I have loge a claim in aug. 2016, claim id ad_d_230616_[protected], i am regularly checking it stautus, every time a week is extended quoting the following lines " we have verified your documents, your claim settlement is in process as per terms and condition, please check your update after ..."

Almost six months has elapsed, i am forced to seek legal assistance in case it will not settle by next week.

    I had brought I Phone 6 on 10/07/2016, and my mobile had a damage on 2/01/17. I have sent all the related documents and the physical handset on 12/01/17 and immediately I was asked make a payment towards claim process which was equal to 30% of the phone purchase value since and the payment was done on the 13/01/17 which is 11, 800Rs and after making the payment they were suppose to close the case (either repair my phone or give me a replacement) with in 21 days. But now no one is responding to my case closer I am been sending mail and making calls and the company is least bothered to close the case when ever I request for call back they would call me after a week and say they are still in process of processing. any number of follow up's are of no use I am unable to understand the problem I have paid Insurance amount and 30% value of the phone now the insurance company has one 2 choice one to repair my phone or replace with new phone but what is taking so much time to decide. I have started feeling that Appsdaily is a fraud company they have taken money from lot of people like this and not completing promise maid to customers.

      I have sent my phone on 3rd january and i was told that company will provide me my phone after 25 days.and almost 2 months(50 days) are went.and till i have not got my phone back.what is the meaning to take your insurance ?? it is just a policy to make customers full. if i will not get my phone back in next two days, i would complain in consumer court on your company.

        I have given my phone since long for claim I have not received it yet back please help me to get it back I want it I have given my phone in December with 6% billing amount they assure me to give it back with repair in 21 days but it is now 3 months and I have got it yet kindly please help me to to get my phone back it was Samsung A7 I am now very angry and I am stuck ed it was of 24000 please help me

          Sir, i had a gionee mobile(model F103) which was damaged an the damaged device was deposited to the apps daily office on 25th july 2016 at 13:20 hrs vide intimation id AD_D_210716_[protected]. I was promised by the office repeatedly that the device will be delivered to me after 45 days from 25th july 2016. I am badly in need of the above device and hence i request you to deliver the mobile within 7 days.

          Always the status is, 'request is under process'.

            Very bad service...The minimum time for service and return was told to be 20 days..But I've waited 2 months and still not received my phone...Worst service ever... fraudulent company...They get money and never respond then...Al people working there are also fraudulent people...No proper response or information...They only look for getting money for costumer..But no proper service at all.. Apps daily is a cheating company

              I have purchased mobile (Samsung Galaxy On8) and purchased an insurance policy to cover the risk of mobile.after some time my mobile damaged and same was informed by me to the insurance company on 27.12.2016 and also deposited my mobile on the same day. At the time of submission of my phone, the company asked me to deposit 30% cost of present mobile value. I deposited Rs. 4470.00 with at the collecting center of the company with my bank account details. and now they are telling me that they will refund/reimburse my amount but they will deduct another 30% amount.
              but at the time purchasing, they told me that they will charge only 25% price of the handset. but I have already paid more than the contracted amount at the time of submitting the handset.
              Please interfere in the matter so that the can give me either my new mobile or refund the full amount of the mobile so that I can purchase a new mobile from the market.

                Complain against CIN ADN_150217_[protected]

                Apps Daily is such a fraud company I have ever seen. I have made payment against my claim as asked by staff of Apps Daily for Rs.3000 on 17.02.2017 but till now nobody came to pick up the kit for claim. This is kindly of disgusting service is not at all acceptable. I am going to complain in consumer forum against this kind of deed of Apps Daily.

                  I have taken insurance from AppsDaily for my IPhone 6s, when my display was damaged i have submitted my phone to appsdaily for repair my CIN number is ADN_090117_[protected].
                  finally after 40 days i have received my phone
                  unfortunately my display again got damaged so this time i went to apple gallery to repair the same but what i come to know that display replace by appsdaily is duplicate one and their no information on apple server that this phone display is changed
                  according to apple store whenever any display change or repair get recorded in the world wide server and this information is available to every one and their was no information about my phone on apple server that means appdaily is committed fraud with customers by replacing duplicate accessories
                  now i lost my warranty and they are not ready to change the display

                    Apps Insurance Company Bhopal 23/2/2017 Respected sir I am Amit Babani from Bhopal (M.P.). Currently i am using iphone 5s which got damaged one month before and i gave it to apps insurance company for replacement. After one month i got the same phone with duplicate screen due to which my phone is not at all working properly. At the time of insurane, your company promised me that if any damage occurs then they will get the phone replaced but they handed me the same phone with duplicate screen. And now the situation is that my iphone warranty period is also not extending due to duplicate screen provided by your company. When i gave the phone to your company it was in a very good working condition, only the screen got cracked but now its not working properly and hanging too much. I have complained many times regarding this issue to your bhopal executive but they are not listening and not at all responding. Now if you will not get my phone replaced within 48 hours then i will file a complaint against you in consumer court. My total loss is Rs. 28000 which includes my phone cost rs. 23000, insurance cost rs. 3500 and processing fees rs. 1500. Please respond as soon as possible otherwise i will take any step against your company.

                        Mine mobile was damaged and it was insured by Apps daily. They have took courier charges 800 rs to send mobile at Mumbai office. After few days, they have said that you resolve the damaged yourself and whatever the charges that will be reimbursed after you submit the bill.

                        Now, They are saying that company office is closed in delhi. We are suffering a lot. We have spend 6000/- rs to replace the scree on phone and now they are not reimbursing and giving any clear picture.

                          I purchased insurance o[censored]r company for my iPhone 7
                          Which was lost last month
                          I didn't know I had to file inimation within 96 hours
                          After my phone was stolen, The first thing I did was to file an FIR and I was waiting It might get track but wen I loose the hope of getting it back
                          I filed for claim but today i received reply to my claim tht it has been rejected bcoz of delay intimation. I was totally unaware of this condition and neither I was informed by the mobile shop where I purchased it
                          I did went their and said I lost my phone wats the further procedure they only said U'll need a FIR copy
                          And now they saying it might have some miscommunication
                          Please help me

                            I had submitted my handset in november 2016 - samsung a8 for broken screen repair.
                            Till date no update has been given on the status of my phone. Even customercare number is not reachable.
                            Earlier i got through once to their customercare executive and asked him to put in a request to return my handset-he refused and said that cannot be done.
                            I want my handset back.
                            What should i do?
                            They are making fools of people and collecting money. Some action should be taken against them.

                              I have insured my Samsung Smartphone through Appsdaily. My claim intimation no. is AD_D_230816_[protected]. In November month I had submitted all my documents and broken phone to Appsdaily at their Mumbai address. Then after they said we will verify your all documents and after verifying all the documents we will send your documents to New India Assurance company ltd. for claim process. I am trying to follow up since last 3 months but none of their employee replied to my mail and calls. Then yesterday I complained through Consumer Complaints to Appsdaily and they replied that your claim is rejected by New India Assurance Company Ltd. How is it possible to reject the Claim without any reason. I just wanted to know the reason behind it.

                                This is with refence to last telephonic conversation on 21st February, 2017, I have been facing many issues from your team regarding settlement of claim.

                                As on 23/06/2016 I had taken the insurance from appsdaily for my new handset( Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge) with great expectations like to secure my handset with fire, theft, Burglary, Accidental Damage etc.But i think my expectations are going in wrong way with your team.I had faced some issues of physical damage on my handset so I had put it on claim.

                                On 10th January, 2017 i had paid an amount of Rs.3414/- by letting us know that you have to pay this amount and we will repair your handset and will deliver you within 21 working days from the nearest appsdaily center.

                                After that we did not get any call or update from your side, so we had visited appsdaily office in Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.But at there we found that it was closed so many times.
                                So at last we called at main office and they told us to wait for some more time like 7 more working days.
                                The problems I am facing is on very high level and it was not solved yet.

                                On 21st February, 2017 I got call form appdaily that I have to pay the amount of Rs.14, 000/- and then we will give you a new handset in replacement.
                                Now I don’t want to go for that.I had already paid the repair cost of Rs.3414/-. As per rulesfor accident damage customer have to pay 30% amount of repair cost for handset that i had already paid.Now they are asking for more Rs.14000 /-.So the final cost for handset reaches upto Rs.17500/-.

                                Appsdaily customer service is pathetic.. i suggest no one uses it. i am facing same kinda issue.. they said i wouldnt need to pay anyhting.. and now for just glass damage they are asking lot of money.. no customer service available

                                    We took a Samsung phone on 26th Jan 2016, it was insured by apps daily.

                                    when we went to there office to submit the phone they just gave false reasons for not accepting the phone that the complain has been submitted twice and when we argued that we haven't submitted the phone single time they just denied by saying that the case is already closed, we also took there email address and mentioned all the claim form numbers etc but till now there is no response.They are really fraud and torturous company.
                                    why are they giving insurance when they need not to repair the phone????

                                    These types of companies should be banned immediately as they are actual robbers who are taking amount from customers without giving any promised service.

                                    Will take help of lawyer for further action on company..

                                      Claim intimation number adn_c_171216_[protected]nd dec 16 i submitted my samsung ph for repair with broken touch screen. Till date no response. I will lodge fir and name all officials, they are frauds and framing customers. Even though i requested to return back - now worried whether my ph is used or miss used.

                                      To my shock they do not want to reveal any further details neither call center number provide any one to talk.

                                      I have not yet received my phone neither any information about it.
