I have submitted my phone oppo f1s with the documents on the 9th march. Bcoz of screen damage. Its been a 1 month.. By many times called on helpline number[protected] and request to call back but no updates are available. On web portal there no option for instant help. Feeling bad why i signed up with the company.
My intimation id is adn_[protected]. Requesting to solve mine complain as soon as possible...

      1-my samsung a 7 6 mobile set was theft on dt 01.01.2017.
      2-i have ludged complain to appsdaily on dt 02.01.2017 & from appsdaily i got cin no atn_020117_[protected].
      3-as per instructions given to me form apps daily i have ludged fir & deposited all documents in the bhubaneswar branch office of appsdaily.
      4-after that i have got a message from appsdaily for deposit of rs-8997/_in the payment link provided to me through message.
      5- i have deposited the said amount on the same day dt 10.01.2017. Through online.
      6-after deposited the said amount i got the confirmation message from appsdaily.
      7-then appsdaily send a message to me to send my mobile set very sortly.
      8- several times i have gone through bhubaneswar branch office of appsdaily but it was closed, in between 20 days passed no response,
      9-then i called to appsdaily they advice to me for submission of all original documents at the head office of appsdaily in mumbai.
      10-after that i had sent all requisite documents on dt.03.02.2017.
      11-i had got a message from appsdaily that within 21 days you will get your mobile set.
      12-already 60 days passed but till date there is no response from appsdaily. Several times i have phone to appsdaily but no response.
      13-so i request to do the needful in this matter to provide me my mobile set at an early. Regards. Parsuram barik, talcher odisha. Mo_[protected],

        I have registered this claim on 11th of Jan 2017. Till date 5th April 2017 no communication has been received from app daily. I have also paid 30% of the invoice amount. But yet I did not receive my replacement handset. The strangest thing is that during sales everyone supports. But after sales nobody does.
        Raised a complaint with consumer forum also. Hope this helps.

          My intimation no is adn_291216_[protected] kindly do the job. I had given my phone for insurance claim of broken screen on 30th Dec 2016. My claim was also accepted videos the above intimation Id till date I have not received my phone back from appsdaily . I am without phone for last 3 months and facing a lot of hardship please look into the matter. I had contacted appsdaily daily customer care the only reply I get is Tata your phone and documents have been received at the customer service center we will update u latter on the progress of the claim.

              My Name is Arun Kumar Tiwari from faridabad . Clami id of aaps daily[protected] claim was filed on 1st November 2016 . All document wer submitted and was verified by backhand team . They asked me to pay 3000 rs as per their terms and condition .I gave they 3000 rs with in their condition of 7 days . That time it was very worst condition of currency demonitisation . I gave them the new currency note . Which they ask me for . Even till today no reply for my claim . I called them more then 200 time but no answer

                Im Anamika Saha From Agartala Tripura.

                Its been 1 month now i am struggling for my claim. Due to some of your mismanagement i didnt get the packaging kit for more than a month. after receiving email of Validation I hv sended you the depreciated Amount of Rs 21, 600/- and the necessary documents and it was received by your side on 10th of March . After that i have not received any Acknowledment from your end nor any confirmation mail. several times i hv wrote mail on your given customer care email address. but failed to get any ans from your esteem.

                i was assured by the customer executive that i will get my Apple 6s Plus 16 GB asap. but now its been a month again i have not received any of your reply nor my mobile inspite of completing 21 working days. please revert back i am also not able to arrange the call back from your side. There is no way to contact with your company. None of your Nos are working any none of your company Executive are picking their call.

                As I have all the documents dat i hav completed all my formalities.
                If i dont get the reply i will soon take the complaint to consumer court.
                Please Revert ASAP.

                  Appsdaily is a fraud company and one should not trust these fraud insurance companies. My matter is pending for around 4 months and when i contact them they say your product will reach you soon and what i got is nothing till now.

                    Dear Sir/ Madam
                    Refer my Claim Intimation Number (CIN) – ATN_280117_[protected]. I have been intimated through your officials that you are in receipt of all requisite documents, 30% payment Rs 8097 through the link you have provided in my mail ID and finally my claim is approved and processed . The intimation i have received almost before one month or so.

                    I have been also told that I shall receive my new handset within 21 working days after i received confirmation that my claim is approved and proecessed. Despite that, now it is more than month or so neither I have received handset nor I am contacted. In recent past even I have submitted call back request but seems my all efforts have gone into vain.

                    I am sure as an REPUTED company will do the needful and send my new OPPO F1 Plus to address intimated in my covering letter sent along with requisite documents.

                          I am brinda Satheesh from coimbatore. I have submitted my damaged iPhone 6s phone with all the documents on March 6 to appsdaily under insurance claim. Till now I haven't get any information about the phone. They collected the service free of rs.3450. I am trying to reach the customer care number but there is no response. I have sent mail also. Totally I have paid 7000 (appsdaily registration) + 3450 (claim service fee). Apart from this my phone cost is 58000. Kindly do the needful so that I can get my phone back.

                            It has been over 1.5 months since I sent my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, and till now I have not received any update even after I sent them all the necessary documents and details they asked for. The worst thing is there are no working phone number of apps daily available where we can call the company to find out the status of my phone. All the numbers that are available online, on their website, and also the number provided in their communication that they had sent to me initially are not working. I am almost ready to file an official complaint with the authorities and might also reach out to the consumer court if necessary to get their attention and get the replacement phone from them.

                            Is there anyone else who is facing similar issue as me? If so pls reach out to me at sawqn.[protected]@gmail.com sonthat we can get together in our efforts to get justice!

                            I have been facing a very similar issue. I handed over a Samsung S7 edge with a small crack (but functioning well) phone to the connect center at Coimbatore on December 31, 2016. I have been following up with the local staff but they are not giving a proper reply, always buying time. I am getting a feeling this company appsdaily is a big scam. I am planning to take legal action.

                                  This mail is in regard with the claim intimation number - atn30_231116_[protected] dated 22/11/2016.

                                  With respect to the above claim, i would like to inform you that i have registered the claim and the same has been accepted and approved at the customer connect point on 1st december, 2016.

                                  More than 4 months have been passed, but still i have not received a new phone from appsdaily. I am being told that the company does not has any phone.

                                  Does that mean that if the company stops manufacturing the phone or if the company closes, than i do not get any phone...??

                                  I have already paid insurance of rs. 1, 750/- as well as rs. 5, 000/- (25.0% of your phone invoice value) towards a deductible as per the terms of the protection plan.

                                  Also, their customer care number has been changed and now when i call on customer care number[protected], the automatic answering machine replies that the documents has been received and that i will be informed about the status of the phone. But nobody picks up the call when i call the customer care number, neither do they reply to the e-mails sent.

                                  Also, the customer connect point where i have submitted all the documents required as well as the deductible amount say that they are not liable to answer any of our queries and that i have to contact on the customer care number directly. I am not getting proper response as well as my phone from the appsdaily company.

                                  Please help me in resolving the complaint as soon as possible.

                                    My mobile is fully covered insurance on the damage. but still they asked to pay around Rs.3500/- They do not have any contact numbers to contact them. and also they do not have any email IDs or they contact address.

                                    This looks like a fraudulent Company which is robbing innocent people money, The bajaj electronic is encouraging such type of companies.

                                    This apps daily company they dont have either customer service number to service customers or their correspondence address/ email address.

                                    We need to take this to Court against Bajaj Electronic and Apps daily.
