1. I had bought iphone 7 (Rose gold, 32 gb) from amazon sold by cloudtail india pvt ltd which was delivered on 05 jul 2017 (Invoice attatched as photo).

My iphone 7 earpods had an issue first in the month of june and i got them exchanged at the apple service center, at the forum mall, koramangla, bangalore.
Once again i faced issues with the earphone and went back to the same service centre, after a week when i went back to collect the earphones back the person there told me that the earphone's serial number does not match with the one in their database so they cannot do the needful....

There was some problem in receiver speaker in my apple iphone 6 plus as volume was coming too low, so i visited venus data products (Apple service center) on ghod dod surat (Gujarat) on 19th august 2017 in surat.
