Simran kapoor from apple inc. Bangalore is handling my issue but i am chasing her on contact no.[protected] — extension no. [protected]since last 2 days but there is no call back from her so far.

Again i lodged a complain with case id :[protected]Dated 28.07.2017) as i didn't get any resolution from m/s apple inc.

Issue : apple software ios 10.3.3. Compatibility issue with iphone 6 hardware — frequent hanging issue. My iphone 6 device became a scrap since when i upgraded ios sent by apple inc. This issue is because of apple inc. And not acceptable to me. Apple inc. Is completely responsible for software ios compatibility issue with iphone 6 hardware. If it not supporting than why apple released updates???

If my issue is not addressed shortly — i will be taking this matter to court of law as with no fault of mine — why should i suffer???

Please read below by which i raised my initial complaint to m/s apple inc.

Hi,

I, anil kumar sharma, had purchased i-phone 6 having imei no. [protected] vide invoice no. Ri-602 dated nov 9, 2014 from m/s unicorn post media solutions pvt. Ltd. M2/43, dlf phase-2, gurgaon, haryana (India).

Since last couple of months, i am observing that my i-phone 6 is frequently hanging i. E. It hangs after every 30 sec. I am not able to use it properly. It seems that its hardware is not supporting the software.

I am using ios 10.3.3 version.

I am a regular customer of apple products so request apple inc. To address my issue without any delay. Sincerly request m/s apple inc. To replace my phone as its the issue from apple not from my end.

Appreciate an early revert.

    I have purchased iphone 7 plus in the month of feb-17. After using 4 months suddenly the phone does is not working. The handset is not detecting airtel sim. I have visited maple service centre at vashi six times and have returned without any proper solution. The executives on the front desk are not at all capable and needs thorough training to deal with customers. Sorry to say the approach has been of a real unprofessional one. They make people wait for 45 mins and once your turn comes they are clueless what needs to be done. I sincerly hope somebody takes care of them provide proper training. Now coming back to my handset i would like get my handset changed immediately as you are unable to repair it to my satisfaction. Seems apple in india is just to mint hard earned money of innocent indians and later leave them in doldrums when it comes to providing proper services... I am not sure whether my complaint will be addressed or not... If anyone is planning to buy any apple product think twice before putting your hard earned money so called big brands cause you will repent. Invade of guys are interested in resolving my issue you can get in touch with me on [protected].. I will narrate the entire episode or you can check your record of my suffering on job no - vah[protected]. Details can be taken from mr. Abhijit sawant from your "esteemed organisation" at inorbit, vashi service centre... My last request stop duping innocent customers please.
    I bought an iphone 11, 128 GB on 20th October, 2021 through Amazon India. The phone started having battery charging and drainage problems from 15th September, 2021. It would take around 3 hours to charge and would get drained in 10 to 15 minutes. On the advice of Amazon, I called up the retailer on 1st October, 2021 and also sent them an email and they asked me to contact Apple support. I called up Apple support and explained the whole issue to a lady there and then again to one Mr. Rony Fernandes and they asked me to go to their hardware store near my place in New Delhi. I went there and they ran a test on my phone battery and said that it was alright. They did not mention anything about the charger. I too didn’t because I was not aware that the charger could be faulty.
    Then I went out of Delhi for work and saw that the phone was not charging. The battery charging would go on and off. I had to use a borrowed charger. I came back to Delhi later and called up Apple support at least 5 times. I would keep on holding and the music played for more than 15 mins. Ultimately when I was able to talk to them, one Ms. Maria Janet guided me to the same hardware store. I said I just wanted the charger replaced. She told me to get in touch with their senior on Apple support once I was in the store and connect him/her to the customer service person at the store and that the issue would be resolved immediately, which I did today. The Apple senior spoke to him but could not resolve the issue. They refused to replace the charger on the pretext that the warranty was over now. I have been complaining since 1st October and since the warranty has ended on the 20th October, they are not replacing.
    This is so unjust on the part of Apple. First, they provide a substandard accessory and then they refuse to replace, even though the issue had been reported 20 days before the warranty ended. Apple, being an internationally reputed brand is acting petty with a customer who has been using their phones since long. Is this expected from a brand like Apple? They have priced their products so steeply because of their brand name, though technically comparative phones cost 1/4th of Apple’s prices. I fail to understand how Apple’s accessories can fail within a year.
    I request they replace my charger asap.

      I have again submitted my mobile today. My job no is thn[protected]. As you have a big brand apple your service is not at all that good. I am totally disappointed and fed up using apple phone. I have been sumitting my iphone the 5 th time still my problems are not solved. The same problems are occurring again and again. The mobile is frequently getting hanged during the time of emergency. Auto rotation is not working properly and there is also touch issue. Inspite of sending my iphone to banglore for repair i have not got the proper solution. So now i request u to plz replace my handset. The repair service of iphone is not all upto the mark. I have busy schedule, i have been going again again to the service center. Due to several problems and not a permanent solution for it, i think u replace my handset.

          My i phone 7 bought from dubai airport in dec-2016 and started using after 20th jun - 2017 exact date not known to me.in a week time, i was charging phone and suddenly screen becomes black and dead. I had approached b2x service solutions in andheri mumbai on 5th jul-2017 and given them my handset.

          The next day, i got call from b2x that handset is not picking up and needs to send to banglore for further diagnosis. They had verified phone in all respect before sending to banglore and there was no complain and any information given to me.

          I hardly use new phone for 15 days time and have not provided to anybody or any mechanics since i am a i phone user since last 10 years and i am aware about consequences. I am highly educated and professional and cannot allow such practice to happen. After few days, i got call from b2x that my new phone is modified and it is receiving back from banglore.

          I need to understand, how come this happen to new phone? Whether this has been done by your dealer selling at the dubai airport??? Or your mechanics or service provider has done this that has to be understand.

          I am now approaching to consumer court and even openly writing to social media and news channels as well since we all are aware i phone 7 has serious dead complain and apple is failed to provide solution.

          I need if something modified by your service provider or mechanic or even dealer, how i do know? Why customer suffer because of this? I need complete cctv footage of b2x as well banglore with minute to minute recording.
          I have got the same problem. My phone randomly turned off.

            Dear sir/ madam,

            Myself is kousik roy & my apple id is [protected]@gmail.com. On 23rd july' 17 ive opted for buy more space in my i cloud through change in subscription plan & opted for 50gb i cloud space for rs. 65/- per month. Accordingly rs.60/- deducted from my credit card account (Confirmation message recevied on 23.07.17 at 12.28 pm). But even after 2 days im yet to get the new space in i cloud! Neither there is any confirmation from apple in this regard. Tried to contact the customer care telephone no o[censored]sa & bangalore, india both but unable to speak to any of the executives after long waiting too.

            Please let me know how can i get helped in this regard

              Hi am harish jain my case id is[protected] my phone is having battery draining problem i took my iphone7 128gb before 1 month and having the issue right from the beginning. I charge my phone at night fully as i wake up in the morning it's battery drains from 100% to almost 40% without using so i gave my phone for service at 1st time in forum mall kormangala in banglore they kept it for diagnostics and updated the ios and returned back my phone saying the phone has been repaired but i had the same issue then once again i gave for repair they kept for observation and sent to apple repair for diagnostics and observation and kept for 7 days and found no problem and returned my phone back but it has same issue. If contacted to apple care and service center they are saying the phone is correct but it's draining. Apple care is so worst that it can't rectify the fault i am ready to show the proof but still they are saying phone is correct they are believing on diagnostics that's it but if they keep the phone in front of them for 5 hours they will get know there is no use of diagnostics and observations in machines if they observe the phone in eyes it will be better so i request i want the solution as early as possible i[censored] can't solve i want my money back

                I had purchased 2 iphones 6 in feb 2016 till jan 2017 it has worked perfectly in jan 2017 i had changed by plan in that plan i had got 4g mobile data in my mobile lte mode is there. When mobile data is on we are not getting incoming calls. The people who are calling they are getting the phone is out of coverage. For any of apple persons didn't respond. The service of apple india is too worst.

                  I bought my iphone on april14/2017 it is still on guarantee but from last 2-3 months its not working well... Problem is that when i use to listen music then it stop working and get switchoff again open itself then again switchoff and its also starting hang...! I went to service center and apple store more than 5 times but its didn't work... I hope you will take action towards my problem please make it fast as soon as possible because it's create lot of problems... Thankyou

                    I purchased iphone 7 silicone case worth 2900 rs from currents store apha one mall amritsar almost 7 months back. After few months its outer skin started showing signs of wearing out and almost 2 weeks back from now a peice of the case weared off completely. I showed the case to currents staff yesterday at alpha one mall amritsar they didnot satisfy me with their answers. They told me that there is no exchange policy or any guarrentee of the product. So i am very upset about the quality and endurance of apple products and will think twice before purchacing apple products
                    My i phone 6 is restarting automatically sometimes touch doesn't work and can't connect with wifi

                      I was having trouble with network in my iphone 7 so i went to iphone care in pune. They took my phone and opened it and the result was they broke something which affected the home button/touch id and now it isnt working. Now, they are denying of it and asking for rs 28, 000 if i want this problem to be solved. They were not ready to listen anything, they said it is in their policy and i cannot do anything against them. Ill just have to pay them 28, 000. So, i went back and took my sim out, changed one or two settings, re inserted the sim, and wow, the network issue was solved! But now my touch id isnt working and apple care are not ready to help/ or accept their mistake and solve the issue!
                      Apple i phone 6 Plus 128 GB Silver Sl No. [protected], date of purchase -06/11/2014 has been stolen while travelling by bus in Delhi.

                        Hi,

                        I bought apple macbook air from reliance digital store at city mall gomti nagar lucknow and its not even a year motherboard stopped working. I tried to follow the all procedure what i suggested by apple care and after lots of trouble shoot they advised me to submit device at service center. I did the same on july 11 and engineer called me up next day and said device will be delivered by 17th i argued a bit as i was not able to my office work but agreed later.

                        Now they are saying part is not available with apple and it may take about a month to get fixed. My all work is stopped am loosing my business as well, i asked apple to provide me alternative option or replace the device but they rudely denied to do that.

                        I need replacement of this device within the time frame their service engineer asked for. I ac not wait for a month, we customer buy such product because we believe they will provide good service but unfortunately they are worst than any other companies in the market.

                          Being the owner of your apple iphone 6 (Imei: [protected]), i am highly exasperated and disappointed with the worthlessness of your service, conduct and quality. I went to the service centre today (15 july 2017) due to some major issues i was facing with my apple iphone 6 (Black patch on display, dead battery, back camera flickering issue, auto shutdown when 20% battery left).

                          In addition to these the service centre technician mr. Rahul yadav himself detected another problem (Silent/ringer button not working properly). The same iphone 6 have already had major issues earlier also (Display was changed by the company in february 2017 and the back camera was also changed last month).

                          In view of repeated multiple malfunctions, mr. Rahul yadav told me that the set deserves replacement, but he expressed his helplessness and told me that the handset will be dispatched to bangalore for company to take decision.

                          With so many malfunctions the iphone has been reduced to a junk and since the set is under warranty, i will request the company to replace it. Under no circumstances i shall accept this junk handset.

                          I have already spoken to ms. Usha at apple customer care on the same issue and the complaint id is[protected].

                              Iphone 7 black 32gb - worst mistake ever..!!
                              2-3 months after a regular usage with body cover protecting the phone all the time, the so called iphone7 with ip67 protection has such bad quality that it's back panel color started to fade away few days back. Today noticed another issue of paint coming off from the lower body itself.
                              You go to customer care and you are told this case to be an out of warranty case due to cosmetic damage. Wonder if anyone is going to rub or scratch his expensive phone to remove the color.
                              Highly disappointed by the quality of this product and the response from b2x service center preet vihar, delhi and their apple customer care line.
                              Iphone 7- highly not recommended..!!
                              Definitely not buying apple products after this experience..!!

                                I buy phone apple5s before few months, now it shows the problem of screen flactuating without any damage by me. When i goes to service centre they told to pay 22500 for it even the phone is in warrenty yet. My job no is bat[protected].. They refuse to give me service if they dont take any action within 24 hours i wil go to file a case on apple company n service centre didn't mind by it..

                                  On 5th july when i was visit at apple service centre i discuss with your service
                                  Centre guy name is digamber he told me in this case u will replaced the device.
                                  Now today they give me repairable my device & without informing me they
                                  Replace display also. I will not accept repairable device. So please cooperate &
                                  Replace new device.

                                    I have submitted iphone 7 plus to one of the apple care called b2x centre rahatani, pune on 1st july 2017 for screen replacement.

                                    It was told that it will take 6 working days to deliver back the phone.

                                    It has been almost 13 days now and i have no idea that at when i will receive my phone.

                                    The worst service i have ever seen. The brand name apple is just a name it seems, only they charge huge money but no commitment.

                                      Hi last two months ago i have purchased apple product my video mic was not work properly, then after 15 days my phone mic was stop then i call to customer care and talk to you executive then after 45 days (Because i dont have time) i was go to apple service center b2x netaji subhash chander palace delhi. Then i wait for 3 hour for our turn i my home was 45km far from center (One side) then after 10 days they gave me my phone back and replaced the touch i used the phone and same day call to customer care touch not work properly and phone hang problem now i dont have time to go apple service center again and again (90km = 700 rs petrol). I am not happy with the product and apple service. Other phone service is better the apple service. Please replace my phone because its manufacturing defect. My contact no [protected]

                                        My phone 6s hangs thrice n when searching contacts it gets struck. Everyone said iphone never hang n struck. Same problem when i open camera. For this i need solution or else the brand apple will loose its image i[censored] will not provide solution to this. I m using it since feb 2017. Initially when camera got struck i told this to seller he said u will get updates n will b resolved
