I am very disappointed with the product. It has not even been 4 months my phone hang up, sometimes the screen doesn't work of the whole sound of the phone is gone and something is wrong with my screen when I lock the phone.Very disappointed. I bought it from Amazon in the month of May. And this phone is literally garbage. Pais for it but it has lots of defects.

    I have purchased the mobile iphone 6 plus in nov 2014. Last year in june screen was damaged and when it was shown to service centre they said the whole phone needs to be changed by paying 26k and after the payment of 26000 i took a new handset of phone. Again after 6 months screen of new phone have defect.. Whole screen got blurr and and some filament is coming out of screen.. I was shocked after spending a total of 1 lac (75000+26000) for the phone, still i have not received a normal phone.. This is the first time i saw filament comes out of the screen of mobile which could be very hazardous to the life. I request to just look into my matter very seriously and changed the handset as such a brand phone 6 plus otherwise i will go to the consumer court against such damage.

      I bought Apple se 64 gb variant in the month of April 2017.
      I can say that I got defect product as I found 3 defects in my mobile.

      I tried to fix through online service like chat/call etc. But it does not work and finally I reached apple service center.

      For the first time they are not available because of technical problem from their end. Second time I gave my mobile to them, they are able to resolve 2 issues by replacing touch screen and they confirmed another defect is a bug and they will work on it.

      Unless it is defect product, why will I face such problem and if it is not a defect from apple end why they agreed to change it.

      After I got my mobile back from the service center, I identified another issue with google maps which worked perfectly fine before I handover my mobile to the service center.

      Unless it is defect product, why is it troubling me these many times and I am expecting a replacement for my mobile.

        My 15" macbook pro retina had discolored edges (green and white patches) and for alomost 15 days after being bounced from one Apple authorised service center in Bangalore (india) that there is nothing they can do about it because my computer is after warranty. I showed them a link from the apple website that states that all macbooks with display issues can be taken to the authorised service centers and they would essentially fix it. After speaking to Apple (US) on chat, they said that my computer is eligible for repairs and they gave me Apple's contact number here in India. So I called them and they tell me to bring my computer in for a check. I gave them my computer and they told me that there is a definite issue and it needs to be fixed. They took my computer in and called me back a few days later and said they fixed the problem. When i went to pick up the computer, i found that the display problem still persists. I spoke to Apple (US) on chat again and they said it the problem shouldn't be and I should take it back to them again. I called up Apple (India) and they asked me to come in again. I gave them my computer again and they said there are white edges on the screen, but refused to acknowledge that it is a problem by saying it is a common issue with the retinas sold in that time. After many phone calls and emails and poor follow ups on their part, and also keeping my computer for 25 days, they tell me that macbook retinas are expected to have that problem. I have the phone conversations recorded with them admitting that the older models have display issues and that the better option would be to buy a newer model. One of the technicians even told me that it is a resolution issue, but later on admitted it was a AR coating issue which causes LED spillover, which are two very, very different things. When I confronted him about it, he just tried to use some technical jargon to confuse me, but I stood my ground and then he finally admitted it wasn't a resolution issue (I have all this recorded)

        So to sum up, the questions I have for apple are:

        1. Why would you sell defected computers that claim to have a the ultimate viewing experience (retina) but is worse than the standard computers being sold in the market? If your product claims a superior viewing experience, then would you mind selling a product that gives a superior viewing experience? How would you feel if I paid you in counterfeit notes? You have lied to me about your products and given me an inferior product that doesn't match up to your marketing spiel, which is nothing short of deception.

        2. You took my computer in after replicating the issue and then you changed the display. Then you give my computer back with the same problem persisting and say there is nothing wrong with it? You even said you would change the display again if I wanted, but said that the problem is likely to continue because the older models have lower quality displays. Does that make any sense? Why would you fix something that, according to you, works absolutely fine? But you took 25 days to tell me something you apparently knew is a standard issue, but you still changed my display?? And then you got so many engineers and technicians to look at my computer when you claim there is nothing wrong with it?

        3. Why did you take 25 days to tell me that the issue I'm facing is a standard issue? Why would so many engineers look at it if there was nothing wrong with it? If it was an expected issue that Apple knew about, it should have been communicated to me quite soon and not 25 days later, and not after changing my display.

        4. How did this display defect pass the Quality Assurance program that Apple is so well known for? And how many other people like me are out there and do not know that their display is defective? Or did they know about it and just choose to not publicise it?

        5. I use my computer for work, which has caused me to put a hold on a lot of things I was working on. Who will reimburse me for this time that I have lost? I bought this laptop for quicker and sturdier performance, but this service has slowed me down and brought a lot of monetary loss upon me.

        After all of this, I got in touch with Apple (US) on chat and they have closed the chapter from their end saying it is a standard issue. In the beginning they admitted this is an abnormal issue, now they say it is a normal issue.

        I have copies of the chat transcripts and have also got the phone conversations with the Apple Employees recorded, which provides ample proof of their incompetence, negligence, and trickery. I have been deceived and I want to reach out to someone who can help solve my issue, and at the same time let other people know never to buy an Apple product because they seem like they want to sell an honest product, but you are very likely to face poor after sales service in India. They may have great service in other countries, but the service here in India is absolutely pathetic.

          I bought Iphone 7 Plus 128GB Gold color online on 11 Aug 2017. I went to Apple service center (Conquer Technologies, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA) on 12 Aug 2017 to check the mobile for issues (and) to check it whether it is genuine or not as it was bought in online. They just behaved with me and very arrogant towards customer and refused to talk. They are not giving response to customer. Is this the way to behave with the customer?. Very bad thing from Apple support. Apple support should answer and help customer with ease and politeness. I need immediate action on them to be taken.

                My laptop was purchased around 2 years or less than 2 years back.
                Apple initially charge heavily giving false promises like quality.
                Every Customer who bought apple product buy because apple product is known for its quality.
                What if the quality is compromised. This happens with me.
                I know I am under no jurisdiction that I can compain as warranty is over but I wanted to disclose one very big disadvantage of buying apple is Price vs cheap chip qualities..
                My laptop is damaged from inside giving me reason that there is a liquid damage and I had no idea how it is possible.
                One day I was working and suddenly it just went off. (Note: No liquid was spilled).
                After going to Apple service center, I was told that there is a liquid damage and I saw within half an hour other people were coming with same issue.
                I asked were macbook chips are rust free? they said no.
                If there is rain and person is sitting in his room. He is suppose not to work on its laptop because moisture can penetrate and then it will be called as liquid damage.
                Imagine what "those who were carrying warranties were also made fool because apple doesn't cover liquid damage under its warranty.
                I don't see any reason why one should buy such a product which is prone to moisture.
                Now Service center says that only logic keyboard can be changed which cost 42-45000 INR which is completely stupid.

                Either Govt. should see why this is happening or let these foreign company keep on looting the genuine people.
                Same thing happened to me, liquid damage. They changed the mother board for 43000/- this happened when the MacBook Air was bought a little over 1 yr ago!! Shoddy product Sony is better.

                  I've submit my iphone6s at apple authorized service station "b2x service solutions india pvt. Ltd. Nsp wazir pur delhi 34 vide job no. Dpp[protected] on 4th aug17 (11.30 a. M) but unfortunately expiring 10th aug 17, 6.00 p. M i've not received any call/feedback from them. I requested to standby phone but the mr. Himanshu of apple service center rudely behave and deny to give any stand by phone. How much time required to service or feedback and this set in warranty period and hardly use phone. I've doubt the quality of apple phone also.

                    This is to inform you that i live in a small town (Udaipur) in rajasthan. I purchased macbook air just an year ago and a week back it suddenly stopped getting charged.

                    The only authorized service center in udaipur has very poor image and reviews. No option, i had to visit them. They kept my mac for 7 days and did nothing and today when asked, replied that motherboard needs to be replaced just for that small problem which would cost me half my mac's purchasing price.

                    Sir, it's loot. Kindly do something in this regard. Thanks.

                      Greetings team,

                      I had raised multiple complain with apple customer service and they asked to submit the phone in service centre, they replaced the display with the old display and i have sent an email to service centre they asked me to re-submit the phone back in service centre and no action has been taken till date, neither the service centre nor the customer service can help me in getting resolution. Product is still in warranty and within 8 month twice the phone was in service centre for 10+days each time and 20+ case has been opened with customer service.

                        After replacing my iphone hardware in 2016, i have gt the same probem again in the second phone. Now the service center expects me to invest 26000 in order to get this sorted... So this is clearly some product fault... And am wndering why should i be penalised for the same...

                        Apple india sould take back my phone and replace it with new hardware iphone 6 and in case this is a perenial problem then exchange this with iphone 7 but give me a full refund/credit note for faulty iphone 6

                          Apple computers are claimed to be world's best not only in hardware performance but also in after-sales-service. And all of this neither comes for free or cheap. Apart from paying the material cost the buyer has to pay a high brand premium that is in-built to the cost. However, it is worth paying the premium for the hardware as it is no doubt the best that money can buy. But, this is certainly not true for the after-sales-service, at least whatever is available in varanasi.
                          The varanasi apple service centre is run by reliance. Now, it is not clear what reliance is this? Whether it belongs to the ambani group or some other company having taken the service franchise of apple. Whatever it is, the state of affair at the apple service centre managed and run by reliance is absolutely pathetic, to say the least. I paid rs. 17, 000/- for two years extended warranty on my apple macbook pro that is valid till october 2017. About a week back, some hardware problem arose in my macbook and it stopped working altogether. This happened while i was traveling and as my laptop that carried all my data stopped working my entire trip was a wasted one. However, i am not blaming apple for this.
                          When i returned to varanasi, i logged in my complaint online and case id[protected] was generated and in no time i got a call from apple service and a technical advisor mr. Madhusudan guided me through the online procedure of trouble shooting, ultimately determining that the problem in my laptop was hardware oriented and needs to be taken to apple service centre for fixing. So far so good.
                          The apple service centre in varanasi in outsourced to one reliance retail ltd, pishachmochan, maldahiya, c 21/4g-1a, varanasi, 221002, 91 [protected]. I visited the service centre with my laptop and invoice. And this is when my nightmare started. The service centre was manned by 3 women who seemed most nonchalant and unprofessional of their job at the front desk. They seemed so bored being at the desk it gave the feeling as if they have been coerced to be there. One of them was attending to another customer and the other two looked indifferently towards me and then glanced away as it my being there was none of their business and the one already speaking to the other customer was responsible of all case handling. I patiently waited for my turn which came about 15 minutes later. I explained my woes to the lady who immediately retorted that i will have to submit my laptop. I enquired politely as to what she meant by "submitting my laptop?" she replied i will have to leave my computer at the service centre and they will tell me of the nature of problem in 3 days. I further enquired how much time will it take for the computer to be working again after the fault is diagnosed. To this the answer was 7 to 10 days, maybe even two weeks. This gave me a hollow feeling in my stomach and i submitted my courage to say my entire work depends on my computer. It is already a week that my computer was non-functional and how do they expect me to survive without work for another 12 to 15 days. Isn't there a way for moving things fast and how does apple expect its customer to bear 15 days of turnaround time for a computer that is the lifeline of today’s business. Moreover, apple charges so heavily for warranty and extended warranty only to ensure that customer gets immediate response and quick turnaround to their problems. And here i was being told to wait for 15 days. The lady in her most callous manner said she cannot do anything and i will have to wait for 12 to 15 days for my laptop to be back and added further very threateningly that i might even loose all my data, as if to shoo me away.
                          I pleaded that i am not so worried about my data as i have most of it backed up, but needed the laptop back in working condition soonest. She shrugged helplessly and looked the other way.
                          Anger, helplessness and despair arising inside me, i thought it was best to leave the place with my laptop lest i may loose my patience and gentlemanly manners and probably head to delhi to find a quicker solution.
                          But the lesson learnt is that the expression "be a roman while in rome" holds true for apple. They have mastered indian way of treating their customer, if not directly, at least through their out sourced partners. They have no system to check, train and hold accountable their service franchisees. They have just adhered to the requirement of having service centre at all sales locations without bothering to assess their competence, readiness and resourcefulness in providing services to the standards promised and committed by apple.
                          In india, customers are treated with utmost disdain and apathy and there is no one, government and consumer redressals forum being the least to protect their interest and investment. The appalling situation at consumer forum only encourages the companies and service providers to be more and more apathetic and scornful to the customers need. Could apple have got away with such standards of service providing in us? That is the question that now looms in my mind.

I have attached the pic of phone kindly get me some solution for it. as apple products are purchased for the quality and the price we pay for it. i want it to be resolve as change and give me new phone or make it proper.

                            Apple india — iphone 6s got dead
                            So jitendra pal on june 30, 2017
                            My iphone 6s got switched off of it's own & is not getting switched on. I went to two apple service centre on 25th july 2017 in lucknow but they told me on 1st aug.2017 you get the phone. On 1st i reached on service centre after that they reply me that after 2 days you get phone. Again i reached on on 4th again they reply me same after 2 days you get the phone. It's a really a shame that iphone service centre are not able to figure it out that what time they provide my phone. Please tell me if there is any way to deal with it & it's such a pity that my trust with self certified apple manufacturers is broken. I'm really sorry to say that i never use apple products and i concern to my friends that they also not use or purchase apple products. Unicorn apple service centre staff is irresponsible persons. Please this to be addressed to the manufacturing unit corncerned. Feel free to contact me in case of more information.

                              My iphone 6 got switched off of it's own & is not getting switched on. I went to two apple service centre in bhubaneshwar but they couldn't resolve the issue. It's a really a shame that iphone service centre are not able to figure it out my 35000 rupees phone is a dummy now. Please tell me if there is any way to deal with it & it's such a pity that my trust with self certified apple manufacturers is broken.                                 My mac is under warranty and it has been given to the service center 2 times still the problem is not resolved.
                                The service center guys had clearly asked me to get a replacement of the mac and i am following the same from 1 month,
                                Every time i had spoken with different customer-care executive and then the senior guy, the only thing i use to get was that my problem will be solved and a date.
                                This is totally not accepted, and today i got a call where the solution is that i have to use the laptop as it is, and they cannot do or give any further support in this matter.
                                I have a I phone 6s plus and that phone always have a touch problem. His touch not working properly. I am really frustrated with this problem so please resolve it as soon as possible.

                                  You have sold iphone & to me details enclosed for your reference which has created mayhem in my life. This is the formal letter and settle the claim & compensation within 8 days’ time (Total time given 15days including first intimation to refund). The manufacturing defects are as under:
                                  1. All my contacts details are in mess. I can divide the messing up in into 3 categories 25-30% of contacts the name has been erased. Another 25-35% name has been mixed with other name, some of them superimposed with different name. I am unable find numbers to call as these are either mixed or nonexistent. Secondly i am facing lot of embarrassment as clients are calling me and i am not able to recognize them and asking who is calling. Thirdly when i am calling the number it is going to different person and again facing embarrassment. I am partner and loosing lot of business because of the messing up.
                                  2. The camera of iphone 7 plus is not working. I was in bangladesh on a business trip and wanted take snaps evidencing certain irregularities and could not take as it was dead. I return back without doing the work. Again lot embarrassment as i was unable to perform the work and it was never done as when i visited second time it was all regularized. Loss of face and loss of business.
                                  3. Copying, forwarding not working properly and it takes 10 seconds to come. Sometimes it comes and sometimes does not come at all. Peculiar situation. Loss of time, embarrassment, hardship and handicapness.
                                  4. This iphone 7 plus does not show the history of dialed/ receipt calls are not available beyond a day. Really surprised.
                                  5. The touch pad inconsistent. Sometimes slow, sometimes ok. You do not the behavior of the iphone. When and how it will react.
                                  6. The iphone 7plus is malfunctioning. Sometimes it is ok and sometimes work on various features.
                                  The aforesaid defects were informed to service center at the time giving this iphone and the receiver said nothing on all these problems. The iphone was given on 28th june 2017. We were following up with the service center but there was no response. Finally i wrote a mail and then responded that this still in bangalore. After 12 days, on 10th july (One day of after writing the mail), we got the information that the iphone is ready. I received the iphone in the damaged condition and also not working as some chinese script was coming on opening the phone which i cannot understand. The iphone 7 plus is lying at your service centre.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I have purchased Apple iPhone7 from the Lajpat Nagar iNvent store on[protected] at cost of Rs.58500.
                                    There are many issues that I am facing with this phone which are mentioned below:

                                    Voice is very low the person from the other side is not able to hear it.
                                    Network issue means people call me and they say that your phone was not reachable and also I get message from my Airtel Missed call Alert that someone was trying to call you.
                                    Not able is use internet, internet is very slow however when I use in other phone it works fine.
                                    Also sometimes it freezes for 15 sec and automatically starts when you press the power button.

                                    These are the problems which I am facing however I went to Apple Service center (Pacific Mall Subhash Nagar) first time they said that there is a problem with your software we will update it and it will work fine, they restored and updated the software after updating everything they tested and said there is some other problem also so leave your phone for the observation, so I said please give me another phone to use and they said we don’t have right now, so I said that I will give you by next week and please arrange a hand set for me they agreed on it.
                                    And when I went again to service center they checked and said there is no problem in the phone when I insisted that there is a problem which was earlier recognized by your team member, but they denied and said if you are saying it then submit your phone for a week we will observe and if we find any issue then we will send it Bangalore, I said ok please give me phone to use so that I can submit my phone for a week and they denied on this they said that if Bangalore team will approve then only we can give you the phone and the team leader was talking like we are not responsible for this and we cannot give and he was talking very harsh as If I have made mistake by purchasing an iPhone the Team Leader was very rude.
                                    If by paying Rs.58500 I am not getting the services then I think it’s worst. Please suggest a way around otherwise I have to take support from the consumer forum.

                                        This mail is regarding the issue i have been facing with my macbook pro which is still under warranty and did not get any solution from more than 1 month (38 days over).
                                        Service center and customer care, have been just giving me new date to wait everyday and they are blaming each other and not giving me any solution. The following details are from the proof of email record i have. Other than that i have been contacting more people than the ones mentioned below. I have just been asked for more days, but they have not solved my problem!

                                        Note: service center has taken all my job sheets. Only recent one is with me

                                        I am writing the timeline of my problem/harassment below.

                                        16th may 2017
                                        Contacted apple custome care
                                        Advisor: archana
                                        Case id:[protected]
                                        Issue: vertical lines appearing on screen when switched on to retina mode.
                                        Tried every solution possible from home and after following advice of customer care but all solutions failed. Then she advised me to go to aptronix banjara hills.

                                        Went to aptronix and was told by the technician to take the back up and come back. Issue will be resolved easily.

                                        19 june:
                                        Contacted customer care. Again. Told them i will be visiting aptronix on 25th june.

                                        25th june:
                                        Laptop submitted to aptronix. On 30th june, i got a message to come and collect the device. Service center reinstalled the os. When i went, problem still continued. They asked 2 more days.

                                        3th july:
                                        Came back for the device. Checked the device. Problem did not occur that time. Next day same problem occured. Also new scratches appeared on the laptop screen. Laptop was mishandled by service center. Then i contacted customer care: case id:[protected].

                                        4th july:
                                        Submitted the device again as suggested by the service center and customer care. Service center replaced the mother board.

                                        6th july:
                                        I sent screenshots and job sheet image to apple as told by customer care.

                                        7th july:
                                        Contacted customer care, given details: roselyn[protected], dial 9108 extention: 8950245

                                        10th july:
                                        Contacted customer care for updates. Given new senior team details: saroj[protected], dial 9108 extention: 8950258
                                        Got a call from customer care asking for more time. Suddenly got a message from service center right after that call to come and collect the device. Then customer care said that the message was sent by default and the mac is still not ready.

                                        14th july:
                                        Contacted customer chat for updates. New details given: shawn
                                        Also contacted a senior team person from apple us but he also asked for more time.

                                        16th july:
                                        Mailed apple customer support.
                                        Got reply from macky.

                                        19th july:
                                        Asked status to her. She replied.
                                        Had a conversation via email. Asking what is the solution, did not get any justified answer.

                                        23rd july
                                        Asked for status. Macky said she needs more days to find out.
                                        In the process the cycle count of my battery also increased drastically from 45 to 94. I told them that this is not fair and that because of them my laptop cycle count increased so much. So service center replaced the battery and display as well. I was told to wait for few days. They told that by 26th i would get the laptop.

                                        24th july:
                                        Asked for updates. So i was told to wait for more days.

                                        25th july:
                                        Parts placed. Waiting for more days.

                                        26th july:
                                        Went to collect my laptop after calling and confirming if the problem is solved. They told me yes.. Come and collect your device.
                                        4th time after so many days when i went they again told that the problem is not solved and they need more time. They also spoke to customer care and told that after replacing all the parts, they don't have any other option. They were not able to solve the problem and tried all they could. They had already told the customer care people earlier but i was not informed about this.

                                        27th july:
                                        I mailed macky (Customer support) and asked why didn't they inform me that the service center had already given up on the device, i did not get any response.
                                        Then she responded late, saying that she is on rest and that other colleague of her is handling the case.

                                        In between also i tried contacting and also spoke to customer care people. Did nkt ger any useful reply.

                                        1st august:
                                        Again contacted customer care, given details of new senior team person: arshiya[protected], dial 9108 extention: 8950641
                                        She again asked for more days. She also made a conference call with mahesh of service center and asked him that did this issue occur in other models? Mahesh said that it occured in 2-3 models. To this she tried to genralize it saying that it is a normal issue and her attitude seemed as if she just wanted me to take the case back and not provide the solution.
                                        At night i got a call form a senior manager asking me about it. When i told him all he said was he cannot comment on the above statement and he just asked for more days.

                                        All i am saying is that after troubling me so much regarding this, when will i get a solution? I want a refund/replacement. It is high time now. After wasting 38 days and hampering my work, i don't want your lies and fake promises..! I just want a replacement!!! I have had enough of customer care not responding properly to delaying it so much..!
