It's been a months that Apps Daily haven't sent my mobile phone back ... Not even replied to my mails .. what they r expecting from me ... They first said that I haven't paid .. so I went to bank n took out transaction details and I HV provided that to Apps Daily then they ask m for screenshot n did that also
Then what's the problem now
Apps Daily haven't seen replied from that day nor they provided any details about the delivery
Why should I pay for Apps Daily mistake .. I did my work properly, Apps Daily sent Me the link to pay your debts I used that and I paid it so it's your mistake that u don't have that details not mine
Will give u a day other wise I will take an serious action against it

I claimed the damage 2 months ago. On 20 February, i received a message from the company that my phone is being repaired at their workshop. My CIN is ADN_040217_[protected]. After that i haven't received any message about any updates relating to my phone. From the day my phone is being received at their workshop till today, the days have extended so far that it has even crossed their policy of returning the phone within 21 working days much before.
Every time i call at their customer support centre the reply received from the answering machine is not satisfactory and the request sent for further call back from their company is never entertained. I had purchased the appsdaily protection at an extra cost of Rs.1600 while purchasing my phone.This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour was not expected from such a reputed brand. Its a humble request to pls look into the matter and resolve my complaint at the earliest. pls!pls!pls help me out...!Its really getting very frustating

On 7 march i recieved message of repaired my phone claim number adn_180217_[protected] after that no dispatch my phone and no reply and no updates about my phone..I call many times but no reply from appsdaily. sir i request you to please return my phone as soon as possible. i am in very tension, ...the customer care says of 21 days time to send back to me my phone...its already 1 month is over ...

This mail is a follow up for the damaged device Iphone 6S 64 GB under the name of Pranshul Mittal. We gave you the phone on 24 Nov 2016 under the apps daily insurance purchased at the time of purchase of the device. As promised the company was supposed to give us the device back in maximum 25 days. It has been more than 4 months but I still haven't received the device. I have been following up continuously with Mr. Sabir online as well as offline on a regular basis, but I am still not getting a proper answer.

Mr. Sabir has given me 25 March 2017 as the last date for the phone. If this time the promises are not fulfilled I'll be bound to take a legal action against the company. I'll also file a complaint against Mr. Sabir regarding the wrong promises.

So please don't force me to take legal actions or any other actions.

Til date I have not got the hand set it's almost one month. Unable to connect dailyapp guys. No contect no update about my claim status very pathetic service I have experienced from u.
It's very bad to say I can't expect this kind of service from such a big brand.
Please change your attitude toward the service part.

I am trying to contact company's toll free no. & dot phone no. but both are not reachable. Not even this, i am not able to login with my apps daily app.
While purchasing my Samsung Note 5 Mobile (IMEI No.: 355909/07/021815/4), I purchased apps daily mobile protection at an extra cost of Rs. 4500.
No one is entertaining my complaint.
My mobile screen has been broken & the warranty is going to expire soon. This company is making their customers fool and making money without giving any customer support.

I gave my phone to apps daily for screen replacement in NOV and upto feb they gave excuses for delay. They called back in Feb and stated that if i pay 30% of the handset cost they would replece the same in 7 days. After making the payment its been a month and they are not repsonding to calls and cutting the same. Their call centre is completly IVR based and does not allow you to communicate. I suggest no one should buy this insurance .. They are complete cheats. My claim nos is ADN_C_191016_[protected]

I have take insurance from apps daily by paying rs 5000.00
My s7 edge phone screen cracked one day... They took another rs 3000 as processing fees and then didnt revert for over 1 month...
Finally, i received a call from them < mr. Vijay >, he asked me for further rs 12000 via rtges because as per there 'rule', my phone cannot be repaired and they will give me a new phone but pay only 70%, balance 30%, i have to pay...

After that that vijay disconnect his mobile and never reverted.. Its been over 2 and a half months...

Many time i have called and they not get satisfactory answer. now since 15 days their contact no is change and till now i have not get any positive response from apps daily even no any contact that i call or ask for status. the connect center is also closed.

But problem in selecting schedule time and pick up address..the problem described was ( "Sorry dear customer. Your address doesn't have any drop point location" ). I have submitted my iphone 6 at appsdaily connect point on 17-jan-2017 with all the documents that are required to submit and also paid amount of 1500 on the same day.

They have shut-downed there connect point without any notice.

Appsdaily connect point also have not provided me the job sheet. The girl which was there (At customer handling) she told me that job sheet would be sent through mail.

I have mail from appsdaily that they my device is submitted to there connectpoint.

Now its been almost 62 (Working days) no job sheet is provided to me. She has uploaded my documents and saying they will send my device to service center in mumbai to get damage fixed.
But by today's date i. E:-23-march-2017 my device has reached the mumbai service center or not i do not have any idea.

Every time when i call appsdaily customer care they people says that your device is on the way to mumbai service center.

Now from last 1 day we are not even call there customer care number. They have changed there system. They are saying do write a mail at [protected]@appsdaily.in. I have also sent many mails to support but they guys are not responding.

I am feeling that company is about to shutdown without any notice like the way they have shut-downed there connect point.

Now i am really worried about my device weather i will get it back or not.

I have given my phone to customer point of apps daily at thirumangalam chennai on

providing all the documents and proofs and was asked to make a payment of ₹1500/-
online which i did on 11th janaury and was said that will get back my phone within
21 days but today ie 31st jan 17 i recieved a call from your company and the
person name was Mr Rahul he said that phone was recieved to service center on 30th
janaury Then where the hell my phone was frm 10th jan to 29th jan 2017
Even he was also no able to give proper responce. And to contact app daily
customer care is one of the biggest headache cos there is no option to get
directly connected

My iphone 6s plus is under insurance claim with apps daily (claim no. ADN_060217_[protected] its been 40 days but i am still waiting for my repaired mobile, the company charged 4200 rs as a processing fees, the agent told me that it would take 15 days for the repairing and i will get my mobile through courier but there is no response from apps daily as i called them several times on customer care but their is no response i could not track my mobile ..kindly help.me out.
