I bought my iPhone 5s in July 2016 from flipkart under 2 year warranty. One week back I removed my phone from charging but it wasn't switching on, later on after 5-6 mins it started working but the touch wasn't working then later on it started working on its own. This continued for 4-5 days .Next thing I see is there is a black spot on my screen and green patches on my screen. Took my phone to the maple showroom and they said that, "Mam sometimes when we keep the cellphones in our pocket something goes wrong internally and this is expected, we don't cover such problems in our policy. Please pay 16000(inr) for repairs or for a replacement pay 22000(inr)." This is pathetic .The services as well as the quality of apple are extremely poor and incompetent. I really need a solution for this because there is no way I am paying so much money for a mistake which I didn't do.

    My phone is faulty with multi touch issues and my phone is under warranty.
    I have visited IPlanet in Inorbit Mall, Whitefield, India to get the fault checked.
    Store manager told me that phone had dents which is not covered in under warranty. I have challenged it saying that its wear & tear scratches not dents.
    When I challenged, they took the phone and pics of scratches on my phone and informed me that they will get back to me.
    Alternatively, i also uploaded my phone pictures on apple servi ce website as asked by the customer care representative. It has been 20 days since then that they have not responded to the pictures that i have uploaded. I did not get any job sheet as well.
    Customer Service person Kalpana Triwari called me to informed me same what store manager had mentioned that it is not covered under warranty. This is lame excuse to deny the service to make wear and tear scratches to make it as dent to void my warranty.When i challenged that its not dent, Kalpana said she will check with technical team and show me pics. It has been 20 days since my complaint and i'm without phone with no response from apple.
    When i called customer service to follow up.I get to hear the same story again. This is very bad customer service which is not expected from brand Apple.
    I'm writing with extreme disappointment that customer from apple are treated and Iplanet is making all kinds of excuses to deny the service and warranty. My phone never had a fall and if its genuine dent on the phone, i would have never made to apple but they claiming scratches as dent is blatant lie. My screen in intact and no physical damage. Apple warranty policy only mentioned about physical damage not wear&tear scratches.Iplanet is trying to make excuses by saying scratches as dent only to deny the service.I request you to please look into my complaint seriously and resolve the matter.
    I have iphone 7 my phone not on n when I go Service centre he say u have repair a phone5from outside I m first user I never repair a phone n he say sone one screen wire cut n my phone in under warrant why we go outside . I don't satisfy with Service centre but ur costume Care it's very good . It's my last iphone I never use iphone

      But iPhone 7 on 24 march 2017, but yet not used much . Till now it was in service centre "F1 in Nehru Place New Delhi " for 10 days
      First submitted on 26/03/17 they replaced some part and returned it on 01/4/17. Again same problem faced and submit it on 10/04/17 Got it back today afternoon but still problem is same

        I bought a new i phone 7, Three months back and the camera is not working properly ( blur and unable to focus ) .. phone gets hanged frequently and there is a voice problem too .. the moment i connect the charger and remove it, the conversation gets interrupted and then i have to switch it offf . I need the solution for this .. spending 60, 000 on this phone is worthless. I need this phone to be replaced as its urgent .

        My IPhone 5S occured a problem in warranty. The display was not working but apple company do not honoured the warranty and denied to repair the phone by providing silly excuses and asking me to pay for the repair. Such a big international company and cannot met customer service satisfaction and not completing the committments.

          I submitted the phone in iCare Elements mall. They said the problem is solved and there is no error with the hardware. I went the next day to pick the phone. I diagnosed the phone myself and found the camera to be faulty. It is after that the Apple support said they will repair the phone but I had informed them I do not need repairs on phone rather replacement. But even after informing about the same they are carrying out the repair. Which I do not trust them to be fine at.

            Dear apple team,

            I have purchased a new iphone 6 32 gb space grey from a croma store (Infiniti retail ltd) on april 09, 2017 at late 21:43 hour. I was very excited that i am purchasing a new iphone and the same i have to gift to my wife on her birthday. I bought it and went home generated the apple id of mine. Suddenly i found that the phone got hanged for 3 to 4 seconds. I thought that i might have pressed some wrong option on the screen i did'nt took this seriously. On the very second day i started downloading the various apps like hotstar, instagram, youtube etc. And i have handed the phone to my wife to use it. She was very excited that she got a gift. She was using whatsapp and she noticed that whatsapp window got hanged for some time for 5 to 6 minutes. Also when she was using youtube, instagram the phone got hanged. She complaint me that the phone is hanging. I told it is iphone how it hangs. I told give it to me i will use it for a day or two. Even when i was using the xender i found that phone got restarted 2 times. I took the phone to the sales person of the apple with whom i have purchased the phone. I raised the complaint to him that the phone is hanging. He operated and he restarted the phone by pressing 2 buttons. And told it just need to restart once. I felt like okay. On the very fourth day i found that the problem is not solved. Once again i took the phone to the sales person. He operated the phone and in his hand only the phone got hanged and restarted 2 times. Then he guided me to go to customer service desk of reseller (Croma). I went there, they told me to go to the service centre. I went to the service centre. They diagnose the phone and told that there is no such problem in the phone. I keep on insisting them that i am facing such problem. They told that we have not found any issues in your phone. They told me to take all my data from the phone. I have done the same. Then they told me to keep the phone to the service station for 2 days. Mean while i had word with apple care guys on the toll free number. They also suggested that do provide the phone to these service centre guys and told me that they are well trained engineers. I told that i need replacement as it is only 3 days of purchase and i facing so many issues. They told they need to check with the service centre guys and the decision will depend on them. I handed the phone to service centre people. The opened the phone of mine in front of me. I told that now i don't want this phone at all as you have opened it. I wnat the replacement. I even got a call from the apple care, name of the guy was "shiva" i explained him every thing as he told that he is handling my case. He told me that he will investigate with the service centre engineer and he will let me know. I also went to the reseller, they told that replacement warranty is only of 48 hours so they cant replace the phone of mine. I felt very disappointed with this. They are saying to collect the same phone which is opened from the service centre as they didn't found any problem

            Kindly request you to suggest me what to do in this case. I felt that it was my mistake to purchase such big brand...

            I had taken apple 6 s redeeming my online points warranty is 1 year which is there till 2017 end but since I Hv warranty details online no shop gallery is helping as we don't get bill for online shop. Request you to kindly help regards [protected]

              I bought an iphone 6 in the month of october 2016 (imei number[protected]. unfortunately i started experiencing extreme heating issue on january 2017. i took my phone to the nearest service center (imagine by systematix media, kolkata, west bengal, ph[protected]. they checked but could not find any issue. they just restored my phone and gave it back to me. it worked for 2 months and now i am facing the issue again. this time i raised a concern in the apple website itself (case id:[protected] but nobody responded to my call. this is very annoying from the part of the esteemed company. i am sure that if i visit the service center, they will again restore it and give it back. the phone will again behave in a similar manner (i. e. work properly for few months). as per the apple customer service rule, if any user experiences such issue within the warranty period, the company is supposed to replace the product again. i asked the service center to do the same in case of me too. but they have denied saying that for that they need to keep the phone with them for 10 days. i have bought this phone (produced by the most esteemed company of the world) not to visit the service store time and again.

                My iphone 6s plus came with display issue and i submitted it to service centre on 23rd march 2017, i got it back on 3rd april and i had to submit it back to service centre on 4th april 2017 as it came with another issue of camera which wasnt initially present at first place, issue came when iphone cameback from service centre.now after giving it back on 4th of april I recieved it on 12th of april and had to submit it back on same day because issue was not resolved. Now i just want that they should take matter seriously and help me out as after spending 54, 000 rupees this is what i am getting in service.

                  Even the world’s most admired company, apple, lies. Sad but true!

                  My iphone 6s plus suddenly stopped functioning on date: 23.03.17 and thus i approached conquer technologies (Located at ameerpet, hyderabad) on date: 24.03.17, an authorized service center of apple.

                  Conquer technologies technician checked the phone and informed that there was liquid damage to the phone that could not be repaired. The technician proposed to pay appx rs. 26000/- and purchase a new iphone 6s plus. There is no instance of my act that could have resulted in external liquid damage to the phone. Then i contacted apple customer care and brought to their notice my grievance.

                  The apple customer care rep wanted photos of the phone. So the technician of conquer technologies took photos of the phone and sent them to apple for assessment.

                  It is 12th april 2017 now and there is not confirmation from apple yet on the status of my phone replacement. I have received calls from apple care and have been told each time that they would revert with the status and final confirmation later that day or the next day which has never happened. The promises of next day confirmations from apple care have fallen flat at all times till date. I have been experiencing this for over a week now and thus feel blatantly cheated by apple. The daily hollow promises of letting me know the decision status the next day without any actual outcome is an act of deceit a company like apple could have done without.

                  From the facts presented above, it appears that apple has innovated mastering the art of procrastination as well, this apart from being claimed to be the world’s most admired and innovative company. Apple, please stop lying and start hearing to and addressing your customers’ grievance. Until you do so no amount of hogging india’s skylines with larger than life billboards will help you save the sliding sales of your invention, the iphone. No amount of color introduction will add color to your sales if your support and service is so screwed up!

                    Hi,

                    I had purchased an Iphone 6, 16GB ( IMEI: [protected] ) one and half year ago at the cost of 45k. I was facing a battery related issues with the phone. The apple service center after inspection initially said that the phone had an internal hardware problem and now since it is not in warranty, they are asking me to pay 23k more for phone replacement.

                    So they are ready to accept the internal problem is I am ready to pay.
                    Later they sent me a report saying that there is no internal problem.

                    Without any damage, is it not wrong on their part to expect me to pay 23K more for a phone replacement?

                    Also, they are not able to provide me with a backup phone (they are asking for 15k deposit also).

                    With in one and half year we should invest 68k for iphone 6, 16GB ??? .

                    In the diagnosis report it says - a problem with the battery and hardware, they are hiding the results saying that the phone is setup as a new phone it is working well . Without restoring the backup how will I work?
                    Can you please tell me if you have any option to restore the backup individually ??? .

                    The customer care support team(online) also did the diagnosis process and advised to visit the nearest service center, but the service center people are behaving like this ONLY because the phone is not under warranty.

                    Please suggest the next step since the problem is still unsolved.

                      I have bought the Macbook in 2015. I depended on it a lot for my work on softwares.

                      It was running fine until 3 days back, while going to bed I put the lid down (like every night I do). The following morning, when I opened it to work, it was dead. The power buttons didn't respond. The charger showed amber light yet still it remained ice cold.

                      I took it to Macintel Solutions, an Apple authorised service center. They diagnosed the device and told me that the motherboard is done for, and I will have to pay approx Rs 41, 000 for the replacement of the same.

                      I can't believe this. People buy Apple products for the durability and longevity. We pay twice the amount of an equivalent Windows laptop, just for a premium Apple product. And this is what we get? Out of the blue it just stopped working!

                      Apple Care warranty costs a lot too. Is this how they expand their business? I have a couple of cheap Windows laptops, running for 5+ years without a single problem.

                      Please look into the matter.

                        I purchased the iphone 6 (32gb) variant on 1st april and the touchscreen went unresponsive on 8th of the same month.
                        Is this correct??
                        As this was my first iphone i was so much happy and wished to buy a macbook air but i would have to think once again.
                        Today on 10th i went to the authorised service centre and they said it would take around a week to know if my phone would be replaced or be repaired.
                        If iphone needs a repair within 10 days of purchase and not replaced i m very sorry but this doesn't keep a good impression on the consumer part too.
                        the other thing is when i walked in the service centre i saw many other cases(approx 5 to 6) who had iphone 6 and had different sort of problems.
                        If the model is so problematic or if there may be a lott which would have some problems you guys really need to check.
                        Ps. never gonna buy apple products; China products are more trustworthy

                          The iphone 6 that was working perfectly fine till 4th April 2017 night has shut down on its own and not able to switch on from 5th April 2017. This has happened without any symptoms of any issue and just after 58 days of completing 1 year warranty period. The troubleshoot was commenced by contacting Apple support center, who tried to repair it from remote using steps involved in software issue repairs. Following the failed attempt, I was asked to visit iPlanet store, who carried out some checks which I don't have visibility of, and confirmed that it is a motherboard issue and that the only option is to purchase another unit, which will be available to me at INR 28, 000. My purchase of iPhone 6 had costed me INR 42, 000 and it did not serve me beyond 1 year 58 days and I am further asked to pay INR 28, 000 on a new unit. This is not acceptable to me as I am confident that such issues cannot arise on normal usage phones unless any major manufacturing defect waiting to come to surface. I demand that I be given a new iphone 6 free of cost as a replacement ASAP

                            I purchased this iphone (5s spacegray 16 GB) in July 2016 through online (infibeam). One fine day My iphone gone blank and become scramble display like in the photo attached.That was a terrible day since I was sitting in a business meeting and my iphone left me in distress. Reported this issue immediately to an apple store in Madurai (planet mini)& Chennai (icare). Both of them told this problem is not covered in warranty. Further they denied to give any assessment report/ cause for the problem I face. There is no external visible damage. Total display need to be changed which costs almost new iphone 5s. This is my first iphone. I had great expectations from APPLE, sorry I am disappointed.

                              My iphone 5s got suddenly charge problem and i thought it was change cable problem. With other charge cable also i got the issue. I was not so sure about the problem.
                              I went to the below mentioned service center in chennai and asked for service. They fisrt checked the device and told me it costs around 2k inr and i agreed.
                              3 days later i called them and asked for delivery but they said they are still analyzing. After a week they called me and said its ready. I went there to collect but they have change their cost of service and asked me to pay 5k inr. I even didnt ask anything and paid by keeping a positive hope on them.

                              It was working fine for a week and suddenly got switched off. I again went to that service center and asked for the reason. He told me that i have used the old cable so that is why again the battery spoiled. After one day again i went there and he said mother board got crashed and you lost the complete data.

                              I didnt get any service till now and its almost 20 days. Please help me to get a resolution and stop encouraging such types of service centers.

                                ‪Complaining about my iPhone 6s Plus, which I buy approx last September 2016 and his body is damage or whole body is band right now, when I ask to service centre in jaipur, they told me body band is not cover in warranty. I want to know this is manufacturing defect than why it is not replaced. I request you to help for the same with satisfaction solution. Otherwise I have no choice for getting help consumer court.

                                  From day i bought my i phone 6 s 13 feb 2016 i was faacing problem in my phone screen waz getting freez camera quilty 3class i was not able to slide my slider to receive my call i submitted myphone 3 time but they only update the software and say every thg is fine on 11 feb 2107 i extented my warrnt and gave my phone again for repair to the same service center b2x they kept my phone for 1 week and they said disply is replce and prob is solve but it is not i have a video that my cell phone get hand frequently.

                                    On 23rd march my sister purchased an iphone 5s from a dealer in shillong called bhajanlal electronics, police bazar. She asked the staff to gift wrap it. It was intended as a birthday present to me.

                                    I am currently living in munich and was in shillong only for the week. The night before i left shillong i opened the packet only to discover in shock that they had sold her a "demo or a dummy phone". Needless to say we were horrified that they had taken cash upfront and sold us the product knowingly and deliberately. The packet explicitly says "not for resale" "demo phone".

                                    The next day i went into the store. I have never seen such arrogance. Instead of apologizing the owner went into a harangue about how "apple has authorized him to sell dummy phones" and that he has sold many in the past. How many customers he has duped in the past by following such unfair and dishonest trade practices i do not know and will not speculate.

                                    What if i had opened the present in munich?

                                    It is such a sad and disgraceful practice from one of shillong's prominent electronics store. I suggest you should take the matter up with him. Such businesses should not be allowed to cheat people so matter-of-factly; undertaken as if it were his right to do so. He was adamant that apple had authorized him to sell these phones.

                                    As for me i will never ever buy or recommend the store to anyone i know.

                                      Sir,
                                      I had purchased a black, 128 GB iPhone 7 (IMEI-[protected])from E-Zone, shop no.B10, South City Mall, Kolkata 700068 vide Receipt no.0024510 dated 06.11.2016 for the amount of Rs. 70, 000.00 (thru SBI Credit card). Furthermore, instantly I insured the phone with AmTrust Mobile Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. vide Master Policy No.[protected].
                                      On March, 2017, after accidentally spilled with water, the phone stopped functioning. Thereafter, as the phone was under warranty & also covered by insurance I went to Apple authorised Service provider "Systematix media" located at 12, Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Kolkata 700071 for repair. After examining the phone "inside" (away from the view of Customer), the dealing personnel came out and said that the service is declined due to unauthorised service (modification).
                                      Now, I am aghast with the turn of events & totally confused as to how a new product which is under warranty & insured had undergone "unauthorised service/modification.
                                      Please help in this matter.

                                        I purchased an IP-6 in Aug 2015, paying a fortune. Now barely 18 months after the phone has gone pfut! The icare shop is offering a replacement of the phone under exchange scheme for Rs.27000/-! This is something unheard of and I am sure the device had manufacturing defect which was not detected during your quality checks.Absolutely customer unfriendly and the Company has the cheek to offer replacement of a phone quoting a price much above the prevailing market rates!!!                                         I demand that the device should be replaced absolutely free of cost to me. I have been using Iphone since 2010 and many of my friend are using it, including my wife. They have not faced any issue over the years. This is quite unique!!!
                                        I reserve the right to legal recourse, incase your response remains not satisfactory for me.
