apple store in Madurai (planet mini)& Chennai (icare). Both of them told this problem is not covered in warranty. Further they denied to give any assessment report/ cause for the problem I face. There is no external visible damage. Total display need to be changed which costs almost new iphone 5s. This is my first iphone. I had great expectations from APPLE, sorry I am disappointed.

My iphone 5s got suddenly charge problem and i thought it was change cable problem. With other charge cable also i got the issue. I was not so sure about the problem.
I went to the below mentioned service center in chennai and asked for service. They fisrt checked the device and told me it costs around 2k inr and i agreed.
3 days later i called them and asked for delivery but they said they are still analyzing. After a week they called me and said its ready. I went there to collect but they have change their cost of service and asked me to pay 5k inr. I even didnt ask anything and paid by keeping a positive hope on them.

It was working fine for a week and suddenly got switched off. I again went to that service center and asked for the reason. He told me that i have used the old cable so that is why again the battery spoiled. After one day again i went there and he said mother board got crashed and you lost the complete data.

I didnt get any service till now and its almost 20 days. Please help me to get a resolution and stop encouraging such types of service centers.

‪Complaining about my iPhone 6s Plus, which I buy approx last September 2016 and his body is damage or whole body is band right now, when I ask to service centre in jaipur, they told me body band is not cover in warranty. I want to know this is manufacturing defect than why it is not replaced. I request you to help for the same with satisfaction solution. Otherwise I have no choice for getting help consumer court.

From day i bought my i phone 6 s 13 feb 2016 i was faacing problem in my phone screen waz getting freez camera quilty 3class i was not able to slide my slider to receive my call i submitted myphone 3 time but they only update the software and say every thg is fine on 11 feb 2107 i extented my warrnt and gave my phone again for repair to the same service center b2x they kept my phone for 1 week and they said disply is replce and prob is solve but it is not i have a video that my cell phone get hand frequently.

On 23rd march my sister purchased an iphone 5s from a dealer in shillong called bhajanlal electronics, police bazar. She asked the staff to gift wrap it. It was intended as a birthday present to me.

I am currently living in munich and was in shillong only for the week. The night before i left shillong i opened the packet only to discover in shock that they had sold her a "demo or a dummy phone". Needless to say we were horrified that they had taken cash upfront and sold us the product knowingly and deliberately. The packet explicitly says "not for resale" "demo phone".

The next day i went into the store. I have never seen such arrogance. Instead of apologizing the owner went into a harangue about how "apple has authorized him to sell dummy phones" and that he has sold many in the past. How many customers he has duped in the past by following such unfair and dishonest trade practices i do not know and will not speculate.

What if i had opened the present in munich?

It is such a sad and disgraceful practice from one of shillong's prominent electronics store. I suggest you should take the matter up with him. Such businesses should not be allowed to cheat people so matter-of-factly; undertaken as if it were his right to do so. He was adamant that apple had authorized him to sell these phones.

As for me i will never ever buy or recommend the store to anyone i know.

I had purchased a black, 128 GB iPhone 7 (IMEI-[protected])from E-Zone, shop no.B10, South City Mall, Kolkata 700068 vide Receipt no.0024510 dated 06.11.2016 for the amount of Rs. 70, 000.00 (thru SBI Credit card). Furthermore, instantly I insured the phone with AmTrust Mobile Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. vide Master Policy No.[protected].
On March, 2017, after accidentally spilled with water, the phone stopped functioning. Thereafter, as the phone was under warranty & also covered by insurance I went to Apple authorised Service provider "Systematix media" located at 12, Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Kolkata 700071 for repair. After examining the phone "inside" (away from the view of Customer), the dealing personnel came out and said that the service is declined due to unauthorised service (modification).
Now, I am aghast with the turn of events & totally confused as to how a new product which is under warranty & insured had undergone "unauthorised service/modification.
Please help in this matter.

I purchased an IP-6 in Aug 2015, paying a fortune. Now barely 18 months after the phone has gone pfut! The icare shop is offering a replacement of the phone under exchange scheme for Rs.27000/-! This is something unheard of and I am sure the device had manufacturing defect which was not detected during your quality checks.Absolutely customer unfriendly and the Company has the cheek to offer replacement of a phone quoting a price much above the prevailing market rates!!! I demand that the device should be replaced absolutely free of cost to me. I have been using Iphone since 2010 and many of my friend are using it, including my wife. They have not faced any issue over the years. This is quite unique!!!
I reserve the right to legal recourse, incase your response remains not satisfactory for me.

Apple india cheats their customers, i had problem in my iphone speaker and given in authorized servicing center, phone was still under warranty and surprisingly, they charged 25000 to resolve minor speaker issue.

They said, there was scratch in camera lens so they could not repair speaker issue.
I never complained about camera and it was working fine.

Spent several hours in talking to different customer care executives and no resolution . Now, my phone is of no use, it is still hanging with service center.

Apple india service is extremely fraudulent.

The back camera of my phone is not working . I have visited the apple customer service in Jaipur at WTP but no action has been taken. They are saying that they will place the order for the parts of the camera only when they will get an advance payment of Rs 4000. After 1 hour of hot discussion they are asking for a sum of Rs 15000.
This kind of inconvience was not at all expected from such a renowned BRAND "APPLE".

We bought an Apple iPhone 5s 8 months ago. 5 months after purchase it started giving software issues and we endured sleepless nights. We visited iCare multiple no of times. Finally now my phone is RIP. Apple is asking us to pay 24k to replace the phone while i had bought the phone for 21k 8 months back. Current market rate of the phone is ~15k. iCare was unable to repair the phone - they are pointing to a small dent on the top of the phone and saying they cannot do anything about the phone. The phone is dead now

I bought an I phone 5s 16 GB on 9 march 2017 ( just 15 days back) from IZenica Indirapuram, U.P.

I am facing an issue with this handset of "Unexpected Shutdown". I already visited the nearby service center & they suggested me to submit the phone.

I don't understand, how it is possible with a brand new phone.

I don't need a defective or repaired piece. I need a replacement of this handset. Request you to look into this.

I am using one iphone 5S handset. The phone is getting hanged frequently & battery is getting drained out very fast.

Since i am staying in very remote place & the nearest service center is at Bhubaneswar in Orissa state in India at 150 Km away from my place, i am unable to take my handset to the service center. The service center is operating on weekdays only & to get the phone repaired i don't want to take leave & travel.
Kindly advise, how to get the phone replaced/repaired urgently.

I B.Venkatareddy purchased SE during the month of june 1916 i was in USA july to NOVEMBER 2016 there it is working very well when i returned to India in the month of December 6th 2016, then the problem started, during my phone conversation other person not able to here my voice clearly ( low voice or no voice) i given to my local apple authorised dealer M\S Conquer Electronics in
Vijayawada with job no BZA [protected] . After fifteen days they gave be back but problem remains exactly the same other person conversing with me not able to here my voice .pl solve my problem as soon as possible.

Hi Am Jagpreet Singh, I bought I phone 7, 128 GB JET-BLACK from Flipkart.com on 10 Dec 2016. I lost it on 23 Dec and IMEI No was [protected].. I had FIR on same day.The copy is attached below. I went to Apple service centre in Chandigarh @ sector 34 D. And I surprised to hear that my I phone was replaced by the person who stole it and they said new IMEI num is [protected] and the order was 4956827. However they are not telling me the name of the person who exchanged it. They said they can't disclose it. But my question is that how come somebody exchange phone with you without showing Bill and some IDs which only I have coz it was issued on my name only. And you know RS.70000 is not a small amount and Apple is not a small name. I never expected that kind of pathetic service from Apple. I need your help else I will take this matter with media if you will not help.

Hi, i have iphone 6 64 GB in golden color, my iphone suffering from battery issue from last 6 months and it's not working proper, even i had also submitted 3 times to the service centre but they returned me the same with same wordings that your iphone battery is ok. The microphone of the Mobile Device is not working. Even after having getting the device diagnosed at the authorized Service Centers multiple times, the problem is still persisting. I have even contacted the Apple India's Customer Care several times. That did not help either. This is really harassing. This kind of a performance is not expected from a brand like Apple. I require a fix immediately.

Purchased i phone se in oct 16.touchscreen stopped working. official workshop inspire at nagpur demanding rs 21000/- eventhough product under warrenty, while your site mentions charges rs 2400/-for sunscreen damage under warrenty .this is cheating.they are claming water damage which is noway possible.what is the meani g of warrenty then.Their official website claims the meagar charges under warrenty for even water damage as claimed by the service provider.conpany must look into the matter as service provider has refused to accept the phone without advance payment for water damage.this is shear cheating either by company or the service provider . Hi, my name is Shravani. My fiance was gifted with an iphone 6 which was purchased in australia recently. During his stay in India the phone unfortunately fell down and the screen was broken a little bit. Except for the crack on the screen the entire phone was in a perfect condition. He wanted to get it repaired so we submitted it in the nearest Aptronix service center and paid an amount of 12150/- . After a week or so I got a call from aptronix saying the phone was rejected and can't be repaired as there was another problem within the phone and it can be fixed if we pay 23000. The phone itself was bought at that rate and so we decided not to have that service and asked to return the phone back but then they said rupess 2000/- will be charged as our phone was rejected. I just don't understand one thing. We obviously don't know if there is any internal damage to the phone as one can only see external appearance of it. The internal damages has to be identified by the experts working for you and let us know regarding it. So, how can you charge us rupees 2000/- as we didn't knew what was the problem with the phone. Moreover, that guy tells the phone isn't detecting network when a sim card is inserted. The phone was in a perfect condition when while handing over to them. The sim slot was working absolutely fine as we made many calls even after the damage of the screen. Finally, as my fiance had to leave to germany on 13th of march we decided not to have any further service and asked the concerned person to return our phone and we were ready to bare the charge of 2000/- but we didn't get our phone back. I was after that person for 3-4 days. Everyday he kept saying that he didn't receive the phone yet. On 11th of march (saturday) I called him for the phone and he told be it will be reaching on sunday. When I asked him if the service center will be open on sunday he clearly said yes and that too till evening. Finally, when I tried contacting him on sunday through he didn't pick the call and that's when I got to know that the service centre is closed on Sundays. When I tried calling the number which he provided me on the job sheet some other person took my call and was talking very rudely.
At last, my fiance was left with no option and so I had to give him my phone (iphone 6s) with which he left to germany.
This is totally not the way you deal with the customers. Don't tell me aprtonix and apple is different organisations. Aptronix is authorized by apple.
I still didn't receive the phone even today.
In fact, even my phone (iphone 6s) doesn't work well. It has speaker issues for which your executive had suggested me to restore the whole software through itunes. When I have taken my phone to the service centre why can't the do it and ask me to get it done by my self?
