I have taken insurance for my mobile htc 626 g plus after 6 months screen ofobile got damaged. I have claimed for the same from apps daily, 6 months already passed and claim not settled. No one contact me and no one is telling me the reason for unsettled claim. Feeling cheated by company. I have contacted various times to its sales manager or marketing team but no body is giving me proper reply?

How to recover the key of apps daily platinum 40k i bought on 12 January 2016 from mobile.com mobile shop for Lg G4 mobile .due to some issues with mobile
Service center FORMAT the mobile .after that i contacts with Mobile.com, but they said that they have no lincece key.they installed free version of app daily insurance, now what can i do to recover the lincece keys

Before 4 months i gave my mobile phone and they say that mobile was totally damaged so they give refund but sfill nothing has been receibed. Intimation number: AD_D_260316_3013322.
Whats this? If you cant fulfill your commitment than why u r taking money from customer.
I check status after evry 2 days but they shows that after 1 week. What the hell is this appsdaily? I am not asking abot crores and crores. Refund my amount which u r committed.

I was walking towards shoprix mall from sector 60 on 27th july 2016 and suddenly two person came from behind in the bike and snathched my mobile phone. Before i could react or do anything they were gone. It was disheartning for me to see my mobile phone going in that way as i i had recently bought it. Please find below my phone description.

That why i am very much suffering to get your service. really i am so many feed-up on appsdaily company.

I am decided if i did not get my mobile servicing benift, then i go to consumer court for luge a complain against your appsdaily company. and also luge a complained at irda head office.

I bought an i phone in the month of november. I had insured my mobile with appsdaily. My period of insurance is 1 year. During the month of march, 2016, my mobile broke and
I immediately registered a complaint with appsdaily customer care and a few weeks later i recieved a mail statin that i can get my handset replaced provided i submit all my documents to appsdaily office so that my claim amount of 16, 744 would be credited to my bank account.

As per the records of appsdaily, the claim has been processes on the 19th of may and the refund was supposed to be cedited within 21 from may 19. But i still haven't recieved any amount and i have contacted asm, tlzsm, appsdaily office but in vain. Hence please check into this issue asap.

My appsdaily insurance claim was approved 2 months back but i haven't received the handset yet. The customer care executive never picks up the phone. Both the stores kolkata mr. Debasish (Moble no. [protected]) and mr. Sagar at howrah (Mobile no. [protected]) never picks up the phone. Just wondering what they have been doing with my samsung e7. Even though the claim is passed, they are taking more than 2 months just to repair the screen? This is disgusting. I suggest never take appsdaily insurance, there is no customer care at all. They are fooling the customers as well as national insurance corp. Below is the mail chain in which they are still unaware which executive is answerable for the mess they have created.

I have purchased insurance pack for moto g4 which is now Lenovo brand.while paying money there was option for lenovo but after payment when i tried to register it shown that they dont support this device. I mailed for refund but im not getting answer also customer care are also not responding. Apps daily took my money for no reason.I mailed the company but insted solving problem they are only giving same massege of prosedure to install app. No mail for refund procedure.

I submitted a claim for my mobile. Appsdaily informed me that original bill copy is missing in the courier. I have purchased the mobile from flipkart, so there is no such original bill copy. To share this information i have tried to there customer care so many times, but no one is there to pickup. Also i tried to sent email but the mail delivery was failed because of following error

The error that the other server returned was:
550 #5.1.0 address rejected.

The complaint is about the repairing of the damaged handset. i have given the phone on 28 may 2016 and till date it is not repaired not it has come back. i think the company should change the name and may it
Apps delay instead of the present name. the invoice number is ad d[protected] for the sony mobile.

I think the company should close down and not entertain such requests. i have lost so many man days and am hadicapped.

I was informed by apps daily that my claim amount will be paid in next 21 working days, but 3 months passed away and i did not get my claim amount
I try many times to know about delaying my claim but always there is no genuine reason to delay of claim. Now it's going too late..
My documents was received by appsdaily on 19 april 2016, but company is not responding about my claim still now.

It has been more than 90 days appsdaily has assured for closure of claim settlement against which they're providing new/weird excuses of missing documents/mismatch documents just to ensure non settlement of claim.

Arun menon doesn't respond emails & the team is just delegating the matter over to insurance company. The company is generating revenue out of forgery & extortion.

They have tortured mentally & financially both & not turning up to resolve the issue but dragging it to undefined timeline.

At the time of purchase the shop person offered an additional package's of power bank and insurance for damage and theft. I paid additional amount Rs.1400/- for power bank and Rs.999/- for Appsdaily insurance package. Today my mobile stolen at 3:00pm at Madras High court campus, I immediately gave a complaint to Inspector of Police, B-4, Esplanade police station and they gave a CSR copy for my complaint (CSR NO.38/CSR/BS PS (crime)/2016 ) and also I tried to inform to you about my mobile theft by calling your customer care number but it is not working. I am not getting any information about my phone which was damaged and submitted on 24 th june... I dont know y they become so coward while answering... Whnever i am asking about my phone they are replying mr bull.. They are working as an apps daily customer representatives but dont even know wht is the next process after getting some mail from apps daily compny... Kindly note that i have purchased vivo y 28 on 31.07.2015 & got claim policy from apps daily. on 03.07.2016 my phone got damage in accident. i have went to nearby apps daily service center. they have uploaded the details & give me intimation id as {ad_d_030716_[protected] }. but last night i got information from service center that it went to rejection.

Can you please let me know what is y fault..??
What is the status of my phone claim.

I have already went to service center 4 times but there is no satisfactory reply.
