I have got a mesage of complete loss of my micromax canvas juice2 i have submitted all the required documents with handset and even paid the money (1000) while purchasing insurance and (500) some so called charges now i cant even connect appsdaily when call on customer care no it always tells that my intimation id no is wrong even if its right its almost an year i was informed that i wil get 5500 as refund amount....
