Simran kapoor from apple inc. Bangalore is handling my issue but i am chasing her on contact no.[protected] — extension no. [protected]since last 2 days but there is no call back from her so far.
Again i lodged a complain with case id :[protected]Dated 28.07.2017) as i didn't get any resolution from m/s apple inc.
Issue : apple software ios 10.3.3. Compatibility issue with iphone 6 hardware — frequent hanging issue. My iphone 6 device became a scrap since when i upgraded ios sent by apple inc. This issue is because of apple inc. And not acceptable to me. Apple inc. Is completely responsible for software ios compatibility issue with iphone 6 hardware. If it not supporting than why apple released updates???
If my issue is not addressed shortly — i will be taking this matter to court of law as with no fault of mine — why should i suffer???

I, anil kumar sharma, had purchased i-phone 6 having imei no. [protected] vide invoice no. Ri-602 dated nov 9, 2014 from m/s unicorn post media solutions pvt. Ltd. M2/43, dlf phase-2, gurgaon, haryana (India).
Since last couple of months, i am observing that my i-phone 6 is frequently hanging i. E. It hangs after every 30 sec. I am not able to use it properly. It seems that its hardware is not supporting the software.
I am using ios 10.3.3 version.
I am a regular customer of apple products so request apple inc. To address my issue without any delay. Sincerly request m/s apple inc. To replace my phone as its the issue from apple not from my end.
Appreciate an early revert.

Then I went out of Delhi for work and saw that the phone was not charging. The battery charging would go on and off. I had to use a borrowed charger. I came back to Delhi later and called up Apple support at least 5 times. I would keep on holding and the music played for more than 15 mins. Ultimately when I was able to talk to them, one Ms. Maria Janet guided me to the same hardware store. I said I just wanted the charger replaced. She told me to get in touch with their senior on Apple support once I was in the store and connect him/her to the customer service person at the store and that the issue would be resolved immediately, which I did today. The Apple senior spoke to him but could not resolve the issue. They refused to replace the charger on the pretext that the warranty was over now. I have been complaining since 1st October and since the warranty has ended on the 20th October, they are not replacing.
This is so unjust on the part of Apple. First, they provide a substandard accessory and then they refuse to replace, even though the issue had been reported 20 days before the warranty ended. Apple, being an internationally reputed brand is acting petty with a customer who has been using their phones since long. Is this expected from a brand like Apple? They have priced their products so steeply because of their brand name, though technically comparative phones cost 1/4th of Apple’s prices. I fail to understand how Apple’s accessories can fail within a year.
I request they replace my charger asap.
