Handset reached service factory with all documents on 21-1-17

It's almost 3 moths over now and still not received any updates from the company & there office in my town (Saharanpur ) is closed now

Dear Team. I have Purchase A New Handset of Samsung With Apps Daily Insurance. I have Paid Huge Amt of Rs 2500 to Your Insurance Executive. Unfortunately My Handset was Damaged Before 3 Month. I am Submit My Handset to Your insurance Office. But Before 2 Days. I Got Recived My phone With Same Condition.. So that I am Calling Mr Sukhwant Singh Tsm Chandigarh ( Apps Dailly This Guy Not Able to Provide Satisfied Answer to Me As Well as Zsm Mr Sunil Not pick Call from last 2 Days.. No call pick By service department Mr keshav.. So Confirm me What The reason And confirm How much Time Required More.. It's Above Than 3 months... My Contact number [protected]

I registered a complaint for my iPhone 6s screen damage...
they required the payment to be done in advance in order to process the claim... I paid them the required amount i.e. 3360...
It's going to be one month now since I made the payment... no action has been taken yet...
Whenever I call them they dnt even revert back...
My Claim number is ADN_090317_[protected]...
It's a fraud company...
We all should get our money back...
The total amount i.e. Insurance money(5000) plus the claim amount(3360) should be given back to us...
The company shall be sued

My iphone 6s mobile was given to app daily on 16/02/2017 for repaired as i have bought their extended waranty and they told me to pay Rs 3420/- as service tax firstso made payment same day but still today 31/03/2017 no msg or mail from app daily about when they gonna return my i- phone . ...the worst service i have seen in this sector had been known would never bought apps daily extended warranty..and also appeal people to b alert against this type of fraud company.

I logged complain on 4th january 2017with complain no ADN_C_040117_[protected] but they took my mobile on 4 th march 2017 after lot of fight with them by the person who gave us the mobile they took money also rs 2454/-. But till now no idea what they are doing with my mobile. No customer care support no mail id to contact with them. One of the India's worst service provider.

I've submitted my phone samsung galaxy s7 edge for repair and its taking too long time. It's about 1 month completed that I've submitted my phone. I was told that it will take only 21 days to repair, but still I haven't got any mail or message from appsdaily.

So please tell me the current status of phone.
And please do your process as fast as possible.

I have bought an appsdaily insurance for my mobile phone samsung galaxy s6 (Model no. Sm-920 32gb) with imei number [protected] (Invoice of purchase attached) on 04/01/2016 with your order id : 51234485 with a mobile protection platinum plan. I submitted my phone for repair on 30-dec-2016 with intimation id adn_c_15126_[protected] against insurance claim which was approved the same day by appsdaily (Details attached of job sheet). As per commitment by apps daily during purchase of insurance from them, they were supposed to give me a repaired handset in 11 days, however while submitting the claim i was told they will take 21 days. Anyways, its been 3 months now and i have no update on my phone. The contracts says that if within 21 days if they cant repair the phone for any reason, they will return the phone to me and i can get it repaired from samsung authorised service station and they will pay me in 30 days. Nothing has happened, i need my phone asap.

My claim procedure was cleared since 9 months back.
This is really pathethic. I have personally visted the andehri office twice.
Got assurance from them it will be done in 15 days and after 15 days they have shut down chandivli office and not given their new address also, this company is fraud.

My Complaint number ADN15_171016_[protected] is long pending with the company. They received my phone on 20.08.16 and since then there has been no update from their end. Even after several requests via phone and mail they remain ignorant. Such type of business ethics have ruined their reputation to dust as i have seen through this site by the complaints registered against them. Kindly help me getting Redmi note 3 back or else i will be forced to taking up legal actions against this insurance company...

I have Purchases apps daily platinum pack with damage protection within 10 working days get a Guaranteed Repaired or Replaced Phone but while going for claim they said it will take 21 days for which I have also agreed but its been 3 months still my phone is not beening repaired and I am not able to get in touch with company person. I have given my phone to apps daily on 24/2/17 still i haven got back my phone nor i am able to get in touch with them. My claim NO is ADN_C_120117_[protected] so you have check which my claim was generated and when my phone was taken and noew there is no respond.

My complain no (CIN: ADN_010217_[protected] with app daily. Its been two months nobody is coming to pick up my mobile. When i call customer care i get response saying your pick you has been arranged. I got such 6 times messages but nobody came to collect. I already packed the mobile and kept. Payed additional online fee of 2000 INR. This is really disgusting .

My Complaint number ADN_270117_[protected] is long pending with the company. They received my phone on 18.02.17 and since then there has been no update from their end. Even after several requests via phone and mail they remain ignorant. My Phone Samsung Model A-7 2016 under CIN ADN_C_180117_[protected] is repaired by your service centre on[protected] and i pay Rs-1500/-.But from[protected] to[protected]APPROXIMATELY-62 Days). According to your company commitment you assured me that you will send my phone back in 21 days but your all commitments goes in veins.Your employee(FAROOQ call me on[protected] at 1.52 P.M from[protected].He assured that my phone got dispatched and i will receive it in a week (WITHOUT REPAIRING) but after 13 days i will not receive anything.So please inform me about my query as soon as possible.My humble request you kindly return my phone immediately,

as per the information you (apps daily) received my damaged phone and documents on 18-02-17. then i received a call from your(apps daily) executive that my phone will be sent back to me within 21 days. after that i haven't received any information and update regarding my claim. apps daily is not at all entertaining any complaints. i made call back request but not got any call from the company.
plz update my status.

I bought AppsDaily Mobile Platinum-30K from Suntech Systems, paying Rs. 2499.00 on 16 April 2016, as suggested by the sales people when I was buying this phone. My phone had a fall on 31 October 2016, and I contacted the AppsDaily drop point. They took my phone and Rs. 1300/- as handling charges. They returned the phone back to me unrepaired after keeping it for two months, and suggested that I get it repaired in a Samsung Service Centre and send the bills to them for reimbursement. I got the device repaired paying Rs. 12629/- for replacing the broken display and camera lens on 4/1/2017 and sent the bills and other documents to AppsDaily for reimbursement. They have not settled the claim. There is none to contact. E-mails to the company are not replied to, and the phone number does not work. I wrote to Mr. Arun Kumar and Mr. Ajay Kumar at ajay.[protected]@appsdaily.in, and there is no response. This company is into intentional cheating of customers, I guess.

APPSDAILY seems have shut shop..FB page deleted..customer care not working...they have in all probability closed their business AFTER absconding with our money and in some cases mobile phones! I paid 5k last year for my s7edge and now have no insurance to pay for my cracked screen! So only option to shell out FULL amouny for my screen!
I appeal to all who have been SCAMMED by this company to lodge a consumer complaint or if your phones are still with them to lodge a police complaint of theft as that is the only way now to recover your phones!

What is status for MY Claim ID ADN_030217_[protected].As mobile received to Apps daily on 24/02/2017 . but still the i do not receive my claim status . please reply on my registerd email or mobile no. As i alredy paid Rs towrds claim processing . Also Local person of Amravati for Apps Dily is alco not responding.
As I received from Appsdaily that my Mobile Handset & relevent documents are received on 25/02/2017. But till date no further corresponce from company. Also comapnys Toll free no are also not working . Where to know status of my compalint. My mobile handset ie also costly.

I have claimed for my cell phone after the producers through online i got a auto message that it is kept for validation now it is the 7 th day i am attaching the email from their part also
