While calling to customer care they not picking call more then 30 times at a time
Still not know where is mine phone and in what conditions.
If warranty period going to expired of mine phone keeping with them only then no use to get warranty from company for 1year.

Hi i am ajay jain from delhi. my intimation id last seven digits is 7746917.i gave my mobile phone on 5th august 2016 for repairing under claim. i feel very angry to say that this company looks like fraud as i have not got my phone on time.
whenever i call they say that :pata nahi kab milega:. now i am waiting for more 2 days then i will place a FIR on this company no matter what the outcome will....

I have a claim vide intimation no ati_130316_2999875. My documents have been verified and have been processed for finalization. It is initiated me on 20th june, 2016 and it also initiated that the finalization will be made within 21 working days but till now although the said time is over there is no further information in this regard. Please look into the matter and take necessary action on it.

I approach dis company and submit my docs to them on 19th of may 2016.
They assure me the claim of rs 5000.
I have already submitted all my docs. Thrice.
Till the company is not giving me my claim.
I have tried it a lot to contact them bt unable to reach.

What can i do now?
