Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I submitted my mobile for repair on 8th of July bearing i'd no : AD_080716_[protected], till date i have not received my Phone.
Also when i contact my local Appdaily office they simply wash their saying i cant help if my ranchi office is delaying.
Meanwhile when contact with Ranchi head he also replied in same way.
When asked to submit us through letter that mobile cannot be repair due to unavailability of spare, they refuse
i m totally helpless, due to pathetic service and response, PLease HELP !!

I've received the above message on 21st of June.
And I've sent 1. A cancelled cheque of My bank account2. Duly filled and signed Form 3C on Aug 22nd through DTDC Courier. The consignment number is F09941456.
But still now I didn't receive any reply from your end. Not only me, there are lot of customers daily shouting in the connect center.
