After my claim aproval my phone has been taken from my adress to the apps you need service centre, it has been 45 days after aproval and pickup, i have called several times to customer care but the customer care representatives are saying that your phone is in service centre and it will be dilevered shortly when your phone will repair, but no responce is there of my phone, i want to know why my phone is coming and when it will be dilevered (Asus zenfone 5.0 lte)

Apps you need company is fraud company. They are not giving claim and closing claim request by saying documents not submitted within time limit.
I have registered complaint of mobile theft on 17, dec 2016, and submitted claim form along with all the required documents on 18, dec 2016 as they intimated to submitted documents before 03, jan 2017. I have also received confirmation of documents submission on same day. But still they are replying "your case has been closed because your document was not submitted within time limit by your side and tat is over. We are unable to process it further. For more information kindly contact to our helpline." on helpline number they ask to send mail. They do not want to give me claim. Its a fraud company.

I am facing the issue with the above service provider in against of my phone.
I have submitted my phone to the company, as per the procedure and waiter for same, but this people have not repaired my phone yet.
As per the policy i have waited for as many as days they ask for, but every time they have failed to provide me the service for which i have paid them.
More over it, they are not even having courtesy to revert me on my equerry,
People are so unprofessional that they do not even talk and understand the problem in fact they start telling something different and problem is there itself.
People do not help you out, but two different people will update you two different status, for ex:1 say it will be delivered in 10 working days, other guy say it will take more 25 days and then we will update you on status.
When i am asking them to update status for the same on their dashboard, they are not doing it and giving technical error reason
As per policy they it should take 30 working days after phone pick up from address, but today is the 82 day after my pick up of phone from my location, still in repairing status.
Apps you need kindly stick to you policy and provide services and stop cheating and misguiding consumers.

Each and every time i make a call to apps you need company for delivering my handset (*which was sent back to the company without any intimation to me) of cin no. Dmar76181, i am asked to resend, re-inform about my address, where, i have already informed, told, said, made them note down my address several times again over the phone, that the address is, "siliguri distributors, pratap market, 2nd mile, sevoke road, siliguri 734001" (The same address from where the pick up was done, and which is also registered with postal office).

Request them now to expertise the delivery of my phone to the said address without further delay and contact me for any query.

Hello i sunil khetawat had purchased an iphone se 16 gb gold with a apps you need insurance with future in mind. My phone fell from my hand while i was talking on it with someone as i got a push from corrier guy. My iphone then had cracks at back and a blank display. I uploaded a form for claim which was put under query for the reason that it didn't mention weather i was standing or walking i reuploded the form for the same query and it has been 5 days since, the deadline has even pass by a day but still no answer. The only thing they say is to wait for 48 hours every time. It is giving me a serious headache as if the process is delayed in the first step it would be further delayed as a whole. First claim put up date - 23rd april, 2017
After multiple flimsy reasons of documents and sign missing and other petty issues at their end they have made me fill forms multiple times and finally claim was approved by their highly incompetent team.
Device pick up date - 08th may, 2017

We were told earlier that within maximum 21 days of device pick up claim will be resolved. It has been over 30 days from device pick up and over 45 days of initial claim put up date still there is no update on the same.

Their website is not updated and they do not have responsible staff to attain queries and every time false timelines and information has been provided.

Request every new customer of this insurance company to notice and proceed for this.

This is in regard with my claim no. Sd[protected] filed on 10th december 2016. The claim documents were successfully uploaded on your website appsyouneed, as per instructions from the mail sent by you, from my side on 12th january 2017. The claim was duly approved from your side on 21st january 2017 and i received a message stating that the necessary documents along with the phone will be duly collected within 24 hours. But their was a delay from your end and the phone was picked up on 2nd february 2017.

However, after the phone was picked up there was no contact from your side regarding the repair status. On your website it is showing that my phone should have been returned to me on 17th feb 2017. But it's been more than 4 months now and i am still clueless about when my phone will be returned to me.

The last mail that i received from your side after following up with you people for long was on 5th may 2017 stating that my phone has been repaired and will be returned to me within 10 working days.

However, i am still clueless about the delay and whether you people have any intention of returning the phone or not.

I have approached the national consumer court and they have asked me to mail this letter along with the complaint #281029. After this mail also if i fail to get any response from your company new india assurance ltd. I will be forced to take a legal action in the indian consumer court against your fake insurance company.

For your company is not worth to be addressed with sir or maam, for your entire team lacks discipline, courtesy, ethics, etiquettes, etc. For they disconnect phone while talking, not call back if disconnected due to network issue, and do not listen to the matter. Pls check all recordings you store for further training. And also refer to complaint id CNJUN05131 and

My phone worth Rs. 82, 500 was sent back to your company for address issue where as no intimation about sending back was given to me. Where I have provided with all alternative numbers and mails. I was not intimated about the despatch either. (Shame)..
Secondly, i called and complained about the matter, and they re-noted the address (which is still the same) on 3rd June and today I called back since no information was given, they are still stuck that Sir you need to Re give us the address.. which is still the same which was at the time of pickup or given first time. My address is more renowned then your company's name and stake. For even 'pratap market' of address is enough for delivery to correct place.(Shame)
I am in deep dilemma for poor performance of your company. (Shame)
Pls look into the matter.
And if you need my phone to gift it to someone, inform same about me and gift it with Rs.1001 in envelope (I can pay this amount too)(shame) or send my phone back to my address soon..
oh yes, I was also told that resending will take 25 days(shame)... LOL.. 25 days are enough for full Europe tour.. NONSENSE!!!
If Anybody (shame) in your entire company has little authority power to make things go correct pls call me personally not from your toll free number which doesn't have facility to call back even or transfer the call, and solve my complain or tell me politely that sir, we have gulped Your phone pls buy new. Thats it. (Shame)

Hi, as per aun last communication my claim was rejected due to use of mobile phone on road. Which is so inappropriate. Company executives not explained me that time when i purchase product! Why company has not reject my claim after 10 days instead of 22nd may (When i submitted the claim). Apart from that lots of mentaly harrasment faced after raised the claim three time i was uploded broken display pics with different style. Then they had rejected my claim with other reason.

For no valid reasons my insurance getting rejected. I'm regretting myself to go for this insurance. The dealer (Devi international bangalore), who was providing this insurance earlier stopped now. This shows the quality of service this company provides. Never ever go for this provider, if they still in the business. I will not let this go as i will be escalating to next level

Last month i send my damage mobile phone for screen repairing to aun but still there is no any information regarding to this issue, i have call many times to company representative but always they gives an unsatisfactory answer, now it is acting like mentally harresment and giving torcher. Sir, My Claim has been rejected stating that "Handset not under Customer Custody" but above mentioned condition is not mentioned in Terms and Conditions. Also customer care support is very poor. No one is answering my queries. Complaint on website is pending for 4 days while it says they will be answered in 48 Hours. Customer care helplines say they do not have authority to do anything, they can only tell me that my claim is rejected. Who am I supposed to get answers from?

My claim was approved. However they were not able to repair my phone and said that phone is out of economic repair for just a screen repair. Then confirmed that I will be receiving a cheque for the claim and all accessories and original bill and a canceled cheque was collected in march 2017 and after that till today I have not received the cheque. I called toll free number from yesterday till today for customer care assistance. Really i am facing a big problem to interact with app you need. 2 unknown person stolen my 3 months used iphone 7 plus yesterday. I hav an f. I. R coppy with me with invoice bill of mobile & the invoice of the apps you need mobile insurance with me. I am submiting my complaint here. I tried their customer care number so many times but they were not attending my call anymore. Is it the way to satisfy their customer which are buying their policies to fully trust on them?

It is abt 67 days that my claim was approved and the set was picked up from your side on 18th march. But after that there is absolutely no response. Everytime your committed date has been elapsed we asked for delivery of my my phone you people came with a great idea that you need some more time. Better you close down your company and stop harassing consumer. Please reply why one should not go to consumer forum and take a legal action for the mental harrasement i have been going through these past two months.

I have submitted the invoice with that I have purchased my phone and paid for the insurance amount and when I am claiming for the damage the claim is getting rejected because of the reason that invoice no doesn't match with your record How ridiculous argument is this I have submitted the picture of the invoice as well which has clearly mentioned all the details

This is to draw your kind attention towards claim amount which is not yet received for my stolen cell phone. On 12th oct my claim was approved against my cell phone in the process all the accessary related to the stolen cell phone and documents were collected on 13th oct. I was informed that my claim money will be received within two to three months now it has been more than 8 months.

I have been kept told that the case is in under processing and you will receive your exact status and sometimes you gave me time period by which I will receive claim money, but that day has not yet come. My claim approved around 8 months back however still not received the claim money.

If you are not looking into this matter and not giving my claim money within 10 days, I will file a suit against you. Now its not tolerable.
