I had blur screen problem with my iphone 6. As my iphone was under warranty, i replaced my screen at iphone service centre (Icare – apple authorised service centre, adyar, chennai). I have the receipt for screen replacement from iphone care, chennai.
Now only after 1 month o[censored]se again the same issue started. Again i can see the blur effect on the same place on the screen as before.
Now my question is whether they have replaced the screen genuinely. And if they have done it genuinely, then what kind of product apple is using for any parts replacement.

Worst service. Apple should look into such issues.
Every time icare people keeping the phone minimum 5 days for any service. Again they are using cheap product for replacement.

    Hello,

    In 1st day o[censored]se, my new 2017 macbook pro 13", with 3.5ghz i7, 16 gb ram and 512 gb ssd with latest mac os 10.12.6 showed the problem of screen flickering and trackpad not working properly.

    Had a call with apple care (Case id:[protected] and tried all the solutions like resetting smc/ nvram etc. Later i was made to reinstall entire os with recovery utility. Even did that. Issue of intermittent screen flickering still persists.

    Then my it person took this brand new laptop to authorized service centre as per the instructions of apple customer care representative. And they tried their best and then said it was the hardware issue (I got the report in hand mentioning hardware malfunction, which part is not specified). And it seems that they were going to call for the screen replacement. I will get a report from them soon about which part they have called for. I didn't give them permission to do so because i don't want a repaired brand new laptop at a premium. If i had to buy a refurbished one i can get at a much lesser price, why would i pay price of brand new laptop (About canadian $ 3050).

    The main issue here is that i bought the laptop in canada which got delivered on 8th august 2017 and came to mumbai, india. The first day i tried setting up my apple id back in india on 14th august 2017 night, the screen started flickering. I didn't even transfer a single file on the laptop as i have not even bought the usb-c connectors for transferring the data yet. I immediately reported the issue on apple care on 15th august 2017 and next day gave it to authorized service centre.

    Apple care india said that they can't replace the laptop, they can only try to repair it. This is very bad & i guess apple brand should feel embarrassed about such a failure, let apart the time, money & efforts it has caused me to deal with this issue. I am not even claiming the punitive damages, only asking for a simple replacement in mumbai, india or money back. But if they don't do it, i will be compelled to lodge a formal complain in consumer court and claim other damages as well.

    Who in apple has the authority to deal with this issue smoothly at this stage itself before it escalates!!

      Hii sir my name is anis halal. I am from india i have purchased the iphone 7 plus 128 gb black from us. I had issues with the phone i went to the service center and submitted the phone the problem with the phone was the display of the phone was popped out from both corner sides. I got the phone replaced from the service center but the condition of the phone was not good it was having dents on the top right corner and other dent was on the ringer button. I submitted the phone again i told them i wont take this phone because the phone is damaged. They took the phone and replaced it again.. Later on i have the problem withe the charging i went to the service center again till now my issue is not resolved i have submitted the video also to the service center. Rather than fixing my charging problem they changes the display of my phone. I have submitted the phone for 7 times. I have to receipts available with me. I have attached receipts of that service center you can check it. And you will be having the record of the service center that how many times i have visited the service center and submitted the phone. Now also my phone is in the service center and again they have replaced the display and i contacted the customer care to ask my device status when i had a word i got to know that the problem i issued was wrong they have written display blinking and automatic shutdown problem but the actual problem reported by me was iphone not charging and overheating. They have changed the display of my phone again in 20 days. I have submitted the phone on 26 july and got it back after the display replacement on 31st july. And now again i have submitted the phone on 16th august and now it is in the service center. They again replaced the display my charging problem is not solved from last 3 months
      I am visiting service center again and again because i cannot get it repaired from unauthorized local shops. Plz help me to fix this issue. And another thing is that i have tried charging the phone from my sisters adapter also she also have same phone with same configuration and colour then too m facing the same issue my phone doesnot charge and her phone is getting charged quickly. I hope you will help me in this issue sir.

        1. I had bought iphone 7 (Rose gold, 32 gb) from amazon sold by cloudtail india pvt ltd which was delivered on 05 jul 2017 (Invoice attatched as photo).

        2. On 23 aug 2017 the charger of the mobile stopped functioning. The connecting cord is however functioning.

        3. It is requested that the issue be resolved by replacing the charger as it is causing inconvenience.

          When I click any pic with focus it become blur. I'm using iPhone 5s. it has auto focus function. So whenever it auto focus or I focus it manually photo get blurred. Like my phone's eyes are week. I visit apple store on 26th July, and they returned me my phone on 3rd aug. But problem was still not solved. I visit again on 5th aug and they returned me on 21st aug. But still problem is not solved. In that period they said that they send it to Benglore. But still they can't solve my problem. It almost like a month. But their response is too poor. I didn't buy iPhone to keep it in service centre. it is the worst service I have ever seen. I can bet that any class company provide you better service. They have started E -recycle, but tell them to first repair iPhone which are in still in warranty. This Apple service centre is in Rajkot, Gujarat named B2x. I attaching some pics of blurred pics.

            My iphone 7 earpods had an issue first in the month of june and i got them exchanged at the apple service center, at the forum mall, koramangla, bangalore.
            Once again i faced issues with the earphone and went back to the same service centre, after a week when i went back to collect the earphones back the person there told me that the earphone's serial number does not match with the one in their database so they cannot do the needful. I told them that it is not possible as i took the earphone from the same service centre last time and how can it not match. The escalation manager there treated me like a thief asking for the earphone with the correct serial number and refused to do anything further.
            I then further contacted the apple customer care. It's been a week and they are still trying to find a solution to the problem. Sometimes, they tell me that the service centre has not responded and now they tell me that the senior members are looking into the issue. It's already been a total of two weeks dealing with the service centre and the customer care. Is there any solution to the problem?

              There was some problem in receiver speaker in my apple iphone 6 plus as volume was coming too low, so i visited venus data products (Apple service center) on ghod dod surat (Gujarat) on 19th august 2017 in surat.
              After initial checking they told me that there is some hardware problem in receiver speaker & will have to be replaced, which will cost about rs 3200.
              As there was no alternative option i agreed to replace it and handover mobile to them.
              They return the mobile after servicing and i checked it, it was working fine so i paid them rs 3200 as asked by them.
              On asking for invoice/bill for the same, they made photocopy of the estimate and gave me which neither had part change description nor any cash receipt or service report. The estimate too did not have anything mentioned about any part change or money receipt.
              On insisting for proper bill the executive asked to talk with the center manager.
              It took me by surprise that he too denied to give a proper bill and said consider this photocopy only as the bill for which i did not agreed.
              After further conversation when i did not agreed he said bill is generated from head office and not from this center so i cannot provide you with bill for this and said visit after two days for bill just for getting rid of me.

              In my opinion its a clear case of fraud, they did not changed any part but just cleaned the dust over from the receiver speaker and that's why just took payment from me without providing receipt from me.
              I did not expected such a thing from a reputed company like apple and never ever heard anything like this in my life before that company cannot provide invoice/bill/money receipt.
              They clearly received this rs 3200 from me as black money and have not intention to show this which probably will go into the pocket of service executive and manager

              I want a proper answer for this from the company and refund me my amount along with compensation.

                The color of my watch has started chipping off by itself. So ive contacted apple care for this issue and they told me this is not covered under warranty. This fault is manufacturer fault as much as i know many peoples are facing this issue not in apple watch but also in apple iphone 7 matte black color and still its not covered under warranty i saw someones post on reddit about this issue and he clearly wrote it that its covered under warranty and apple will replace it but in my case apple care guy refused to change it. Never expected this from apple. Im regretting my self for buying this cheap quality watch.

                  The wifi on my iphone 6s stopped working a month back. There is only 1 service centre in pune with long queues and incompetent staff.

                  Since i can no longer connect to wifi, it's pointless using this phone anymore.

                  Their customer care contact nos are always busy and service extremely poor. Apple us is so much more professional and customer friendly than apple india.

                  The cost of the product is very high (60, 000) but service and device quality is horrible.
                  I buy one iPhone5 from Saudia Feb 2016 and now using in india last month I update iphone5 10.3.2 .after update my phone too much hanging and auto switch off and on and battery percentage indicater now stay not increase and decrease
                  Yesterday my mobile hang & unable to operate.
                  I had done struggle up to 20 min.

                    This is the second time when my iphone 7 came dysfunction in a single year. This is the company which is famous for its reliable products but my experience is quite poor with this product. I bought this mobile for a hassle free working so that i can save my time but it turns out to be a complete waste of time and money for me.
                    Apple should understand, replacing the phone is just not the solution you also have to compensate for the inconvenience caused to your customers.
                    You must value their time also.

                        I am very disappointed with the product. It has not even been 4 months my phone hang up, sometimes the screen doesn't work of the whole sound of the phone is gone and something is wrong with my screen when I lock the phone.Very disappointed. I bought it from Amazon in the month of May. And this phone is literally garbage. Pais for it but it has lots of defects.

                          I have purchased the mobile iphone 6 plus in nov 2014. Last year in june screen was damaged and when it was shown to service centre they said the whole phone needs to be changed by paying 26k and after the payment of 26000 i took a new handset of phone. Again after 6 months screen of new phone have defect.. Whole screen got blurr and and some filament is coming out of screen.. I was shocked after spending a total of 1 lac (75000+26000) for the phone, still i have not received a normal phone.. This is the first time i saw filament comes out of the screen of mobile which could be very hazardous to the life. I request to just look into my matter very seriously and changed the handset as such a brand phone 6 plus otherwise i will go to the consumer court against such damage.

                            I bought Apple se 64 gb variant in the month of April 2017.
                            I can say that I got defect product as I found 3 defects in my mobile.

                            I tried to fix through online service like chat/call etc. But it does not work and finally I reached apple service center.

                            For the first time they are not available because of technical problem from their end. Second time I gave my mobile to them, they are able to resolve 2 issues by replacing touch screen and they confirmed another defect is a bug and they will work on it.

                            Unless it is defect product, why will I face such problem and if it is not a defect from apple end why they agreed to change it.

                            After I got my mobile back from the service center, I identified another issue with google maps which worked perfectly fine before I handover my mobile to the service center.

                            Unless it is defect product, why is it troubling me these many times and I am expecting a replacement for my mobile.

                              My 15" macbook pro retina had discolored edges (green and white patches) and for alomost 15 days after being bounced from one Apple authorised service center in Bangalore (india) that there is nothing they can do about it because my computer is after warranty. I showed them a link from the apple website that states that all macbooks with display issues can be taken to the authorised service centers and they would essentially fix it. After speaking to Apple (US) on chat, they said that my computer is eligible for repairs and they gave me Apple's contact number here in India. So I called them and they tell me to bring my computer in for a check. I gave them my computer and they told me that there is a definite issue and it needs to be fixed. They took my computer in and called me back a few days later and said they fixed the problem. When i went to pick up the computer, i found that the display problem still persists. I spoke to Apple (US) on chat again and they said it the problem shouldn't be and I should take it back to them again. I called up Apple (India) and they asked me to come in again. I gave them my computer again and they said there are white edges on the screen, but refused to acknowledge that it is a problem by saying it is a common issue with the retinas sold in that time. After many phone calls and emails and poor follow ups on their part, and also keeping my computer for 25 days, they tell me that macbook retinas are expected to have that problem. I have the phone conversations recorded with them admitting that the older models have display issues and that the better option would be to buy a newer model. One of the technicians even told me that it is a resolution issue, but later on admitted it was a AR coating issue which causes LED spillover, which are two very, very different things. When I confronted him about it, he just tried to use some technical jargon to confuse me, but I stood my ground and then he finally admitted it wasn't a resolution issue (I have all this recorded)

                              So to sum up, the questions I have for apple are:

                              1. Why would you sell defected computers that claim to have a the ultimate viewing experience (retina) but is worse than the standard computers being sold in the market? If your product claims a superior viewing experience, then would you mind selling a product that gives a superior viewing experience? How would you feel if I paid you in counterfeit notes? You have lied to me about your products and given me an inferior product that doesn't match up to your marketing spiel, which is nothing short of deception.

                              2. You took my computer in after replicating the issue and then you changed the display. Then you give my computer back with the same problem persisting and say there is nothing wrong with it? You even said you would change the display again if I wanted, but said that the problem is likely to continue because the older models have lower quality displays. Does that make any sense? Why would you fix something that, according to you, works absolutely fine? But you took 25 days to tell me something you apparently knew is a standard issue, but you still changed my display?? And then you got so many engineers and technicians to look at my computer when you claim there is nothing wrong with it?

                              3. Why did you take 25 days to tell me that the issue I'm facing is a standard issue? Why would so many engineers look at it if there was nothing wrong with it? If it was an expected issue that Apple knew about, it should have been communicated to me quite soon and not 25 days later, and not after changing my display.

                              4. How did this display defect pass the Quality Assurance program that Apple is so well known for? And how many other people like me are out there and do not know that their display is defective? Or did they know about it and just choose to not publicise it?

                              5. I use my computer for work, which has caused me to put a hold on a lot of things I was working on. Who will reimburse me for this time that I have lost? I bought this laptop for quicker and sturdier performance, but this service has slowed me down and brought a lot of monetary loss upon me.

                              After all of this, I got in touch with Apple (US) on chat and they have closed the chapter from their end saying it is a standard issue. In the beginning they admitted this is an abnormal issue, now they say it is a normal issue.

                              I have copies of the chat transcripts and have also got the phone conversations with the Apple Employees recorded, which provides ample proof of their incompetence, negligence, and trickery. I have been deceived and I want to reach out to someone who can help solve my issue, and at the same time let other people know never to buy an Apple product because they seem like they want to sell an honest product, but you are very likely to face poor after sales service in India. They may have great service in other countries, but the service here in India is absolutely pathetic.

                                I bought Iphone 7 Plus 128GB Gold color online on 11 Aug 2017. I went to Apple service center (Conquer Technologies, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA) on 12 Aug 2017 to check the mobile for issues (and) to check it whether it is genuine or not as it was bought in online. They just behaved with me and very arrogant towards customer and refused to talk. They are not giving response to customer. Is this the way to behave with the customer?. Very bad thing from Apple support. Apple support should answer and help customer with ease and politeness. I need immediate action on them to be taken.

                                  Please immediately solution my apple iPhone 6 32gb slow charging problem.

                                  This is inform Thad I have purchased iPhone 6 32gb on 03/08/2017 . It's so slowly charge like second hand cell phone so it's big problem for me so plz solution it otherwise I'll be F.I.R in cunsumer court.

                                    (Hyderabad) im trying from last 15 days for buying ipad pro 10.5 256gb space gray but the stock is not available even with authentic resellers. I dont know why you guys do that since apple is a very reputed brand all around the globe. I know apple would like its customer to get unsatisfied. Now i please request you to take my plea seriously and take action thank you.

                                      My laptop was purchased around 2 years or less than 2 years back.
                                      Apple initially charge heavily giving false promises like quality.
                                      Every Customer who bought apple product buy because apple product is known for its quality.
                                      What if the quality is compromised. This happens with me.
                                      I know I am under no jurisdiction that I can compain as warranty is over but I wanted to disclose one very big disadvantage of buying apple is Price vs cheap chip qualities..
                                      My laptop is damaged from inside giving me reason that there is a liquid damage and I had no idea how it is possible.
                                      One day I was working and suddenly it just went off. (Note: No liquid was spilled).
                                      After going to Apple service center, I was told that there is a liquid damage and I saw within half an hour other people were coming with same issue.
                                      I asked were macbook chips are rust free? they said no.
                                      If there is rain and person is sitting in his room. He is suppose not to work on its laptop because moisture can penetrate and then it will be called as liquid damage.
                                      Imagine what "those who were carrying warranties were also made fool because apple doesn't cover liquid damage under its warranty.
                                      I don't see any reason why one should buy such a product which is prone to moisture.
                                      Now Service center says that only logic keyboard can be changed which cost 42-45000 INR which is completely stupid.

                                      Either Govt. should see why this is happening or let these foreign company keep on looting the genuine people.
                                      Same thing happened to me, liquid damage. They changed the mother board for 43000/- this happened when the MacBook Air was bought a little over 1 yr ago!! Shoddy product Sony is better.

                                        I've submit my iphone6s at apple authorized service station "b2x service solutions india pvt. Ltd. Nsp wazir pur delhi 34 vide job no. Dpp[protected] on 4th aug17 (11.30 a. M) but unfortunately expiring 10th aug 17, 6.00 p. M i've not received any call/feedback from them. I requested to standby phone but the mr. Himanshu of apple service center rudely behave and deny to give any stand by phone. How much time required to service or feedback and this set in warranty period and hardly use phone. I've doubt the quality of apple phone also.
