By mistake my phone slips from my hand and fell into water, then i claim about my phone.Firstly, they sent the packet very late and then when we packed it, the courier boy came late to pickup the packet when the pickup date is already out of date when i complain about this, then only 1 time they pickup the phone and now no one is receiving up the phone and there is no response from the company.
Because of their improper management my insurance date is also going to expire within few days but then also there is no response from there.
Date of claim: 8/02/2017
packet come on 24/02/2017
courier boy come to take the packet on 28/02/2017
but return the packet on the same day i.e 28/02/2017 by saying that the shipping date has been expired.When I complain about the expiry of the shipping date to the client then he said that we will send the related matter to your email but till now no email has arrived to me and now they are not even receiving the phone.

    I submitted my insurance claim 15 days ago. I was told I shall get an email regarding a link for payment and a wrapping material for the phone will be sent for me. Haven't received anything yet. No communication from the company. Highly disappointed. Worst managed insurance ever. I was supposed to get some communication from them in 2 days. It has been 15 days now. I regrer buying this insurance. I am sure Syska is better

      But still they are not shorted down my case. really very disappointed from this company. please help me in resolving my case. my phone was broken 1months before and how ever appsdaily excutive told me i have done everything and submitted all my documents.your claim solve with in 15 days but till date no any solutiion from your side plz solve this problem on urgent basis

        I have given my phone to appsdaily to get damage claim.They have accepted my claim request and taken my phone but not it is more than 2 months then have not returned my phone .Their appsdaily store has been closed and all the numbers which they have given is unavailabe.The scheme of the company was that they will repair our phone and it will reach within 25 days but not it is more than 2 months.

            I have given my phone on 21st of January and they confirmed to me that i will receive the phone in 21 working days time. Since that day i have been continuously following up on the same but there is no response form them. and one fine day a guy calls up and informs me that my phone has got some hardware issue and i have to pay 30% of the phone value to them and then they will give me a replacement phone. Explained to him that the phone which i have given to him dosent have a hardware issue the screen was damaged and i have been using the phone, it was perfectly alright. He told me that he will call me back and then there is no call from his end. even i called him back but he never picked up the calls. I need my phone back as promised

              I have initiated this on 16-12-16
              After that i have got 3 mails regarding this in next 15 days.
              After that i have not got any information regarding my phone.
              It's been 75 days i have not received any information. When ever i try to call no one picks in the customer care also. The shop where i have given my phone in hyderabad also is not vacated.

              Please provide proper information or i would go official regarding my phone and apps daily to court.

              I believe you should help me on solving this problem.

                    After that i received an e-mail on 13/12/2016 at 11.24am, in this mail they written to me that thank you for visiting our customer connect point. We have received your documents and phone. Your claim intimation number adn_c_061216_[protected] is under process for approval, which shall be confirmed in the next 30 minutes. Please wait at the customer connect point for our next communication.


                    On the same day, i received one more e-mail at 12:55am, in this mail you said that we are happy to inform you that your documents and phone under claim intimation number adn_c_061216_[protected] have been accepted and approved at the customer connect point. The package will dispatched shortly to our service centre for further processing. We shall keep you updated on the progress of your claim.


                    Then i received an e-mail on 14/12/2016, you text that we are happy to inform you that your phone and documents under claim intimation number adn_c_061216_[protected] have been dispatched from your customer connect point to our service centre for further processing. We shall keep you updated on the progress of your claim.


                    After that an e-mail on 16/12/2016 in which i was informed that we are happy to inform you that your phone and documents under claim intimation number adn_c_061216_[protected] have been received at our service centre for further processing. We shall keep you updated on the progress of your claim.


                    On 26/12/2016 you had written to me that we are happy to inform you that your phone under claim intimation number adn_c_061216_[protected] has been dispatched from our service centre to your customer connect point. We shall keep you updated on the progress of your claim.


                    Then one e-mail i was received on 29/12/2016 that we are happy to inform you that your phone under claim intimation number adn_c_061216_[protected] has reached your local customer connect point on 29 dec 2016. Please collect your phone on or before 05 jan 2017. Do remember to submit the job sheet and sign on the discharge voucher.
                    Please do ensure that the package is opened only in your presence. Verify that the phone is in working condition. If there are any issues related to the same cin, you can lodge a claim for repeat repair within 7 days of signing on the discharge voucher. If you find some issues other that those reported in the current cin, then kindly raise a fresh cin for the same.


                    I had visited a number of times your connect centre but it was closed every time. Even i tried to contact the concerned person but his/her number was always switched off. I even tried to communicate telephonically on customer care number but no satisfactory answer was delivered to me. Almost 3 months has been passed and i didnt received my phone.

                    Then suddenly a person called me who said i am area manager and our customer connect point has been closed due to lots of complaints so your phone has been dispatched to our mumbai office amd it will be reached to you till 20/02/17. I didn't received any phone till date.

                    I tried his number but he has no solution but have lots of excuses


                    You are requested to look into this matter.

                      I paid almost 2k+ for insurance and they said 100% cashback...i.e, to get other phone or for damage
                      i lost my phone and submitted documents in november and paid 15% money.
                      they had told il be getting same new handset with the unsealed box.
                      but now i have got second hand cellphone
                      very bad no words at all for this kinda customer service so horrible
                      customer care is not working at all and they ask us to do online and no status at all from any executives who work for this ...horrible
                      i want new handset and not second hand phone ...
                      fix it ...

                        It is very irritating to follow them from last 6 months.I don't know how much time they will take to settle my insurance claim, even if it's approved.

                        Very bad experiences with them.No self initiate and effort for customer satisfaction.No one want to even replay.

                        Can anyone have a little sense and advice me the next step, how i can get my claim money ?

                            On 21st december 2016 I had given my mobile for repairing at "APPS DAILY CUSTOMER CONNECT POINT, EKTA TOWER SUPELA BHILAI ". They had told me that after 21 working days i will get my mobile back, but now it has been more than 2 months I had not yet received my mobile.Also when I went to there to ask them about my mobile I found that the service center is shifted from there to some other place.                                 Hello,
                                Myself Yogesh Chandna, Intimation no.-ADN_120117_[protected]. my concern that I submit my note 5 in screen damaged condition which is in insurance criteria at ur APPSDAILY office on13th jan 2017. I was told that "your phone will be repaired or replace under 21days" that was ok I submitted my phone with all formalities that they told me. also paid a fees of 2812 immediately on 13th jan

                                After that i face some difficulties with this.

                                1. No response from company
                                2. The office has no information regarding phone
                                3. Their is no direct way to talk to company, We receive a call back which is from a call centre so they don't have appropriate answer, they ask just to wait.

                                It is more then 45 days now, i hope we should get a satisfactory response atleast else would be forced to take legal action.

                                    Myself gaurav, Intimation no.-ADN_100117_[protected]. my concern that I submitt my Iphone6s in secreen damaged condition which is in insurance criteria at ur APPSDAILY office at 14 jan 2017. Your one of employee Mr. Anuj told me that "your phone will be repaired or replace under 21days" that was ok I submitted my phone with all formalities that they told me.
                                    After that i face some difficulties with this.
                                    1. After 21days I visit your office but your office branch was closed ... then i called mr anuj then he said that your phone will be recieved within 1 week..

                                    2. After that at 15feb again I visit your office but your office/branch was closed than i call CUSTOMER CARE they said "our Agra brach office office was closed And all deal is in under online process" then i ask customer care they told me that your is in under process you should wait till 7 to 10days.

                                    3. After 20 feb 2017, Then again i call Customer Care again they told me your phone under process wait till 5 to 7 days.

                                    4. After that again i call Customer care then again told me that it takes 7 to 10 days.

                                    Now tell me what takes time to repaired or replace my phone coz i very much irritates to this..
                                    Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

                                        We have purchased samsung phone and insured it as per process, however in a months time it got damaged and given it for replacement. Is it since 3 month apps daily is not reverted and when were called, they are not properly addressed.
