25th january 2017 i had given my samsung a5 phone to daily apps insurance company and they are not responding now. 2 month is over now and i am trying to contacting them several times but still they are not attending my calls. I am going to complaint against daily apps to consumer forum.

My phone was insured with appsdaily n accidentally it got damaged on 27 January . after this I logged my complain to appsdaily...after a week they asked to pay 1000 rs.which I pay on insured phone unnecessary as they said that phone will b repaired or replace within 10-12 days..
But this is just a fraud company they sent me a empty box on 18 Feb to pack d phone n wait for receiving d product.. N till today no one corresponded ..all helpline no. Provided are also not working.. Which means this company is just making fraud deals n looting consumer money...I will soon file a complain regarding this to consumer forum next week if I havnt get my product repaired.

My self manoj gupta, as i have taken a insurance with apps daily for my samsung s7 edge, then my phone got damaged in an accident, so i reached the appsdaily company for repairs on 30th dec 2016, as per their condition i paid them rs.3354/- as they demanded for repairs, but after one month of continuous followup by me they refused as they told the phone is unrepairiable, so they asked me to pay another rs. 13416/- so they can replace me my samung s7 edge, but still after around 20 days of paying the second payment asked by them i didnot received my phone, during my follow up with customer care they say they didn`t knew about the replacement status, and now i cannot connect the customer care from last 3 days. I am not getting any reply from the company at all.

I have lodged a claim for my mobile damage, on 21 feb, 2017.and payment of 1500 is made by me online, but not received packing kit for pick up of my mobil.many time i made complaint and tried to contact.but executives are very careless and reluctant to solve my problem.it appears daily app is very dishonest and least bothered for their customer.they take payment and delay the work..im very much harrased by their action.all the time i complain through mail they reply false that packing kind has been dispatched

I submitted my Samsung mobile A7 in Gurgaon sector 5 branch on 2nd January with intimation ID No-ADN_C_241216_[protected]

I was informed that i will get my repaired phone in next 21 days. When i visited the same branch after 21 days then came to know that branch is closed and there was their local representative number displayed for further contact which is [protected].

Since then i started calling on that number and that guy is telling all sorts of lies that i will get my phone in nest 5 days or next 3 days.

Now its been more than 60 days i have no idea when will i get my phone back.

I request to company that please return my phone back and i do not need repair done but please send my phone back to me.

Its just an open warning to this company if i didnt get call back on my number related my mobile repair that I have submitted on 06 jan with a amount of 13650, then I will file a case in consumer forum and the inconvenience i have faced and the mental harassment regarding my lost mobile because of the company carelessness. The number which are given are unavailable and out of service.

Kindly revert back as soon as possible.

I have done endless try to get my refund of money, but there is no support, call or anything

The day I visited the apps daily customer connect 21Jan 2017, they said I will get my payment in next 21 days, after that your all customer connect have been closed

Please help me.
Give me the refund of my Rs. 5000

Don't let your customer feel as a beggar because my complaint is registered in July 2016(around ) and many times I have called and visited customer connect, but there is no support from your end

Else we have to take an action towards you

I Was log a call few month ago due to Display broken but when i got my phone then its duplicate display assembly in phone . there after i was go to HTC care they fully confirm that its duplicate . and as we know that duplicate display having so many problem low light, display abnormal

I have submitted my mobile S7 Edge and corresponding documents at Kukatpally Hyderbad in the month of November and got an update in february stating that its not get repaired, so they are replacing with new mobile after making a payment of 14, 225/- (apart from initial payments+Insurance charge).
I did the payment on Feb16th and they updated me, I will get a new mobile in 7 working days. Till now there is no update from them even after sending number of reminders, not even getting a call back.

Totally I paid them around 21k.

My phone was fallen into water in a family function and I submitted my phone to insurance company at their address i.e. SCO-2405, Ist Floor, Sec-22-C, Chandigarh on[protected] but till date they don't bother to intimate me anything and neither they are giving me any claim. I, Dr. Madhu Geddam has submitted my mobile(Samsung S6 Edge) on 02/12/2016 with all the required documents at Kukatpally, hyderabad for the repair of screen. Its been more than 3 months and till now there is no response.. Customer care number given here says my complaint number is wrong.. No one to talk about it. The place where i've submitted is locked since long time... Can you update me regarding the status of my phone.. If it gonna take much longer time, please return my phone.. I will repair it else where.

Its really frustrating that fraud like these company can dominate on customer. They promised that you will get reimbursement next week and now there customer care number is also not working.

Whom so ever is reading my message kindly forward to your CEO .
I had given my i phone 6s to apps daily centre to get it repaired, person sitting on the desk ask's me that sir your phone will be changed because it has some issue wd the software and also your screen will be changed .
He asked me to pay a sum of 12, 9xx/- rs n said this is the fee for the handset if changed, i gave him the money n my mobile was given to me after 40 day in the same condition .
The screen was changed but it had a black spot on the screen. I showed the phone to the guy(mr jeevan udaipur office) sitting on the desk, he saw n replied dat sir your money will be refunded and den u can resend it for replacement .
I was like fine n kept reporting to mr bhushan n jeevan again and again .
Then finally they connected to mr vivek n he connected me to mr om prakash vyas .
I told him my problem and he asked me to mail him n i was given assurance dat my money will be refunded . Its a month no 1 is responding .
Its bloody so unprofessional !!!

Actually i gave my mobile for servicing(To change my phone display) with Intimation Number ADN_C_161216_[protected] on Dec 24 at Kukatpally- Hyderabad. Last update regarding my claim is on 31st Dec' 16. After that i called so many times to customer service centre ([protected] ) but no proper response for my questions. When i tried to connect to the service where i have submitted my mobile, the service centre itself is vacated(where TOLET board was hanging). It has been 70 days that i submitted my phone and my documents.

Till now no reply no updates as well. Please return my mobile.
