I had done the phone insurance; and sent back to apps daily to damage issue and deposited INR 1500 in their account as well.

Now they have sent unrepaired phone back to us and when i have checked from service senter they are asking for approximate INR 7000/-

Why should customner bare this cost; why we had done the insurance.

In september 2016 I bought iphone 5s with imei no. [protected] for 21300 INR
Plus appsdaily insurance worth 2500 INR,

My phone damaged on jan i sent them deductible amount they sent me the kit and i'd forwarded them the phone... they send me CIN ADN_010217_[protected]
After that they send me a message that my phone is being repaired on 9th march,

But from now no messages... and customer care computer said "your phone and documents are received at our service centre" from past 30 days...

My claim processes is done but my mobile still not been repaired and not send back to me and I am calling on costumer care number only voice message is just answering no one is replays.my complaint last no is[protected] I need my mobile phone back or new phone while I purchased the mobile phone insurance shop person who told me that if any damage happens to mobile you will get New handset.

I had purchased i phone 7 imei [protected] from todays mobile amritsar (Nehru shopping complex). I was asked to buy apps daily insurance by the shop personnel. On 9th or 10th march i sent my i phone 7 to appsdaily for repair. I had gone to todays mobile as i was told that we will change the phone when u will use the insurance. But then i was sent to apps daily office located on madan mohan malviya road. He registered my claim and i was asked to deposit my money (3300) and phone will be picked from my home. Its been a month and i haven't heard anything from them. I have emailed the company twice but no reply. I went to apps daily office in amritsar and i was told that they have closed the amritsar office. So i have tried calling them but apps daily call doesn't connect me to customer support.

We have received a deductible of inr 1950.0 against your cin adn_050417_[protected]. The above mentioned number is my claim number. But after doing the payment nobody has come to receive the mobile. So please kindly take the action as early as possible. If you don't do anything then i will go to the cosumers court for legal procedures.

I purchased mobile insurance from appadaily on[protected] with invoice number 2890 from Shree Krishna communication Indore MP . My phone got damaged recently and i filed claim on mar 04/04/2017 (Claim id: ADN_030417_[protected] but i didn't hear from them since then. When called on their customer care number, only ivr is receiving calls and disconnecting. What is the point in purchasing the insurance from this company? Mr Rajesh . Shree Krishna communication has to be sewed too for allowing such frauds to take part in their business!...

I have purchased new LG -H630D mobile phone on 10/4/16 IMEI No. [protected] and insurance also by apps daily. Due to physical damage I have submitted my damage mobile to apps daily for insurance. And amount paid 4950 rs. on 23 Jan 2017. And as per service center within one month I will get my claim but till date I didn't receive claim not any feedback from apps daily

It has been 3 month ibtrying to reach appsdaily touch point but unfortunately I m not success to do so. What the hell this company I think you ppl are bluff each and every customer I need my phone to be repaired asap. If i will not received my phone before 15 April i m gonna file strong law suit against appsdaily.

It's been more than 13 days since i sent my mobile Apple 6 S + and I have not yet received it.

but i still don't have it back and there is no way to contact the company. The company is going against policies.

they are charge INR 3000 from us and not received any courier from company side, this company is fraud. i am going to consumer court against this.

When will i get my mobile?? I need it at the earliest.

I have submitted my complaint on 1St March 2017 and they sent a payment link on the same day and I transferred Rs1000 on the same day and I received a box on 4th March 2017 and I gathered all required documents and sent them along with my mobile using pickup option on 9th March 2017 and on 11 March 2017 appsdaily team received it and send a confirmation message regarding it. On 16 March 2017 in the evening time 3:40 I received a message that your phone is currently being repaired at our service centre we will be dispatching your phone soon back to your customer connect point. We shall keep you updated on the progress of your claim. But till now I did not receive any message or call regarding my claim. So many times I tried on [protected] but same word repeated. I provided my phone number on that but didn't received any feedback from appsdaily.

I have submitted my samsung j 7 mobile to them on 3 months before they have taken 1500 rs from me for service and 2500 rs for insurance and given the gurantee to repair within 21 days but still i m waiting for my mobile from last 4 month and their is no intimation from their side and i m also not able to contact them... i think they have stolen my mobile

No phone numbers of the customer care. How should i claim Insaurance against my phone.

I sended my phone to there address and received confirmation message from the company but didnt get to know any further deatails about my phone and its been a month since i send my phone to them but whenever i called them the computer recorded voice says your phone is in our centre we let u know when we send it and when it says for more information talk to our executive press 9 then suddenly after pressing it the calls cut

My claim intimation id is[protected] for ASUS Z101D Mobile phone. The company has taken Rs.2500 in the name of insurance & Rs.1000 as service charges for repair. I had handed over my phone to their connect center on 24th December and was promised to get it back in 21 working days.And unfortunately till date my phone is with these cheaters and there is no update from their side. they have closed down their connect centers without any intimation & I am unable to reach them on phone too..i cant get any update except that one ivr msg that says my phone & documents are ath the service center and is being repaired. It kaes one day to repair broken screen of a phone & they have not been able to do it yet. My phones warrenty will be over in july and these fraudsters dont even have an email id where i can contact them.. they are fooling costumers in the name of service and i am sure there is some big scam.

It is very unprofessional of your company, Kindly refund and send Back my mobile, Kindkly do not repair the mobile, I can get it done here locally, If Not i might have to go to Consumer court case against your company

I have bought the apps daily policy for the safety of phone, last month my phone got damaged and i lodged a complaint to appsdaily for same, they immediately asked for 3500 for pic up charges which i paid.
