      Hi, iam nihar agarwal from agra and my claim number is ATN_171116_[protected]
      I had paid amount of 8500rs/- as a claim fund and the company had promised me that i will get my hand with in 21 working days.handset(s7 edge)
      But they didnt provide the handset and because there was the problem getting my handset in the market.
      So, they had made a deal i.e., the company is going to pay 70% of money with in 30 days. 2 months has been over and there is no response from them, even when i am calling them.
      Please note this statement and refund my money back.

        I had submitted my Mobile for repair in AppsDaily on August 17th 2016 Noida branch for repair. I have not received any response from anyone never received
        my mobile or refund till date March 23, 2016.

        Called customer care several times but they have no idea what is the status of my mobile claim process.

        Please help me. They are not telling me when I will get my mobile or refund of it.

        Apps Daily એ એક ફ્રોર્ડ કંપની હોય તેવું લાગે છે. કેમ કે તેને તેના ગ્રાહકોમાં ખાસ કોઇ રસ ના હોય તેવું લાગે છે. ગ્રાહકો પાસે થી વીમાના રૂપિયા લઇ પછી તેમ ને કોઇ જ પ્રકારની મદદ મળતી નથી. આમ, ગ્રાહકે રૂપિયા આપીને પણ છેતરામણ નો ભોગ બનવું પડે છે. કંપની તેનો કોઇ ટોલ-ફ્રી નંબર પણ નથી આપતી કે જેના દ્વારા ગ્રાહક તેના ક્લેમની સ્થિતી જાણી શકે.

          After submit all the document with 1000 rs company is promising To settle this with in 21 working days it's almost 3 months (90) days Goan.

          Guys its very socking to u all today I am visit to app daily customer connect point to take my handset but company is closed the office form the location.

          From last 10 days I am regularly give a call back requste and mail to the company but still I am not received a single information about my handset. I am very upset for this type of service.

          I am decide to launch a fir against the company tomorrow. If you fell u guys are also suffer for this type of service then plz give me a call @[protected].

            But they didnt provide the handset and because there was the problem getting my handset in the market.

            Appsdaily is a 100% fraud company and they had removed there service center tooo

I m going to consumer forum court and other people who is facing same problem must go to consumer forum.

                I claim for my damage handset on 1st March 17. follow all process & even paid Rs1500/- as per policy. My Handset was picked from my door step and received last update on 6th Mar 17. Mail and SMS stated that My handset is repaired and send to your address very soon but shocking customer care update was Handset and Documents being received. After 20 days no update received from Apps Daily. Customer Care also not even supportive. I gave them my register mobile to customer care but still no response.
                Now I am worried about My Handset. because I no updates. Sometime I feel I lost my mobile (Samsung A8 Rs.26000/-) and even money (Rs.2500/- of Insurance and Rs.1500/- of claim).

                    As per ur communication we havedone all formalities after being submitted all documents the expected time as per communication was 21days whereas we havent recieved the disbursement for the same
                    If you are not following ur transperency then do reply or else we will filecase against this in customer court
                    As this is too much for us for being loyal customer we respected ur issues and time u asked but every thing has the time.

                    I'm trying all toh contact no which i have that is appsdaily service center, banglore numbr, one of the excutive number.. i cant connect with any of 1...

                    Now i'm feedup of all... i jz want my money back... i haven't made mistake by purchasing appsdaily package... its worst service provide... plz don't purchase appsdaily mobile protection policy... they ll not help you indeed create more problem

But no reply soon. Only got a greeting mail. It takes much time. There is no updates from you soon. I also requested for call back but no calls from you soon. Please do the needy as soon as possible. Otherwise I will go to consumer court against your product.

                        Dear Team,

                        This is with reference to delay in settlement of insurance claim ADN_020117_[protected] which was due within 21 days from submission of documents and Cell Phone device.

                        1) I have handed over the custody of my Cell phone device and all requisite documents at your service centre on 9th January 2017 along with it i have made due payment of Rs 2700 towards chargeable service.

                        2) Confirmation for payment and documents is communicated through Email on same day.

                        3) I have been informed by service centre that repaired device shall be made available within 21 days from the date of receipt of device and payment.

                        4) Even after passing 21 days no communication was received from service centre. Therefore i followed up on call centre who informed that Mobile will be given on or before 20th March 2017. As on date there is no change in status. I am yet to get my mobile back though the mobile was submitted for repair on 9-Jan-2017 i.e Almost 70 days have gone.

                        I am surprised to note the pathetic service of Apple Service Centre. We customer pay the premium price for the Apple product and what we get BAD customer service? I mean... 70 days is pretty long period for not using the mobile phone in today's paced world. who will take responsibility for loss of my business due non availability of mobile which is much needed gadget today? On top of it my 2 months product warranty is utilised by your service centre which is totally unfair and unacceptable.

                        Now this is final reminder for my device. If i do not receive my device today, I shall file complaint in consumer forum. Kindly take note of it and action immediately.

                                I have got a mesage of complete loss of my micromax canvas juice2 i have submitted all the required documents with handset and even paid the money (1000) while purchasing insurance and (500) some so called charges now i cant even connect appsdaily when call on customer care no it always tells that my intimation id no is wrong even if its right its almost an year i was informed that i wil get 5500 as refund amount.

                                  When I bought my Samsung Edge 6 I was assured that the In case of any damage the phone will be repaired with in a month but now its been almost 3 months since my phone accidentally dropped in water. The device was submitted to apps daily service center under CIN No. ADN_C_040217_[protected] and there is no information from the service centre and there is no contact no. The only communication is through mails and now there is no reply on that either from apps daily customer support. Kindly look into the matter and repair my phone asap.

                                      Company has asked for 21working days for repairing phone but its been almost 2.5 months and they are not responding. they are not even intimating about product. not answering the mails. when I asked them to return my phone they said its not possible.they have closed their connect center also and I am being mentally harassed because of this company.

                                      After taking insurance from Apps daily and lodge A complaint on 15.10.2017, I am still waiting...waiting...waiting...A positive response from apps daily. Its A 2 & half months past nobody is serious to resolve the issue...

It is 2and half months passed, No. of time I approach your representative telephonically get the answer from there that they left the job. But till now I cannot understand your intention behind this. I want to clear you that my phone was insured by your company for protection the damages. The style of working of insurance is to find out the solution not to create any conflicts and nuisance.

                                        Sir, my mobile samsung a500g (2015 model) got damaged accidentally and i called up appsdaily insurance for claim for the damaged phone which was insured appsdaily. Imei: [protected]. They accepted the claim request and guided me to customer collection centre in trichy tamil nadu on 11/01/2017 where i submitted the document and damaged mobile handset after paying 1500 rupees. My claim intimation number is adn_c_030117_[protected]. I was notified that claim is accepted and mobile will be serviced in 21 working day and handset will be delivered to the doorstep of the given address. So far now i called customer care four to five times from my registered mobile no [protected]. There is no proper response about the claim status and status of the damaged mobile handset from the customer call center. After long wait and mental agony i told them to return it even without service or any claim. Now i am totally blind about y mobile handset status and so thinking of going for a legal notice to the company soon.
