I was submitted mobile hand set for change of Display at your local office Lucknow on dated 24.08.2016. But till date no any update regarding my set and I had many time contact at Lucknow office by phone but not pickup my phone and in this period one time given feedback Parts Not available in service centre, So, That in this situation what is doing your end.
Therefore, Please given final feedback my phone is repairable or NOT.

    I bought mobile insurance policy from apps-daily, which is for 1 year, My I phone5S had liquid damage, which was replaced with other handset, which also had liquid damage. Now the company is not responding to my request. According to policy they have to resolve the issue with in 10 days, but i waited for almost 50 days, but company is not responding.

      I handover the damaged mobile on 20th july 2016 and your processing period is 21 working days, but till now it has not been resolved, when ever asking the local center they are saying that they doesn't know any thing, if am calling to mumbai office ([protected]) no respond from their side, what to do?

      Please reply as soon as possible or i will go for consumer case.

        I had submitted my handset on 6 aug 2016 and its is written on job sheet I will get my handset with in 21 working days now its been approx 2 months and they are not providing any status of my handset when ever I reach to their connect centre where i had submitted my handset staff of that centre only say you will be contacted whenever your handset is ready, niether they their customer caretook my calls nor reply to my mails... please help me

          Guys this is my 2nd complain against app daily... And still not resolve that

          Hi people

          I m narendar chandan from delhi hari nagar i bought lava pixal v2 from mobile store connaught place new delhi

          When i bought this phone apps daily excutive gave me apps daily phone insurance and convinced me that

          Thay have 0% complain ratio. One day my wife met with and accident and that phone completly broke and

          I went to apps daily service center which is jaina tower distt center janak puri ugfloor there thay have

          2 stupid girls thay dont even know what is the complete procedure thay took 500 cash from me and complete

          All papers work in 3hr. Thay both were busy on calls with their boyfriends and family members during this

          Work. After that thay assured me that your claim will b sattle in 20 days and u get a call from apps daily

          Than u have to sent your box and orignal bills. I havent got any call from apps daily even i called tham on

          Their pathatic customer service number again ang again but no responce and after 29 days i got mail from

          Apps daily and thay write to me that we need to courior tham phone box and papers and i did that in may 15th

          From that day to today i only get one reply... Your claim settle and every mail date change...

          I m attaching the screen short in this complain. I request to apps daily seniors that thay are also

          A human being like us so pls dont make us fool anymore.. Now i decided to take this company in court

          And tell tham what is the meaning of harrasment.

          I request you people whomesoever read this complaint here please dont buy any insurance from apps daily

          Worst company, worst customer care,, worst service centre... Its not about the money its about the trust

          Which these company broke every day every hour..

Its more than a month no revert or resolution received. please revert with the claim status. Also paid amount of 1875/- from the date the SMS is received the phone no [protected] is switch off.

              Its been 1 months ago i register the case in apps daily insurance company against damage i deposited all the documents well within the time. I have called many times to the customer care of apps daily but all in vain. On 24.09.16 i register the complaint, on 07.09.16 submit the all necessary documents. On 08.09.16 mail received from apps daily all the documents is ok now approval is pending. Today again i mail the apps daily against that mail we received dealer stamp and date is pending.

              Its my warning to apps daily, whether give me my approval amount otherwise be ready to pay a very heavy penalty for infringing ipc section 25 (Fraud), 420 (Cheating), 415, 416, 417, 418, 419 for 191 (Perjury), 425 (Mischief), 324 mentally harrasing, section 191 and many more.

              Today, I am going to market bada Bazaar at 3 pm during this my Samsung J7 I hold my phone in my hand and another bike is strike me I slipped my phone and strike earth and my mobile screen broke, my phone touch screen not working, I attached the photos and the video phone, kindly request you to except my complaint.

                I submitted my samsung mobile in appsdaily center in new delhi kalkaji in may 2016 along with all documents given by appsdaily.
                Got a mail in july that phone is not repairable hence claim of 6100 approved and again told to submit all documents alongwith remaining accessories.
                All documents submitted but they are asking for the pictures of the damaged mobile and repair quotation.
                Surprising... How can someone get the pictures of the damage mobile when the same is under custody of appsdaily and how come i will get repair quoatation.

                Send several mails but no response, called everyday but waiting time is more than 20 minutes but still noone repond call.

                  Worst and fraud service by Apps Daily .. All users of this applications and plan, I would like to suggest that Pls dont use the protections plan by Apps daily. Its totally fraud and unsatisfactory results. On 8 th sept I had lost my iphone 6s 16 Gb, once i went to raise a complaint for theft case, they had directly denied and saying that its a pick n pocket case. They will not process my claim. Dostaon ## Highly disappointing and Apps daily customer service is Massa Allah, they holding the calls and after some times cut the phone also.. ##
                  The claim status for ATN_090916_[protected] is as follows NO one called . They are fraud and removing the comment also fro the FB also but they are not ready to process my appplications.. This is very worst to worst given by this company even they are doing fraud also.

                        I gave my phone for repairing on september 1 2016, rupees 1300 were taken by your assistant as a service charge. i gave that too.. today is 24th september, i didnt get my phone yet and now i got a call from your service center that the parts are not available. plus the person asked me to do some [censored]ing cumbersome procedure . how could this is possible the parts arent available in mumbai??

                        dude, i am frankly speaking, if i dont get my phone in 1 week i gonna complain in consumer care forum..

                                Its been 7 months that i have handed over my DAMAGE mobile phone to APPSDAILY MOBILE PROTECTION (Third party Insurer) against damage claim.I have submitted my damaged handset, But against my expectations they gave a total loss approval although mobile was fully working accept only back cover was cracked.Still i deposited all the documents & accesories well within the time . I have called many times to the customer care of AppsDaily but all in vain.

                                Now I am going to register a complaint to POLICE STATION.Also to IRDA, THE NEW INDIA ASSURANCE GREVIANCE REDRESSAL OFFICE and if nothing works i am going to complaint at OMBUDSMAN and then to CONSUMER FORUM no matter how much money i will have to spent now but will expose this fraud company upto my last breath come what may.

                                ITS MY WARNING TO APPSDAILY, WHETHER GIVE ME MY WHOLE HANDSET AMOUNT OR OTHERWISE BE READY TO PAY A VERY HEAVY PENALTY FOR INFRINGING IPC SECTION 25(Fraud), 420(Cheating), 415, 416, 417, 418, 419 for 191( perjury), 425 (Mischief), 324 mentally Harrasing, Section 191 and MANY MORE.

                                  I registered a claim about my damage phone for replacement in August 2015 and I received a confirmation email and message also regarding my claim status.
                                  But it has been apoximate a year and a month still I didn't received any intimation regarding my claim.Appsdaily team send me a message that is:-
                                  "AppsDaily: Dear customer, your claim documents for Intimation ID AD_D_170815_2701325 have been received and being processed. Our executive will get in touch with you if any clarification is required from you."
                                  But Appsdaily never intimate and information me regarding my claim and refund money.When try to call customer care on no.[protected] they never pickup a call about an hour and more .

                                    They are holding claim for an IMEI number to be listed on the mobile handset. I have checked with HTC and they have confimed that it is not available on the handset. Still APPsdaily is holding the claim for no reason.
                                    Be aware of Appsdaily, it is a fraud company. I paid 1799 when i bought HTC mobile, thinking it will help in case of any damage. After I informed, they wanted me submit quotations from service centre and that costed me about Rs. 1000. After that they again wanted IMEI no, which was inside the mobile I had to go to service centre and that costed me about Rs. 1000.
                                    Last 10 days they have not replied on my email after I submitted the documents. My policy will expire in 5 days and they are trying to see some way-out and not honour the claim.
                                    AppsDaily customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Its almost a month nor a single response about the mobile is been given to customer (me). Need to check out any other alternative legally.

                                      The worst company ever, i have been waiting for 3 months and still no resolution for my claim adi_060716_[protected], as it says clearly from the claim id, it was registered on 6th july.. I call appsdaily everyday atleast 10 times and spend 3-4 hours on call just to get connected to rep and then they disconnect my call everytime.. Spoke with naveen yesterday the only person who helped me a little.. Ashwin today couldn't help me, amit couldn't help me the other day, i have to repeat everything from the begining everytime i call and then the rep dsconnects the call. I am gonna report this to consumer court, just wanted everyone to know, so that they don't do the mistake of buying insurance from appsdaily.. They are true liars and the support is useless.. The connect center lady suman and her manager shokeen (Who never picks up your call). My experience keeps getting worse each time. Also the false promises made each time that someone will call me back and no information available with the support people and no reply from [protected]@appsdaily.com. Sunil hirve who tried to help me once but after that i was unable to get in touch with him, its like i now know everyone at appsdaily. I spend more time with appsdaily then with my family. Highly dissatisfied.. Worst company ever...

                                        I had claimed my icsurance from apps daily.. Firstly they took a long time to accept my claim by giving irrevelant reasons n then atlast generated a new claim id. Now for the refund they asked for documents.. I have submitted all the documents but they hav sent me mail that my invoice is not original.. I hav sent an original invoice. N moreover i hav mailed them regarding the same issue n have been calling them for hours.. I have got no response till now.
