I submitted my samsung mobile in appsdaily center in new delhi kalkaji in may 2016 along with all documents given by appsdaily.
Got a mail in july that phone is not repairable hence claim of 6100 approved and again told to submit all documents alongwith remaining accessories.
All documents submitted but they are asking for the pictures of the damaged mobile and repair quotation.
Surprising... How can someone get the pictures of the damage mobile when the same is under custody of appsdaily and how come i will get repair quoatation.
Send several mails but no response, called everyday but waiting time is more than 20 minutes but still noone repond call.

The claim on total loss basis. Assessed claim amount works out to rs.6100/- to be finalized
By insurance company subject to submission of all original documents and damaged equipment including full box with accessories

Please note, claim has been approved on 'total loss basis'. Please do not repair handset.
Claim will not be finalized unless the original documents and damaged handset
Including full box with accessories are received.

2. Form 3c with customer bank details along with cancelled cheque showing claimant's bank account details
(Including ifsc code and micr code)
3. Original purchase invoice
4. Self attested copy of customers id proof showing claimant's name, name of father and date of birth
(Pan card, passport or driving license)

5. Photographs of damaged handset clearly showing extent of damage
6. Repair estimate copy having imei number of handset
7. Claim approval mail
8. Imei number photo
Please ensure that all documents are duly filled & signed.
Appsdaily has tied up with authorized service centers for providing cashless service
To their insurance customers for repair services not covered under handset
Manufacturer's warranty. However the quality and time of repair is not controlled
By appsdaily and it is the responsibility of your handset brand to provide you
The service. Appsdaily's role is to only pay the service center on behalf of
The insurance company post successful repair and handover of the handset to you.

I am trying to contact through helpline number since long but never got through even after long waiting tiime of 20 minutes.
Even on mails no response from appsdaily yet.
