I have given my mobile on[protected] in appsdaily connect center, kukatpally, hyderabad. It has been completed two months till date I did not get my mobile. What is the reason in delaying my mobile?. My Intimation CIN Number :ADN_180117_[protected]. Please repair it please soon as possible or replace it with new one as i have also paid amount rs 5640 /- on replacement basis.please solve my problem fastly. If I did not get my mobile within 5 days I will file a case against your company. I want support from other people who are in the same position like me. Contact me on [protected] or [protected].

    I had raised the complain on 18 july 2016.
    But case is still not resolved.

    Kindly look into matter and take appropriate action.

    I am not able to contact any apps daily team member. Kindly provide the mail id or contact info.

    I am contacting both new India insurance as well as apps daily team for releasing my payment. But no one is responding to the mail or call.
    Both parties are saying we have done are job & blaming each other.
    I had submitted all the required document to apps daily team at banglore by indian post.

          As per mail form apps daily on 7th march "we are happy to inform you that your repaired handset under Claim Intimation Number ADN_020217_[protected] is ready for dispatch from our Service Centre to your Customer Connect Point. We shall keep you updated on the progress of your claim."

          after 10 days there is no notification / update from appsdaily

          i called customer care and the same notification i hear that your handset is ready to dispatch. I requested to call back but then also there is no call or any notification i received from appsdaily team

          I am unable to understand what is going, if the handset is repaired then why the delivery is getting delayed. Its seems that employee of apps daily is using my handset.. I am really getting irritated. If i wont received by handset before 31 of March then i will complaint to IRDA and lodge a complaint against apps daily to local court in the name of CEO and MD

            It's been 3months on January 5th 2017 I have sent my cell phone to apps daily as it's been unders insurance and also paid 1500rs at dhanbad apps daily support center.my cin is[protected].sent several emails to them and also wrote a letter to ceo(apps daily, mumbai)20days back.always receiving email that part is not available which is not true as samsung a5 is latest mobile and when I went to local market here in dhanbad they have all the parts available.suggestion require for next step.

                On[protected] i brought a asus zenphone max and on the very same day i took an insurance of appsdaily for 12 months. But on[protected] my phone fell down from my shirt pocket and its display damaged completely. When i registered a complaint through online they send me an intimation id (Adn[protected] telling me to wait for their classification after they verify my claim details.5 days passed and i didn't get any call or sms from appsdaily insurance company. Kindly see to my problem and please speed up your proceedings.

                  I had claimed for the breaked screen of my iphone 7 in jan month.

                  I had called to customer care of appsdaily # number of times, but not getting proper response on the status that when i will get my handset back.

                  Its very bad customer experience, as per the timelines of your process i should get that back in 21 days but not its more than 60 days...

                  Expecting prompt response on this.

                    Appsdaily is nothing but a torture. It made me decide never to trust them again. After repeatedly calling their call centre and getting updates about tye damage claim i filled, although the update given on call was different at times but the default message was always the same saying document incomplete.
                    Call centre representatives were sometimes polite but a lot of others were ruthless, some told me i vl get the claim and i just need to wait, and others were blunt in saying that it won't be done and it's upto me if i want to complain in consumer court. My intimation id. Ad_d_011115_2829479. After almost and year i got to know that i new india insurance company received old statement and appsdaily didn't bother to renew it. I don't really hope any reply also from appsdaily online and i can't call their customer care centre now maybe because they blocked it or maybe my intimation id is too old for them to even consider talking to me. Hence now this complain.

                          Kindly note i have submitted my phone on 7th Jan at Laxmi nagar apps daily store, = and i was given a 21 days TAT for receiving my phone.It has been a month till date i have not received my phone and there is no response from customer care and the Area ASN.
                          The vendor from i have purchased the phone got me connected to Area ASN name Nitin, he is giving me false date for receiving the phone, but till date i have no update.
                          I would request you to get my phone by this week otherwise i will be forced to make a complain at consumer court for the company as the company seems Thief. And they have taken a amount of rs 4500 + 3500 to get the phone replced and insured.

                              I have taken apps daily insurance while purchasing mobile. My htc one me dual sim screen got damage in month of december 2016, i gave my mobile to apps daily on 16 jan 2017 for getting screen repaired, since then i tried to contact apps daily many times for checking my claim status. Every time i get in reply that your documents and phone was received. It does not tell when my phone would be returned after removing defect and taking too much of time. They even asked for rs 1500 which i deposited on their account before taking my phone for repair. Initially while purchasing insurance they charged rs 3000, total company has charged rs 4500 and taking two month time in repairing mobile phone. Many a times the helpline no does not work and its also not calling back with detailed claim status it used to do in feb 2017. I doubt that i will get back my phone or have i lodge fir against company or their manager for getting it back?

                                My samsung mobile (S6 edge) display was broken. As it was insured with AppsDaiy, I lodged claim under Claim ID No. AD_D_080716_[protected]. ON 15.09.2016 I received a confirmation mail from UB Insurance Associates (Apps-Daily Claim Division) that my claim has been processed on REPAIR BASIS and the assessed claim works out to Rs. 9330.00.

                                On receipt of confirmation I got my instrument repaired from Samsung Service Centre and submitted the original bill alongwith other requisite douments through Speed Post which was received by the company on 28.09.2016 at 1200 hrs.

                                Then on 4.11.2016 I received a mail from AppsDaiy that they have processed my case and the same is with insurance company for finalisation. After this mail I have not heard anything from the company inspite of number of reminders from my side. Is it possible to get my claim cleared from AppsDaiy or else tell me the way out to get it cleared from AppsDaiy.

                                This NOIDA (Uttar Pradesh) company has been indulging in fraud activities for the past 8 months shifting its corporate office base from state to state.

I can not talk to them through their customer care number[protected] as they have blocked the service of directly talking to customer care and want us to check the status in their web portal and when I try to check status in their web portal it does not show any status, and the customer care center where I gave my phone has been closed.
