Hi,
Here i am writing the whole episode which built during claim intimation to till date, kindly take it putting yourself in my position, and realise how i would be experiencing after this event.
At all the since claim intimation i was told by your company representative that have patience for 7-10 days, we will update you the status by phone.
But when i don't received any call, i enquired first time after 10 long days. I was told by your esteemed company representative that your claim is under process, plz come after 7 days. This has happened with me around 3 to 4 times, i was been told at all the time that wait your claim is under process.
One fine day when i further enquired, the representative told me that she has resigned, kindly take my senior officer no. And do the enquiry with him. He was mr. Ashish. Then again i contacted immediately to mr. Ashish but got the same message that your claim is under process, wait for 7- 10 days. I kept silent for again 10 days.
This has happened with me for twice and finally he told me that your claim is under process, when i asked him to plz provide me some claim department no. To know the exact status, mr. Ashish provided me the no. Of mr. Praveen (Claim team).
Now when i enquired with mr. Praveen, i was literally shocked to listening reply from his side. He told me that your claim is closed due to non submission of address proof which was raised way back in june.
Now i could smell some sort of fraud happening with me, that i was kept in dark all the time when i enquired,
During all the follow-up your company didn't communicated me the requirement, otherwise i could have easily mailed the address proof. I was really shocked that how can you people close my claim even before intimating me the requirement to submit and the tat of submission.
After listening the same from mr. Praveen, i immediately scanned my address proof and attached the same to your email i'd requesting to reopen the claim on ground of non communication of requirement raised.
Requested all of you to kindly look into the matter and reopen my intimation id and do inform me if any further requirement is to be raised because i know that if i ask to your office they can again misguide me.
Requested you to kindly look on personal basis and settle my claim asap.

Updated by Sri Agrahari Despite of my request on above issue with customer care, i want to discuss with some legal person of company and they are not providing me the solution.
I am just trying to ask that reopen the claim and accept my proof which i have sent to them later, and as i said i wasn't informed by any mean about the requirement raised during June-16.
