I hav already logged a claim regarding my device yesterday but ur representative cant pick the call from yesterday i am very disappointed frm ur behaviour plz contact me asp otherwise i'll go through the court for my compansation i m continously calling since yesterday i have already raised my claim form through online process via apps daily website the claim intimation number is ad_d_190716_[protected] i m trying to call since yesterday but there is no response from the company side

    This claim is dated 02/20 2016. Till today, i have not got the payment. The site keeps on changing the date of settlement. But nothing happens. It now says 20th july. Can i talk to the pro or any other responsible official of he company. Or is no one responsible. Will they ever do something. I wonder how some have given feedback that their service is fast. Omg. Please help.

      I am here to inform about my claim of my mobile phone sony xperia m4.

      Many times i try to conform actual reason about my delaying my claim, but always there is no genuine reason for delaying my claim..
      My document received by you on 19 april 2016. And i got text message that in next 21 working days all process will complete than, i'll got my claimed money. But still now after more than 2 months there is settlement of my claim.
      Many times i checked my claim status. But always found next date.
      Its become too much delayed.
      Now i kindly request you to solve this delaying matter and provide my claimed money.

        Dear team,

        I had submitted my mobile unde claim as it fell down from my hand and touch screen broken.

        I received the phone back after 1 month stating as repaired, however upon checking notice that the touch screen not working again. I again returned the phone for repair again.

        Now it is close to one month again and i have no information about my phone yet. When i checked with the counter where i gave the phone, they have no idea about current status.

        Its now 2 months that the phone is with apps daily team and i am fed up chasing them to get my phone back.

        Pls arrange to get my phone back without any further detay.

          I had purchased mobile phone company named lenovo a6000. Which is purchased for rs 7500 and taken apps daily insurance for full mobile.. At the time of purchasing the insurance that executive said full amount will get. Now the mobile phone was totally damaged. I had raised claim against the phone. On 14 th april but now they are saying only can get rs3625.

          Till now i did not received the claim amount..

            Hi,

            Here i am writing the whole episode which built during claim intimation to till date, kindly take it putting yourself in my position, and realise how i would be experiencing after this event.
            At all the since claim intimation i was told by your company representative that have patience for 7-10 days, we will update you the status by phone.

            But when i don't received any call, i enquired first time after 10 long days. I was told by your esteemed company representative that your claim is under process, plz come after 7 days. This has happened with me around 3 to 4 times, i was been told at all the time that wait your claim is under process.

            One fine day when i further enquired, the representative told me that she has resigned, kindly take my senior officer no. And do the enquiry with him. He was mr. Ashish. Then again i contacted immediately to mr. Ashish but got the same message that your claim is under process, wait for 7- 10 days. I kept silent for again 10 days.

            This has happened with me for twice and finally he told me that your claim is under process, when i asked him to plz provide me some claim department no. To know the exact status, mr. Ashish provided me the no. Of mr. Praveen (Claim team).
            Now when i enquired with mr. Praveen, i was literally shocked to listening reply from his side. He told me that your claim is closed due to non submission of address proof which was raised way back in june.
            Now i could smell some sort of fraud happening with me, that i was kept in dark all the time when i enquired,
            During all the follow-up your company didn't communicated me the requirement, otherwise i could have easily mailed the address proof. I was really shocked that how can you people close my claim even before intimating me the requirement to submit and the tat of submission.
            After listening the same from mr. Praveen, i immediately scanned my address proof and attached the same to your email i'd requesting to reopen the claim on ground of non communication of requirement raised.
            Requested all of you to kindly look into the matter and reopen my intimation id and do inform me if any further requirement is to be raised because i know that if i ask to your office they can again misguide me.
            Requested you to kindly look on personal basis and settle my claim asap.

            I am just trying to ask that reopen the claim and accept my proof which i have sent to them later, and as i said i wasn't informed by any mean about the requirement raised during June-16.

                I am sanjeev kumar from raipur chattisgarh. On 27 june i submit all the documents and mobile phone to apps daily office in raipur for insurance claim. Claim id ad_d_240616_[protected]... And after 20 days on regular follow up with the company. I got a mail on 16 july from apps daily "we wish to inform you that your damage claim documents has been successfully verified by the insurance company. You will receive the claim confirmation status."and now 18th july i got a call that your claim is rejected. Because incident report is not ok. Accident aapki laparwaahi se hua as per the compmany. Because of that they reject my claim process.
                I just asking you that" mujhe accident karne ka showk hai". Baarish ki wajah se speed braker pe bike slip ho gaii and accident ho gaya.
                Please i want my insurance claim. And please dont give this kind of bull excuse for the rejection of claim. My mobile no [protected]

                  • i had purchased s6 edge cell phone on 12th june 2015 from buddy star ventures pvt ltd, dlf cyber hub, gurgaon (Invoice attached). Model no - sm - g9251.
                  • i was sold apps daily mobile protection insurance the same day @ 1500/- cost (Validity – 1 year)
                  • unfortunately, due to some accident, my samsung edge s – 6 screen was damaged & the same was reported online @your official website on 3rd june 2016 (Mail confirmation attached).
                  • i was asked to handover the handset at apps daily center in kalkaji & the same was done on 7th june 2016 (Job sheet attached).
                  • intimation id no : ad_d_03-616_[protected]
                  • please note my unfortunate experience at your center:
                  O i visited the center on 7th june along with a colleague & waited for almost 45 mins to even have a conversation with the center manager.
                  O i was asked to give certain personal details which were verbally given & noted down by that center manager in your online application (Software).
                  O my pan card, address proofs were also taken along with the invoice.
                  O very imp :the center manager (Some mr. Kumar) asked me that as a mandate he needs to take my picture. I asked him if it was a mandate requirement then why is the passport picture was not asked. He took my picture on his cell. Please confirm if it’s a mandate requirement as i did not see him follow the same process for other customers who had come to handover their handsets.
                  O i was asked to check the status post 20 days & the same was done on 30th june on your apps daily landline no[protected]. I got the response that it will take another 10 days & i should contact them after 10 days.
                  O last many days, i have tried to reach your toll free no mentioned on google to reach the concerned department but that 1800 no “does not exist”.
                  O i spoke to your kalkaji center again about 10 days back & when inquired, the manager asked my registered cell no & then told me “arre apne cell phone ke liye phone kiya hai? Mujhe laga mera haal chaal poochane ke liye kiya hai”.
                  O i was surprised to hear the response & i blasted him. After gauging my reactions, he kept me on hold for 10 mins & said – call up after 15 days again.
                  O last 2 days i have been trying that no but no one picked up.
                  O 6 days back, i was told by the same center manager that there is some insufficiency of documents which has been raised by the company. I am surprised to hear that as i have not received any message / call in this regard.
                  • concerns
                  O does it take one and a half months to raise an insufficiency?
                  O why is that your website does not have the correct toll free no?
                  O i was kept on hold twice today to speak to your customer executive & both the times the call got dropped after i was put on hold for 30 mins on each occasion. Is my time not important? I wasted 3 hours today to just get in touch with the right authority.
                  O what is the tat of apps daily?.
                  I am yet to receive any call from you guys!!!

                        I had bought a phone (samsung j1 ace), from spice hotspot, pacific mall, ghaziabad on 6 december 2015. while i was purchasing the phone i was asked to take this insurance policy provided by appsdaily, worth rs. 1200 which covers "theft" too.
                        On 17 july 2016, the phone got stolen at the market place from my father's pocket. when i contacted appdaily for the claim the customer care executive namely (shiraz, karan and ramesh, who is the team leader) told me that my claim is not covered under the insurance because it is pick pocket and negligence act on my part (how is it a negligent act on my part i fail to understand, which person keeps the phone at home and waits for the thief to come and steal it?).

                        When i asked the customer care executive what according to their company is theft, they failed to reply and kept on saying please read our policy document, which states pick pocketing is not theft.

                        I am a lawyer, myself and i know the definition of theft as per the ipc, 1908. i know what they are doing is cheating on the customers and misleading them. they are taking money on the pretext of insurance but to denying the claims on ridiculous basis.

                        This company is a total sham.

                          Still there is no respond from your ends after 20 days, even though fir copy along with all documents has been submitted in your sahid nagar, bhubaneswar. Your peoples are not taking any action till today.

                          When we met an accident & fell down on ground that time some one theft my mobile and same thing you can check with your mobile voice record but your persons said that mobile has loss?

                          Once again i request your peoples for re consider the matter and return my mobile or cost, which will as per your roles.

                          I will wait another 07 days, if no action will be taken from your ends then i will lodge a complain in nayapali police station for inquiry

                          If required also i can also produce cc tv pottage during accident.

                          Hope you will revert quickly.

                                  I bought samsung grand prime 4g on 2nd september 2015. I done insurance of that phone in apps daily. Somebody theft my phone on 1st july 2016 from old delhi railway station. I have done same things which have written on rules and regulations of apps daily user manual such to take cin no. On time, to block sim within 96 hours, to do fir in police station within 96 hours, etc. There was written to send all the original papers to them so i send them all original papers to them. I sent all the papers to banglore on time. They take 3 days to study papers and 3 days to confirm all details and now they send message on 14th july saying that your papers are incomplete and we will contact to you soon but i didn't get ant call from them till today. Their contact no. Give on book is[protected]. Whenever i call them no body picks call now what can i do. Please do something. Now only you can do someting please sir help us.

                                        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                        I have very upset to apps daily services. He told me he given my phone fund in transfer to my account. But still I have not received any fund in my account. Secondly he call this no are switch off. and apps daily customer care are not connecting till time. and her service station are not pickup my phone. and not given to me any statically answer with apps daily company.

                                        I am requesting to you, please look into this matter and solved out as soon as possible.
