I purchased mobile insurance from appadaily on[protected] with invoice number mg/16/3521 from bajaj electronics. My phone got damaged recently and i filed claim on mar 27 2017 (Claim id: adn_270317_[protected] but i didn't hear from them since then. When called on their customer care number, only ivr is receiving calls and disconnecting. What is the point in purchasing the insurance from this company? Bajaj electronics has to be sewed too for allowing such frauds to take part in their business!

    I have been calling mailing to them through all means there is no revert from them.

    I have paid 8500rs for insuring my phone till date no response i have received from them.

    I have lodged complaint in consumer forum as well, there is no reply from them also.

    Nitin [protected] there representative in Delhi is worst person, he doesnt answer calls disconnects call and talks so rudely.

      I have purchased a Samsung mobile costing 16900/- at Anupam Stationery Superstore pvt ltd at sai shopping mall, opp Railway station Boriwali and purchased a insurance policy for theft - damage protection for the same. The agent assured me if mobile would be stolen, he will help you in claiming insurance police. the mobile was picked pocket on 12.03.2017 and i lodge the FIR for the same and deductible amount of 5070/- and required document has been sent by me on 16.03.2017 but no reply has come yet that company has receive my document and how much time it take .

        Sir it's been 2 months when I have send my phone in your office for repairing it...Till 2 months there was no response of my phone tha when you are returning it..On 16 march 2017 one of your executive had call me that we are sending your phone to you and it will reach you by 23 March 2017...Sir the date which was given to me had been crossed and there is no response from your side...I have send many mails on your site but there was no reply from your side...I had also called on your tollfree no [protected] but when I selected the option to talk with the executive there was no response from your side...Sir 3 months has been crossed and I had not get any information about my phone...Please tell me that what are you doing with my phone...When you are returning it or at least improve your contact ability that someone can call or email you so he/she can get reply...Please inform me about my phone...

          I have been waiting since 4 month but as per company norms u should refund within 45 days

            its been more than two months now i am struggling for my claim. due to some of your mismanagement i didnt get the packaging kit for more than a month. After receiving it i sent my mobile with all documents required and received the message from you on 1st of march. i was assured by the customer executive that i will get my repaired cell asap. but now its been a month again i have not received any of your reply nor my mobile inspite of completing 21 working days. please revert back i am also not able to arrange the call back from you. please arrange it for me on the following number and tell the status of my claim at your earliest.

              Myself Avinash Kaur, I'm a retired govt employee of 65 years. It's already 4 months now and I'm really frustrated of calling these guys again and again.

              I bought Samsung J7 on 17/04/2016 and took mobile insurance from AppsDaily. In december 16 the screen got damaged. I applied for claim from AppsDaily. But Till date I have no update. I'm really fedup of calling them again and again. But still no action. They asked me to get a new phone by paying 30%, I was ready for this and now they are saying we will send your handset back after 4 months. Get your phone repaired and we will give you the money back. How can I believe these liars. From last four months they are giving so much of mental harassment. Please look into this.

                I have also paid deductible proccesing fee of rs. 3150 to apps daily. And now 21 days has been finished..
                But mobile has not come at my house. Plzz tell me the what is the status of my coming phone.

                  This mail is in regard with the Claim Intimation Number - ADN_C_230217_[protected] dated 18/03/2017 for the claim of a damaged Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge cell phone bought under the name of M Senthil Kumar with address - No.5 Bharath Flats, Eswaran Kovil Street, Gowripet, Avadi, Chennai - 6000054.

                  I have specifically bought the mobile insurance at a higher premium of Rs. 4999/- just to avail the convenience of a 10 day replacement guarantee provided by your company.

                  However in-spite of providing all documents, the damaged phone and Rs. 3414/- as registration charges for claiming the insurance and receiving the intimation of the claim being accepted on 18/03/2017, today we stand on 02/04/2017, that is more than 15 days without any communication regarding the claim.

                  I believe this is indeed an unfair practice by your company especially when I have been repeatedly trying to contact your customer care number with zero success for the past 1 week.

                  The prime reason for insuring the phone at a higher premium is because I use my cell phone for any and all of my professional communications and I would not be able to afford such a delay in the unlikely case of an accident or damage.

                  It is ironical that the same reason why I chose your insurance and paid a higher premium for a fast solution is serving the exact opposite purpose.

                  Please make sure that my issue is resolved at the earliest as the delay has already taken a grave toll on my professional correspondence

                      These people have picked up my mobile with IMEI: [protected] (Samsung galaxy S7)1 month ago saying that it will take 15 days to be repaired and sent back to me.
                      They also made me pay 3000Rs as processing fee.
                      It has been 1 month and 2 days and I still did not receive my mobile.
                      This company doesn't have any customer support mail id and literally zero communication with the customer.
                      Kindly mark this complaint to them and get my mobile returned ASAP

                        In Mar'16 i purchased one Samsung S7 Edge Mobile from Samsung Smart Cafe (Arrow) in Skywalk mall chennai for Rs. 57000/-
                        In Samsung show room they forced to buy insurance for Rs. 5000 from Apps Daily for Physical damage or theft claim purpose.
                        In Oct'16 my mobile has fallen down and front glass damaged. Only glass damage with working condition.
                        I raised complaint for claim in apps daily for claiming replacement of display.
                        i gave my mobile to their collection centre in taramani Chennai on nov 3rd with working condition for claiming free replacement. They collected Rs. 2800 for deductible amount for replacing the same.
                        They said they will send to mumbai for replacing and will get the mobile within 20 days.

                        But Still i haven't receive my handset. it more than 5 months, whenever i send mail or call to customer care, they repeatedly telling the mobile will be dispatched with in a week.

                        Kindly support for getting back my mobile or compensation for this.

                        suggest to do further.

                          It has been more than 5 months i submitted my handset on 21th october 2016 intimation number is adi_121016_[protected]. Since appsdaily is unable to deliver my handset i requested them to return my handset samsung galaxy s6 in same condition as it was given bt they r making excuses from past one and half moths that by next weak or next 15days you will get your handset back... Their customer care no is also not working whenever i call their autosystem tells me that my intimation no is invalid. I dont want, y hanset to b repaired i[censored] people can then that would be a blessing for me..

                              I have given my s7edge + ..with an amount of 3700 to apps daily and it's been 4 months I have not received my phone yet this is a big issue. They are not responding to my calls to their toll free number..i have purchased this handset for 54k .and it Was a huge amount for me to spend on a mobile.it is frustrating that a company like this do to its customers, and I took this platinum and they said they will replace it in 10 days it's now been more than 100 days.. I am really upset. I just want my mobile back.

                                I have raised a claim on 13/02/2017 to repair my damage samsung a5 phone.
                                They asked me to pay insurance fee of 1500 rs which paid and send my phone by courier to their given address. I got email on 25/02/2017 that my phone and documents are received at their center and after that there is no response from them. There customer care number gives only automated response now and there is no option to talk to any agent. I tried to email them for the update and their emails are bouncing due to over quota.
                                I need to know what they are doing with my phone and when they will repair and return it. If they cant repair then atleast return.

                                They are making so many frauds and taking money and phone both from insurers. Consumer court should help us in this.

                                  This is bring to your notice that I Pawan Kumar Rathi had submitted my damaged handset on 14 th of Jan 2017 i.e Samsung A7 to one of the connect center of apps daily bearing IMEI no. [protected] and intimation ID as ADN_C_291216_[protected] where I made a payment of Rs 1500 so that my damaged handset gets repaired in time.
                                  Earlier executive members were at least picking up the phone and later the same process was modified to call back requests giving me the false information that "your phone has reached service center and delivered to you soon". This same status was said by them every now and then with a intention of keeping me on hold.
                                  Moreover all the cc center is being shut done with the intention of having online process but now neither there is any call back request nor they are providing any information for status. When it comes to IVR, the give same repeated status i.e "your documents have been accepted and approved and your phone will be dispatch to one of our service center soon" since from last 2 and half months.
                                  Moroever when checking status through online they have given wrong information of courier company with wrong reference number.
                                  Now I have no option to reach apps daily and if the problem is not solved soon then I have to file a case against this company
                                  I hope my problem would be solved soon through your domain

                                    I filed this claim on 27.12.2016. For the theft of my i phone 6 16gb rose gold i was promised compensation of rs 30450/- for which the documents asked from me had been submitted, still the claim has not been settled as promised of giving the amount with in 1 month of sending my bank details to your organization.

                                    Out of rs 30450 to be received

                                    I paid rs 4500 for the enrolment of my i phone insurance coverage

                                    Paid rs 13050/- for the difference 30% deduction of the invoice value as per the instructions by apps daily executives

                                    Total amount paid rs 17550/- till date and still waiting for the claim amount which is a clear harassment of the customer like me.

                                    I once again request the people at apps daily to settle the claim.

                                      I t is to inform you that i purchased samsung c9 pro mobile on[protected] and got it insured from your dealer modern video lab amritsar on same day. After 15 days my mobile got damaged due to maufacturing fault and handset was replaced by samsung. Now new imei number was to be endorsed on existing insurance which is not done by your executive mr. Shubham as he made false promises. Yesterday i talk to his senior mr. Harpreet singh and he promised me that my issue will be resolved by today afternoon. But till now no issue has been resolved.
