My phone LG K10 was picked up for repairs as claimed for damage insurance on 25 February 2017 and no update ever since where my phone is, I have lost all hopes to see my phone back.I called one of their Executive and asked to atleast send the phone back.My phone was couriered by FedEx on 7th April, still waiting for the delivery. Today just checked status, says delivered. I've still not received it. Pathetic service.

    This is regarding intimation number ADN_C_131216_[protected]. They returned my Samsung A5 2015 model after long period of three months. And when i use it for 10-20 minutes ghost touch coming in this after some time phone touch is not working at all. The phone is useless at all. I tied their customer care number but noone responding there, i also goes to the Customer care connect point but that is also closed. Some how i get the number of appsdaily sale member he gave me a mail id of a concerned mail. I wrote mail to him today and he is responding like we can consider the case after one month. This is ridiculous i was trying to contact them from the day i recived my phone on customer care number numner but noone responding and also they closed the customer connect point. How customer will contact them. And they must check the phone before returning whether it is working or not. This cimpany is befooling people. Is there anyone who can help me regarding this.

        Last 3 Months back i lost my mobile and applying the my mobile insurance in "Apps daily Solution Pvt Ltd". as per this company we have courier all Original documents & Rs.4975/- paid. after receive my documents & my amount not received any reply from this company. and i trying to reach in phone also this is also not answering. after i checked with this company reviews are very badly, all customer are asking for this fraud company.

                I have purchased mobile protection for redmi note 4 but the product does not get activated i contacted the customer care so they revert me that your money will be refunded so i send the details to them as they told me to do
                but after then there is no response from them i am sending mails to them but it does not get delivered no i am helpless please help me it cost me 1500 INR

                  After updating my phone there was some issues with my phone. Because of which I have to format my phone. After format the mobile was just normal. But after few minutes the screen was fully white and showing the lobo of appsdaily app and was asking password. But because the data was not on it is not accepting the password. And now I can not able to on WI-FI or data in my phone. The phone is not starting.

                    My handset Samsung galaxy s7edge under cin ADN_C280117_[protected]...it's been more than two months that I haven't received any update from Appdaily...Apps daily has disturbed me a lot...i'm tired of waiting and I'm very disappointed by the act of carelessness of appsdaily... Apps daily is not what they say they are totally different I'm really very disappointed and tired and worried for my phone...on 3 April 2017 a phone comes to me from appsdaily... and the person says that my phone will be delivered to me unrepaired within one week and it's been 15 days I haven't received my phone ..I'm tired of calling appsdaily.. no one replies I don't know what to do where to go and I'm disgusted... I request or I should say warn appsdaily to send my phone as soon as possible or otherwise I will file a case against the company. The company is very irresponsible and not liable to its customers. The company is only its namesake...

I have not received my cell phone till today. 15/04/2017. My mobile. Samsung Galaxy J - 7 model was insured for antivirus and theft by Apps Daily Solution. It was done by the sells man of Samsung Show Room of Lanka Varanasi.

                        Your company apps daily had said that if your mobile phone will be theft than you are eligible for take same handset if can't do this than you will deduct 15% of invoice amount remaining money refund becoz my mobile had 150 days use only.now I checked online your claim process has different you said in this we will pay 30% deductable amount of invoice value and you will give not same handset you will provide best mobile but I want same handset.your company has fraud with me i[censored] tell truth all insurance terms and condition theft process than I don't take this insurance.you said apps daily insurance is benefit for you but I don't think so becoz your insurance kit say something and your claim process say different from insurance kit. I have attached proof for theft process.if you will not give my eligible amount or set iwill go consumer court with you insurance kit.If you can understand my situation after that incident then I hope you will help me I don't have any money right now I want to know what is the benefit of your apps daily insurance.

                          Hello team,

                          This is with regard to the : claim intimation number adn_180317_[protected], iphone 6s.

                          Guys, the whole purpose of taking an insurance is to make it simple with the issues that we face post the purchase of our phones.

                          I would like to list out the pain points ever since we began the claim process:

                          Disappointment 1. : we were initially told that if we get our phone insured, we would be eligible to claim for a refurbished phone in case of damages. However looks like either the agent missed providing the right information about the process or you guys missed sending out the guidelines to our registered email id. We were completely alien to the entire process of claiming.

                          Disappointment 2. : we had to literally browse for a lot of tutorials and learn about the process. Post which the point of contact, that is the mediator between the outlet of the phone and your team failed to expedite the process. A lot of waiting time again! We did not have direct emails to get in touch with you guys either.

                          Disappointment 3. : we get a notification a week back that the phone is being repaired and not being replaced (On sending multiple emails to you guys), again not worth the effort of send the phone all the way to your facility for a small crack on one of the corner and the ringer button not functioning as desired.

                          If your service had to be this poor, lethargic, not user/customer friendly, time consuming and inconvenient i would have never gotten my phone covered at all and would have gotten the phone fixed by any of the service centers available in the city and i am sure i would not have had to wait for this long to get my phone repaired at all.

                          Believe me when i say this, i am never using your service anytime again in the near future! And i would suggest my friends and family also to never register for your service.

                          You guys have to work on a lot of improvements to kill all these pain points for your customers.

                          I would like for you guys to please take this as the top most priorities and provide me with an update as soon as possible.

                            This company is a big fraud. Let's all file a legal suit jointly. It will save money and make case stronger if over 100 people file it jointly. My Samsung mobile's screen got damaged and we did all paper work.This company gave us the claim id.But its been more than a week but nobody has collected my phone. I checked its rating and found many of you have been victims. Now I don't want to give my mobile to them. Please revert on this platform.we have to take JOINT action in consumer court. Individually this company will not pay heed.

                            Apps daily is Totally ignoring claim process of mobile phones. After 60 days of claim process till date they are not able to handover customer mobile phone.

                            This is the fraud company. Please dont take insurance from this company. They returned my A5 phone after 3 months and that is totally in worse condition touch of phone is not working. Legal action must be taken regarding this fraud company.
                            Me too ready to file complaint against Appsdaily. I handed over my Iphone 6s on march 5 and till now i didnt get any responswe from them. i tried to reach the customer care number but all number are invalid. we also need to file complaint against the mobile showrooms who are promoting this fraud companies.

                                I handed over a samsung s7 edge with a small crack (But functioning well) phone to the connect center at coimbatore on december 31, 2016.                                   I had taken a appsdaily insurance when i purchased the samsung s7 edge 29.2.16, my phone screen got damged on 18th feb 17,
                                  Upon completion of appsdaily due documentation & with a payment of services charges rs.3150.00

                                  I had couriered my phone for repairs on 25th of february 2017. For which i got a confirmation tat all documents & phone were received by their mumbai office on 27 feb 17.
                                  Since that day i have been waiting for my phone to be repaired,

                                  Ent 4 email on status update, got no response from the company on the repairs status,
                                  I just want my phone repaired & back to me asap,

                                  After waiting for months I got a call from APPSDAILY that they can’t repair the phone & so they are sending it back to me & i will have to get it repaired myself, once it is repaired i have to send them my Bill receipt for claim reimbursement .
                                  This they could have told me long back then to wait for 2 months ??? Anyways i got my repaired phone back from Appsdaily, Mumbai on 17.4.2017,
                                  Thus left with no choice i got the my phoneS7 edge repaired at Samsung Service center, Jaipur on 18.4.2017.
                                  The Bill paid for screen replacement is Rs. 14000.39 only
                                  Now I have to wait for the company to respond & reimburse my payment for repairs ….

                                  They took RS.3150 in name of File charges had my for for 2 months then returned without repairs, Thus was left with no choice i got the my phoneS7 edge repaired at Samsung Service center, Jaipur on 18.4.2017.
                                  Paid a Bill of Rs. 14000.39 only, with APPSDAILY assuring that i will reimbursed in full
                                  now from last 2 months No one is responding or taking any calls,

                                    I have sent my samsung s7 edge phone for service and got confirmation that it is received by feb 20. its almost 50 days .there is no response from them .

                                    Apps daily have closed all branches from chennai. and Associates have changed their mob numbers.

                                    Customer care tells the status which is on feb 20 . NO
                                    other way to reach them .

                                    I have mailed to initiate CNA process. i just got a automated mail.

                                    The company's existence is not sure. ??

                                      I submitted my phone 03 december 2016. With intimatiin id adn_c_30116_[protected]. There is no revert or any information regardibg my phone. Worst service i have ever seen. I contact with their employes, but they also make excuse to solve my problem. I never get any satisfactory answer from them till first date. It seems that only making excuses are their duty.

                                        On 19/5/2016 I bought HTC DESIRE 828 with imei no. [protected] for 18710 INR
                                        Plus appsdaily PLATINUM insurance
                                        In February my phone got damaged and I applied for claim they asked me to send 1500/- as processing fee and hence I transferred the amount and they took my phone via courier service to their service centre.
                                        They gave a cin no. : ADN_210217_[protected]
                                        After than on 18th March I received a sms saying my phone is repaired. After that I am not getting any updates and its almost a month I didn't receive my phone back.
                                        After searching on google I found out that the company is doing this with almost all of its customers. Please make a note of this and file a complaint from my side against them.
