Respected sir,
I am harender singh, i insured my phone with the apps daily insurance company. i get my phone damaged by liquid on 1 of july, 2016, so i submitted it to ur customer connect center on 2 of july, 2016. after the time interval of 17 days ur company declared my phone as a total loss (non repair) and offered me a claim of rupees 9125. i accept your claim n send my accesories to the head office. the company tells to give the clain within 21 days. but it is being more than 1 month and still i did not get my claim yet. so help me up to get my claim.
I hope you will take effective steps toward it

    Have submitted my damaged mobile handset almost 2 months ago there is no trace of it being returned and there is communication from the appsdaily, have to make several calls for them to respond with fake promises that the device will be returned by 2-3 days and the same story continues if you go to office to enquire about the product and the the status as well very disappointed with this unprofessional behaviour of the staff and the insurance company

    I have submitted my cell phone 1 month ago for repairing of display screen.there is no response from the company I have been calling them from so many days to get the status of my cell, customer care don't even pick up the call.few days back I got a call from the company that my cell phone will be delivered in 5 to 6 days but its more than a week and still I have not received my phone neither I have got any updates.When a company is taking more than a month to repair one cell phone that is also only the display one can imagine dozens of cell phone and claims lying pending. Registration of the company should be cancelled if the company can not perform or turn around time is worse.

      Around 50 days over but I didn't hat mine samsung galaxy note 5 back.
      While calling to customer care they not picking call more then 30 times at a time
      Still not know where is mine phone and in what conditions.
      If warranty period going to expired of mine phone keeping with them only then no use to get warranty from company for 1year.

      Very very bad experience fed up now

      Next option consumer Cort only looking to help me.

        I lost my phone iphone 6 16gb which was insured by appsdaily. I approached appsdaily consultant he provided me application forms regarding my phone theft case and i sent to main office. Ad_t_100616_[protected] is my intimation number. I was told insurence will cover 75% cash back within in 15 to 20 days. After 20 days i received a message regarding the amount will reflect your bank account within 5 working days. Since then, its been two months i havent received any amount. Please help me

          Iam an apps daily insurance holder. I have insurance against theft(platinum).
          I lost my phone VIVO Y51L on 21st aug, 2016 while i was at Baga beach, Goa.I filed a complaint regarding the same in Calangute police station, Goa. on 22nd august 2016. As mentioned in site i contacted the customer care executive of apps daily. She registered he claim and atlast told me that pickpocketing is not covered under companys policy. They says pickpocketing is not theft. Then what actually is theft?
          Iam hereby providing my details and am ready to go for further legal steps if they dont accpet my claim as this is a genuine case.

            Hi I had taken APPS Daily mobile insurance of my I phone6 mobile during purchase. The phone screen broke . I contacted APPS Daily and they asked for the repair estimate, which i submitted (It was replacement cost . Totally appx 24000/- out of which I was to pay 12000/- and insurance company 12000/-apx.) After their confirmation I got the mobile repaired /replaced and paid the repair cost. I submitted all the documents online, as they do not have any office and do not meet in real. They kept on raising issues in documents which I kept on clearing and I have submitted all the documents and after repeated cals I am not able to contact any one at APPs daily.

            whenever i call their toll free no. I have kept on hold for 1.2 hour - 1 hour but no one come on the phone from APPS Daily side.

            Almost one year has passed and My claim is not released till today .

            check and release claim at the earliest.

              My self-sandeep dubey from Indore contact no -[protected], [protected] and complaining about apps daily insurance.
              My phone has been damaged in an accident, and i have intimated to Appsdaily call center through its contact no[protected].
              They replied through sms and asked to submit the document, Mobile and Rs 715 in connect center Indore.
              I have submitted My mobile and Rs 715 to appsdaily executive on 17th August-16. When i called to call center on its contact no[protected] then executive told me your claim is on hold because of signature mismatch on claim form. Again i went to appsdaily connect center on 22-August at 3:00pm but connect centre was closed and a information sticked on shutter mentioned that store is closed because of technical error. Again i called to call centre but whole line was busy. Again i went to connect centre indore on today (27-August-16) to update regarding my claim. apps daily executive has taken my signature on terms and condition form and uploaded in apps daily system and asked me to wait for 1 hours. When i reached there after 1 hour they saying your claim has been rejected because u have submitted the document after 7 days. after that i called to call centre but they also saying your claim has been rejected and disconnected the call.
              Then again i called to call centre and discussed the matter with Rupali Khandare (apps daily executive) they also saying that your claim has been rejected. When i asked to talk his senior, she clearly denied that call cant be transferred.

                            I have a sony xperia z1 mobile phone and it is under full insurance cover of your appsdaily insurance company.. Because of fell down of mobile phone the display of my mobile phone was crashed.. And as per the insurance policy of apps daily claim policy the display of my mobile phone was under full insurance cover.. So i longed a request to apps daily insurance centre at moga, pin code 142001 on 03 july 2016 and handover my phone to them and they charged me a advance money of rs 500 and gives me a 30 days time period.. But it is now more than 50 days but they are not returning my mobile phone.. Every time they makes some excuses and delay the time period.. Its very difficult for me to stay without my mobile phone..

                            So i requested u to please make some quick action and get my mobile phone repaired..

                                  First time when my phone was damage that time i contact immediately to call center. Within 6 hour then tomorrow 22 jun 2016 receive document by email. And i contact to aurangabad maharashtra customer care office. Apps daily employ said me (Our company internet bill not paid you have to wait 4/5 days and then after that i reach again employ said me sir our company server is down) as per company policy my document reached within under 7 days but its company problem and company employ said me ur delay document receive ur not not able to take the damage claim and company customer care not receive phone take too much time 25 minute till not receive

                                      and i met with an accident and my mobile phone was damaged on that accident and in apps daily outlet i make the complain on june 14. And on july 5 my mobile phone is received on apps daily care and they told that your cell will be go on repair basis...
                                      And from that 5 july to till now i don't receive any information about my cell that it will be repaired or not..

                                        I was submit my phone vivo x5pro 29/06/2016 at your authorized service center which is stabilize in jaina towar-ii district centre, janakpuri and according to company policy company given the handset after 45 days but after 45 days i was talk to appsdaily person but last 10 days any body not pickup the phone i m very disappointed to apps daily service in future i will not connected with appsdaily because appsdaily not able to solve the problem for consumer on time...
