I have given mobile Samsung sduos3 for repair in may 2016 under insurance.they told me it is under total loss and we credit of Rs.3075 to your account. I have submitted all the documents two times.still they are telling shortfall in my documents.my mobile imei no.[protected] claim Id AD_D_190416_3035205.Pls verify the same and register my complaint
AppsDaily customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Very bad service customer care not call attend 40-40 mints and not good reply its company totally fraud with customer. they are open service center not available any concern staff. so please take stick action against him .
Very worst service I've never seen like this.

I've received the above message on 21st of June.
And I've sent 1. A cancelled cheque of My bank account2. Duly filled and signed Form 3C on Aug 22nd through DTDC Courier. The consignment number is F09941456.
But still now I didn't receive any reply from your end. Not only me, there are lot of customers daily shouting in the connect center.

    My claim id is ATI_060516_[protected]. IT'S been very long since i am requesting you people to give me my claim money. You people have told me that my documents are correct and my payment will be disbursed but since 5th may 2016 nothing has come. I can not figure out what is the delay. Everytime when i call you i am told that within 15 days i will get my money but unfortunately it's been five months i have got nothing. I am humbly requesting you to act upon the same or else i have to move to consumer court.

        A very small crack on the front glass of my cell phone landed me into the office of the AppsDaily, Chennai on August 4, 2016. It had an Insurance and they took till August 28th to approve!! Just Approval. Since then the phone has been sent to replace the glass and it is still not available. Not only that, there is no information as to when the phone will be available. When I call the workshop, they don't lift the phone and keep it is "switched off" mode. What kind of customer service is this? I regret having insured the phone.

          Thank you so much for your prompt response on issue mentioned below.

          Would request you to highlight the point which you want to share with the bullet points.

          Also basis of investigation you taken on my request where you had shared information is not an appropriate and it is unethical way to route the consumer to different direction from actual matter.

          You mention upon preliminary scrutiny of the device, your technical or your imagine personnel observed the Damage of the handset is different from actual damage found in my handset.

          Kindly share the damaged and lost term and condition which is not come under my claim or else i will file the RTI for the same.

          Once again request you to provide positive and authentics reply(reply all) with valid bond paper and with your all term and condition on damaged claims so that i can share same with other's consumer for awareness about you worst service.

          Would appreciate if matter look into as a goodwill and as a humanitarian ground.

              I am Mrinmoy Biswas submitted my Samsung on 30 th May 2016, and submitted all required documents along with Mobile phone on 3rd June 2016 to apps daily office Kolkata, Barahnagar Branch but still I am waiting for reimbursement /Mobile phone after Repaired .Apps daily call center phone is not responding after calling many times .apps daily call center after receiving call keeping on hold for long time which is very stressful, I am wasting my time as well as my phone balance also.

                I am madhuri Angchekar submitted my Sony phone on 7 July 2016, and submitted all required documents on 9Aug 16 to apps daily office sakinaka Oberoi house but still I am waiting for reimbursement .Apps daily call center phone is not responding after calling many times .apps daily call center after receiving call keeping on hold for long time which is very stressful, I am wasting my time as well as my phone balance also

                    It has been 3 days i have been trying to call at your customer care number.. after almost being on hold for 30 mins... the phone gets disconnected.
                    First of all the heights is to be on hold for 30 mins listening to your IV. I mean its pathetic
                    Above all.. I have given my phone and i received your mail regarding Total Loss. For which i need to submit remaining documents and charger etc...
                    I was given the details from your end.. but somehow i had misplaced... for which i have been calling every day and being on hold for 30-30 mins... and still i m not being provided with the details where i have to courier and the documents also it is frustrating how there is no particular email of company where in i can put up a complain or any thing.
                    I tried to message them on facebook... but well no reply till date.
                    kindly look in to the matter so that i can send the remaining documents and charger etc to which address and what documents exactly
                    I am expecting a reply ASAP

                      I vinay kumar ganti has registered my complaint on 18th July 2016 as was provided with the intimation number as AD_D_180716_[protected] since then onwards i havent got my handset till date as per your company policy you have to return the handset to the customer with in 45 days, And it has become more than 45 days since i had submitted my handset to the Apps daily connect center. Now what about your company policy? how can i suggest other's to go for the Apps Daily insurance coverage and why should i go for your insurance when next time i take a new handset?

                      I suggest to return my handset as sooner as possible.

                        My handset sony c4 e5363 which i have submitted to appsdaily solution pvt ltd in ranchi for liquid problem, which i have deposited on 20th of june whose intimation id is ADI_170616_[protected] which was repaired and handed over to me but after few days it started having some problems for which i submitted it to sony service center.now they are asking me for the job sheet and bill reciept for further repairing of my handset.so i kindly request you to please mail me the job sheet and bill reciept.

Ltd center which has not been repaired yet...So i want the job sheet and bill reciept of the repairing phone where it has been repaired...As sony service center has asked for the bill...So kindly mail me the bill reciept of my handset...

                          Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                          I submitted my mobile for repair on 8th of July bearing i'd no : AD_080716_[protected], till date i have not received my Phone.

                          Also when i contact my local Appdaily office they simply wash their saying i cant help if my ranchi office is delaying.

                          Meanwhile when contact with Ranchi head he also replied in same way.

                          When asked to submit us through letter that mobile cannot be repair due to unavailability of spare, they refuse
                          i m totally helpless, due to pathetic service and response, PLease HELP !!

                              I have submitted my phone to APPSDAILY for insurance claim but it not received even after 30 days. It was told us that you get it within 20 days positively.Now we unable to contact them as they are not picking our phone call. At the time of insurance it was told to us that they will provide us alternate phone during repair period. It was not provided as it is not available.Their call cetre is also not responding. No e-mail contact available. In such conditions what we do to get our phone after repair. This company is hopeless co & chiting with all customer & not fulfilling customer commitment. Anybody can tell us where we should compliant for such problems.

                                In between 6:30pm on dated 07/09/2016 When I'm going to home from my office during bike riding suddenly a dog came in front of my bike in which I loose my balance & fell down with bike on road, my phone was in my shirt pocket so it fall badly on the road after that I look my self I'm enjured & my bike & mobile damage badly.Touch panel broken not working.

Last year september we have taken samsung a5 and have got it insured with apps daily, but it is highly disappoint that its 3.5 months and they havent taken any action, even after multiple texts, calls and visits to centre. The first few visits were painful as they have asked for a number of documents every time we went for recovery and visits to centre these days aremuch more irritating just because they jusst say that will dont know about the handset they have processed the complain and they arent answerable to anything. They have offered us a sum of 11000/- for handsetof 23000/- and we agreed upon but yet we haven't received any, they dont pick calls, dont reply neither they are bother. Even after telling them that we will complain it seems that we are asking there money.

                                      I damaged my phone on 2nd Sept 2016, my phone dropped in the water while i was washing my clothes and is damaged. I registered online the very next day. I got a reply after 3 days saying my claim was registered and gave me my Intimation number. Yesterday I got a message saying I have to pay 12927 and get 500 for policy excess charges for claim.
                                      I want to know why do I have to pay? I went to the apps daily office in jayanagar and they told me that i wouldn't have to pay and then yesterday i get this message. what should I do now?

But they give me same response (just call next week to know the status, it is going for repair basis) it is almost 4 month but i dont get satisfied response...
                                        I thought apps daily is cheapest and undeveloped mobile insurance company...
