I have sent my mobile on 18/03/2017, tried to check for status it keeps going to ivr and says still in process i had asked even for call back there is no response, I am very unhappy with the service you are giving, Kindly refund the amount Product name is MPP 60K Serial Number 7389186 where you have charge me with 4999, and when i registered my complain and this was the mail i have received." We have received a deductible of INR 3414.0 against your CIN ADN_C_130217_[protected]". It is very unprofessional of your company, Kindly refund and send Back my mobile, Kindkly do not repair the mobile, I can get it done here locally, If Not i might have to go to Consumer court case against your company

Updated by Rakeshcharan Sorry to inform you that i have repeatedly requesting you for refund of the money i have still not received any response I am really very upset with the way things are going I had paid for the repair and the insurance and for the phone now i have lost approximately Rs 73000/- on this and wasted my time thinking that app daily are reliable but they seem to be a fake company who cheat people and i am sorry that even the Consume complaints are not doing anything about this company Kindly take sever action against this company where they are cheating people of their money, You can take some action and give us some response as what is the status of the complaint
